Abstract

Messaging merupakan aspek yang sangat penting dalam komunikasi manusia. Kemajuan serta integrasi teknologi komunikasi dan komputer membuat unified messaging system (UMS) menjadi populer. UMS menyatukan email, voice mail, faksimili dan short message service (SMS) sehingga pengguna dapat membuat dan mengakses semua jenis pesan dari semua jenis perangkat komunikasi dan komputer. Makalah ini menggambarkan suatu skenario implementasi Asterisk yang banyak digunakan sebagai VoIP gateway sebagai basis pengembangan UMS. Pendekatan yang diusulkan akan mampu memfungsikan Asterisk sebagai server VoIP untuk mewujudkan sistem komunikasi suara, menyediakan antarmuka dengan PSTN dan menyertakan layanan voice mail yang dapat diteruskan ke PSTN atau ke alamat email sebagai suatu attachment. Pendekatan ini juga mampu menjembatani pertukaran pesan antara SMS, fax dan email melalui AGI yang terintegrasi di dalam Asterisk, termasuk perubahan dari suara ke bentuk teks dan sebaliknya. Asterisk tidak menyediakan semua layanan dari UMS, tetapi integrasi dengan berbagai perangkat lunak open source lain memungkinkan terwujudnya sebuah UMS utuh dan bebas biaya lisensi.

Abstract

Data is something important because it can be used to help make a decision or policy in an organization. One form of output from the use of data is to produce forecasts in the future. One of the organizations that need forecasting is the hospital. Data that can be used for forecasting is patient visit data. The purpose of this study is to compare several supervised learning methods in the case of forecasting outpatient visit data, by producing a model result from the experimental process of KNN, SVR, Decision Tree, Random Forest and Linear Regression methods. From the Plot Time Series data for outpatient visits, autocorrelation results using the ACF method have a significance level, namely at lag 1 = 0.797, lag 2 = 0.6, and lag 3 = 0.579. So that the formation of the dataset is found that the current data 15Yt"  has an influence on the data one month earlier 15Xt-1" , the previous two months 15Xt-2" , and the previous three months 15Xt-3" . The results of the forecasting model carried out resulted that the random forest method had the best model with an evaluation value of the RMSE model of 204.43 and the MAPE value of 12%. Based on the criteria for the MAPE value, the model that has been made has a good category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine student perceptions of the Learning Management System (LMS) during the Corona pandemic. Currently, many educational institutions are conducting online learning and using LMS in their activities. The LMS system is used as a medium for managing the learning process. By utilizing the LMS, schools can register, identify lesson plans, monitor learning, and evaluate learning. During the pandemic learning period, LMS plays a very important role in determining the success of learning targets. It is therefore important to get students' perceptions of the LMS used. The LMS system used in this study is a free web-based LMS system and can be used by the public. The assessment methodology used to fulfill the research objectives uses a Likert-type scale. This study provides insight into the LMS preferred by students. The results of this study can be used as a reference in the selection of the LMS tool used. The method we use is a simple questionnaire using a google form. This research is included in quantitative research. From the results of the research, it is evident that there are two things that are of great concern to students, namely the LMS is easy to use and is able to facilitate the availability of teaching materials. Respectively with a total agree of 86.8% and 93.3%.

Abstract

Trunojoyo University Madura is a state university in Indonesia. The Trunojoyo Madura University website is used for information delivery media. The website can be accessed by anyone and used to make announcements for both students and outsiders. Based on this, the desired website quality must have high performance, usability, mobile friendliness, accessibility, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), connected to social media, and safe. This study was conducted to determine the level of usability through evaluating the performance of the academic website of Trunojoyo Madura University. Therefore, this study evaluates the performance of the website by using an automatic evaluation tool, namely SimilarWeb. This tool checks the level of popularity of a website both in terms of ranking and the number of visitors who access the website. In addition, measurements from the usability side were taken to determine the usability of the website obtained from the responses of students and visitors who have accessed the website. The results showed that by using SimilarWeb website traffic was obtained at a good level. Usability measurement has been carried out, as many as 58 respondents have answered 15 questions.

Abstract

Electrical power consumption monitoring, mainly at business properties in urban areas that have one line power supply distribution at many area rent, had the problem of the bill electric consumption on the tenant. The places like dormitories, food court, futsal field, pets day care etc. had problems, where the node had more electrical consumption operationally, so we implemented IoT monitoring and control at  electrical device and electrical consumption report. The method to implement this system is using IoT protocol communication and firebase cloud data as a third party database application that is accessed by an android mobile phone. The systems of our research is infrastructure IoT mobile communication that can be controlled and adjusted by firebase cloud and can activate the device by MCU microcontroller ESP wifi that Based to monitor and record activity that had controlled by mobile phone. All data activity has to be processed and saved to the firebase data cloud, so the system depends on internet communication and an active firebase server. So the result of our research is to report activity and bill of electrical consumption every node that had rented.

