Abstract

The aim of this research are 1) to know growth balance of trade rubber commodity between Indonesia and United States. 2)Analysing factors having an effect to balance of trade rubber commodity between Indonesia and United States. Knowing effort to increase balance of trade rubber commodity between Indonesian with United States. This Research using secondery data, of time series from 1992 to 2005. Of the obtained data is hereinafter analysed by using analysis of trend, analyse multiple linear regression and descriptive analysis. Result of research indicate that growth balance of trade rubber commodity between Indonesia and United States from 1992 to 2005 would degradation. By simultan is fourth the variable have an effect on reality to balance of trade rubber commodity between Indonesia and United States. While by partial variable of produce domestic natural rubber, rupiah exchange rate to dollar and interest rate have an effect on positive and signifikan to balance of trade rubber commodity between Indonesian with United States, domestic polystyrene consumption have an effect on negative and signifikan to balance of trade rubber commodity between Indonesian with United States. Effort to increase balance of trade rubber commodity between Indonesian with United States for example: Increase pro duel natural rubber by using pre-eminent clone, taking care of stability of rupiah exchange rate to dollar and need the existence of policy the government that is make-up of lease and add national saving will improve interest rate. Abstract

Smoke is still live choice and habit to most people in the world among activities. Eventhough the govenunent forbid to smoke, really still do it as habit. In the other hand cigarette tax has a big contributed to national income so the issues always the big topics discussion between pro and contra from time to time. The purpose of study is to know variables of knowledge, motivation, life style, information, experince, image, habit, income, and family affected to consumer behavior cigarette "X". Based on factor analysis shows thai: individual factors (knowledge, motivation, life style), phsycological process (information, experience, image), environmental factors (habit, income, family) influenced to consumer behavior cigarette A and B. Abstract

Exploiting of Industrial disposal steel "Steel Slug" for plant media to hang in doubt because obstetrical height of Fe make poison for crop though height Ca and Mg have an effect on positive at crop growth. Research designed to study type proportion fertilize (NPK, Cotton Seed (CS), Compost (C), and Manure (M», soil, and" Steel Slug from '112 5 until 4/2/5 in degrading Fe of through forming Fe-80 complex( chelat+Fe), change pH, N, Ca, Mg, KTK at Entisol 3-7 WAI (Weeks After Incubation), and also the tomato Crop growth old age 35 DAP (Days After Planting). Result of attempt indicate that proportion of fertilizerlsoil/"Steel slug 1 - 4/2/5 Steel Slug" manifestly degrade soil pH that is 1.30,1.63,0.73,0.6 set of, successively for treatment at 5 WAI, and N-Total Mean mount reality equal to 0.48, 0.65, 0.83 and 0.55 for NPK, CS, C and Manure. Obstetrical of Ca at 3 MSI and 5 MSl, lowered by 25.00 me/ 100 g ( NPK 2/2/5), 221.50 me/100 g ( KP 1/2/5). KTK Land.Ground mount mean of equal to 58% ( 5 MSI) and 16% ( 7 MSI). downhill Ion Ferro very real at  5 MSI mean 45% and 7 downhill MSI of mean 30%. Abstract

The study aimed to know the time of Azol1a application and the dose of P fertilizer which gave the best rice yield. The experiment was done from November 2005 to March 2006, in the field and green house of Agricultural Faculty UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta, Condong Catur, Yogyakarta. The pot experiment was arranged in Randomized Completely Design with two factor and three replication. The first factor was the timing ofAzofla application: no Azolla, 3,4,5 and 6 weeks after planting. The second factor was the dose of P fertilizer: 100 and 150 kg SP-36. The datas were analysed by analysis varian and Duncan Test 5%. The result showed that there was no interaction between the time of Azolla application and the dose of P fertilizer.The time of Azolla application 4 week after planting gave the best productive suckers , it was also for the dose P fertilizer 150kg/ha. Abstract

