<![CDATA[This article describes and discusses a comprehensive guidance and counseling, the role of parents as the non-direct service in a comprehensive guidance and counseling to create a supportive environment for students. In a comprehensive guidance and counseling, the role of parents is vital for counselors provide guidance and counseling services in school. Counselors surrender completely to the role of parents implementing of guidance and counseling services at home. Parents have a stake as a non-direct service by monitoring the development of children in the home as well as coordinate with the counselor to provide information such as progress reports of children (students).]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: Islamic Boarding School has a big influence on the santri adversity intelligence because the boarding school is a second educational institution for children to learn and declare themselves as social beings and received a second lesson after the family. The type of this research used is field research type (field research) with quantitative approach. The research population is students of MTs class VIII living in boarding school Sunan Pandan Aran Yogyakarta Central Java that is a number of 214 santri. The respondents are 30 santri. In order to find respondent of research representatively, hence in this research used technique proportional random sampling. Furthermore, data collection techniques using questionnaires. Analysis of data used in the form of simple regression analysis. The result of the regression analysis shows that there is a positive influence on Climate of Pondok Pesantren with the Intelligence of Adversity of Santri.Keywords: Climate Islamic Boarding School, Adversity Intelligence, Santri.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai kondisi kecemasan lansia di Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Sabai Nan Aluih (PSTW) Sicincin dilihat dari (1) respon fisiologis, (2) respon perilaku, (3) respon kognitif, (4) respon afektif. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif, dengan sampel 52 orang lansia, pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah skala pengukuran kondisi kecemasan lansia (SPKKL). Analisis deskriptif menggunakan rumus persentase untuk mendeskripsikan kondisi kecemasan lansia. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kondisi kecemasan lansia secara keseluruhan pada umumnya berada pada kategori sedang (44%), (2) ditinjau dari respon fisiologis pada umumnya berada pada kategori sedang (38%), (3) ditinjau dari respon perilaku pada umumnya berada pada kategori sedang (40%), (4) ditinjau dari respon kognitif pada umumnya berada pada kategori sedang (46%), (5) ditinjau dari respon afektif pada umumnya berada pada kategori sedang (46%). ]]>

<![CDATA[Guidance and Counseling majors students of FKIP, University of PGRI Palembangoften use qualitative research design in completing thesis. This study aims to identifiedstudentsâ difficulties in finishing final task based qualitative design. This study useddescriptive case study. In collceting the data, the researcher used interview, observation,and documentataion. Informan was selected using purposive sampling technique. Theresearch finding was tested the trustworthiness by using four criteria : (1) credibilitytest, (2) transferability test, (3) dependability test), (4) Confirmability test. The resultshows that guidance and counseling students got difficulties in determining researchplan, they can not perform the trustworthiness test of research data , and they can notdetermine research type using data analysis.Keywords: assessment, skills, qualitative research, guidance and counseling students]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: This research was intended to generate ideal personality inventory of high school students with Dayak Ngaju cultural background. The subjects of this study were students SMA Negeri 1 dan 2 Palangkaraya for about 60 students, the subject collecting using purposive sampling technique. A research design that used in the research development of ideal personality inventory of Dayak Ngaju culture in guidance and counseling services were mixed methods design. The validity of ideal personality inventory of Dayak Ngaju culture in guidance and counseling services were obtained from experts judgments and Item-Test Correlation using Product Moment Pearson correlation analysis while the reliability was obtained by counting the Alpha coefficient through the Cronbachs Alpha reliability analysis. The result of this research was to generate ideal personality inventory of Dayak Ngaju culture in guidance and counseling services which consisting of 42 items statement that is 25 items favorable and 17 items unfavorable after taking experts judgments, small clusters and large clusters test. Drawing conclusions of the study after taking 2 times test generated 42 valid items with the coefficients reliability of 0,778 so the level of validity and reliability considered high.Keywords: Dayak ngaju, Inventory, Personality]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract:Â Innovation in the implementation of counseling services becomes a challenge for counselors. Currently, counselors are experiencing various obstacles to implement meaningful counseling services and have an effect on students. One effort to improve the quality of counseling services is with the use of creative arts, namely one visual art. There are five premises for the use of visual arts in counseling, namely: (1) describing the subconscious and helping the individual reveal secret conflicts that they did not reveal initially; (2) symbolize feelings in a unique, real, and powerful way; (3) to inspire and help counselees to achieve their personal growth; (4) assisting counselee especially children not feel threatened with counseling implementation; and (5) can easily be combined with other creative arts such as movement, creative writing, and imagery. With the utilization of visual arts is expected to improve the quality of counseling services meaningful and influential for students.Keywords: creative art, counseling, visual art]]>

<![CDATA[The research is based on the activity problem of guidence and counseling teachers in compiling the students learning data that currently it tends to be done manually. The research aims was to gain an overview of the effectiveness of the application of empirical KODA Sis (Combined Data of Students) in compiling the students learning data. The research used quantitative approach and pre-experiment in one group design. Sample consisted several junior high school teachers of guidance and counseling in district of Sukasari-Bandung in the academic year of 2013/2014 as the main respondent. Application of KODA Sis was developed from directive counseling approach as the basis of design concept. Stages of directive counseling approach was adopted as the name of the application features KODA Sis. The results showed that KODA Sis application is effective in improving the arrangement of student learning data set. Although KODA Sis applications have some limitations, but the innovative step of KODA Sis application is expected to be a basic model for further application development data set.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: This study is a descriptive study aimed at identifying the confidence level of club X football athletes in Padang City in preparation for the match with a sample of 20 athletes. Instruments in this study using the Athletes confidence scale. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis using percentage technique. A description of the research results found that the level of trust of soccer athletes, in general, are in the medium and high category. Judging from the aspect of self-confidence is located in the high category, the positive thinking aspect, in general, is in the category of being, on the aspects of utilizing the advantages, in general, are in the high category. This study illustrates the overall condition of confidence is more dominant in the medium and high category but still exist in the low and very low category. So it is expected to need optimization efforts confident athletes soccer team to play with more optimal at the next game. These efforts can be prepared personally or with the help of a dedicated professional who has psychological athletes psychological expertise such as motivators or sports counselors or specialized trainers who can contribute to improving athletes confidence.Keywords: Self Confidence, Soccer Match]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine how the concept description Up the Streets Age Child and Adolescent why the concept of self can be created. This research approach is mixed namely quantitative and qualitative, sample number 36 street children in Rejang Lebong regency. Sampling techniques using purposive sampling method. Instrument used to analyze the self-concept of street children by using questionnaires and interviews. The results of the study half of street children Rejang Lebong regency feel confident become street children, feel more responsible, feel more appreciated and feel independent. find the courage to face any conditions for forged by the various conditions that passed over in the street and had to be alert through the remains suspicious with people outside their community. Street children feel that they have to attract the pity of others and look Lusu, but street children are not in school can not chant, deceitful, communicate disrespectful and prone act of criminality Street children also feel the need to have a sense of mutual help and sensitive in particular with fellow community and controlling emotions sometimes a bit difficult to control.]]>

<![CDATA[Adaptation of isolated students is a kind of students incapacity in social relationshipsuch as be alone, and be avoided by milieu friends. This study aims to investigate theeffectiveness of group guidance by using problem solving technique toward isolatedstudents. This study used quantitative approach and quasi experimental method withnonequivalent pretest-posttest control group design. 26 students of seventh grade of StateIslamic Junior High School (Mts) Pringsewu were choosen as the sample. They wereselected by using simple random sampling technique.
