Abstract

Investment planning is an act of allocating a number of funds currently made inthe hope of obtaining future income. Investment planning is an important thing that isowned by people who have a fixed income so that the income derived from the results oftheir work can be useful for their future. The population in this study were permanentincome people in Jaten Village, Karanganyar Regency. The sampling technique usesporous sampling and snowball sampling, a sample used by 100 people. Data collectiontechniques using: questionnaire. Data analysis using classical assumption test, multiplelinear regression, t test, F test, and determination coefficient. The results obtained by theconclusion: Hypothesis 1 which states that: There is a significant effect of self-control oninvestment planning in the fixed income community in Jaten village, KaranganyarRegency, proven to be true. Hypothesis 2: which states that: There is a significantinfluence of financial knowledge on investment planning in fixed income communities inJaten village, Karanganyar Regency, proven to be true. Hypothesis 3 states that: Thereis a significant effect of financial experience on investment planning in the fixed incomecommunity in Jaten village, Karanganyar Regency, proven to be true.Keywords: self control, financial knowledge, financial experience, investment planning.

Abstract

ABSTRACT New challenges in global competition is how companies can survive and thrive based on economic logic that links the environment, production resources, innovation and competitive advantage. This article discusses the activities of the company based on ethics, especially those related to environmental ethics through Green Management approach. The importance and necessity of the world Indonesia business role in Saving the environment is time to begin. It's no longer just rhetoric, but it should be an integral part of corporate strategy and the part of management thinking. Through the Green Management, can the industry play a role as well as carry out activities of its business ethics? Is a thing to the contrary between the achievement of strategic corporate objectives with the implementation of ethical business through green management? Is the Green Management can make the company sustainable life? Through a green approach to ethics management in business activity the company is expected to be able to live sustainably on the one hand and on the other hand is able to contribute to. Stakeholders, and more broadly is to play a part in saving the environment and the universe. If companies start doing, is expected to mobilize and involve stakeholders to also do this. No matter how small something is done but done consistently and continuously, the result undoubtedly be very meaningful to the lives of the environment and its contents. Abstract

ABSTRACT Profitability is the net result of various policies and decisions of investors in capital markets. The higher portion of funds available to finance operations and investment opportunities that come from retained earnings then the level of leverage of the smaller companies. A company that has a high investment opportunity, will try to fill it by using the retained earnings of the company. If the investment exceeds retained earnings, closed with funds derived from debt so that the level of leverage increases. On the other hand, managers tend to use debt rather than to maximize corporate value, but for the sake opportunistic manager. This creates the risk of corporate bankruptcies increased, so the agency cost of debt is increasing. Agency cost of debt is higher will be the effect on the decline in value of the company. With the ownership of shares by the manager then the manager will have direct benefits for its decision. More and more managers have shares in a company the more diminished the company's debt. This study aims to examine the influence of profitability, investment opportunities, and managerial ownership of the policy leverage. Using the population of manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange 2009 based on purposive sampling period, with the criteria that companies sampled have positive earnings during the period of 2009 and the company shares owned by management during the period 2009 samples acquired 41 companies. Analysis tools used to prove the hypothesis using multiple regression models by testing the significance of the results obtained by the classical assumption F count greater than 5%, so the influence of profitability, investment opportunities and managerial ownership of the policy leverage is not significant. Abstract

ABSTRACT Any business owner would want the maximum benefit from his efforts, so did the retail business. This article examines 12 Tips to manage the retail business to achieve profits doubled. “Tips Achieve Good thing doubled in Retail Business" was written based on the author's own experience that even some store owners who never visit the authors also say the same about their success. Abstract

