Abstract

This study examines the relationship of Information Financial Systems to Officer performance:Dysfunctional Behavior as Moderating Variable. This research represents the empirical test which used sensus sampling technics in data collection. Data were collected using a survey of 101 from officer in local govermment of Banyumas Center of Java, Indonesia. Data analysis uses SPSS ver.18. Result of hypothesis examination indicate that from two hypothesis raised are Accepted.. Accepted fist hypothesis: there are positive influence between implementation of Government Information Financial System (SIKD) to Officer performance. Second hypotesis there are positive influence between implementation of Government Information Financial System (SIKD) to Officer performance mediated by dysfunctional behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the influence of hedonic motive and browsing toward implusive buying on online purchasing fashion product. The subject of the research is consument coming from varsity student in Yogyakarta that buy fashion product toward e-commerce company. This research use purposive sampling technique to collect the data. From the survey, the researcher gain 100 person as the respondent. Next, the data will be analyze by using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).The result of the research showed that the hedonic motive has a positive influence towards the impulsive buying. It also has positive influence in browsing, while browsing does not have any influence towards impulsive buying. Hence, the other results showed that browsing does not have any influence to be a mediator between hedonic motive and impulsive buying.

Abstract

In 2013, the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy stated Yogyakarta and Surakarta as a destination city of MICE in Indonesia. Data from Tourism Department of DIY 2011 shows, the implementation of MICE event recorded 4,509 times / year. In Surakarta, according to GTZ (2009), during the period between 2007-2009 MICE events that has been held as many as 12,981 activities. From these data shows that there is a potential opportunity to enter in this MICE industry. By using the business model canvas and empathy map, this event organizer's business analysis is expected to provide a comprehensive overview so that business actors in this field are able to fulfill the market demand and achieve sustainable competitive advantage.

Abstract

The growth of Small Medium Enterprises (SME’s) has increased significantly in Pontianak. The new entry of small business resulted high level competition in culinary industry. A small business culinary could be closed to bankruptcy because the determination of business location was not feasible and settle. The customer would be difficult to find the location of the small business because due to non-fixed locations. The owner of small business often ignores the selection of strategic location. Therefore, it is important to establish the appropriate business location feasibility. Geographic Information System (GIS) is an information system that able to visualize the determining factors as a result analyzed spatial data. Analytical Hierarchy Processing (AHP) is a method that used into decision making process with multi criteria and multi alternatives. The spatial data of GIS is used by AHP to determine feasible location of small business. The criteria of spatial data are the number of competitors, infrastructure of location, distance of supplier, rental price of location, population density and traffic density. The spatial data of GIS result the visualization of spreading data in real condition on digital map subsequently be analyzed by AHP method to obtain recommended small business locations. The determination of hierarchy, criteria and priority rating location deliver recommendation the feasibility of culinary small business location.

Abstract

This reaseach analyzes, (1) fundamental factor influences Price Earning Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, and Book Value simultanteously and partially to return stock on corporate incoming Index liquid 45 (ILQ 45) at Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI), (2) to identify variable which that influential dominant to return stock on corporate incoming ILQ 45 at IndonesianStock Exchange (BEI). In this reasech, specialed sample as much 17 incoming firms in ILQ to periode 2004-2008 one accomplishes criterions as sample. Findingon observational it, fundamental factors Price Earning Ratio, Debt to Equity ratio, Return on Equity, and Book Value declare for that simultant avaliable influence that significant to return stock, in t test (partial) fundamental factor Price Earning Ratio and Return on Equity partially have significant influence to return stock, and variable Price Earning Ratio (PER) having for dominant to return stoct on corporate incoming deep ILQ 45 of Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI).

Abstract

This reaserch is intended to identify the self management level (personality) of UMY boardinghouse resident. The number of reaserch is 96 (52 female and 43 male). The data were analized by Mean Analysis and Independent Sample T-test.The mean analysis result indicate that the self management of the student is the same lavel. Independent sample T-test indicate that female and male resident have the sampe level of self management. At the other side, the self management level is difference depend on the faculty.

Abstract

Improving performance as an effort to deal with change is a necessity, so the use of digital marketing to improve organizational performance in developing the tourism industry in Indonesia in the industrial era 4.0, applied to the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism, one of which is in the implementation of the Indonesian Enchantment Generation. The purpose of this study is to clarify the impact of human, social and intellectual capital from the use of digital marketing on the creative and improvise role of the Indonesian Enchantment Generation members. This research uses a survey approach. The study population was members of the tourism community, the Ministry of Tourism in Indonesia, selected as a sample in this study. Hypothetically, it is believed that human, social and organizational capital has a linear and positive relationship to the creative and innovative roles of community members, and this study will present the results of data processing of relationships between these variables, which are processed using regression techniques. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that human capital and intellectual capital have a positive and significant influence on the creative and innovative role of the Indonesian Enchantment Generation community members in Indonesia.

Abstract

Research aims: The purpose of this research was to examine the direct relationship between family ownership structure and leverage as well as the indirect impact of independent commissioners and independent directors on the relationship between family ownership structure and leverage.Design/Methodology/Approach: This research applied a purposive sampling technique that resulted in 22 Indonesian manufacturing public firms operating from 2010 to 2018 as the research sample. The panel data were collected from Thomson Reuters, and family ownership data were manually collected from company annual reports. This research employed multiple regression analysis with four models.Research findings: The results indicated that family ownership structure was negatively significant to leverage. The independent director was not proven to strengthen the relationship between family ownership structure and leverage but rather was partially proven to do so yet the independent commissioner could not strengthen the relationship between family ownership structure and leverage.Theoretical contribution/ Originality: This research was contributed to develop the relationship between ownership structure in family companies by involving independent commissioners and independent directors.Practitioner/Policy implication: This research’s result can help companies make financing decisions and mitigate agency problems.Research limitation/Implication: The limitations of this research were the sample only focused on manufacturing public firms and Indonesia Stock Exchange has implemented regulations to eliminate the rule requiring each company to have an independent director, which became effective as of December 28, 2018.

Abstract

Research regarding employee performance has been made multiple times, however research regarding locus of control that affected employee performance has only been done a few times. The primary data for this research were acquired from the employee of PT X, located in Tomang, West Jakarta. Samples were collected and calculated using a simple random sampling, and the statistical method used to test each hypothesis is multilevel linear regression.The outcome of this research has shown that all tested hypothesis are acceptable. Internal locus of control have positive impact towards the employee performace, external locus of control alsohave positive impact towards the employee performace, and locus of control has simultaneously impacted the employee performance.

Abstract

Generally, the aims of a company are to survive and to earn provits. The profits ave earned when the customers use the products or the service offered by the company. This study aims at analyzing the factors which influence the customers loyalty using the Jogja Trans 8 transportation service. The variables involve performance quality (X1), brand reputation (X2), customers satisfaction (X3). The varibles were tested using spss 11.5. The result show that performance quality was not significanttly correlated to brand loyalty (0,210), and brandreputation was not significantly corelated to brand loyalty (0,168), and then customers satisfaction significantly correlated to brand loyalty (0,01)
