Abstract

Undoped galliumantimony apitexiallayers were grown on(100) GaAs substrstes by vertical reactor metal organicchemical vapor deposition. The tridimenthylaminoantimony/trimethylgallium mole fraction (V/III ratio) wasconstant at 2.0 and the growth temperatures were varied 5200C-5400C. The growth pressure in this research wasabout 60 torr. Purified hydrogen was used as gas carrier. By using scanning electron microscope, it was found thatsurface morphology and the growth rate of the layers were strongly depend on growth temperatures. The optimalgrowth temperature in this research was observed at 5400C with more good morphology than the others andhighest growth rate, 1.7 m/h.

Abstract

The comprehension of learning sciences (IPA) connected type in senior high school (SLTP) 21 Surabayapurposes to describing as follows: (1) The activities of teacher and students, (2) The abilities of teacher onlearning management, (3) Students Respons to learning proses, (4) Evaluation student Result after attendinglearning Process (KBM) IPA type connected. Data observation had been done during 5-19 May 2001. Theresearch result showed teather activities in KBM increasing significantly, Student respons to KBM wasinterested in continuing the lessons. The proportion of answer-question is right encrising from 0.23 to 0.92.The conclusion of research is connected type.

Abstract

Chemical constituent has been isolated from the dry acrial parts of Hedyotis philippensis. The finely choppedmaterial was bextracted with methanol then fractionated into different polarity of solvent; hexane, ethilacetate and buthanol. Needled colorless (Melting point 140-1420C) has been isolated from Ethil acetatefraction and based on its spectroscopic data particularly IR (Infra red) and ‘H-NMR (Proton of NuclearMagnetic Resonantion), it is identified as stigmasterol.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect and heritability inbreeding to fruit fly phenotype(Drosophila sp) in wild type. This research works on July – September 2001 in laboratory Biologic FKIPUNRI Pekanbaru. Design used completely randomized design consist of 5 mating patterns: outbreeding(P0), ful sib (P1) half sib (P2), uncle naice (P 3) and parent offspring mating patterns (P4) with 3 replication.The phenothype with observation: population, viability, abdomen lengh and wing lengh. The phephenotypes were analized using ANOVA with Duncan’s Multiple Rang Test (DMRT) the viability of thetest was 5% and genetics analysis regresi Strickberger 1962. The result of this research showed that effectinbreeding with mating pattern variance significant to phenotype all. Reduction highly occurred at parentoffspring mating pattern. Heritability inbreeding varience to phenotype all. Heritability highly occurred athalf sib mating pattern.

Abstract

An Analysis Learning Outcomes on Intructional Algebra Operation of Gagne Phases Aplication. Thisresearch was carried out the respond and activity student and learning outcome on instructionalalgebra operation of gagne phases application in September – October 2003 on SMP Kalam KudusPekanbaru. Sample of the research is the third studens (IIIB experiment class, IIIC control class). Thedata was conducted with test (pre test, post test). Observation and questioner methods. The dataanalyzed by descriptive statistic and inferensial. Result showed the students actrivity is effective andthe positively students responses. Gagne phases application is significant to increase learning outcomestudents (18.101 > 4.110, α = 0.05) of algebra operation.

Abstract

This research starting from experience that a lot of constraint of Mathematics study at Elementary School(SD) in this case about readiness of bouncing teacher. Do not ready to bounce the teacher in submittinginteger items, Namely (1) Difficulty explain the items of like operation (-4)-(-6), (2) Difficulty give theanswer realistic go together the integer operation, (3) Do not know the media of what applicable to explainthe integer operation. Refering to that main problem studied in this research is “Whether/What use ofmedia ceker at integer operation can improve the result learn the mathematics of student of alas of IVBSDN 031 Tampan Of Kodya Pekanbaru?” Subjek Research is student of alas IVB SDN 031 Tampan ofKodya Pekanbaru. Research executed by kolaboratif to student (final duty) and class teacher.Researchsdata collected is form of quqntitqtive data namely test the (block evaluation, and tes final subject study)and also data qualitative in the form of perception to activity of student and teacher. Data analyzeddescriptive by criteria is complete result of learning and description of frequency of activity of student andteacher. From analized can concluded that “using of media ceker at integer operation can improve theresult learn the mathematics of student of class IVB SDN 031 Tampan of Kodya Pekanbaru. Execution ofUse of Media Ceker in class designed in study peripheral and analyze result of perception showed thatexecuted as according to study planning.

Abstract

Condition of regional oceanography coasial area territorial water of Riau represent vitally matter inecosystem its characteristic. This useful data in order to development of environmental resource andresearch into with aim to improve exploiting of resource biotic and abiotic for the shake of prosperityspecially to society of provinsi Riau, which major region in the form of territorial water and ocean. Ironicbut, though resource territorial water of ocean very abundance in the reality prosperity of society veryfar drop behind in exploiting available resource. This research is done with survey and muster data ofoceanography from some source beside identify the condition of territorial water through chemicalparameter and territorial water physics. Is also done by measurement of speed of current, temperature,and salinitas. Result of research indicate that region territorial water of Riau to consisnt of Coastal areaecosystem and sea of Riau that is mangrove ecosystem, field ecosystem ponder, estuaria ecosystem. Whilefrom potency convert oceanic energy that wave and ebb energy very promising for the development andgeneralization electrics energy of Riau.

Abstract

Geoelectric survey at countryside of Nasol District of Penambangan Province of West Java has beenusing Wenner – schlumberger resistivity configuration with one lines. The path length measurement ofgeoelectrical is 230 m eith electrode space distance 10 m. The result of survey is indicated landslide ofNasol area with slope inclination angle 450, Which is main scarp about 2-4 meter with rotationaldirection. The landslide of with bsoutheast – northwest direction. Pursuant to 2D geoelectric section incountryside of Nasol can be interpreted there is trihedron slip with type of between 11.6 – 379ohmmeter, seen that in of survey area have caused process ground movement at slip area with deepnessvariation between 30 – 40 m.

Abstract

The objective of research is to analyze the relationship between teacher’s creativities and theireffectiveness in managing science laboratoty of senior high school in Pekanbaru. The sample of theresearch is 30 of respondents selected randomly. The research concludes that there is positive correlationbetween; teacher’s creativities (X) and their effectiveness in managing laboratory (Y). Furthermore,there is a positive correlation between teacher’s creativities and their effectiveness in managing scienceslaboratory of senior high school in Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Eichhornia crassipes was successfully used in adsorption procedure that removedcadmium from aqueous solution. Several parameters that can affect metal uptake such asparticle size, pH, metal in concentration and time of heat were described. Based onresearch it was found optimal condition adsorption of Cadmium at particle size 250micrometer, ratio Eichhornia crassipes silica gel 3:1, pH 7, Cd ion concentration 200ppm,and heating time 45 minutes. Efficiency adsorption optimal at optimal condition are99.0025%. The method was applied to adsorption cadmium in waste water.
