Abstract

This study aims to: (1). To determine the relationship between the administration of the Benefit Teacher Certification Teacher Performance IPA SMP I MTs in Jayapura, (2). To determine the relationship between the administration of the Benefit Teacher Certification Achievement IPA SMP I MTs in Jayapura, (3). To determine the interaction between granting benefits to improving the Teacher Certification Teacher Performance IPA SMP I MTs and Learning Achievement IPA SMP I MTs in Jayapura, (4). To determine the effectiveness of Teacher Certification allowances for science teachers to improve their performance, (5). To determine the effectiveness of Teacher Certification allowances for science teachers to improve science learning achievement ill school, (6). To determine whether there is a difference in performance between the Master Teacher Certification Allowance recipients who have not been certified by the Master, (7). To determine whether there is a difference between the Teacher Achievement IPA Allowance recipients with Master Teacher Certification Certification. The results showed that: The relationship between teacher certification allowance with a science teacher performance SMP I MTs in Jayapura showed fairly strong correlation (r = 0.459), with the students learning achievement IPA strong enough correlation (r = 0.458), there is a fairly strong interaction between administration teacher certification benefits with improved performance science teachers SMP I MTs and learning achievement IPA SMP I MTs in the city of Jayapura, the effectiveness of teacher certification allowances on teacher performance IPA SMP I MTs in Jayapura quite effective while the effectiveness of teacher certification allowances for science learning achievement of students SMP I MTs quite effective, there is a difference ill performance between a science teacher with a teacher certification annuitant science teacher who has not been certified and there is no difference between the students learning achievement IPA beneficiaries science teacher certification with the science teacher who has not been certified. Abstract

Have been determine the effect of the learning model cooperative TPS on student learning outcomes and influence the understanding of student learning outcomes as well as the influence of the type of learning model cooperative TPS and understanding of the learning outcomes students. This study uses the experiment method kuantitaf pre-experimental designs (Nondesigns) involving 30 students of SMA Negeri 1 Manokwari class XI Science academic year 2013/2014. Data analysis using correlation and regression analysis. Results of data analysis found the magnitude of the effect between the model pembeljaran simultaneous cooperative TPS (X1) andinfluence the understanding (X1) to the student learning outcomes (Y) 0,757 for the relatively strong. Where as contributions together (simultaneously) variables X1 and X1, Y = R x 100% or 0,7572 x 100% = 57,3% and the remaining 42,7% is determined by other variables. the size of the learning outcomes can be predicted by the regression equation. Abstract

Research has been carried out with the title Headmasters leadership,The work motivation, and The work discipline for the y.rork result by MIPA teacher of Junior High School in Mamberamo Tengah regency. This reseaiyh aims for test and analyze the influence of the principal leadership, work motivation and work d.iscipline for the work result by MIPA teacher of Junior High School in Mamberamo Tengah regency. Method used in this study is descrlptive analysis methods, the data collection was conducted through quessionaires and implemented for 15 people (5 Headmasters of Junior High School and 10 Teachers of MlPA of Junior High School) in Mamberamo Tengah regency. Data analysis in this study using the help of SPSS version 16. Sampling technique was used and the method of testing techniques census data that in used in this study include test validity and rehabilitation, the classic assumption test and multiple linearregression analysis. The analyze result of headmasters leadershipwith data preparation result included very good category. The statistic calculation result indicate that value of t arithmetic = 3,045 with using significant limit 0,011 more trivial than 0,05, it means that the headmasters leadership has influence for the MIPA teacher in Junior High School in Mamberamo Ten¥.ah regency. The work motivation that included intrinsic and extrinsic motivation appropriate with data preparation result included good category. The statistic calculation result indicate that value of t arithmetic = 1,358 with using significant limit 0,202 more big than 0,05, it means that the work motivation doesnt has influence for the MIPA teacher of Junior High School in Mamberamc Tengah regency. The work discipline that include accuracy of time, the realization in work and discipline for the rules appropriate with the result of data preparation included *good category*. The statistic calculation result indicate that value of *t *arithmetic = 2,578 with using significant limit 0,026 more trivial than 0,05, it means that work discipline has influence for the work result of MIPA teacher of Junior High School in Mamberamo Tengah regency. The work result of MIPA teacher of Junior High School in Mamberamo Tengah regency that include educate, teach, lead, t.o aim, train, appraise and evaluate appropriate with the data preparation included good category. The statistic calculation result indicate that value of f arithme-tic n; 10.,187, with using significant limit 0,002 more trivial than 0,05. According to variable simultaneous the leadership of headmaster, work motivation and work discipline have influence for the teach ers work result. Abstract

