Abstract

In the case of gathering the society fund through Mudharabah saving, need standards of operational procedure by BMT (inverse) and the members of a cooperative (Inventory) as a frame work seriously to provide a professional human resource. The profit of both of them have to decided before when made agreement. The profit comparative of profit sharing depend on factors influenced the small big of profit sharing. This study is qualitative research by using a descriptive method that supposed to describe the application of profit sharing, and the factors influenced the small big of profit sharing. In addition, it will analyze the application problems and provide the alternative problem solving. To get a data validity on this study, the writer use a qualitative analysis by triangulation as a technical data analysis. Keywords: profit sharing, tabungan mudharabah

Abstract

Third party funds in banking sector is a capital to carry out its business activities. Deposito Batara iB is one of the third party funds mudharabah mutlaqah. PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) KCS Malang managed to get an increase in deposits to raise Batara iB in the last two years. In order to increase the fund, PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) KCS Malang provide product strategy, pricing and promotions on Deposito Batara iB. This research was conducted using qualitative methods with the descriptive approach and the data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. Primary data obtained through interviews and documentation. Secondary data obtained from the object of research website. Data analysis using qualitative data analysis. Product strategy by creating a logo, motto and packaging in the form of features and services. Pricing strategy given PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) KCS Malang by providing profit sharing ratio deposits, special provision (nisbah), does not apply administrative fees and penalty in their transactions. To introduce a Deposito Batara iB to customers, PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) KCS Malang promote activities through various media. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure the performance of Shari’ah KANINDO Malang in East Java by using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC). BSCis a performance measurement method which not only reflects the financial performance, but also non-financial performance (aspects of the customer, internal business processes and learning and growth). The method of analysis in this research is by using descriptive analysis. The research result, the average value for each of the perspective that is the financial perspective is needed to be improved because there are several ratios that are still not as stable as the LDR. Customer perspective, which is indicated by the level of customer satisfaction (customer satisfaction) foward the services provided by KANINDO to the members and the prospective members. In the internal business perspective, it needed targetsin the performance assessment by which it can easily know the barometer of success of a program of work in order the company’s goals can be achieved optimally and the learning and the growth are quite good as indicated by the increased of productivity of employees from year to year. So it can be concluded that the performance of Shari’ah KANINDO Malang of East Java is included in criteria of quite well and it is suggested that KANINDO implements the Balanced Scorecard method for performance appraisal.

Abstract

In determining investment decisions concerning the future which is definitely or uncertain, investors are not only required to have special skills or sharpening intuition alone to face risks of the investment made. Investors should also determine the performance of the two obligations, which are more profitable to invest. These goals of study are to look at differences in the performance of Conventional and Syari’a Ijara Obligation based on nominal yield, yield to maturity, current yield and realized yield. Test conducted in this study uses an independent model analysis of t-test samples. Before testing, the initial step is to perform calculations based on the performance of the nominal yield, yield to maturity, current yield and realized yield. The result of study on statistical analysis are using independent t-test sample with significant level of 5% based on nominal variable yield, yield to maturity, current yield and realized yield. That the nominal variable yield, yield to maturity and current yield show not significant performance difference between Conventional and Syari’a Ijara Obligation. Ijara Obligation provides the average amount of fee for an investment amounting to 48.86% in 2007–2010. While Conventional Obligation can only the coupon rate of 44.99%. The yield to maturity on average Syari’a Ijara Obligation to 46.92%. From the position of current yield, which is a comparison of fees at market price. Syari’a Ijara Obligation has the highest current yield better than Conventional Obligation. Although the realized yield on the variables, Syari’a Ijara Obligation are still not be able to provide better value than the fee a Conventional Obligation. Abstract

