Abstract

In the relation between bank and its customer, the bank should to capable to fulfill need and satisfy through services and create the value to the customer.  So in the compete situation, to give customer satisfaction is main duty of bank in order that the customer loyal permanently. The customer satisfaction is primary cause for building customer loyalty. More and more loyal customer to the bank, that’s indicate the service superiority of its bank. Base description above this research purpose to analyze the impact of service quality and perceived-customer value on customer satisfaction in the effort building customer loyalty in banking. To fulfill research purpose, primary data applied in this research. These data analyzed by SEM approach through AMOS application program. Population in this research is the bank customer one of bank in Surabaya which still be active transacted deposit with its bank. The number of populations are noted about 11.923 customer. From these identifications there are 200 customer as sample selected at simple random. Respondent are met when doing transaction with its bank during research period.Result of this research indicates that : a) there is negative impact of service quality on customer satisfaction, but not significant,  b) there is positive impact customer-perceived value on customer satisfaction, and c) there is positive impact customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. Abstract

Budget is one of instrument of management control and as primary component of financial planning on the future. Budget have two important roles, that’s in planning and control process. In order that budget processing can bring out budget which can function as planning and control instrument, mean not happened budgetary slack, so the manager center of accountability must participate (budget participation) in the budget processing. Not only required their participation in budget processing but also is needed their commitment (organization commitment) in budget execution.Base on description above, this research purpose to test effect of budget participation to budgetary slack, and to test moderate effect of organizational commitment which ability to strengthen relation between budget participation with Budgetary slack. To fulfill this research purpose, primary data applied in this research. These data analyzed by multiple regression approach through SPSS application program. Population in this research are managers of PT. PLN (Persero) Area Pelayanan dan Jaringan Surabaya Selatan, cited 23 managers. 23 managers are entirely becomes sampel of research. Result of this research indicates that : a) there is negative impact of service quality on customer satisfaction, but not significant,  b) there is positive impact customer-perceived value on customer satisfaction, and c) there is positive impact customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. Abstract

In doing experiential marketing, bread boutique "Bread Talk" involves customer emotion in order to feel pleasure during they buy bread. With involving customer emotion in doing bread buying, so customer will get interesting experience during they buy product of Bread Talk. Interesting experience obtained by customer stimulate customer to be loyal. Purpose of this research to analyze influence experiential marketing against customer loyalty on bread boutique "Bread Talk" in Plaza Surabaya.Data used in this research is primary data obtained from respondent answer which come through questionnaire with interval measurement scale. The Respondents are buyers which buy bread in Bread Talk Plaza Surabaya more than 1 times. Sampling technique use incidental sampling with the number of respondent about 200 customers. Analytical technique use SEM which will better to see the causality which will be tested.Based on result of data processing, obtained that experiential marketing have positive effect toward customer loyalty in bread boutique Bread Talk. This thing mean if sense, feel, act and think from customer of bread boutique Bread Talk go up, so customer loyalty of Bread Talk go up too.Keywords: Experiential Marketing, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Interconnected political event sliver with economics stability a state. Chosen event  of Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono on 20 October 2004 representing political event  have national scale able to influence sentiment reaction of capital market in Indonesia is. Chosen of President of Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono on 20 October 2004 representing big achievement in democratian of Indonesian nation, namely Indonesian nation will execute election of president directly and in moderation if the event registered in general election history since Indonesia independence, because this matter represent firstly  times rill in democracy in Indonesia. Many economic observer of prediction that perpetrator of money market and stock market will react positive to the is chosen of Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono as President of RI, and also the nun  election at ease and peaceful relative. Based on breakdown of above hence this research aim to know and analyze abnormal difference  return and also stock  transaction volume before and after chosen event  of Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono on 20 October 2004.Object in this research manufacturing business which commerce of its active share  stock and joined into company of LQ- 45 on 20 October 2004 that is amounting to 16 company. To test hypothesis which  raised in this research hence used different test analysis technique one sample ( test t sample one) . Of analysis above data which have been showed that first hypothesis which raised namely there abnormal difference  return before and after chosen event of Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono on 20 October 2004, cannot be proven  its truth, the mentioned supported by result of examination with test of t where obtained  t-test equal to 0,763 with level of significant 0,465. and so do  second  hypothesis which raised namely there is difference  of volume trading of activity before and after chosen event  of Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono on 20 October 2004, cannot be proven  its truth, the mentioned supported by result of examination with test of t where obtained  t-test equal to 2,212 with level of signifikan 0,054. Abstract

Chinese of through Kya-Kya Kembang Jepun, not only have been able to realize an area which intern for its community, but have also been utilized by as public space of wide society. As New Comer, their role as merchant in boga and non-boga by taking a small area corner of town Surabaya, namely Kembang Jepun and label by the name of Kya-Kya  having that meaning is Jalan-Jalan. This ethnical have proved that their arrival in this country, not only merely freeload, but they also show in the field of commerce. As merchant, practically always more uppermost from all economics perpetrator which have background from different ethnical. Those who more preeminent in commerce area, inviting big question mark why and how them can create the excellence, in the middle of middle as minority ethnical.This research aim to know about the ethnical merchant of Chinese in Kya-Kya manage the finance so that earn more pre-eminent in the field of commerce. Where method used to dig and explain the this family management research method qualitative.This research that ethnical of Chinese in Kya-Kya all family member in planning management, commissioned to though make the finance note of most is wife, but husband dominant in make decision an everything related to family finance. They develop the behavior from original culture they hold the firmness. Abstract

Basically improvement effort of competency and lecturer professionality becoming main attention of Higher Education Directorate General (Ditjen DIKTI). This thing based on conception that lecturer is one of a real important component in learning process, and directly influences improvement of quality of learning process for student. In working professionally, faculty of economics graduate hardly requires ability to oral communication. This research purpose to analyze ability of learning process in the effort increasing ability to oral communication of students. Ability to oral communication will be proxy without existence of fear in communicating.Base on research purpose, primary data applied in this research. Research population are junior students on academic year 2006/2007 and senior students which has gone through more than 120 sks. Both consist of economic development, economic management, & economic accountancy study program. The number of the students are noted about 636 junior and 738 senior students. From this two sub population amounts which not homogeneous, selected 468 students as sample base on Slovin formula and by using probability sampling technique. As respondent, the students are met when they are present in campus and not receiving lesson, during research period. Only 427 units data which can be analyzed by using ANOVA. Result of research indicates that there is no difference level of fear to oral communication between junior students with senior student. Under assumption that junior students and senior student as homogeneous population, then this result can concluded that learning process can increase ability of oral communication of students.Keywords: Oral Communication, Learning Process
