Abstract

Supported by the development of technology and information, some people change their buying behavior patterns from those initially offline to online systems. This study aims to examine the impulse buying behavior of online consumers in e-commerce which is viewed from the perspective of sharia business. The approach os this study is a qualititative method with a type of case study. The method of data collection in this study was to use interview methods, observation and documentation to informants. The unit of analysis of this study were nine consumers who made purchase online through a marketplace consisting of six buyers in Lazada, two buyers in  Zalora, and one buyer in BliBli, in addition there was one seller at Lazada. The results of the study show that 1)Consumers or individuals who have inclusive behavior in Lazada, Zalora and BliBli are included in the type of suggestion impulse behavior and planned impulse buying types (purchases depend on sales conditions). 2)Impulse buying behavior in e-commerce has fullfilled one or more sharia business principles, namely Lazada fulfills the principles of tauhid, adliyah, hurriyah, musawwah, and taawun, the Zalora fulfills the nabawi prinsiple, adliyah, musawwah, and hurriyah the BliBli fulfills the nabawi prinsiples, adliyah,  hurriyah, musawwah and ta’awun.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the infulence of perceived quality, brand attitude and brand preference of the purchase intention frisian flag milk in Surabaya. The variables used in this research were perceived quality, brand attitude, brand preference and purchase intention. This research used judgement sampling technique in order to get samples. Structural Equation Modeling AMOS was used for the analysis technique in this research with 130 respondent. The results of this study proves that the perceived quality have a significant influence on brand attitudes but no significant influence on purchase intention. Brand attitudes have a significant influence on brand preference but have no significant influence on purchase intentions. Brand preference has no significant effect on purchase intention

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of saving motives, positive experience on insurance purchasing decision with the inclination to purchase as mediation variable. The number of respondents from this study are 295 respondents. Respondents criteria in this study such as having insurance and being a decision maker to buy insurance and live in Surabaya, Gresik and Tuban. The technique to analyze the data use Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) by using PLS 6.0 program. The results of this study explain that saving motives, and positive experience have a significant positive influence on insurance purchasing decision, while the inclination to purchase can mediate the influence of competency and positive experience on insurance purchasing decision.

Abstract

Financial management behavior become a very important nowadays. This is related to the consumptive behavior in Indonesian and especially in Sidoarjo. The purpose of this reasearch was to determine The Impact Of Financial Knowledge, Lifestyle Pattern Of Career Woman Financial Management Behaviour With Locus Of Control As Moderating Variable.The sample consists of 180 respondents who have the characteristics as career woman that domiciled in Sidoarjo, has a income, as a manager of personal finances, productive age on 20-55 years, and at least junior high school as the latest education. Samples were selected using purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling on PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this reasearch is represent that Financial Knowledge have a positive signficant impact on financial management behaviour, Locus of Control have a positive signficant impact on financial management behaviour and Locus of Control partially mediates on the impact of financial knowledge on financial management behaviour.

Abstract

The aim of this research are to find more information and empirical evidence about the influence of corporate social responsibility and brand images to purchase intention and the influence of brand images in mediating the relationship between corporate social responsibility (CSR) to purchase intention. This research uses 110 Surabaya people who are at least 20 years old who have never used Telkom products and and intend to buy Telkom products, have knowledge about corporate social responsibility programs implemented by Telkom. This is a quantitative research, which data will be analyzed by using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The result of this research shows that corporate social responsibility (CSR) have no significant effect on purchase intention, corporate social responsibility (CSR) have significant effect on brand images, brand images have significant effect on purchase intention brand images can’t mediate the relationship between corporate social responsibility (CSR) on purchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Awareness, Perceived Quality, and Brand Attitude toward Purchase Intention of Biscuit Oreo in Surabaya. This research is a survey one with causal relationship constructs, so questionnaire is the main data source. Questionnaire measured with Likert scale and then data analysis done using structural equation model using Amos 22.0 program. The results showed that Brand Awareness significantly influence Perceived Quality because the standardized regression weight is 0.354 with value of C.R of 2.974 and p value of 0.003. Brand Awareness Significantly influence Purchase Intention because standardized regression weight is 0.486 with value of C.R of 3.756 and p value of 0.000. Perceived Quality significant influence Brand Attitude because standardized regression weight is 0.311 with value of C.R of 2.618 and p value of 0.009. Perceived Quality does not significantly influence Purchase Intention because standardized regression weight is 0.236 with value of C.R of 1.905 and p value of 0.057. Brand Attitude significantly influence Purchase Intention because standardized regression weight is 0.226 with a value of C.R of 2.015 and p value of 0.044

