Abstract

Abstract: Career decision-making is an important task for teenagers, but not all teenagers were able to pass this task successfully, this condition is known in the theory of career indecision. This research aims to reduce the inability of the student career decision-making in the form of career decision-making training through psychoeducation group. For the purpose of this study was designed using Solomon Four Group. Population is all students of class X SMAN 1 Madiun. This research data analysis using independent sample t test with a level of 95%. Abstract

Abstract: Syllabus refers to a lesson plan on a particular or group of subjects/ themes that covers standard of competency, basic competencies, learning materials, learning activities, indicators of competence achievement, assessment, allocation of time, and learning resources. The principles in developing syllabus are scientific, relevant,systematic, consistency, adequate, actual and contextual, flexible, and comprehensive. The procedures of syllabus development are reviewing and determining standard of competency, assessing and determining basic competencies, determining indicators of competence achievement, identifying learning materials, determining the type of assessment, determining the allocation of time, and determining the source of learning. There are various models of syllabus on learning Arabic as a foreign language. Abstract

Abstract: Spiritual Knowledge is an essential part of the teachings atPesonaIlahi Assembly,Joresan-Mlarak, Ponorogo and this determines the assembly to receive tremendous public welcoming. What and how the spiritual knowledge is developed is very interesting to study. Through a qualitative approach, this study aimedat examining more deeply by employing in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. In analyzing the data, interactive analysis was usedby adopting the concept of Miles and Hibermaninvolving three main stages: data reduction, data display, and conclusion.  The results showed: 1). The emergence of the Assembly was determined by two factors: a) Murshid teachers,RomoKyaiLabibHudaf gained the trust fromRosulallah Saw to lead the people (Kholifahfilardi) and b) the emergence of spiritual aridity, growing akhlakulkarimah, making intelligent people spiritually. 2) there were four values   of spiritual intelligence found: a) unifying motion and oral in the sense of wholeness, b) making a whole of senses in the natural subservience, and c) prioritizing the most important primary, and d) subjecting ideology in ideology. 3). Abstract

Abstracts: Education determines the progress of a nation to be a prosperous country. With education, the pride and civilization of a nation is easily realized. This paper is a small portrait of educational system and educational quality in Indonesia; quality of education is directly correlated to the quality of the graduated in Indonesia. Human resources in Indonesia are deeply affected by quality of education in Indonesia. The fact found that only the qualified human resources can be absorbed in work places. In line with the global live, Indonesians are parts of Asia community and world community, therefore, Indonesians are required to move on following requirement of world community. Abstract

Abstract: The tourism resort as a social environment and mass media as a non- social environment will affect student learning outcomes. Studies on those effects on learning achievement seem to be essential to do. By employing descriptive and explanatory methods, this study attempted to investigate the influence of tourism and mass media exposure on student achievement. Abstract

Abstract: The role of religious education in actualizing justice and peace in Indonesia has been going on for a long time, along with the advent of Islam in Indonesia. However, it does not mean the role is completely finished. It is widely asserted that there were still anarchic action, injustice, intolerance and other destructive actions happened. In this void, the study on the role of religious education in actualizing justice and peace is interesting to do. This research was aimed at seeking the new light on Islamic education that could be used as standards for the development of religious education in efforts to achieve peace in Indonesian. This study used a qualitative approach by employing in-depth interviews, participation observation, and documentation as data collection methods. The  results of  this  study  revealed  that  firstly,  religion has a  fundamental role  in  the existence and continuity of  Indonesian. Secondly,  in  the era of regional autonomy and reformation, it was found that there was any significant improvement of the quality of religious education in which it was implemented consistently. Abstract: Character education meant as value education, ethic kindness education,moral education, which its aim to developingparticipant ability in order to give decisionof good-bad, looking after of goodness, and realize that kindliness in everyday life obligingly. In consequence character education as psychologically include dimension;moral reasoning, moral feeling, and moral of behavior.Character education inIslamic Boarding School conducted integrally with educationprocess in Islamic Boarding School. Character education do not become separate teaching item. Abstract

Abstract: Di samping penerapan metode/teknik pembelajaran, aplikasi bahasa yang digunakan pendidik atau dikenal dengan istilah teacher talk (TT) merupakan faktor utama penunjang kualitas proses dan hasil pembelajaran. TT tidak hanya sebagai sumber utama belajar bahasa, tetapi juga sebagai alat untuk mengajarkan target bahasa. TT berperan vital sebagai piranti pendidik dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran, mengelola, dan mengevaluasi proses serta hasil belajar peserta didik. Pendidik diharapkan mampu mengeksplorasi bahasa yang digunakan secara tepat sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran, tingkat penguasaan bahasa dan kebutuhan belajar peserta didik. Untuk menciptakan interaksi komunikatif, pendidik diharapkan mampu menerapkan ragam strategi bertanya yang efektif khususnya jenis pertanyaan referential untuk menggali ide peserta didik, merespon dan memberikan umpan balik fokus pada ide yang disampaikan, menggunakan modifikasi bahasa yang komunikatif ketika berbicara, menjelaskan materi, bertanya, atau dalam memberikan instruksi agar input yang diberikan mudah dipahami dan melakukan negosiasi makna dengan peserta didik. Abstract

Abstract: The overflow of foreign language books and high demands of market with the need of new products, including the translation, makes the quality of translation work has decreased. In this void, a critic on translation is necessary in order to create an atmosphere of critical and dialogical associated with the work of translation. This paper analyzed and discussed errors of translation of the book of al-Balagah al-Wadihah work of Ali al-Jarim and Mustafa Amin. In accord to this, the researcher attempted to know the forms of errors in the results of translation of al-Balagah al-Wadihah, and how the correct form of alternative translation should be. The results showed that the error in the target language sentence structure included the sequence position of sentences. Errors in the use of sentence effectiveness dealt with translating unnecessary text and repetition of words that had been mentioned. Errors in translating vocabulary covered improper equivalent elections, not equivalence of word categories, and inaccuracy of idiom translation. Abstract: The leader is essentially someone who has the ability to influence the behavior of others in the work by using power. Morally, leadership is closely related to the duties and functions of human beings on this earth. Among the duties and functions of his birth into this world is to preserve and utilize natural resources for the welfare of mankind. Man is created as the caliph of God on earth. In the Qur’an described thata good leader is for the good society as well. In other words, a good society can only be led and only requires a good leader as well.
