Abstract

In the world of education , the problems faced are the quality of human resources. Qualified human resources will give a great influence to the progress and prosperity of a nation . The Resource constraints often be a contributing faktor to the low quality of human resources in Indonesia . Therefore, researcher is interested in studying the correlational relationship education, quality of human resources and Internet technologies .The purpose of this study are to 1 ) determine the prototype model of e-learning software which is good for presenting information quality learning, 2 ) knowing a good model that describes the implementation of e-learning in educational institutions, 3 ) determine the theoretical models that describe the relationship of adoption internet-based information technology, namely e-learning on the quality of iterative learning systems and quality impact on improving the quality of Human Resources ( HR ). To achieve the research objectives , this study uses the approach 1 ) model of information system design e-learning , 2 ) Qualitative and 3 ) quantitative , with a sample size of 100 respondents obtained from students throughout the province of Central Java , and instruments which is used to pull the questionnaire . The pattern of the questionnaires using a Likert scale with five alternative answers . The data analysis technique used is the index number to describe each study variable and SEM analysis to determine causal relationships between variables. Before SEM analysis instrument used to test the assumption is valid and reliable .The results showed that : 1 ) Model Internet-based learning system that e-learning provides significant effect on improving the quality of learning and the impact on the quality of human resource , 2 ) model is Internet based learning system is an e-learning system has more value than any other study is in create interaction between teachers and learners more effectively. Communication that occurs can occur without being limited geographic area and time . Learners can be discussions, tasks , answer questions , access learning materials at any time without limited time and regions, 3 ) model based learning system that internet e-learning provides significant effect on improving the quality of human resources, where the quality of the learning part that can not be separated from the quality of human resources. Abstract

This study aims is to determine the Effects of Service Quality, Customer Relations and Corporate Image Of Loyalty Through Customer Satisfaction In PD. BPR BKK Boyolali. This study is a survey research. The data used primary data collected through questionnaires to customers PD. BPR BKK Boyolali. The data obtained were tested using the test validity, reliability, linearity test, path analysis, t test, F test, test R2 in total. The results of the t test, the first equation shows that the variables of service quality and corporate image/company image respectively positive and significant impact, while customer relationship/effect relationship is positive but not significant. While the second equation only service quality are significant effect on customer loyalty, indicating that due to the location of existing districts in the region, in general, customer-oriented transactions with a sense of security and fast employee service in the transaction of PD. BPR BKK Boyolali. F test results the first equation and the second equation shows that together or simultaneously variable service quality, customer relations/relationships, corporate image/company image, as well as the effect of satisfaction on customer loyalty PD. BPR BKK Boyolali. From the test results obtained by the total R value of 0.755 or 75.50 %. This means that customer loyalty PD. BPR BKK Boyolali. From the total effect shows that the effective path in an effort to increase customer loyalty PD BPR BKK Boyolali is through a variety of efforts to improve service quality variables because in addition to a significant positive effect also has the greatest value or dominant. Boyolali waiter explained by the variable quality, customer relations/relationships, corporate image/company image and customer satisfaction as an intervening variable of 75.50 % and the remaining 24.50 % is explained by other variables outside our model, such as : interest rates, administrative costs banks, promotion, other supporting facilities. The results of path analysis, the use of intervening variables, in this path analysis showed that the variables of satisfaction in order to increase customer loyalty of the variable quality of service, customer relations and corporate image is not effective, because of these three variables showed the direct influence everything bigger than numbers indirect effect. Abstract

The aim of this study is investigate the influence of leadership, communication, and job satisfaction to teachers performance of the Government Vocational High School 4 at Klaten. The research is a survey to teacher performance at the Government Vocational High School 4 at Klaten Data have been collected with questionair was processed with, validity and reliability test, the path analysis, t test, F test and test of R2. The t test result show that there is influence of leadership, communication, and job satisfaction to teacher s performance at the Government Vocational High School 4 at Klaten. The F test result show that there is influence of leadership, communication, and job satisfaction to teacher performance the Government Vocational High School 4 at Klaten simultaneously. From path analysis shows that leadership has a less influence to performance than across job satisfaction, so that communication. It means that job satisfaction can’t be as an intervening variable because the coefficient is smaller than coefficient as direct influence. From test of R2 shows that the independent variable can explain performance about 80 % and 20% can be explained by other variables: commitment, ability. Abstract

The purpose of this study are to examine the effect of incentives on motivation and performance of employees at STIE AUB Surakarta. This study is a survey research. The data used is primary data collected through questionnaires to 33 employees at AUB STIE Surakarta. Data obtained are tested with test validity, reliability test, path analysis, t test, F test and R2 test. T test results showed that incentives have a significant effect on employees motivation, incentives have significantly influence employees performance and motivation. F test results show that the incentives and motivation variables affect the performance of employees at STIE AUB Surakarta simultaneously. The test results of path analysis show that the effect of incentive to employees performance through motivation is lower than the direct effect on employees performance of incentive variables. The test results show that the results of the total R2 is 78.6% and the remaining 21.4% described by other variables outside the model. Keywords : Incentives, motivation, employee performance.
