Abstract

Increasing competition in various sectors triggered by globalization requiresindustry challenges, methods and business strategies to be able to maintain the existence and sustainability of the business. Behaviorthat providesfreedom that is not part of an employee'sformal work, but contributesto the social and psychological work environment, is called organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). OCB as an individual freedom, which does not directly or explicitly receive appreciation from the imbalance ofthe formal system, and which fully encourages the effectiveness of organizational functions. This study is a literature study that aims to find out OCB and the factors that influence OCB as well as OCB Benefits for organizations. From the literature study on the results of previous empirical research, it is found that OCB findings are very important for improving organizational goals. Job satisfaction factors, organizational commitment, personality, self-efficacy, culture and leadership are very influential factors on OCB. The implementation of OCB is very decisive in organizations through case studies by taking into account the factorsthat influence it in accordancewith organizational goals.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work ability and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Baggage Service Department of PT Gapura Angkasa Denpasar Branch. The number ofsamplesis 41 respondents who are employees of PT.Gapura Angkasa Denpasar Branch. Data analysis techniques used are the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Regression equation results: Y = 6.210 + 0.391X1 + 0.310X2, so it can be concluded that work ability and job satisfaction have a positive effect on employee performance. Hypothesis test results prove that work ability and job satisfaction significantly influence employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of interest rates, Debt to equity ratio (DER), and Earning per share (EPS) on stock returns of companies listed on the LQ-45 index on the Indonesia stock exchange period 2015-2017.Samples were taken using a purposive sampling method. The population in thisstudy is companiesregistered in the LQ-45 index for the 2015-2017 period. The total population in this study was 45 companies. From a population of 45 companies, 5 companies were obtained as samples of the study with an observation period of 3 years. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that the interest rate had a negative and significant effect on stock returns so that the first hypothesis was accepted. DER has a positive and significant effect on stock returns so that the second hypothesis is rejected. EPS has a negative and insignificant effect on stock returnsso that the third hypothesisisrejected.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of role conflict which consists of work family conflict and family work conflict and role ambiguity on performance of BPR employee's in Gianyar Regency. This research also examined the moderating effect of gender on the relationship of work family conflict, family work conflict, and role ambiguity on employee performance. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability first. The population in this study were 5 BPR of 25 BPR on Gianyar Regency. The method of determining the sample uses the criteria of married employees, so that the sample in this study was 110 women and 70 men. The WrapPLS version 6.0 analysis method is used to test the proposed hypothesis. The results showed that work family conflict, family work conflict, and role ambiguity had a negative and significant influence on employee performance. However, gender does not have a moderating effect on the relationship between work family conflict, familywork conflict, and roleambiguity on employee performance.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is an evaluation that describes someone for feeling happy, or not happy, satisfied or dissatisfied at work. Therefore, to get employee job satisfaction, themanagement of the company must pay attention to factors that affect employee job satisfaction. This study aims to find out the communication, organizational culture, and physical work environment influencing employee job satisfaction. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test. The data used is primary data with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The study population was all employees with a sample of 32 respondents. The results of this study indicate a positive influence of communication, organizational culture, and physical work environment on employee job satisfaction. Based on the results of the t test, the communication has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, the variable of organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction and the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Based on the results of the F test, the communication variables, organizational culture and physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Performance isthe overall level ofsuccess of a person in a certain period where carrying out the task compared with various possibilities such as work standards, targets, targets or criteria which have been determined in advance and agreed upon together. This can be achieved if the company always pays attention to safety factors and occupational health because this will be able to improve employee performance. Occupational safety and occupational health is a program created by the government that must be obeyed and implemented by employers capable of workersin an effort to prevent accidents due to work and occupational diseases by recognizing things that have the potential to cause accidents and occupational diseases as well as anticipatory actionsin the event of an accident and occupational illness. On the other hand, organizational commitment is a sikao thatreflectssincewhere an individual knows and is bound to his organization. The aim of this study; 1) knowing the effect of work safety on employee performance, 2) knowing the effect of occupational health on employee performance, 3) knowing the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance, 4) knowing the effect of safety, occupational health and organizational commitment simultaneously on employee performance on CV Yamaha Waja Hayam Wuruk motorcycle. By using multiple linear regression analysis results are obtained; 1) occupational safety, occupational health, and organizational commitments positively influence employee performance on the Yamaha Waja Motor Hayam Wuruk CV. 2) work safety, occupational health, and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance on the Yamaha Waja Motor Hayam Wuruk CV. 3) work safety partially has a significant effect on employee performance at CV Yahamaha Waja Motor Hayam Wuruk. 4) the occupational health parsyal has a significant effect on employee performance on the Yamaha Waja Motor Hayam Wuruk CV. 5) partially organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance on theYamaha WajaMotorCVHayam Wuruk

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance at Cheese Worksin Gianyar with a sample of 41 people. Based on the regression analysis shows the positive influence of the job satisfaction independent variable (X1) on the employee performance dependent variable (Y) and the positive influence of the organizational commitment independent variable (X2) on the employee performance dependent variable (Y). From the multiple correlation analysis obtained R value of 0.941 which lies between 0.80-1,000, which means the relationship between job satisfaction, and organizational commitment to employee performance is very strong. From the determination results obtained adjusted R square determination coefficient of 87.9%, which means the influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment to employee performance by 87.9%. From the results of the t test for job satisfaction variables obtained tcount 3,501 with a significance level of 0.001, this means that statistically job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so that the first hypothesis can be accepted. For work organization commitment variable obtained tcount 4.663 with a significance level of 0.000 this means thatstatistically organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so that the second hypothesis can be accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is: To determine the effect of job satisfaction on Turnover Intention in The Seminyak Village Seminyak Bali Kuta, To determine the effect of organizational commitment to Turnover Intention on The Seminyak Village Seminyak Bali Kuta. In thisstudy the census method is used by giving a questionnaire to the entire population of 42 people. The analysis used includes validity test,reliability test and classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, correlation, determination, F test and T test. Based on research and statistical analysis presented in the previous chapter, and in accordance with the research objectives, it can be concluded that employee job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intentions at The Dusun Villa Seminyak Kuta Bali, while organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention employee at The Dusun Villa SeminyakKutaBali.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the infuence of transformational leadership to perceptional justice. Beside that it also indicated the relationship between perceptional justice to unethical behavioral. The respondence of this study was employee in hotel industries, which located in Nusa Dua area. SPSS version 20.0 was used to test the proposed hypothesis. The results showed transformational leadership can directly affect perceptional justice. However, perceptional justice had a negative effect on unethical behavioral. Discussion and limitation for future research is presented.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intellectual capital on the company's financial performance and the influuence of firm size as a moderating variable between intellectual capital and the financial performance of the consumption sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016-2018. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique with a total of 120 companies. The results of the analysis based on statistical tests that intellectual capital has a positive effect on the company's financial performance and firm size succeeded in moderating the relationship of intellectual capital with the financial performance of the consumption sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange
