Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the influence of Quality of Service on Customer Value and Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty. Analyze and explain the influence of the Customer Value Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty. Analyze and explain the effect of Customer Satisfaction to Customer Loyalty. This study included an explanatory research. The number of samples in this study as many as 102. The sampling technique using Accidental Sampling. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that service quality significantly influence Customer Value. Quality Services significantly influence customer satisfaction. Customer Value significantly influence customer satisfaction. Quality Services significantly influence Customer Loyalty. Customer Value significantly influence Customer Loyalty. Customer satisfaction significantly influence Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui evaluasi kinerja dengan menggunakan perbandingan analisis rasio selama tahun 2010-2014. Jenis penelitian menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari situs resmi BEI www.idx.co.idsebanyak 12 perusahaan. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis rasio. Analisis rasio terdiri dari rasio likuiditas, rasio aktivitas, rasio leverage, rasio profitabilitas, dan rasio pasar dengan jumlah sebanyak 19 rasio. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasio likuiditas yang cukup baik diperoleh perusahaan INDF, AISA, dan ULTJ. Rasio aktivitas yang cukup baik diperoleh perusahaan ICBP, CEKA, MLBI, dan ROTI. Rasio leverage yang cukup baik diperoleh perusahaan DLTA, ICBP, INDF, ROTI, dan ULTJ. Rasio profitabilitas dan rasio pasar yang cukup baik diperoleh perusahaan DLTA dan MLBI.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses peningkatan keterlibatan karyawan para tenaga perawat unit rawat inap anak di Balai Klinik Ibu & Anak RKZ Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi untuk menjelaskan penerapan model kepemimpinan direktur rumah sakit dan motivasi kerja tenaga perawat unit rawat inap anak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancaraterhadap 7 orang informan yang merupakan tenaga perawat senior, tenaga perawat menengah, tenaga perawat junior. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Interactive Model of Analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model kepemimpinan direktur rumah sakit bagi perawat senior dan menengah melalui pendelegasian wewenang dan keterlibatan dalam pengambilan keputusan; dan bagi tenaga perawat junior melalui memimpin melalui contoh dan penjabaran visi dan misi rumah sakit. Motivasi intrinsik tenaga perawat dalam bekerja adalah panggilan hidup dan kebanggaan dalam bekerja, sementara motivasi ekstrinsik adalah insentif, gaji, promosi jabatan, pertukaran tempat dinas, lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan hubungan antar rekan kerja yang baik. Adanya konflik yang belum terselesaikan antara direktur rumah sakit dengan tenaga perawat senior terkait ketidakpuasan dalam pembagian insentif mendorong terjadinya peningkatan keinginan untuk mengundurkan diri dari pekerjaan dan lebih cocok diselesaikan dengan model kepemimpinan transaksional.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan transaksional terhadap budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, komitmen organisasional,dan kinerja karyawan. Tempat penelitian dilaksanakan di Rumah sakit umum Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Kediri yang memiliki pegawai sebanyak 353 orang. Sampel ditetapkan berdasarkan hasil kuesioner yang masuk sebanyak 130 responden yang meliputi 81 orang (62%) tenaga kesehatan dan 49 orang (38%) tenaga non kesehatan / tenaga administrasi. Teknik analisis statistik Structural Equation Model (SEM) dan uji beda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasional;(2) Kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi dan kinerja karyawan;(3) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja;(4) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional;(5) Komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (6) Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan;(7) Kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja dan komitmen organisasional.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the factors that develop market segmentation of Power Rental Equipment, as well as to reveal the profile of the segment formed by the segmentation process. This type of research is  survey, which combines exploratory and descriptive research, with a purposive sampling method. The object of the research is the business customers of PT. Sumberdaya Sewatama Jakarta, with a purposive sample for a total of 48 respondents. This research using a Cluster Analysis methods..  Results of research showed the factors that necessitated priority in shaping the Market Segmentation of power rental equipment such as: delivery, quality, service, price and range. The study also profiled three segments  as follows : First Time Prospect, Novices, Sophisticates on which to base further development of empirical research. The uniqueness of this study is the first market segmentation study on power rental equipment industry in Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract :The aims of this study was to investigate the influence effect of direct TQM practices and leaderships on employees satisfactions and loyalties on Clarion Hotel Makassar. In addition, it was done to investigate indirect effect of TQM practices and leaderships on employees loyalties through employees satisfactions. In this study, the data were collected using a questionnaire with Likert scale, and then distributed to 157 employees of Clarion Hotel. Partial Least Square (PLS) was used to analyze the data. The finding of this study reveals that TQM practices and Leaderships have a positive and significant effect on employees satisfactions and loyalties. Furthermore, in this study was found that TQM practices and Leaderships have a positive and significant effect on employees loyalties through employees satisfactions, so employees satisfaction could mediate the effect of TQM practices and leaderships on employee loyalty.

Abstract

The research aims to determine whether there was an effect of compensation and working environment on the performance of employees of PT. H.P. Metals Indonesia, Ngoro Mojokerto. This research was conducted using quantitative methods. The population or the subject of this study is part anodizing contract employee at PT. H.P. Metals Indonesia, Ngoro Mojokerto. The sample used in this study are as many as 200 people by using simple random sampling as a sampling method. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire form and in the form of a Likert scale of measurement, with the test by using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study can be seen: (1) there was significant effect on compensation and work environment simultaneously toward employee performance (2) there was significant effect on compensation and work environment partially toward employee performance (3) the compensation effect is more dominant than the work environment on employee performance. This showed that the company paid more attention to the issue of compensation to improve the performance of employees.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of fiscal decentralization on local economic growth as well as view the ability of balance funds and private investment as a moderating variable, in strengthening the positive impact of fiscal decentralization on local economic growth in the province of Bali. The study was conducted in nine districts / municipalities in the province of Bali with a total sample of 45 samples. The data analysis techniques used in this study is partial least square (PLS). Hypothesis test results showed that only fiscal decentralization has a positive and significant impact on regional economic growth. Meanwhile, two moderating variables not proven to strengthen the positive effects of fiscal decentralization on economic growth in the region.

Abstract

The purposes is to determine the effect of workload, compensation and organizational commitment to employee performance. The method is used to explanatory research by collecting information directly from the respondent, technical sampling took by stratified proporsional Random Sampling, which using the formula from Slovin to obtained sample of 116 people from a total population of 163 people. Data was collected by questionnaires designed with Likert scale. Data analysis method used to descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis which in this study using path analysis (path analysis). Descriptive analysis show the result (1) the average value of the variable workload of 2:28 ( disagree) with the variable workload statement, its mean that their work is easy, (2) the average value of the variable compensation of 4:13 (agree) the statement of variable compensation , its means that compensation more better, (3) the average value of variable organizational commitment at 4:36 (absolutly agree) to the statement variable organizational commitment , which means that organizational commitment is very high , (4) the average value of the variable performance at 4:19 (agree) with the statement of performance variable , which means that the employee's performance is good. The findings showed that there is a significant and positive effect between work load on organizational commitment (? = 0.434, p = 0.000), there is no significant effect and negative between workload on employees performance (? = -0020, p = 0828), there is a significant and positive effect between compensation for organizational commitment (? = 0234, p = 0.005), there is a significant and positive effect of the compensation on employees performance (? = 0282, p = 0.001), and there is a significant and positive effect between organizational commitment to employees performance (? = 0.351, p = 0.000).
