Abstract

Art education in pre-school and primary education is not intended for childrento be excellent in performing arts, or be a champion in the art of dance, music, literaryarts, visual arts and so on. It is clear that art education in elementary school level is notsolely aimed at producing artists. The important thing is to make children sensitive todistinguish beauty and badness, honesty and falsehood in accordance with the truth. Infact, art education (especially visual arts) in the level of primary education has not hadadequate position or portion when it is compared to other subjects. It can be seen in thepractice of learning that has not been in accordance with the substance of the true artseducation, e.g. teaching and learning strategies, availability of facilities, studentmotivation, time allocation stated in the curriculum, evaluation systems, and humanresources. Based on the results of that analysis and the important role of arts learningat primary school level, it is necessary to consider and seek breakthrough which givesthe subject of art the same position and portion as any other subjects. Moreover, it isnecessary to realize that learning arts in primary education can give positive effects tothe holistic increase of childrens ability: cognitive, affective and psychomotor.Kata kunci: analisis, pembelajaran seni rupa, pendidikan dasar

Abstract

Analyzing data of students evaluation is often a difficult work for a lecturer. The analysis is aimed to know the students ability in mastering materials so that thelecturer can classify the students based on their ability. This article provides a methodcalled  fuzzy clustering which is used for classifying students based on theirachievement. This method is an algorithm that was adopted from human reasoning sothat in determining a decision it is expected to more humane. Fuzzy clustering usesmember function to classify students according to value which shares common characteristics. The experiment revealed that the most optimum result to classify 40students marks comprises 3 groups. The central cluster is 34.7365 (cluster 1),58.1670 for cluster 2, and 85.1248 for cluster 3. The three cluster centers were used tocalculate the students marks which are close to each cluster. With this methodgrouping students based on learning achievement of is more flexible and has a hightolerance value.Kata kunci : logika fuzzy, fuzzy clustering, klasifikasi, dan prestasi belajar

The research is aimed at finding out the different effect of maximumexercise load, sub maximum, the power of high and low arm and the interactionbetween exercise lead and arm power on the accuracy of badmintorn full smashstroke. The study was conducted at Remaja Badminton Club of Semarang in 2003.The number of the sample was 40 players. The design used was factorial 2x2. Theexercise load was measured with exercise load test which had validity coefficient onthe firs day 2.82 and on the second day 2.45. The reliablity coefficient was 0.99. Thearm power was measured with arm power test with validity coefficient on the first day238.09 and on the second day 245.92. The reliability coefficient was 0.996. Abstract

The globalisation era influences the shift in moral values and studentsbehavior. This is reinforced with the the fast growing informational technology whichdevelops in a matter of seconds. As a result, negative foreign culture is easily absorbedwithout a sufficient filter. Today what happens at one part of the world can be directlymonitored from other parts of the world. In the globalization, students think critically. The border of moral values is very slight. The example from biraucrats is regardedpoor. There are many vulgar moral values exposed to young generations. Theexposure has a negative risk for the students. This condition becomes a quite fatalweak point for educators to implant good conduct at schools and homes. The goodconducts education at schools is stepping backward. Emphirically teachers hardlyever teach good conducts at schools. Students behaved impolitely to teachers anddespised their peers. This is because good conducts as a subject which standsindependently from other subjects does not exist. The subject was integrated into twosubjects: civics and religion education. However, this is regarded as a failure. Thesubject still fails even when it was integrated with mathematics, science, socialscience, arts, Indonesian, and physical education. Good conducts should be includedin the curriculum as an independent subject. The assessment should emphasize theability to apply good conducts in every day life.Kata kunci : pendidikan budi pekerti, sekolah, dan etika