The purpose of the study was to see whether there is a positive and sibnificant relationship between the guided inquiry approach through an experimental method for conceptof chemical, and the creativity of students Department of Geological Engineering University of Ottow Geissler Papua with a samle of 15 people. Data were collected by questionnaire and essay. Data analysis methods used in the research is to use a simple correlation test. From the research that has been done is know that there is a positive and significant relationship between the guided inquiry approach through an experimental method for concept mastery o chemical to the value of 0,9111 count r > rtable 0,514 ; tvalue 7,9713 > ttable 2,160 ; grades rb 0,9532 > rtable 0,532 which means reabel ; X2value 13,4524 < X2table 23,685 which means the data are normally distributed and there is a positive and significant relationship between the gided inquiry approach through experimental methods or student creativity Geological Engineering Prograng at the Unniversity o Papua Geissler Ottow count r value 0,1240 < < rtable 0,514 ; tvalue 0,4533 < 2,160 ; rb value 0,2206 < rtable which means no reabel 0,532 ; X2value 3,6856 < x2table 23,685 which means the data are not normally distributed. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of quantum teaching learning models and methods of snowball throwing through the collaboration of the chemical of interest and achievement (subject: compound nomenclature and equation in class X SMAN 4 Jayapura). The method used in this study was quasi experimental with a sample of 100 people were divided into two classes (class control and experimental classes). The results reveal that there are different interests and student achievement between the classes that use quantum model of learning and teaching through collaboration throwing snowball method used class of models than conventional learning, evidenced through Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 resulting from the Mann Whitney U test In addition there is a difference of understanding the concept of students as evidenced from the average normalized gain overall grade of 0.80 compared to classroom experiments using conventional learning models of 0.35. Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh Pengaruh Self Leadership Mahasiswa, Motiasi Belajar dan Minat Belajar terhadap Indeks Prestasi Akademik Mahasiswa Keperawatan di Poltekes Kemenkes Sorong, Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisa 1. Untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan Self leadership mahasiswa terhadap indeks prestasi mahasiswa keperawatan Poltekes Kemenkes Sorong. 2. Untuk mengetahui Apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan Motivasi Belajar terhadap indeks prestasi mahasiswa keperawatan Poltekes Kemenkes Sorong. 3.Untuk mengetahui Apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan Minat belajar terhadap indeks prestasi mahasiswa keperawatan Poltekes Kemenkes Sorong. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil sebanyak 31 mahasiswa keperawatan Poltekes Kemenkes Sorong. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS Statistics 19. Kesimpulan yang dapat dihasilkan dari penelitian ini, yaitu: 1. Variabel leadership, motivasi belajar dan minat belajar secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap indeks prestasi mahasiswa keperawatan poltekes kemenkes Sorong, berdasarkan pada hasil uji F yang menunjukkan bahwa F – hitung (25,313) > F – tabel (2,89). 2. Variabel leadership secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap indeks prestasi mahasiswa keperawatan poltekes kemenkes Sorong, berdasarkan pada hasil uji t yang menunjukkan bahwa t – hitung (2,372) > t – tabel (1,706). 3. Variabel motivasi belajar secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap indeks prestasi mahasiswa keperawatan poltekes kemenkes Sorong, berdasarkan pada hasil uji t yang menunjukkan bahwa t – hitung (2,410) > t – tabel (1,706). 4. Variabel minat belajar secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap indeks prestasi mahasiswa keperawatan poltekes kemenkes Sorong, berdasarkan pada hasil uji t yang menunjukkan bahwa t – hitung (2,896) > t – tabel (1,706). 5. Minat belajar merupakan variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap indeks prestasi mahasiswa keperawatan poltekes kemenkes Sorong. Kata Kunci : Self Leadership, Motivasi Belajar, Minat Belajar dan Indeks Prestasi.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the influence of learning IPA by using the role playing method against toward student learning interest and outcomes of the Fourth grade students of SD Inpres Dekai, academic year 2014 / 2015. This research used design double paradigm , with a population of students grade fourth A as a class trial and grade fourth B as class sample research .The collection of data was collected through a test of role playing method, learning interest and the test results previously been tested validation beforehand. The technique of data analysis used SPSS version 16. The conclusion of this research are: ( 1 ) there are influence of the application of a role playing method towards student learning results as much as 0,929; ( 2 ) there are influence of the application of a role playing method against student learning interest of 0,926; ( 3 ) there are relation of the application of a role playing method of student learning results of as much as 92,9 %; ( 4 ) there are relation of the application of a role playing method against interest as much as 92,6%. Abstract

