Abstract

Abstract The research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 South Solok the influence of family environment and students motivation towards learning outcomes of accounting students of class X of SMK Negeri 1 South Solok. The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of family environment and students motivation towards learning outcomes of accounting students of class X of SMK Negeri 1 South Solok.The method used in this research is descriptive and causative. This research is a saturated sampling or census, which used population sampled as many as 96 students out of a population of 96 students. Family environment data (X1) and motivation (X2) is obtained from the results of the questionnaire or questionnaires while accounting student learning outcomes data (Y) is obtained from the documentation of the value end of the semester. Analysis of the data used in this study is a descriptive analysis and inductive analysis which consists of classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing.The results showed that: 1. Family environment and a positive significant effect on learning outcomes of accounting students of class X of SMK Negeri 1 South Solok, 2. Motivation to study significant and positive impact on learning outcomes of accounting students of class X of SMK Negeri 1 South Solok, 3. Family environment and student motivation are jointly significant effect on learning outcomes of accounting students of class X of SMK Negeri 1 South Solok. Based on these results, it is suggested that students, parents, teachers and the school for more attention to the family environment and students motivation in the learning process in an attempt to further optimize the learning outcomes of accounting students of class X of SMK Negeri 1 South Solok.   Keywords : Family Environment, Motivation, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

AbstractThe research was motivated by the low learning outcomes studied economics . This is caused by several factors , among the contributing factors is the method or approach used by teachers is still conventional , less students are actively involved in the learning and assessment that is used is still assessing the results of the assessment process yet . The purpose of this study was to look at differences in student learning outcomes using the inquiry approach to learning directly in SMA Negeri 14 Padang .This research is experimental research and research design used was purposive sampling . The population in this study were all students of class XI IPS SMA Negeri 14 Padang were registered in 2013/2014 , while the samples in this study were students of class XI IPS as an experimental class 5 and class XI IPS 3 as the control class .The data analysis technique used is the t test for normal distribution of data and groups of data have a homogeneous variance . The results showed that the average learning outcomes experimental class is 89.8 while the average of the control class learning outcomes is 80.83 . Based on the analysis of the data obtained , t = 3.631 > table = 1,654 then the decision is H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted .So it can be concluded that there are differences in student learning outcomes using the inquiry approach with conventional learning , where learning using an inquiry approach to higher learning outcomes than learning outcomes using conventional learning . This study is expected to be beneficial to all parties including the school principal to socialize inquiry approach to economic studies teachers in particular , for teachers to be able to apply the approach to inquiry and research institute, and later as reference material for future research . Keywords : Inquiry Approaches and Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the results of the economic study mid second semester exams of class X students of SMAN 7 Padang Academic Year 2012/2013 is still low under minimum completeness criteria . This study aims to determine whether the results of the economic study of students who apply cooperative learning model TPS is higher than the results of the economic study of students who apply conventional teaching class X SMAN 7 Padang . This type of research is experimental . The study population was a tenth grade students of SMAN 7 Padang Academic Year 2012/2013 . Based on economic achievement test scores of students , the average values obtained experimental class and control class 68.13 76.15 . Z - test analysis results , obtained Zhitung ( 47.18 ) > Ztabel ( 1.645 ) which means that the hypothesis is accepted . From this study it can be concluded that the results of the economic study of students who use cooperative learning model TPS higher than the students who apply conventional teaching class X student of SMAN 7 Padang . To the researchers suggested that teachers especially teachers of SMAN 7 Padang economic and high school teachers in general to implement cooperative learning model TPS as an alternative learning model that can be used to improve student learning outcomes . Abstract

