Abstract

In the field of medical, almost everyone uses computers in their work. Computers can be used as a tool in diagnosing diseases, research, development of drugs, analyzing organs and many of it. This paper presents an approach for white blood cell detection with hough transform. The purpose and objectives of this paper is to make a program that can detect a white blood cell in unstained blood and simplify the detection process to be faster and more accurate than the old way. This paper is proposed with the hope that it can be developed in the future. The results obtained from 2 data sets. The first data set is a collection of images that have white blood cells with an average success rate around 42% and the second data set is a collection of images that do not have white blood cells with an average success rate around 26%.

Abstract

This application is developed for tracking object movements with Lucas-Kanade method.  The input data are of the positions of the targeted object and their RGB values. The process started by recording the position of the selected object. After an object is selected by the user, this application will start tracking  the object’s position. Kata Kunci : Tracking system, Lucas-Kanade, Jacobian matrix, greyscale, RGB.

Abstract

Cafe Batavia is a company engaged in the sale of food and beverages. Problems encountered in this company is not terkintrolnya where the quality of goods or raw materials elah received. Coupled with the booking system and calculation of stock uncontrolled and still manual. Cafe Batava is still collecting data manually. Quality control is needed in this case to provide more thorough information about any goods that pass quality check and does not pass a quality check.One way that companies can improve product quality is to implement a quality control method is quite popular in use ie six sigma with the basic concept of a continuous effort to prevent any defective goods with a large quantity.

Abstract

News is information about facts or opinions that are interesting to know. News can be obtained from various media such as newspapers and the internet. As is well known, news has various topics, such as politics, sports and others. There is also the same story written with the addition of a little information. This causes it to take more time to get the headline of the news. Therefore we need a system for news clustering using the K-Means method and news summarizing using the Maximum Marginal Relevance (MMR) method in order to obtain information from news more easily and efficiently. News that is processed in the form of a collection of files (multi document) with the extension txt. The summarization process goes through the text preprocessing stage, which consists of sentence segmentation, case folding, tokenizing, filtering, stemming. The next step is TF-IDF calculation to calculate word weight then Cosine Similarity to calculate the similarity between documents. After that, enter the K-Means stage for clustering division and proceed with determining the summary with MMR. Based on the results testing that has been done, this application is running well, the results of clustering and summarizing news can make it easier for users to get news summaries from some similar news.

Abstract

The system created to compare the most efficient method among Frequent Pattern Tree method, SQL Based Pattern Mining method and conventional data storage for storing List of Participants Course (DPMK) Information Technology Faculty of Tarumanagara University (FTI Untar). Frequent Pattern Tree method is a method that forming a pattern of courses taken by students using a tree structure. Based Pattern Mining SQL method is a method that forming a pattern of courses by combining the data DPMK becomes a itemsets and take advantage of the features found on the Structured Query Language (SQL) to improve its performance. Conventional data storage is storing DPMK without forming a pattern of courses. The results of the three storage methods are used to form Student Attendance List report and Student Study Cards report. The results show SQL-Based Pattern Mining method is the most efficient method when viewed from the data needed to store and the length of upload time compared to Frequent Pattern Tree method and conventional data storage. Abstract

Nowadays many design applications that apply knowledge of digital image processing, one of which is the application for a group picture or image clustering. Clustering is a way to analyze the data by grouping objects into groups that have similar characteristics between objects. It is difficult to group images if the number of images to much, it was made based on the application of clustering image texture characteristic colors and characteristics, so that more effective and faster in the process of classifying the image. In this application method is used to retrieve Moments Color color characteristics and Haar wavelet method to retrieve texture characteristics. For the determination of initial cluster centroid long sought vector (norm vector), the data which has a difference of the most distant to the average centroid norm that will be the beginning. Furthermore, for the elucidation distance using euclidean distance, then the distance values are compared with the results of the F distribution data grouping, if the distance value is smaller then the data into a single cluster, and if the larger will be separate from the initial group.The test results demonstrate the success of the grouping is done by the number of cluster 2 at 100%, for the number of cluster 3 at 80%, and for the number of cluster 4 at 40%

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to create an application that is used by the community for diagnosing a stroke on himself by knowing the symptoms experienced and input it into the application. The method used is Naive Bayes method which is calculated based on the probability of the data obtained previously. The data obtained is used into useful information such as systolic blood pressure, blood pressure diastolic, Paralysis door body (tetraparesis, monoparesis, paraparesis and hemiparesis), mouth oblique, loss of speech, loss of taste next to the body, decreased awareness, impaired function of the noble and headaches. The final result of this application is expected to help the general public to make the diagnosis of stroke in order to follow up more quickly if the application diagnose the possibility of having a stroke with an accuracy of 96.58%.

Abstract

Central Restaurant is a chinese food restaurant that has several branches one of them is in Kelapa Gading. Everyday Central restaurants are quite crowded by buyers. At  Central restaurant located in Kelapa Gading, ordering process still using conventional way, that is by writing customer order in paper. Therefore an application will created  for reservation place and ordering menu with desktop and mobile application and web service as a server for connecting desktop and mobile applications. For determine the most appropriate web service for desktop application, conducted testing for comparing two differents web service there are SOAP and REST web service. From the result of comparison testing speed web service REST has a speed sligthtly faster than SOAP web service. The testing for user level satisfaction with the showed that the level of user satisfaction on apalikasi quite satisfied.

Abstract

This application aims to make the mail manager more practical and safe because the management system and the letter using the web-based OCR. This application is made with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall model through stages, namely the planning stage, the analysis phase, the design stage, the programming stage, and the testing phase. With this application can help archive letters in digital form (image file) by selecting the desired digital letter, then the application will convert the image form into character with the Optical Character Recognition method with the help of tesseract library so that all the text in the image can be converted well into the form of characters, then can be stored into the database and can do a search with certain keywords then the application will search the database for these keywords and then bring up the search results easily & quickly. At the end of this research the author concluded that this application can help speed up & make practical the search process for digital archive letters.
