Abstract

 The research is preliminary study to purpose of exploration to the develop of building model of student obedience to school norm in SMA KORPRI Banjarmasin with ordering of school climate and attitude or behavior of teacher toward students. This research background is because of disobedience toward law, culture and tradition norms a happened in line across of life, so it worries of more powerful disobedience to students. The Research method is qualitative with observation, interview, and document study for data collect of technique. Research finding shows the develop of building model of student obedience base to concept about obedience and disobediece of students personal category; ordering of school climate include physical organize to give for free space to activity and expression; setting of class position not base class ordering, but orientation toward orderliness, tranquillity, respectful, responbility and example of conduct; every where be found of banners and writes give about faith, takwa, nobel morals, achievement, creative, innovative, outonomous, and discipline; sets of tools to invite for neat, clean, orderly, and gender respect of conduct. Attitude or counduct of teachers link to programmed action (action of daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly) and accidental (cooperation with local community, handle of casus and give to sanction)

Abstract

 Fatmawati, Zainul Akhyar dan Mariatul Kiptiah, Evaluation is important component in educational system. Evaluation of achievement is separate from teaching and learning process; moreover, it is vital in educational system and teaching in educational institution. Improvement and development of education could be identified by result of evaluation. Thus, through evaluation teachers would be able to identify how success teaching and learning process they planned and discover efficiency level of programme.Qualitative method is used in this research. Observation, interview, and documentation are techniques of data collection used. Techniques of data analysis are data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing.Result of this research is teachers evaluating ability in Civic Education teaching and learning process in Senior High School 1 Banjarmasin, teachers have done eight evaluation criteria in teaching and learning process, they were: consistency between teaching and learning process and curriculum, Keterlaksanaannya by teacher, Keterlaksanaannya by students, students learning motivation, activeness, interaction, teachers ability in teaching, students achievement quality; however, weaknesses caused by lackness of teachers ability in planning and applying evaluation in Senior High School 1 Banjarmasin were discovered.Teachers ability in doing final evaluation in learning Civics Education in Senior High School 1 Banjarmasin has already been good enough. Although generally evaluation has been done well, there were some weaknesses found.Suggestion for this research is that Civic Education teachers in Senior High School 1 Banjarmasin need improvements in creating good lesson plan, and teachers should record students improvements in learning process in well-organized note such as learning process in well-organized note such as lembar penilaian diskusi, lembar penilaian afektif for objectivity of students score.  ABSTRACT

Abstract

 Internalizing the value of honesty is a development of learning strategies that includes learning the value of honesty in fostering discipline and self-reliance of students on MTs Negeri Banjar Selatan . This effort to develop a learning Civics teaching materials that are integrated with the values of honesty in order to improve student learning outcomes and changing attitudes of students in learning in junior secondary school which raised self-awareness high magnitude of God and knowledge of God. The purpose of this research to know program and internalization strategy honesty value that to do by teacher of lesson Civic Education to students and implementation of honesty value that to do by students MTs Negeri Banjar Selatan. Method who used in this research is qualitative. Collection data technique used observation method in order that researcher saw in direct internalization proses honesty value by teacher, interview in order that researcher can know in direct of informant as data source, and documentation to easier researcher in collection data in a writen document or pictures as data source. The result of this research showing the program and internalization honesty value strategy by teacher carried out excellently using kinds of method and strategy, but be still less in implementationthat to do by students MTs Negeri Banjar Selatan who caused by factor area and level of perspicacity students. Based on this research , the reseacher give suggestion that the teacher have to more increase invesment honesty value to students variously and method of learning who pleasurably effective in order that honesty students level increasingly. And suggestion to school to made culture school that character until conclude students who not only smart according to academic but have moral and characters with honesty.

