AbstractPermit service is strategic function of governance execution, development and social. Thisresearch measure the permit service with the approach of service quality ( SERQUAL). Researchorient the customer perception to accepted permit service. Analytic research observasional withthe transversal cross sectional this analyse 60 data of perception cutomer as responder to permitservice which he is accepted from Inwrought Permit KPPT) Kota Surakarta. Abstract

AbstractHuman Resources (HR) is one of the most significant assets for any organization.Therefore it is necessary to continue to be addressed and be empowered in order to obtain aprofessional apparatus. In explaining leadership, author use the Leadership Behaviordeveloped by Garry Yulki (1998). Because this theory can provide a description of the perceiveddepth and also can explain how the factor of leadership can provide a significant effect onperformance. This suggests that leadership have a positive and significant relationship withemployee performance. So it can be concluded that the better leadership then the employee willget better performance anyway. Freedom ofthe press is absolutely necessary for democratization that guarded the purpose of this nation.However, press freedom is not oriented to truth and loyalty to the public can be a threat to thefreedom of the press itself. In some ways the mass media or the press often have to adjust to theconditions in which they are included in the territory of a country. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to know the quality of health service take care of to lodgecenter of health people (PUSKESMAS), subdistrict Baturetno, Regency Wonogiri. Theoreticallyquality aspect which can be used as indicator to assess quality of health service, that is:profession appearance (clinical aspect), efficiency and effectiveness, safety and patientsatisfaction. This research use the research type qualitative descriptive. The data sampling takenpurposive method include doctor, nurse, administrative energy, patient and also patient family. Asfor result from this study is health service specially take care of to lodge in Puskesmas Baturetnoof regency of good Wonogiri appear result, this matter seen from medical service given by doctorand also nurse as according to standard which have been specified in the Puskesmas, evenmedical energy goodness of doctor and nurse very responsive to requirement of patient and alsopatient family.Key Word : Service, Quality, Health

Abstract

AbstractThe Scandinavian social democrat’s ability in managing societal cleavages of politics hasbeen an important part in their relative success of promoting the ideas of social democracy, andwelfare state. But there are revived and contested arguments about what kind of cleavages thatmostly played significant role and strategically has been managed to pave the way fordemocratization, and also what kind of approaches used in managing them. Through this paper Icomparatively and definitely emphasize the struggle of working class and social democrats inScandinavia. In which social democrats play highly important role in organizing the workingclass. As apparent in the course of Scandinavia’s democratic history, the working class asdemocratic potential raised significantly when it being organized and enfranchised. Furthermore,the class met typical contexts in capitalism development and traditional cleavages of Scandinavia.The cross-cleavages approaches definitely most used in the struggle, particularly throughoutcoalition with another class, territorial and cultural groups, gender, and even religious groups.Key Word: Social Democrat, Societal Cleavage, Organized Working Class, Croos-CuttingCleavages, Cross-Cleavages Approaches

AbstractThis article explores about foreign policy of President Vladimir Putin. Under a strong leadershipof President Vladimir Putin, the new Russia is gaining in influence through a series of strategicmoves resolving around its geopolitical assets in energy and military. He also wants to changeRussia’s foreign policy. Ideological fundament-communism and class struggle no longer exist asa significant factor in Russian foreign policy; instead some pragmatist ways can be seen inforeign policy concepts and actions. Putin emphasized his pragmatism in foreign policy in most ofhis speeches and realized it in foreign policy actions. In views of Russia, Indonesia is a countrythat have a lot of potential. In addition to being in the path of international trade, Indonesia hasmany natural resources. So it is important for Russia to make a good cooperation with Indonesia.One of this way is cooperating with Indonesia in economic, political and military. Russia makesIndonesia as a market for the military products, where to invest and make loans.