Abstract

Competition in the world of industrial trade 4.0 is currently getting bigger because of technology and humans must be faced with online-based technology that makes it easier for them to carry out their activities. In addition, the increasing number of visitors, especially cafes in the city of Surabaya. Because it is not strategic, it makes the cafe so few visitors and only residents who often pass the cafe. With the media so that the cafe can be known by many people, namely the existence of a café search application in the city of Surabaya can help introduce cafes easily. In developing the cafe search application in the city of Surabaya, it is web-based and will use the Bootstrap framework which is useful to speed up and simplify application development. Framework is a framework for web-based and desktop-based applications that serves to improve website security, make code programs more structured, and help developers perform more efficiently. By using the waterfall method or commonly called the waterfall method in order to be able to support to minimize errors that may occur because the process is carried out one by one.

Abstract

In the process of developing the right information system, of course, there are several aspects that need to be considered. For example, the development of the system has an enterprise architecture basis, which has a pattern in terms of planning, designing, and managing the information system itself. For now, SMK NEGERI 1 KEMLAGI has not integrated information systems in both academic and non-academic fields such as administrative management, library management and school facilities and infrastructure. All activities carried out have been assisted by the existence of IT infrastructure such as computers and networks, but this is not enough to adapt to the dynamic development of application technology. Based on these problems, an architectural design is needed that can be a solution for academic and non-academic information system management. The design uses the TOGAF ADM method, this method is known to be complete and easy to use. In the application of TOGAF ADM, a good understanding of the business processes of the relevant organizations must be mastered. So that it can provide a good guide for creating a blueprint for the required information system components

Abstract

Café Society adalah salah satu outlet café yang berada di lingkungan kota Probolinggo. Café ini merupakan tujuan beberapa komunitas serta masyarakat sekitar untuk menikmati kopi dan suasana untuk mengobrol. Selama ini sistem di Café Society masih memakai metode pelayanan manual dimana pelayan mencatat di atas kertas. Dari sudut pandang efektivitas, pengambilan tulisan tangan secara manual dapat menyebabkan kesalahan dalam pengambilan data. Pencatatan pesanan Anda di atas kertas akan menjadi tidak akurat saat pesanan Anda tiba. Pelayan masih ceroboh dan kertas pesanan yang mereka pesan tidak sengaja tercecer, sehingga hanya perlu diservis terlebih dahulu setelah pengunjung baru dilayani. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut maka Café Society membutuhkan aplikasi pemesanan makanan dan minuman berbasis web. Manfaat dari penggunaan teknologi di cafe untuk mengurangi pemakaian kertas serta memberikan informasi tentang makanan dan minuman yang dapat dilihat pengunjung Dari hasil analisis sistem menggunakan metode PIECES khususnya yang berkaitan dengan pemesanan menu pada Café Society yang masih menggunakan cara manual untuk pencatatan pesanan maka diperlukan Aplikasi Pemesanan Online. Aplikasi Pemesanan Makanan Online di Café Society ini dapat diakses secara online oleh admin, bagian kasir, dan pelanggan dengan menggunakan email dan password (bagi pelanggan tidak perlu). Didalam akhir penelitian ini aplikasi pemesanan makanan pada Café Society yang telah dibangun dapat dijalankan melalui website. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian berdasarkan metode black box dengan pihak owner, dapat disimpulkan dalam sistem yang telah bangun sudah sesuai dengan konsep yang diharapkan.Kata kunci: Aplikasi, Café, Pemesanan, Penjualan, QR code, Web

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara dengan pengguna media sosial terbanyak. Dengan banyaknya pengguna media sosial, hal ini dapat memicu munculnya cyberbullying. Cyberbullying adalah tindakan berulang yang melecehkan, mempermalukan, mengancam, atau mengganggu orang lain melalui komputer, ponsel, dan perangkat elektronik lainnya, termasuk situs web jejaring sosial online. Twitter merupakan salah satu media sosial yang sering digunakan untuk melakukan cyberbullying. Deteksi cyberbullying merupakan langkah penting untuk membuat lingkungan yang baik dalam interaksi media sosial. Penelitian ini mendeteksi cyberbullying yang berasal dari tweet berbahasa Indonesia dengan menggunakan metode Random Forest sebagai pengklasifikasi. Seleksi fitur information gain juga digunakan untuk menyeleksi fitur yang berupa atribut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui akurasi deteksi cyberbullying dari metode Random Forest dan memilih fitur penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja metode. Dari hasil pengujian, didapatkan nilai Accuracy tertinggi sebesar 72.1% dengan atribut berjumlah 1295 dari 2277 atribut. Hal ini berarti, pemilihan fitur yang baik dapat meningkatkan performa dari metode machine learning.Kata kunci: Cyberbullying, Information Gain, Random Forest, Tweet