Abstract

 The role of teachers in implementing the character of students in school discipline is required. Because it is the duty of teachers as a profession that includes educating, teaching, and training. Teachers in the field of humanitarian tasks in the school should be able to make itself as the second parent. Teachers as tutors, teachers, educators and trainers indispensable role in educating students to behave in accordance with the values, character, norms are not only in schools but also in society. This study aims to determine the discipline of students in schools and the role of teachers in applying the discipline of character, as it also investigate the factors inhibiting and supporting teachers face in implementing the disciplined character in SMA Negeri 11 Banjarmasin. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. Data was collected through observation techniques, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the results of the study is a step-by-step analysis of the data reduction, data display and verification.The results suggest that the role of teachers in SMA Negeri 11 Banjarmasin quite a role in applying the discipline of students of all these characters as much support as the cooperation of teachers in implementing student discipline code. Although still a violation, but the discipline of students in SMA Negeri 11 Banjarmasin been categorized properly.Based on these results, it can be suggested that the students realize the importance of character and discipline that continues to build the character of the discipline not only in schools but also in the family and in society

Abstract

 The causes of low student achievement in class-II X SMA PGRI 4 Banjarmasin is because so far in implementing the teaching and learning, the teacher uses only lecture and question and answer method. In addition, also, very rarely use the model of cooperative learning. The purpose of this study were: (1) Want to know the implementation of in the STAD model of learning competency standards of equality of citizens in the class X II SMA PGRl 4 Banjarmasin. (2) Want to find out the learning activities of students in the the learning competency standards of equality of citizens through the implementation of STAD in the classroom model of X-II SMA PGRI 4 Banjarmasin. (3) Want to know the students´ competence in the the learning standards of equality of citizens through the implementation of STAD in the classroom model of X-II SMA PGRI 4 Banjarmasin. To achieve these objectives the research carried out class action in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two or more meetings. Data collection was done by using the test and non test. Tests done by giving a series of questions to students and non-test carried out by means of observation techniques, interviews, documentation and literature.The results of this study demonstrate the application of learning models STAD has been as planned and the management of learning by both teachers included in the qualification. Activities of students and teachers in learning Civic Education using STAD learning model in accordance with aspects of cooperative learning and qualify well. Civic Education students´ learning outcomes in the classical style after using STAD learning model increases and is at a good qualification.Teachers are expected to make a model of learning Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) as an alternative in an effort to increase the activity and student learning outcomes, since the implementation of STAD a good model of the learning will be more effective and efficient.

Abstract

 The success of the learning process depends on the precision of a teacher in choosing a learning strategy. Learning otherwise succeed if there is a change in students such as increasing the knowledge and abilities of students. Teaching and learning in SMP Negeri 6 Tanjung there are some problems that arise that affect students´ grade in a class VIIA which is now the teacher is teaching students lack interest in learning, students are less active during the learning process, lack of cooperation on the learning that takes place when the teacher gives the task group and views of student learning outcomes is still much lower. Learning outcomes in Civics class VIIA at SMPN 6 in Tanjung is still relatively low shows that the value in the KKM only 10 students who can complete corresponding minimum completeness criteria (KKM) are 65.  Research objectives are: (1) to determine the students´ learning activities, (2) To determine the activity of teacher learning (3) to determine the increase in civic learning outcomes. Techniques of data collection is done by observation and learning outcomes tests are carried out through several cycles, the cycle I and cycle II.The results of this study indicate: (1) student learning activities using the Cooperative Learning Model Type Numbered Head Together (NHT) turns out to be better enhance the quality of the learning process earlier in the cycle, I only reached 67% in the second cycle and then increased to 90% . (2) teacher for the learning activity also increased earlier in the cycle that I reached 76% in the second cycle and then increased to 85%. (3) other than the student´s civic learning outcomes can be seen on the achievement of minimal classical thoroughness that exist in the cycle I was still low with 16% the percentage of pretest and post test 39%, held the second cycle after obtaining the percentage increase in the thoroughness with pretest and post test 52% by 84%.This study suggests for the students and teachers to further enhance the activity, creativity and resilience that is more eager and able to develop themselves in the process of interaction in civic learning.