Abstract This study aims to reveal (1) the effect of working capital on the traditional fishermen’s income, (2) the effect of labor on the traditional fishermens income, (3) the effect of working hours on the traditional fishermens income, (4) the effect of working capital, labor and working hours toward the traditional fishermens income. Fishermen are a group of people who are actively engaged in fishing activities, which directly or indirectly it depend on seafood.This study was conducted in September 2013. Types of the research is descriptive correlation study. The population of the research is located in the traditional fishing Nagari Koto Taratak. Samples taken in this study were 35 people by purposive sampling. Analysis of the independent and dependent variables through descriptive analysis and regression as well as to prove the hypothesis used the t test and F test.From the results of the analysis were obtained regression equation Log Y = 0.965 + 0.762LogX1 - 0,281LogX2 + 0.441 LogX3 + e with sig 0.000, 0.130 and 0.003. F test with a score of 815.476 sig . 0.000 < 0.05. Thus the variable capital income (X1), revenue hours (X3) partially significant effect on the income of traditional fishermen (Y), while the variable labor (X2) partially no significant effect on the income of traditional fishermen (Y). Simultaneously variables capital income (X1), labor (X2) and revenue hours (X3) significantly influence the traditional fishermens income (Y). Thus the results of this study are expected to provide benefits in formulating policies and strategies are effective and efficient in improving the traditional fishermen’s income Nagari Koto Taratak. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII MTsN Model Padang,dalam mata pelajaranIPS Terpadu (Ekonomi). Hal ini terlihat dari rendahnya nilai rata-rata ujian mid semester genapsiswa kelas VII yaitu56.47. Rendahnya hasil belajar ekonomi disebabkan oleh siswa kurang aktif dan kurang berpartisipasi dalam proses pembelajaran, siswa kurang berani bertanya dan menjawab pertanyaan guru. Salah satu usaha yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar ekonomi adalah dengan menerapkanmodel pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teasm-Assisted Individualization. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar antara penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team-Assisted Individualizationdengan model pembelajaran konvensional terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas VIII MTsN Model Padang. Hipotesis penelitian adalah terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa MTsN Model Padang, dalam mata pelajaran ekonomi yang diajarkan dengan model kooperatif tipe team-assisted individualization dengan model konvensional.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa/i kelas VIII MTsN Model Padang, yang berjumlah 427 orang, dari 12 kelas yang terdaftar pada tahun ajaran 2012/2013. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purpoosive sampling, dan terpilihkelas VIII4  sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VIII11  sebagai kelas kontrol.Teknik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah uji kesamaan dua rata-rata  dua arah  melalui uji-t. Uji t dilakukan karena data terdistribusi normal dan kelompok data mempunyai varians yang homogen.Rata- rata hasil belajar aspek kognitif pada kelas eksperimen adalah 86.33 dan pada kelas kontrol adalah 71.71. Hasil analisis data melalui uji t diperoleh, thitung = 5,103 dan ttabel = 1,67. Nilai  thitung >ttabel, yaitu 5,103>1,67 dengan  = 0.05. Keputusannya adalah H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Model pembelajaran kooperatif tipeteam-assisted individualization dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar ekonomidi kelas VIII MTsN Model Padang pada taraf kepercayaan 95 %. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar ekonomi siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe team-assisted individualization dengan hasil belajar ekonomi siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aimed to determine (1) The effect of students perceptions of teachers skills to explain the results of the economic study class X and XI social sciences in SMA Negeri 1 Timpeh (2) The effect of the use of instructional media on learning outcomes economy class X and XI social sciences in SMA Negeri 1 Timpeh (3) The effect of students perceptions of teachers skills to explain and use of instructional media on learning outcomes economy class X and XI social sciences in SMA Negeri 1 Timpeh.This research is descriptive and associative with a quantitative approach. The study population was all students in classes X and XI social sciences SMA Negeri 1 Timpeh majoring in social studies totaling 167 people. Stratified sampling technique with random sampling with a sample size of 63 people. Techniques of data analysis: descriptive analysis and inductive analysis, the normality test, multikoleniaritas, homogeneity test, heteroscedasticity test and multiple regression analysis.From the results of the study found that students perceptions of teachers skills to explain and use of instructional media and a significant positive effect on learning outcomes economy class X and XI social sciences SMA Negeri 1 Timpeh, it can be seen from the value of F greater than F (8,776> 3,15). With a coefficient of determination of 22.60%, meaning that students perceptions of teachers skills to explain and use of instructional media for 22.60% effect on learning outcomes economy class X and XI social sciences in SMA Negeri 1 Timpeh. Key word: Skills to explain, the use of instructional media and outcomes economy.

ABSTRAK This research of background overshadow by presentation of CV Citra Pandion Bernas financial statement. Which not yet according to is such as those which required by ZAK of ETAP which consist of balance, balance report, statement of changes in ekuitas, cash flow statement, and note of financial statement. While presented by financial statement is CV Citra Pandion Bernas only consisting of, profit report, capital statement and balance.Especial problem which studied in this research is how far CV Citra Pandion Bernas have applied ZAK of ETAP and also any kind of constraint faced by CV Citra Pandion Bernas in applying ZAK of ETAP. Target of research is to know how far CV Citra Pandion Bernas have applied ZAK of ETAP and also constraint any kind of faced by CV Citra Pandion Bernas in applying ZAK of ETAP. To reach the target of this research hence conducted by research qualitative use case study method (study case) with descriptive analysis technique of comparability.Result of research indicate that CV.CITRA Pandion Bernas have applied its financial statement pursuant to ZAK of ETAP but not yet fully, still many element which not yet according to ZAK of ETAP, that is earnings which do not be dissociated pursuant to between operating income and earnings outside effort which is obtained. Abstract