This study aimed to: (1) To determine the amount and distribution of student interest Papuans to Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in the Department of Mathematics and Science Education, Guidance and Counseling Uncen. (2) To see the level of the proportion and distribution of the number of indigenous Papuan students in the Department of Mathematics and Science Education, Guidance and Counseling Uncen courses. Existing data were then analyzed using descriptive statistics through the following steps: (a) is described, (b) presented (c) described verbally, and (d) inferred. The results obtained from this empirically is (1) It is a low number of indigenous Papuan students enrolled as a student at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Teaching and Education UNCEN or ranged between 10-15% of the total average number of them in Education Program Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology and Physics. (2) Students Papuans have a tendency to move the program to the social sciences as a result of the decline in the grade point average of students who continue to decline at the beginning of the semester one and two. Low ability students beginning their to move to the Science Program in Environmental social sciences FKIP or out to other faculty at the Cenderawasih University environment. Abstract

This study aims to: (1) to improve the students critical thinking skills, (2) to improve the students understanding of the concepts, (3) to know the differences of critical thingking skills between students who experience learning with PBL through experimental methods with conventional methods, (4) to know the differences of understanding of concepts between students who experience learning with PBL through experimental method with conventional method. The research method used is a quantitative method using a quasi-experimental study involving 40 subjects of SMA Negeri 3 Jayapura XI class science school year 2012/2013. Population consisted of 87 students, and samples were taken using cluster random sampling technique. The data used in this study is the data of student’s pretest and posttest. Results of data analysis showed that the PBL models with experiments can be: 1) improve student’s critical thinking skills (n-Gain experiment class = 0.74 and 0.48 n-Gain control class), 2) improve the understanding of the concept of students (n-Gain experiment class = 0.76 and 0.53 n-Gain controll class), 3) there are differences in critical thinking skills among students taught throught experiments with PBL models with conventional methods (sig < 0.05 or sig = 0.000), 4) there is a difference understanding concepts among students taught through experiments with PBL models with conventional methods (sig < 0.05 or sig = 0.001), 5) improve attitudes to find and solving problem, and 6) their positive attitude. Abstract

This study aims to Know (1) differences STAD cooperative learning model with NHT on motivation to learn chemistry in Class XII TKJ A and B, SMK Negeri 2 Manokwari (2) differences STAD cooperative learning model with NHT to the learning outcomes of Chemistry in TKJ XII Class A and B, SMK Negeri 2 Manokwari. (3) the effect of cooperative learning model tipeStudent Team Achievement Devision (STAD) and NHT on learning outcomes of Chemistry Class XII TKJ A and B, SMK 2. The design used was a type of non-equivalent pretest-posttest design. The results showed that: (1) There are differences in the application of the model of cooperative STAD pembelajran NHT premises on motivation to learn chemistry class XII student of SMK Negeri 2 Manokwari. This is evidenced by the results of the analysis are obtained, the Sig (2-tailed) research is smaller than 0.05 0.001 (2) There is a difference in the application of cooperative learning model type STAD with NHT on learning outcomes chemistry class XII student of SMK Negeri 2 Manokwari. This is evidenced by the results of the analysis, the Sig (2-tailed) research is 0.001 less than 0.05 (3) There is a learning outcome chemistry taught by the application of cooperative learning model type STAD with NHT in Class XII student of SMK 2 Manokwari country.