Islamic financial services unit is designed for the creation of togetherness in bearing the risks and share the results of operations between the owner of the funds that keep their money in banks, with banks and fund managers as well as communities in need of funds to the status of the borrower or fund manager. In this study using qualitative analysis methods, qualitative analysis is a data analysis technique used in describing how the objects of research as well as outlines in the form of sentences or statements based on data collected with the aim to obtain a conclusion from the formulation of the problem. The results of this research show that mudharabah role for business customers looking from business activities managed by the customer. From an initial shortage of capital to the business generate more profits. In addition, mudharabah also have a role to the Indonesian economy. Among them are mudharabah not solely motivated by economic but also social motive that is earmarked for small communities. With mudharabah motives will alienate the public from loan sharks, but it required a very easy terms, and also mudharabah will save the Muslims from the practice of usury which is clearly unlawful. Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the factors that considered by customer in making a decision to deposit their money at the Islamic Financial Institutions as well as to analyze the main factors considered by customers in making a decision to deposit in to Islamic Financial Institutions. The research method used is factor analysis. The analysis technique used is through the following stages: Description of Data, Test of variables Interdependence, extraction factor (early statistics), factor before the rotation, Rotation Factor and Validity Test and reliability of the model factor. The samples in this research are 100 respondents from 7 BMT in Malang city. Sampling of customers of Islamic financial institutions in this research is using a purposive sampling technique, which is sampling of customer of Islamic financial institution that intentional without consider the level in the population. This technique is done due to the member of the population is considered homogeneous and already well-known. The results of this study showed that environmental factors that consist of cultural, social class, personal, and family and marketing mix factors that consist of product, place, promotion, and price are the factors that considered by customers when making a decision to deposit their money in to Sharia Financial Institutions. The main factors to be considered are the marketing mix, and environmental factors.

Abstract

This study aims to find and analyze models of the effect of ownership structure on the sustainable competitive advantage based on the reputation of the size of the accounting Indonesia’s privatized SOEs. The sample of this study a total of 14 SOEs Tbk Indonesia. Analysis of the data in this study using the Partial Least Square (PLS). Results penelitain found that increasing public ownership in the ownership structure of Indonesia’s privatized SOEs to improve sustainable competitive advantage based on the reputation of the accounting measure of increased return on equity (ROE), an increase in return on assets (ROA), an increase in the actual dividend payout ratio (ADPR).

Abstract

This research aimed to know the influence of integrated marketing communication to brand equity of sharia banking at Malang simoultaneusly and partially. Used 102 respondents with accidental sampling method and data was analized by multiple linier regression. The result shows, first, integrated marketing communication influenced simoultaneusly to brand equity of sharia banking at Malang. Second, only one variable that influenced partially to brand equity of sharia banking at Malang, the variable is public relation. So there is not dominant variable.

Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of Economic Value Added (EVA), Market Value Added (MVA) of otomotif companies Stock return listed on stock exchanges Indonesia, because otomotif companies have an important position on Indonesian Economics.Population of this research are otomotif company that listed on the Stock Exchange of Indonesia from 2007–2010 with sensus sampling method and multiple regresion analysis to analyzed. For the parsial side Market Value Added (MVA) has an influence to stock return of Otomotif Company that listed on the Stock Exchange. To get the trust from investor, otomotif company should have good performance with a good value of Market Value Added, because Market Value Added has significant effect to stock return; and have a good prediction about another factor that influence the stock return wich used histories data for the indicator.

Abstract

Researcher was interested in conducting research in the Baitul Maal Hidayatullah Branch Malang with the aim to identify management of funds cash waqaf in these institutions and the general problem and the steps taken by BMH Branch Malang in overcoming these problems. This research is a qualitative with descriptive approach. The techniques used in data collection methods are observation, interview and documentation. The survey revealed that the funds cash waqaf collected by the BMH branch Malang targeted specifically for the education program for the development of Islamic educational institutions Ar-Rohmah for girls which is located in Dau Malang. The forms of development such as land acquisition in the vicinity/area of that institution. The main constraint in this management of cash fund of wakaf is the human resources/employees who are less optimal in performing his duties and it is difficult to be taken to develop the organization. To overcome this, the BMH branch Malang creates training initiatives in order to motivate their employees.