ABSTRACT Globalization and technological change as well as the more mature consumer behavior to determine what needs to be done to meet the needs and to whom they hung fulfilling the needs and desires (how to satisfy Their own need and want), can be difficult and is the starting point for a company that maintains the approach of death old-paradigm approach and company oriented. In order to survive they must change the direction of the business customer care and marketing ethics. Namely to 1) the ability of adaptability, efficiency and flexibility in conducting pro actions and reaction 2) guarantee the quality of products intended to retain potential customers not to switch to competitors that do not pay for "external failures" 3) developing relationships and maintaining Consumer (Customer Driven Company ) through relationship marketing in order to avoid perceived gap between expected services marketers with consumer services 4) Multi-skills  managers there are cultural flexibility, communication skills, HR skills, creativity, and self-management of learning, 5) were able to have certain characteristics that accordance with international horizon 6) Communication with Direct and Online Communication can be achieved with a cross functional organizational structure 7) the organization must be multicultural because of being served and who do the work in it is derived from a variety of different types of cultures. 8) Changes in the latter the emphasis is to conduct ethical marketing-based business approach, which is a business that promotes honesty, customer orientation, quality, provide information in a clear, non-discriminatory, protect and preserve nature, to protect the interests of consumers, and pay attention to minorities. Abstract

ABSTRACT With increasing competition in the business world, requires companies increase product sales policies, which need to offer product sales on credit in addition to product sales in cash. With a sales volume of credit sales are expected to increase by leaps and bounds, so the profit is also increasing. Accounts receivable arising as a credit sale occurs, and simultaneously it also costs incurred in the management of accounts receivable include: the cost of investment in accounts receivable, cash discount, the cost of bad debts and so on. Receivables must be managed efficiently, because it involves the profits and costs incurred because of the receivables. The policy should be managed optimally receivables which means that every element of the policy should consider the benefits of accounts receivable and sacrifice. Abstract

Abstract One purpose of investors to invest is to obtain the return. Stocks are selected investment instruments that many investors because the stock is able to provide the level of profit. Stock prices reflect the value of a company. If the company achieve a good performance, the company's stock will be much in demand by investors. Accomplishments achieved either company can be seen in the financial statements published by the company issuer. Issuer is obliged to publish financial statements in certain periods. This financial report is useful for investors to assist in making investment decisions, like selling, buying, or planting stock. In general, financial performance measurement is done by using Return On Investment (ROI), Earnings Per Share (EPS) and Return On Equity (ROE). In addition to using the financial performance analysis, financial analysis method newly developed for the measurement of performance is the Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value Added (MVA). Abstract

Abstract Management Information System is a system of human/machine unified (integrated) to present information that supports the functions of the operation, management and decision making within an organization. The system uses software, hardware computer, procedure guidelines, models and management decisions and a data base. Management Information System based computer system is useful both in closed and open systems. In the decision model is closed, the computer acts as a counter to calculate the optimum results. In the open model, the computer acts as a helper for human decision makers to calculate, store, looking back, analyze the data and so on. The design allows the human decision makers to allocate tasks for himself or on the computer. Management Information System is a set of indispensable information tool by small scale industries/small entrepreneurs to overcome the problems encountered. With the growing role of the Management Information System can finally taken advantage of the special characteristics of successful managers of small firms. Abstract

ABSTRACT Securities analysis is fundamental to note investor. This is important, because without a good and rational analysis, investors can suffer losses. Occurs when the decision to buy shares of the estimated intrinsic value is greater than the market price (undervalued). Instead the decision to sell the shares occurs when the intrinsic value which is smaller than the market price (overvalued). To analyze the securities known tehnical approach and the fundamental approach. In addition it is known also by the new approach is the concept of efficient market hypothesis or efisient market better known as modern portfolio approach. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research were to analyze the influence of image steak shop on consumer loyalty, the influence of image steak shop on consumer satisfaction, influence of customer satisfaction on consumer loyalty, and influence indirect consumers shop steak for image loyality through consumer satisfaction as a mediating variable.The populations in this study are all consumers’ steak shops in the Surakarta area. ​​ Number of samples in this study was 100 consumers in five famous steak shops in Surakarta. The sampling method using accidental sampling. To test this hypothesis, researchers used path analysis, while for processing the data using SPSS. To build consumer loyalty that consumers do not move to another place and would recommend it to others, then the steak entrepreneurs must constantly improve the image of the Corporate and consumer satisfaction.
