Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the Effect of Service, Information Control and Library as a place to the satisfaction and loyalty of the students and to examine the effect of satisfaction to loyalty in UPT STIKES Harapan Bangsa Purwokerto. The research is in a form of survey. Data being used are primary data by collecting the samples form the students of STIKES Harapan Bangsa Purwoketo.to the number of 126 respondents. Data analysis method is tested usingvalidation test, realibility test, partial test(‘t’ test), simultaneous test (‘F’ test), ‘R’ test, and lane analysis test. The result of ‘t’ test is as follow: From ‘t’ test on the first equation, it can be conluded that Information Control has a positive and significant effect to satisfaction. It can be observed from each variable significance value < 0,05. On the other hand, the Effect of Service and Library as a place has a negative though insignificant effect to satisfaction. From ‘t’ test on the second equation, it can be conluded that satisfaction has a positive and significant effect to loyalty. It can be observed from each variable significance value < 0,05. On the other hand, the Effect of Service, Information Control and Library as a place has a positive though insignificant effect to loyalty. The result of simultaneous test (‘F’ test) together with the variable Effect of Service and Library as a place has a positive and significant effect to the satisfaction and loyalty of the students of STIKES Harapan Bangsa Purwokerto. ‘R’ square test shows that 40,6% variation of Effect Quality of Service, Information Control Quality and Library as a place Quality. The rest 59,4% is explained using other factors excluding model. Based on the test using LibQual+™ method, the quality of library service of STIKES Harapan Bangsa Purwokerto is rated satisfactory by the students with perception value of 6,58, minimum value is 5,74, ideal value is 7,77 with AG value of 0,84 and SG value of -1,19. Based on the variables, the Service Effect value on perception score is 6,45, minimum value is 5,64, ideal value is 7,67, with AG value of 0,81 and SG value of -1,22. Information of Control value on perception score is 6,36, minimum value is 5,69, ideal value is 7,77, with AG value of 0,67 and SG value of -0,40. Library as a Place gets the highest score among the others with value on perception score is 6,92, minimum value is 5,87, ideal value is 7,86, with AG value of 1,05 and SG value of -0,904. Superiority Gap (SG) score shows negative score, which means that the service quality of STIKES Harapan Bangsa Purwokerto is on minimum acceptable level.Keyword: Dimensi Effect of Service, Information Control dan Library as place

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze empirically the effect of leadership and discipline on organizational commitment and motivation that have an impact on employee performance Sukoharjo District Agricultural Office. The analysis technique used is using validity and reliability test, linearity test, regression analysis, path analysis, t test, F test, test the coefficient of determination and correlation analysis. The results showed that the t-test on the first equation can be concluded that leadership and discipline variable positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. T test on the second equation can be concluded that the variables of leadership and discipline and significant positive effect on the motivation. T test on the third equation can be concluded that the leadership, discipline, organizational commitment and motivation positive and significant impact on performance. Test results simultaneously (Test F) in the third equation can be concluded jointly independent variables affect the performance value of R2 can be interpreted totaling 0.938 variation, Employee Performance in the Department of Agriculture Sukoharjo explained by variables of leadership, discipline, organizational commitment, motivation and amounted to 93 , 8% and the remaining 6.2% described other variables outside the model as an example of job stress research, training and so on. Results showed that the direct effect of effective discipline through a direct path, while effective leadership through indirect pathways. Leadership through motivation is the most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees at the Department of Agriculture Sukoharjo.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Kepuasan Kerja (Studi Kasus Pada Karyawan Universitas Boyolali). Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan uji instrument yang meliputi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji linieritas, analisis regresi, analisis jalur (pengaruh langsung pengaruh tidak langsung dan pengaruh total), Uji t, Uji F, Uji koefisien determinasi dan analisis korelasi. Hasil Uji Hipotesis adalah: Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji F diketahui besarnya nilai F =12,920 signifikansi 0,000<0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan secara bersama-sama Kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Universitas Boyolali. Nilai R2 total sebesar 0,942 dapat diartikan variasi kinerja Karyawan di Universitas Boyolali dijelaskan oleh variabel kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja, sebesar 94,2% dan sisanya 5,8% dijelaskan variabel lain diluar model penelitian sebagai contoh iklim organisasi dan pengalaman karyawan. Hasil analisis jalur diketahui jalur lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja, merupakan jalur yang dominan atau efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja.Kata Kunci :      Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

