Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of physical evidence, location,and  image  on satisfaction on the loyality  of  college student  in the STIKES Harapan Bangsa Purwokerto. This study is a survey. The data is primary data taken by sampling method, as many as 125 respondents. Data analyzed with validity and reliability test, partial test ( t test ), simultaneously test ( F test ), R-square and path analysis. T test result shows that : physical evidenc is significant positive  effect on satisfaction, location is insignificant positive effect on satisfaction,  image    is insignificant positive effect on satisfaction, physical evidenc is significant positive  effect on loyality, location is insignificant positive effect on loyality,  image    is insignificant negatie  effect on loyality, satisfaction is significant positive effect on loyality. F test result shows that simultaneously physical evidence, location,and  image  has significant positive effect on the performance.  R-square test result shows that  84,7  % variation of loyality can be explained by physical evidence, location,  image,and satisfaction  the remaining 15,3% is explained by other factors out of the model. The path analysis show : the direct effect of  physical evidence on loyality variables is smaller  than the indirect effect of physical evidence on loyality by mediating satisfaction. Based on a total leverage to improve loyality  will be more effective if through increased discipline by mediating  satisfaction  Keywords : physical evidence, location, image, satisfaction, loyality

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of leadership and work environment on the performance of Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Sukoharjon employees. This study is the census. The data used is primary data by taking a sample of the entire population  as many as 40 (forty-four) respondents. This study used analysis tools such as validity test, reliability test, linearity test, path analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination. Validity and reliability testing was done by using one-shot methods to get the results that all items are declared valid and reliable. From the linearity test results indicate that the correct model is the linear model. The results of t-test showed that the Leadership and Work Environment has a positive and significant impact on Job Satisfaction, Leadership and Work Environment has a positive but not significant effect on performance and job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on performance. F test showed that the, Leadership and Work Environment Job Satisfaction simultaneously affect performance. The results of calculation influence directly or indirectly influence the leadership and organizational culture on employee performance shows that the direct effect of leadership and work environment on employee performance is less effective than the indirect effect. This means that both the leadership and the culture of each organization will further enhance employee performance indirectly through satisfaction. The leadersihp of the more dominant direct influence on employee performance than trought work motivation. Recommendations were submitted to management is that the Leadership Influence on employee performance through job satisfaction significantly and effectively to boost performance.Keywords : Leadership, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, Motivation

Abstract

Sektor pertanian memberikan kontribusi yang cukup berarti pada perekonomian nasional. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari struktur PDB Indonesia pada triwulan III tahun 2016 yang masih didominasi oleh 3 (tiga) lapangan usaha utama, yaitu: Industri Pengolahan (19,90 persen); Pertanian, Kehutanan, dan Perikanan (14,42 persen). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keuntungan beternak sapi potong di Kabupaten Karanganyar dan besarnya biaya input yang berpengaruh terhadap peternak sapi potong di Kabupaten Karangayar.Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Karanganyar Provinsi Jawa Tengah dengan unit analisis rumah tangga peternak sapi potong yang berada di Kabupaten Karanganyar pada bulan Juni-Juli 2017. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif, data yang berbentuk angka atau bilangan. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan data sekunder berupa data mikro hasil pencacahan kegiatan Survei Struktur Ongkos Usaha Tani Tanaman Pangan dan Peternakan (SOUT) 2017  jenis ternak sapi potong di Kabupaten Karanganyar yang dilaksanakan pada Bulan Juni - Juli 2017 oleh Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Karanganyar. Teknik Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah: analisis finansial, analisis hubungan antara output dengan input serta pengujian terhadap hasil pendugaan parameter meliputi pengujian asumsi klasik yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji autokorelasi. Pengujian statistik menggunakan uji F, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji t.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa usaha ternak sapi potong dapat memberikan hasil yang menguntungkan seperti ditunjukkan oleh hasil analisis deskriptif dan analisis R/C dimana nilai R/C menunjukkan lebih dari satu serta biaya bibit, biaya pakan hijauan, biaya pakan tambahan mempengaruhi keuntungan peternak sapi potong, sedangkan biaya obat-obatan, biaya operasional dan biaya tenaga kerja tidak mempengaruhi keuntungan peternak sapi potong.Kata kunci: keuntungan, peternak, sapi potong, usaha tani