High percentage of fall ing of flower and fruit of chilli plant in rainy season represents problems which often occurs so that productivity of chilli very low in the rainy season and often caused failure on fruit set. The aim of this research is knowing the influence of plant regulator in increasing the productivity of chilli plant which is cultivated at off season (rainy season). This research was designed using Random Block Design which consist of 2 factors. The first factor is Ethrel with 4 levels giving; 0 ppm / I, 250 ppm / I, 500 ppm / I and 1000 ppm / I and the second factor is Dekamon with also 4 levels giving; 0 cc / I, 0.5 cc / I, I cc / I and 2 cc / 1. Results of research indicate that the plant growth regulator application Dekarnon and Ethrel effecting on all variables observed both generati ve and vegetative variables, in general, at all levels of concentration of the plant growth regulator which is applied result the linier positive influence. Research also shows there is no influence significantly of the interaction between the two plant growth regulator. Key words: Zat pengatur tumbuh, musim hujan, cabai kecil

Abstract

The research was conducted at ex-rice field farm in countryside of Klerek, district of Junrejo, Batu. The research took place in rainy season from October until December 2005. Research location resided at height 800 m above sea level. To understand the distribution of purple blotch disease at each observation time, data was obtained from the amount of leaf infection at every crop clump of sample from each experiment plot. The result of the research showed that at age 49 and 52 days after planting, patogen distributed randomly. At the time of early observation 49 days after planting, the distribution of disease followed theory distribution, that is, poisson distribution (p== 0,57). Hereinafter, at age 52 and 55 days, pathogen disseminate aggregately, by increasing age until age 61 days after planting, the distribution of patogen reverse to have random character. The development of disease in the early observation was linear and at age 58-61 days after planting,  it started in fonn of curvilinier. Abstract

Synthetic plant hormone saled in many trade mark as Grow Quick (GQ) used for subtitute of cytokinin and auxin ill tissue culture medium of orchid. TIle aim of this study is to know and get concentration of GQ BAP and GQ NAA in MS medium for the most favor of orchid plantlet growth. Research was conducted in Randomized Block Design was replicated three times. Dendrobium 3 months age as Protocorm Like Bodies (plbs) treated in concentration combination of GQ BAP and GQ NAA in MS medium: MO = MS (control), M. = MS + GQ BAP'l ppm, M2 = MS+ GQ BAP 1 ppm + GQ NAA 1 ppm, M3 = MS + GQ BAP 1 ppm + GQ NAA 2 ppm, M4 = MS + GQ BAP 2 ppm + GQ NAA 2 ppm, M, = MS + GQ NAA 2 ppm. The best plantlet growth was showed MS + GQ BAP 1 ppm + GQ NAA 1 ppm on leaves number and root nlunber.GQ BAP and GQ NAA did not affect plantlet length and plantlet number. Abstract

The goal of this research is to get information about variety of sweet potato which have the highest production level and kind of fertilizer which give higher production level than 3 other examined varieties. The research was conducted in rainy season year 2005/2006 in Nayan village, Maguwoharjo, Depok, Sleman, DIY, using 3 kinds of  sweet potatoes: Boko, Sari, and Kalasan and using 4 kinds of fertilizer: organic matter formed from chicken feces, compost, and green fertilizer, also using manufacturer fertilizer mixed from N (Urea), P (SP36), and K(KCl). The experiment used Experimental Block Design (EED) Faktorial with 3 replications, The observation was conducted to several parameters: the amount of branch, lenght of main branch, weight of crop, amount of tuber, weight of tuber, diameter and average lenght of saleable tuber, amount of  tuber produced per ha, and sugar content in the tuber. The result of this research was the variety of Boko gave better growth in the amount of branch (19.50) and the lenght of' main bronch (178.63 cm), also gave the highest tuber produced ha-1 (13.12 ton). Organic fertilizer (chicken feces) gave the best result with 10 ton ha-1 doses, for the entire important parameters crop growth and the yield product observed, whereas on the supporting parameters, they generally gave of the same.

Abstract

The aim of the research is gctting vgenotipe of soybean resistance to Ophiomyia phaseoli (Tryon). Resistance test was done at Research Garden of Agriculture Faculty Padjadjaran University, Arjasari-Bandung  in February-April 2003. Research was designed using Randomized Block Design with 2 blocks replication. The treatment is 104 genotipe of soybean, observation was directed to resistance plant on Ophimyia phaseoli (Tryon). Rate of resistance was arranged by Resistance Category according to Ruswandi et all (1993). Results of the research shown that 104 genotipe was tested, there is no resistance genotipe (R), Genotipe number 24 occupy at the first resistance and including in Rather Sensitive (RS), 2 genotipes include Sensitive Category (S) and 101 genotipes Very Sensitive (VS) Key words : Resistance, Genotipe, Ophimyia phaseoli (Tryon)