Abstract

Review Akad Buy Sell and Khiyar in a Site Bukalapak The Perspective Of Maslahah. This research reviewing the transactions by pelapak and buyers based on akad buy and sell khiyar associated with the maslahah in a site bukalapak. The collection of data by conducting interviews to informants as many as six people, three from the buyers, two of the pelapak, and one from the company at bukalapak. Data obtained processed and analyzed with the use of case studies, as well as tested their validity. Based on the results of the study, review of akad sell buy islamic perspective can use akad sell buy salam and akad murabahah. The akad used in accordance with the groove of sell buy on the site bukalapak, buyers see the goods and the price of goods and of order goods by paying in advance, recently received the goods within the period prescribed. The implementation of khiyar in the sharia perspective in site bukalapak use khiyar syarat and khiyar 'aib. Maslahah islamic perspective in site bukalapak which can be perceived by users i.e., bring benefits as well as resist damage. Researchers expect the results of this research can be beneficial to entrepreneurs islami and perpetrators of online business in indonesia.

Abstract

Rasio kecukupan modal (Capital Adequacy Ratio/CAR) merupakan salah satu indikator yang diguankan untuk mengukur kecukupan modal bank. Kepatuhan terhadap kecukupan modal bank menjadi penting sebagai dasar pengelolaan bisnis perbankan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh risiko likuiditas, kredit, pasar dan operasional terhadap rasio kecukupan modal dan rasio usaha yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kecukupan modal.  Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel Loan to Debt Ratio (LDR), Investing Policy Ratio (IPR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Aset Produktif Bermasalah (APB), Interest Risk Ratio (IRR), Posisi Devisa Netto (PDN), Beban Operasional Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), dan Fee Based Income Ratio (FBIR). Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder laporan keuangan publikasi Bank Umum Swasta Nasional Devisa Go Public periode 2013 sampai dengan triwulan II, 2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian ini adalah PT Bank Victoria International, Tbk; PT Bank Sinarmas, Tbk; PT Bank Bukopin, Tbk; dan PT bank Mayapada International Tbk. Pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 23, dengan uji-F dan uji-t. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, BOPO dan FBIR secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap rasio kecukupan modal, namun yang berpengaruh parsial adalah LDR, APB dan IRR. Variabel yang paling berpengaruh   signifikan terhadap CAR adalah IRR.

Abstract

Indonesia is a grand producer of tobacco, and including the province of East Java, Pamekasan Regency, Madura. Pamekasan Regency produces the most tobacco compared to Sumenep Regency and Sampang Regency. Tobacco attracts the interest of the Indonesian cigarette companies. PT. Djarum purchases tobacco to be used as a material to produce cigarettes. The purchase of tobacco is based on the prices and the quality. This company purchases a huge amount of tobacco, which is nine thousand tons. The aim of this research is to analyze the signification effect of the price and the quality towards PT Djarum’s purchasing decision of tobacco among collectors in Madura. The respondents of this research are the collectors (Pengepul/Bandul) of PT Djarum. The questionnaires are given to seventy respondents and is analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS)-Structure Equation Model (SEM). The results of this research show that the price has a significant positive effect towards the tobacco purchasing decision of PT. Djarum. The quality not significant negative effect towards the tobacco purchasing decisions of PT. Djarum.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence ofROA, ROE, NIM, CKPN Credit, NPL, IRR, PDN, BOPO, FBIR, and LDR either simultaneously or partially towards Bank’s Determining Health Score. Population used in this research was National Private Foreign Commercial Bank in Indonesia. The sampling technique based on purposive sampling technique. The data was a secondary data. Samples were used documentation data. This research used Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA). Hypothesis test result, it found that ROA, ROE NIM, CKPN Credit, NPL, IRR, PDN, BOPO, FBIR and LDR have a significant influence on Determining Health Score of National Private Foreign Commercial Bank in Indonesia. While it means on partially that ROA has no positive significant effect, ROE has a positive significant effect, NIM has no negative significant effect, CKPN Credit has no positive significant effect, NPL has a negative significant effect, IRR has no positive significant effect, PDN has no positive significant effect, BOPO has no negative significant effect, FBIR has no negative significant effect and the last is LDR has no negative significant effect. Among all of the variables in this research, NPL is the most dominated variables on Determining Health Score of  National Private Foreign Commercial Bank in Indonesia with 11,7 percent higher than the other variables.