Abstract The research was motivated by the low student learning outcomes. This is evident from the second semester exams MID economic subjects class X SMA ADABIAH Padang school year 2012/2013. This study aims to look at differences in student learning outcomes using learning model hooray Review Course with conventional learning in class X SMA ADABIAH Padang. This type of research is the study of the subject with a random experiment. The population in this study were all students of class X SMA ADABIAH Padang enrolled in the school year 2012/2013 which consists of 9 classes. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique and was chosen as the experimental class is the class X2 and X3 Control class. Instrument used is the final test form a valid objective and reliable = 0.76 at 95% confidence interval. Classroom learning with the experimental results on average 74.5 higher than the control class with an average 64.6. Based on the data analysis it could be concluded that There is a difference Student Results Using cooperative learning model hooray Review Course With Conventional Learning Lesson In Economics Class X High School ADABIAH Padang. Keywords: Learning Course Review Horay and learning outcomes

Abstract

Abstract This research is motivated by the low results obtained studying accounting class XI IPS SMAN 9 Padang school year 2012/2013 . This study aims to look at differences in student learning outcomes using learning model Student Teams Achievement  Division  (  STAD  )  with  conventional  learning  in  class  XI  IPS SMAN 9 Padang .This type of research is experimental research . The population in this study were all students of class XI IPS SMAN 9 Padang listed in the school year2012/2013  which  consists  of  4  classes  .  Sampling  was  done  by  purposive sampling technique and was chosen as the experimental class is class XI IPS 1 and IPS 2 control class XI .Instrument used is the final test form a valid objective and reliabelnya =0.80 at 95 % confidence interval . Instrument used in this study is the achievement test . Form of test used is an objective form . Data analysis techniques used with the help of software SPSS version 16.0 .Based on the analysis of the data found that the two classes are normally distributed and homogeneous samples . Results of experimental class learning with an average of 82.7 is higher than the control class average of 73 . While the results obtained from testing the hypothesis sig ( 000 ) < of alpha ( 0:05 ) . Because the sig < of alpha then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted . Abstract

Abstrak : RAHMI YATI (10090276), Pengaruh Motivasi Memasuki Dunia Kerja dan Pengalaman Praktik Kerja Industri Terhadap Kompetensi  Kerja Peserta Didik Kelas XII SMK Muhammadiyah I Padang Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013, Skripsi, Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi, STKIP–PGRI Sumatera Barat, Padang,  2013.             Pokok persoalan yang diteliti pada skripsi ini adalah apakah motivasi memasuki dunia kerja dan pengalaman praktek kerja industri berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi kerja siswa SMK Muhammadiyah I Padang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda dengan uji signifikan menggunakan uji t dan uji F sedangkan uji asumsiklasik menggunakan uji Normalitas, uji Heterokedastisitas dan uji Multikolonieritas.            Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, Pertama: Motivasi memasuki dunia kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kompetensi kerja siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien motivasi memasuki dunia kerja sebesar 0,325. Berarti setiap kenaikan motivasi memasuki dunia kerja siswa sebesar 1 satuan maka kompetensi kerja akan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,325 satuan. Kedua: Praktik kerja industri berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kompetensi kerja siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien pengalaman praktik kerja industri sebesar 0,435. Berarti setiap kenaikan pengalaman praktik kerja industri sebesar 1 satuan maka kompetensi kerja akan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,435 satuan. Ketiga: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi memasuki dunia kerja dan pengalaman praktik kerja industri secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kompetensi kerja siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai F hitung sebesar 109,3 lebih besar dibandingkan dengan nilai f tabel sebesar 5,24 dengan tingkat kesalahan 5%Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah dorongan dari pihak sekolah dan orang tua memotivasi siswa perlu lebih ditingkatkan agar  motivasi  siswa memasuki dunia usaha lebih tinggi. Pihak sekolah agar mengoptimalkan pengelolaan waktu dan biaya praktik kerja industri siswa supaya tercapainya salah satu tujuan dari praktik kerja industri adalh efisiensi proses pendidikan .
