Abstract

Abstract: Policy Implementation of Established Minimarket/ Swalayan andImpact Toward Traditional Small Shops in Kelurahan Simpang BaruKecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru. This research aimed to know how Policyimplementation established minimarket/ swalayan by Dinas Perindustrian danPerdagangan and Badan Pelayanan Terpadu and also to knew how the impact ofesablished minimarket/ swalayan toward traditional small shops. This research aredescriptive qualitative where data tabulation was done with tringulation technique.The result of research showed policy implementation established minimarket/swalayan by department of industry and commercial pekanbaru city and BadanPelayanan Terpadu was not good. This matter proved that found minimarket/swalayan which existenced near traditional small shops and also did not haveoperational license with the result that could cause negative impact towardtraditional small shops in Kelurahan Simpang Baru Kecamatan Tampan KotaPekanbaru that was decreasing sale and also there are few traditional small shopsowner could not compete and change profession. Abstract

The research was conducted on PT. Bank Riau Kepri,Tbk, Pekanbaru city. The purpose of this study is to analysis the implementation of the financial perspective of the balanced scorecard in PT. Bank Riau Kepri,Tbk period 2009-2012 because the balanced scorecard is a strategic management framework which is derived from the vision, mission, and strategy into four perspectives: financial, customer, internal business processes, and learning and growth which will result in long-term benefits for the company.This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Where no population and sample. This study using key informan to obtain the information needed. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The primary data obtained from interview with the Human Capital Division of PT. Riau Kepri,Tbk about the implementation of the balanced scorecard. Secondary data obtained from financial reports and then analyzed using financial ratios.From the analysis conducted known that the implementation of the balanced scorecard due of traditional management systems can no longer to used in dynamic environment. And from the analysis of financial ratios conducted also known that the financial condition of PT. Bank Riau Kepri,Tbk is unstable but very good overall. Abstract

Riau Provincial Transport Department is implementing elements of the regional government of Riau province to carry out the task of local government based on the principle of regional autonomy and duty auxiliary transportation sector.Employee performance and the factors that influence it is still a common concern because it has a very important role in the system. This study was aimed to identify and analyze the factors that influence the performance along with the civil servants at the Department of Transportation Land Transportation Riau Province.The research was conducted in the transportation department Riau Province. Data sources of primary data (Ability, Motivation and Opportunity). While the secondary data obtained from the personnel associated with the employment data. Data on the observation, study documentation and interviews were tabulated and analyzed qualitatively.The results showed that the ability of the (ability), motivation and opportunity (Opportunity) greatly affects the performance of existing employees. To see the effectiveness of employee performance, indicators of the implementation of duties and functions of employees showed that most of the basic tasks that there has not been performing well.The conclusion from this study is that the main tasks to be indicators of employee performance show has not done well. Therefore, the performance of employees stated that there has not been maximized. Therefore, it is necessary to study the workload contained in the duties and functions as well as advanced aspects of ability, motivation and opportunity employee.Keyword : Performance, employees, productivity.

Abstract

Partnership relations as a one form of cooperative relationship between the local communities with the oil palm plantations the company as owner of capital and technology and based on the existence of an agreement between the companies to conduct and the people who will partner, called the partnership agreement plasma core palm oil plantations. The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the social relations of production by PT. ArevenaSepakatwith society and palm development, as well as to know and analyze the social relationships form a partnership with oil palm plantations with local society in the village AurCina. Survey research methods approach. The research was conducted in the village AurCina District of BatangCenaku Indragiri Hulu with research subjects are people who partnered with PT. ArvenaSepakat. Data collection using primary data interviews. Once the data is collected qualitative the data were analyzed in descriptive.Research results show that a social relations of production that do PT.ArvenaSepakat with the society in terms of social plantation is used by the local community as a the realization or form of government respect the success that can improve their quality of life in both the economy and reduce unemployment areas accordance with the expectations of the government and the company. Meanwhile, a form of social relationship with the the pattern of oil palm plantations partnership with the local communities Aur Rural China in terms of economy where oil palm can affect people's income, it inidisebabkan by a nice garden and produce good fruit in the garden anyway. This research aims to analyze Canadian foreign policy change to Iran underStephen Harper as new Canadian prime minister under conservative party.This study applies qualitative research method with library research. Abstract

Hotel is an industry engaged in the field of specialty services, where the services are crucial to giving satisfaction to customers. The growth of new hotels makes these hotels and more aggressively to improve service quality in order to satisfy customer expectations. Creation of customer satisfaction and will deliver benefits to both the hotel 's reputation in the eyes of customers and also the profits from the hotel will increase. Based on the explanation above, the problem in this research is how customer relations strategy to improve customer satisfaction Hotel Dyan Graha Pekanbaru .This study used qualitative research methods and data collection techniques are participating observation, interviews and documentation. Once data is collected, the authors use an interactive model of data analysis proposed by Miles and Huberman. According to this model ,there are three types of analysis, namely data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing or verification and data collection activities it is a cyclical and interactive. The final stage of this analysis is the examination of the validity of the data entered .From the research that has been done, there is a series of processes in determining the strategy situation analysis, program planning, action and communication and evaluation. While the strategies used to improve customer satisfaction is the family gathering, social programs responsibility and promotion programs. Furthermore, the authors found several factors according to customer relations strategy strengths SWOT analysis such as hotel competition, competitive prices, complete lack of facilities and services that are less satisfactory. Thesis Entitled "A Relations Free Trade Area of Cooperation RI-India in Import CPOFrom Indonesia 2006-2009''. The results of this study indicate that a bilateral histroryIndonesia dan India to solid a relations of cooperation second country in plane a trade, jasaand investasi. The fact AIFTA on 13 August 2009 espescially Indonesia and India very affectpalm oil CPO. This can be seen with an increase in total production and export of CPO toIndia which is increasing and this increase also influence the increase in Indonesia’s CPOexports as a whole. Increase in export can not be separated from the growing demand forpalm oil especially from India which is the largest importer of Indonesian CPO. Increaseddemand in influenced by the decline in import duties to India after AIFTA. Increased demandfor palm oil from India is very encouraging increase in the national CPO production. Theform of strategic partnership got the biggest opportunity in increasing cooperation of tradeIndonesia and India in plane of agriculture that is CPO. Abstract

As for the problem in this research was the shortage of the consumer's response that it was demonstrated with the sale target of the room had been reached and tended to descend each year. Moreover the existence of the perception from the community uptil now against the place of entertainment karaoke was to be the place that was not good, because uptil now entertainment karaoke was the immoral place and the other criminal action, like illegal drugs, alcohol, etc.. The aim of this research was to know the consumer's response and the business image from the service business karaoke the family of Inul Vizta as well as knew the influence of the consumer's response to the image of the service business karaoke the family of Inul Vizta. This research analysed the data by using the descriptive method and to reply the hypothesis that was put forward was carried out by the analysis of statistics used linear regression simple. Results of the research concluded that the consumer's response has it was thought been good and the image of the service business karaoke the family of Inul Vizta on the whole it was thought has been good. Was based on results of the analysis of the data through the analysis of statistics could be learnt that the consumer's response had relations that was towards the business image. The consumer's response gave the influence that was positive and significant towards the business image, so as if the consumer's response increased then will cause the increase towards the business image.Key Words: Response Of Consumers, Business, Marketing Image.