Abstract

 The learning process of Civics in MAN 3 Marabahan does not likely achieve the expected result all this time. The students’ average grade is still under the specified minimum criteria, which is 70. Beside that, the students do not participate a lot during the learning process, and this makes their concentration down. The reason why such can happen is because the teachers dominantly apply the narrative technique in the teaching process. Thus, the learning outcome is under the average.  This research aims to: (1) find out the application of teaching model Problem Based Learning (PBL) on standard competence of Political System in Indonesia in MAN 3 Marabahan grade X-B; (2) improve the students’ participation in the class by using the teaching model PBL on standard competence of Political System in Indonesia in MAN 3 Marabahan grade X-B; (3) improve the learning outcome by using the teaching model PBL on standard competence of Political System in Indonesia in MAN 3 Marabahan grade X-B.The data collecting technique conducted in this research are observation, documentation, and achievement test which is administered through several cycles: Cycle I and Cycle II.The result of the research shows that : (1) the teacher’s teaching process is improved by the application of the teaching model PBL. On Cycle I, the teaching process is qualified: Fair, that is 3,2%. On Cycle II, it is even more improved into 4,8%; (2) the students’ participation during the class is improved from 3,1% on Cycle I to 4,5% & on Cycle II, with the qualification: Good (Participation); and (3) the learning process by using the teaching model Problem Based Learning on standard competence of Political System in Indonesia in MAN 3 Marabahan grade X-B improves the learning outcomes or students’ classical learning results very siginificantly to achieving the specified criteria, that is from 57,14% on Cycle I to 92,85% on Cycle II.

Abstract

 Teacher activity, student activities, student learning outcomes in the learning process is still low. This is evident from the way teachers teach is still conventional. Learning by using the conventional method is the traditional learning model or collectively, the lecture method, in which the activity is dominated by the teacher in the classroom. Students in the learning process involved only a small part in the learning process, the rest is a lot more to do other activities outside of the learning process. Civics students thought that the lessons are boring lessons. so that eventually students prefer to joke with friends, talking with friends, there are sleepy, sleep, and some of there own are daydreaming. Besides, there are also students who did not aim to school with the intention of studying, but just for fun. Student learning outcomes are still under KKM.  This study aims to enhance the activity of learning and civic learning outcomes through the implementation of cooperative learning model GI type. Model GI type of cooperative learning is cooperative learning model that combines the principles of cooperative learning with constructivism-based teaching and training students as well as independent and responsible to develop student creativity. The research was conducted in two cycles. each cycle has a procedure that consists of planning, implementation, and observation, and reflection. The instrument used was a teacher and student observation sheets, and written test.The results of learning by using a model of cooperative learning on the GI type Civics subjects showed an increase in the activity of learning and civic learning outcomes is as follows: (l) the activity of teachers increased from cycle 1 to cycle 2 is from 84% to 97%, (2) learning activities of students increased from cycle 1 to cycle 2 in the amount of 72% to 90%, (3) thoroughness of student learning outcomes increased from cycle 1 with the percentage of 71% to 82%.

Abstract

 The results showed that an increase in the student activity from cycle I to cycle II. The quality of learning by teachers second cycle increased as compared to the implementation of the learning cycle 1. Assessment of student learning outcomes through the pretest and posttest using STAD learning model previously performed pretest first meeting of the first cycle in the classical completeness reaches 48%. The first meeting on the posttest mastery classical reached 66%. While the first meeting of the second cycle in the classical mastery pretest reached 76% and the posttest in the second cycle reaches 87% completeness classical. Research shows the activities of teachers, students after using STAD learning model in accordance with aspects of cooperative learning and learning outcomes in Classical Civics after using STAD increased learning model and is in good qualification

Abstract

The proses of formulation of the Regional Representatives Council in the 1945 amandement is a banttle between the various ideas and interests. The concept is a “half-hearted compromise”between bicameralism and unicameralisme. Restrikcted the outheority of  this Council is teh result of a compromise of Ideas aabout stron g becameralism and approve the DPD with unicameralism. The limitation need more creativity by building offices in the local area to capture the aspirations and information et the regional level, to process, communicate, and sistematisation, and set it up as on ingredient and the formulation of policies that will be distributed and championed by DPD at the cnter