This study aims is to determine the effect of the dimension of service to the satisfaction of the impact on customer loyalty PT BPR Ukabima Nindya Raharja Wonosari. Gunungkidul. This study is a survey research. The data used is primary data by sampling sample in this study was 100 customers. Sampling techniques in this study using a random sampling method used analytical tool Test Instrument Research, Testing linearity, path analysis and regression with t test, F test and R2 test. T test results showed that Tangible has not a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Reliability has not a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Responsiveness has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Guarantee has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Attention has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Tangible has a significant effect on loyalty. Reliability has a significant effect on loyalty. Responsiveness has a significant effect on loyalty. Guarantee has a significant effect on loyalty. Attention has a significant effect on loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a significant effect on loyalty. R2 total value of 91.9% This means that customer loyalty was explained by Tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, attention and customer satisfaction as an intervening variable of 91.9% and the remaining 8.1%  described other  variables outside  the  model  study.  Test  results  simultaneously (F  Test)  can  be concluded that Tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, attention, customer satisfaction have a  significant effect on loyalty. Guarantee direct path was the path most effectively increase loyalty, because it has the greatest impact, positive and significant.Keywords: dimensions of service, satisfaction, and customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know, test and analyze that the CAR and Distribution of Credit affect the ROA with intervening variable NIM.The scope of research used is Commercial Banks in Indonesia listed on the BEI period 2012-2016. The number of samples in this study amounted to 9 Commercial Banks in Indonesia period 2012-2016. The analysis results show that (1) CAR has positive but not significant effect on NIM. (2) Lending has positive but not significant effect on NIM. (3) CAR has negative but not significant effect on ROA. (4) Lending has a positive and significant impact on ROA. (5) NIM has a positive and significant effect on ROA. (7) Together (simultaneously) the CAR, Credit and NIM have a significant effect on ROA. (8) The indirect effect of CAR on ROA through NIM is higher than through the direct effect of CAR on ROA. (9) Direct influence The channeling of credit to ROA is higher than through the indirect effect of Lending on ROA through NIM. (10) The most dominant influence is direct influence, because the value of direct influence through higher than the indirect effect (intervening). (11) Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.515 this means that the ROA can be explained by the variable CAR, Lending and NIM of 51.5% and the remaining 48.5% described other variables outside the research model for example DPK, LDR and BOPO.Keywords: CAR, LENDING, NIM, ROA.

Abstract

The development of genetic engineering technology to produce superior hybrids cause competition among producers of hybrid com seeds getting tighter. To win this competition, Indonesia PT. DuPont should consider factors that influence consumer decisions to buy a pioneer of hybrid com seeds (P21) in terms of the marketing mix, that are  product, price, promotion and distribution.This research was conducted using a questionnaire with a sample of farmers who had bought and  planted the  seeds of hybrid corn pioneer (P21) In Bantul Regency. In this research, the researcher used 100 respondents. Validity and rellablllty tests used to measure each  item of research variables. Data analysis is  done using classical assumption test, then tested by multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and test the coefficient of determination.Keywords: decision of pruchasing, product, price, promotion and distribution

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of the work environment, communication and compensation on the motivation and performance of employees of Secretariat Sukoharjo. The analysis technique used is to use a test instrument that covers the validity and reliability test, linearity test, regression analysis, path analysis, t test, F test, test the coefficient of determination and correlation analysis. Hypothesis Test Results The working environment not significant effect on motivation. Communication significant effect on motivation. Compensation significant effect on motivation. Work environment significantly influence employee performance. Communications not significant effect on employee performance. Compensation significant effect on employee performance. Motivation significant effect on employee performance. Test results F on the second equation can be concluded jointly work environment, communication, compensation and motivation affect performance. R2 total value of 0.87 means that the performance of Employees in the Secretariat of Sukoharjo explained by the variable working environment, Communication, Compensation and motivation by 87% and the remaining 13% described other variables outside the model study as an example of organizational culture, organizational climate. Results of path analysis showed that of the direct and indirect effects of the conclusion that the direct influence of the working environment and effective significant influence on the performance, is the most dominant influence.Keywords   : Work Environment, Communication, Compensation, Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

This  study  aims  to  test  and  analyze  influence  the  use  of  information systems accounting, quality of information systems accounting security system accounting information and supporting facilities information systems accounting on  performance employees  of PT.KMA Solo. Analysis  of the data used  was classic test the assumption consisting of normality test, multikolinearitas test, as well as test heteroskedastisitas autokorelasi. Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of product quality, price and location of the satisfaction and the image of the impact on consumer loyalty Waroeng Special Sambal Sragen Branch. This research is quantitative research using questionnaires or questionnaire as the primary data that is processed in SPSS program. The analysis technique used is using validity and reliability test, linearity test, regression analysis, path analysis, t test, F test, test the coefficient of determination and correlation analysis. The results showed that the quality of products significantly influence customer satisfaction. Price significant effect on customer satisfaction. The location is not significant effect on customer satisfaction. Product quality significantly influence the image. Price significant effect on consumer image. Locations significant effect on the image. Product quality significantly influence consumer loyalty. Price significant effect on loyalty. Locations significant effect on loyalty. Satisfaction significant effect on consumer loyalty. Citra significant effect on consumer loyalty. F test can be concluded jointly variable product quality, price, location, satisfaction and image effect on consumer loyalty in Waroeng Special Sambal Sragen Branch. Results of a total of 0.869 R2 can be interpreted consumer loyalty in Waroeng Special Sambal Sragen Branch explained by the variable quality of the product, price, location and Satisfaction of 86.9%. Results of path analysis showed that: The use of intervening variables dauntuk satisfaction to loyalty product quality is effective and ineffective image. The use of intervening variables satisfaction and image for the price on loyalty is not effective.
