The decision making process in determining the recipients of problems mainly lie in subjectivity, in which there are some students who have the ability or the value is not much different. Thus it is necessary to build a support system in making decisions that can be used to simplify the determination of who is eligible for the scholarship. The system is supported by Tsukamoto Fuzzy Logic method which is based on data and norms of human resources with the criteria specified by the donor. The result of this process is the weight of student assessment is the basis on which decisions recipients. Software is created by using Microsoft Access 2007 and Visual Basic 6.0 to Microsoft as a tool with these applications can help the scholarship awardees in the screening process accurately and quickly. In the 20th century the technology associated with the collection. Processing and distribution of information have evolved considerably . Other technologies are experiencing rapid growth is utilizing the computer as a device that is versatile and can be especially helpful in facilitating human work . The development of computers from generation to generation until today more optimal performance, such as one of the advantages of multimedia, can steady MP3 songs. The development of electronic technology raises human tendency to make activities easier and practical , one of which is a wireless controller . On a computer that has a standard multimedia device , the operation should be done with a keyboard and mouse on the computer, so the user must always close and interact with both the input device. Because each piece of equipment has a different coding standards so users who use several different tools brand using multiple controllers. Based on the above introduction, the authors examine how to operate the application on the Windows XP operating system by using the infrared remote control .

Build an intranet Web server is a method or action to solve the problems faced by schools are not reached by the internet. In this study the authors used Linux since using linux Authors can specify the criteria and weights are in want to build an Intranet Web Server in SMP N 38 Seluma. In building an Intranet Web Server researchers using PHP programming language and MySQL database are integrated in the package XAMPP 1.6.4 for Linux as well as the integration of technology LTSP (Linux Terminal Service Project) and Linux-based operating system Ubuntu 10.10 servers authors can easily build a web server in the intranet .

Utilization of database technology and computer devices saai now very widely used in Indonesia , ranging from large corporations to government organizations have utilized this technology computerized database . Not only because they are easy , but its use also to the flexibility of data , the selection and retrieval is fast and accurate in accordance with the wishes of the user and the administrator . Thousands database no longer needs a pile of paper and a large closet as a place of storage , search specific data no longer needs a long time and effort to membongkat - loading and storage cabinets of documents . This study aims to determine how to design, build and test a multimedia software for media introduction of the alphabet with Macromedia Flash 8.0. The purpose of this study is the media making to introduce the letters of the alphabet in Early Childhood. Working procedure of making the application of introduction letter of the alphabet is determining the material, making the display format, the display and determine the final design is a trial. After doing research through these stages, the obtained results of the study in the form of application. Highlights in this application is the introduction of the letter, guess letters, and charades developed with Macromedia Flash 8.0. Making these applications are expected to be useful for education, especially in early childhood, and can be used as a reference in the form of interactive multimedia learning media.

Analytical Hierarchy Process ( AHP ) is often used in support of decision-making, decision-making when it faced a number of criteria and a number of alternative. Where the existing criteria in the decision-making certainly has a number of alternative weighting. One of the problem areas that can be solved by the AHP method is the determination of the production of a product. Where the criteria in question is composed of the following criteria: availability of raw materials, production time , production cost, and profit margin. Sometimes problems regarding the items that will be produced is important with regard to the limited capacity of the company's resources such as labor, machinery production , and so on. These criteria will be determined local weights, with alternative consists of each of the existing products. Having determined the weight of each criterion, then the next step is to set the weight of each alternative for each criterion in order to obtain a global weight. Control is closely related to the strategy that enables a computer acts as the brain in the control system directs the movements of a tool of control , and received a response from the sensor which is owned by the controlled apparatus to the computer . Robots are electro - mechanical or bio - mechanical , or a combination of equipment that generates autonomous movement or by movement commanded . Robotics world is not separated from the control ( control ) . Although it can move on its own , in the end had to move in a controlled manner , either controlled by humans , as well as himself. In this case a microcontroller acts as the memory storage in the form of instructions that have been fed . In the mobile robot instructions filled into memory microcontroller via a serial port so that the robot can move in a stand alone ( stand alone ) without having to be controlled through the computer again because his instructions had been stored in the memory of the microcontroller so that the robot can move the car looking for the source of a fire and extinguish it The microcontroller is a digital electronic device that has inputs and outputs as well as control of the programs that can be written and erased in a special way , the workings of the actual microcontroller to read and write data . Decision support system is an amalgamation of sources - sources of intelligence with the ability of individual components to improve the quality of decisions . Decision support system is also a computer -based information systems for management decision-making that deal - semi-structured problems . The purpose of this research is to create a decision support system application appointment of civil servants in structural positions in the provinces of Bengkulu staffing agency . Based on the results of studies that have been discussed , namely Decision Support System Makes Appointment of Civil Servants In Structural Position In Regional Employment Board of Bengkulu province Borlan Using Delphi 7.0 with the benefits to be able to facilitate the processing of employee data and simplify the decision-making environment for employee promotions Personnel Board area of Bengkulu province , based on the results of the testing system to test the program display , the test data retrieval , test the system and understanding of the assessment calculation system.