Abstract

This research aims to know: 1) the influence of a compensation toward the employees a job satisfaction, 2) the influence of a carrier development toward the employees a job satisfaction, 3) the influence of a job environment toward the employees a job satisfaction, 4) the influence of an organization commitment toward the employees a job satisfaction, 5) self efficacy in the moderating influence of a compensation toward employees a job satisfaction, 6) self efficacy in the moderating influence of a carrier development toward employees a job satisfaction, 7) self efficacy in the moderating influence of a job environment toward employees a job satisfaction, 8) self efficacy in the moderating influence of an organization commitment toward employees a job satisfaction. The data are collected from 60 employees by using a random sampling method. They are analyzed through the research instruments such as a product moment test and the reliability test by using a Cronbach Alpha technique; assumption classical such as a normality, autocorrelation, heteroscedastisity test and multicolinierity test; hypothesis test such as multiple linier regression with interactive test, t test, F test and determination coefficient (R2). The research result shows that: 1) the influence positive and significant of a compensation toward the employees a job satisfaction, 2) the uninfluenced of a carrier development toward the employees a job satisfaction, 3) the influence positive and significant of a job environment toward the employees a job satisfaction, 4) the influence positive and significant of an organization commitment toward the employees a job satisfaction, 5) the self efficacy uninfluenced in the moderating of a compensation toward employees a job satisfaction, 6) the self efficacy uninfluenced in the moderating of a carrier development toward employees a job satisfaction, 7) the self efficacy uninfluenced in the moderating of a job environment toward employees a job satisfaction, 8) the self efficacy uninfluenced in the moderating of an organization commitment toward employees a job satisfaction Key word: compensation, carrier development, job environment, organization commitment, self efficacy, job satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of work motivation and transformational leadership style on employee performance with satisfaction as intervening variable Satpol PP Kota Surakarta. The result of t test that is Motivation have positive and significant effect to Job Satisfaction, Transformational Leadership Style have positive and insignificant effect on Job Satisfaction. Transformational Leadership Style, Motivation and Job Satisfaction have positive and significant effect on Performance Value of R2 square total is 0,7225 which means employee performance variable explained by transformational leadership style and motivation with satisfaction as interverning variable equal to 72,25% and the rest equal to 27,75% Described other factors outside the research model. Effect of the most effective and dominant variable in order to improve the performance of Human Reusource on Satpol PP Surakarta is a variable of  transformational leadership style.   Keywords: Motivation, transformational leadership style, job satisfaction, employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of ability, organizational culture and motivation toward the satisfaction and performance of employees at the Ministry of Religious Sragen. This research is quantitative research using SPSS software applications with the analytical techniques used is to use the instrument test, linearity test, regression analysis, path analysis, t test, F test, test the coefficient of determination and correlation analysis. T test results on the first equation can be concluded that the variables ability, organizational culture and motivation positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Both the t test in the equation it can be concluded that the ability, organizational culture, motivation and job satisfaction positive and significant effect on performance. Test results F can be concluded jointly variables ability, organizational culture, motivation and job satisfaction affect performance. R2 total value of 0.892 means that the performance of Employees in the Ministry of Religion Sragen explained by variables ability, organizational culture, motivation and job satisfaction amounted to 89.2% and the remaining 10.8% is explained by other variables outside the model study as an example of communication, organizational climate , Results of path analysis showed that: the direct effect on the performance capability variable is greater than the indirect effect through the ability of job satisfaction on performance. So that the variable of job satisfaction as an intervening variable ineffective. Direct influence of organizational culture on performance variables is greater than the indirect effect of organizational culture through job satisfaction on performance. So that the variable of job satisfaction as an intervening variable ineffective. Direct influence on performance motivation variable is greater than the indirect effect of organizational culture through job satisfaction on performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out empirically influences of motivation, discipline, leadership, organizational culture to job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and influences of motivation, discipline, leadership, organizational culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment to employee performance in the Dinas Perdagangan Tenaga Kerja Koperasi Usaha Kecil dan Menengah of Karanganyar Regency. The technique of sampling that used in this study was sampling method.The sample that used in this research was 51 respondents. The data collecting technique used observation and questionnaire. The data analytical technique used instrument research test such as validity and reliability tests; linearity test; hypothesis test such as path analysis, t test, F test, coefficient determination and coefficient correlation tests. The instrument test result showed that all of instruments were valid and reliable. The hypothesis result of this study showed that: Motivation had positive and significant influence on job satisfaction, while discipline, leadership and organizational culture had positive but insignificant influence on job satisfaction. Motivation and organizational culture had positive and significant influence on organizational commitment, while leadership had positive but insignificant influence on organizational commitment, and discipline had negative but insignificant influence on organizational commitment. Motivation, leadership, organizational culture and job satisfaction had positive and significant influence on performance, while discipline and organizational commitment had positive but insignificant influence on performance. Motivation, discipline, leadership, organizational culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously are significant influence to employee performance in the Dinas Perdagangan Tenaga Kerja Koperasi Usaha Kecil dan Menengah of Karanganyar Regency. The result of path analysis showed that the direct influence of motivation to performance was more effective rather than the indirect effect both through job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The direct influence of discipline to performance was more effective rather than the indirect effect both through job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The direct influence of leadership to performance was more effective rather than the indirect effect both through job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The direct influence of organizational culture to performance was more effective rather than the indirect effect both through job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Job satisfaction as the variable of intervening in this study was unable to mediate influence of motivation, discipline, leadership and organizational culture variables to performance. Organizational commitment as the variable of intervening in this study was unable to mediate influence of motivation, discipline, leadership and organizational culture variables to performance. The direct influence of leadership to performance was the most dominant path which affected performance. The total effect of leadership to performance through job satisfaction was the most dominant total influence that affected performance.Keywords:        Motivation, discipline, leadership, organizational culture, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh produk, bunga kredit, dan citra bank terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas debitur di PT BPR Ukabima Nindya Raharja Wonosari,  Gunungkidul. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan mengambil sampel. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 nasabah. Tehnik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Random sampling Alat analisis yang dipakai Uji Instrumen Penelitian, Uji linearitas, analisis jalur dan regresi dengan uji t, uji F dan Uji R2. Hasil Uji t menunjukkan bahwa produk berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan debitur. Bunga kredit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap  kepuasan debitur.  Citra  bank  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap  kepuasan debitur. Produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas debitur. Bunga kredit berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas. Citra bank berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas debitur. Kepuasan debitur berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas debitur.  Hasil uji secara serempak (Uji F) dapat disimpulkan secara simultan produk, bunga kredit, citra bank dan kepuasan debitur berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas debitur. R2  total adalah 92,6%. Ini berarti bahwa loyalitas debitur dijelaskan oleh produk, bunga kredit, citra bank dan kepuasan debitur sebesar 92,6% dan sisanya sebesar 7,4% dijelaskan variabel lain diluar model penelitian.   Jalur langsung citra bank terhadap loyalitas merupakan jalur yang paling efektif meningkatkan loyalitas, karena mempunyai pengaruh yang sangat besar,.positip dan signifikan.Kata kunci: produk, bunga kredit, dan citra bank terhadap kepuasan, loyalitas
