Abstract

The purpose of this study are to examine the effect of incentives on motivation and performance of employees at STIE AUB Surakarta. This study is a survey research. The data used is primary data collected through questionnaires to 33 employees at AUB STIE Surakarta. Data obtained are tested with test validity, reliability test, path analysis, t test, F test and R2 test. T test results showed that incentives have a significant effect on employees motivation, incentives have significantly influenceemployees performance and motivation. F test results show that the incentives and motivation variables affect the performance of employees at STIE AUB Surakarta simultaneously. The test results of path analysis show that the effect of incentive to employees performance through motivation is lower than the direct effect on employees performance of incentive variables. The test results show that the results of the total R2 is 78.6% and the remaining 21.4% described by other variables outside the model. Keywords : Incentives, motivation, employee performance.

Abstract

This study aimsistoanalyzethe effect of(1)leadership style onwork motivation, (2)organizational culture onemployeesmotivation; (3) organization witha commitmenttoinfluenceemployeesmotivation, (4)leadership styleon employeesperformance; (5)organizational cultureon employeesperformance; (6)organizational commitmenton employeesperformance; (7)work motivation onemployee performance.The data usedin this studyweretaken with theprimarypopulationquestionnairesgiven toemployeesas many as 48people. Analysistoolsused inthetestinstrumentvalidity andreliability testing, analysisregressiontheintervening variable(Path Analysis), ttest, F test, testR2, correlation analysis, analysis of the effect. The test resultsshowedallinstrumentswere valid and reliable. The results showed : 1) Leadershipstylehada notsignificantpositive effectonwork motivation, 2) Organizational Culturehadsignificantpositive effectonwork motivation, 3) OrganizationalCommitmenthad positive and significant impactonwork motivation, 4) LeadershipStyleshad positive and significant effecton employees performance, 5) Organizational Culturehadsignificantnegative effecton employees performance, 6) Organizational commitmenthadsignificantpositive effecton employee performance, 7) Work Motivationhad positive and significant effecton Employee Performancein theRegional Employment Board ofKlaten.R-square value was 66.2% and a total, meaningful employee performance variation in Klaten Regional Employment Board, explained Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment to Work Motivation as intervening variable of 66.2% remaining 33.8% was explained as other variables outside the model instance variables of job satisfaction and employee discipline. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigated the influence of product, price, place, and promotion of the purchasing decisions in the Small and Medium Enterprises Batik Surakarta City. Techniques of data analysis using multiple linier regression analysis,t-test, R2-test. The method used for data collection was based on questionnaires distributed to 100 buyers batik in the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Batik Surakarta City. With the result of the (X1) Product has positive and significant impact onpurchasing decisions in the Small and Medium Enterprises Batik Surakarta City. (X2) Price has positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions in the Small and Medium Enterprises Batik Surakarta City, . (X3) Place has positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions in the Small and Medium Enterprises Batik Surakarta City, . (X4) Promotion has positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions in the Small and Medium Enterprises Batik Surakarta City.Promotion of factors have contributedthe most powerful in influncing buying decisions at the Small and Medium Enterprises Batik Surakarta City, compared with the other variables. The magnitude of the effect of variable product, price, place, and promotion .(Adjusted R2) of purchasing decisions in the Small and Medium Enterprises Batik Surakarta City at 81.3%, while 18.7% is influenced by other factors beyond the variable. Abstract

This study aims is to determine the Effects ofService Quality, Customer Relations and Corporate Image Of Loyalty Through Customer Satisfaction In PD. BPR BKK Boyolali.This study is a survey research. The data used primary data collected through questionnaires to customers PD. BPR BKK Boyolali. The data obtained were tested using the test validity, reliability, linearity test, path analysis, t test, F test, test R2in total.The results of the t test, the first equation shows that the variables of service quality and corporate image/company image respectively positive and significant impact, while customer relationship/effect relationship is positive but not significant. While the second equation only service quality are significant effect on customer loyalty, indicating that due to the location of existing districts in the region, in general, customer-oriented transactions with a sense of security and fast employee service in the transaction of PD. Abstract

The aim of this study is investigate influence of leadership, communication, and job satisfaction to teacher performance of the Government Vocational High School 4 at Klaten. The Hypothesizing which have been formulated in this research is: there is direct and indirect influence of leadership, communication across job satisfaction to teacher performance of the Government Vocational High School 4 at Klaten. The research is a survey to teacher performance the Government Vocational High School 4 at Klaten Data have been collected with quesionary was processed with, validity and reliability test, the path analysis, t test, F test and test of R2. The t test have been done show that there is influence of leadership, communication, and job satisfaction to teacher performance the Government Vocational High School 4 at Klaten. The F test have been done show that there is influence of leadership, communication, and job satisfaction to teacher performance the Government Vocational High School 4 at Klaten as simultance.
