Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this research is to obtain information the correlation between of organization culture school and achievement motivation with performance of the teacher elementary school cluster Adiarsa in distric of West Karawang. The approach used was quantitative by survey method in elementary school cluster Karangpawitan in distric of West Karawang. The sample collect from 40 teacher of elementary school who obtained with random technique, through an instrument that has been validated a questionnaire using scale likert 1-5. Then the data were analyzed by using regression. The research findings are: (1) there is correlation organization culture school with performance; (2) there is correlation achievement motivation with performance; (3) there is correlation organization culture school and achievement motivation with performance. The result of the research implied that in the organization culture school, the achievement motivation, the quality of Performance. Keywords: organization culture school, achievement motivation, performance Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan informasi korelasi antara sekolah budaya organisasi dan motivasi berprestasi dengan kinerja Adiarsa gugus guru sekolah dasar di kecamatan dari Karawang Barat. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survey di SD gugus sekolah Karangpawitan di distric dari Karawang Barat. Sampel mengumpulkan dari 40 guru sekolah dasar yang diperoleh dengan teknik random, melalui instrumen yang telah divalidasi kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert 1-5. Kemudian data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi. Temuan penelitian adalah: (1) ada sekolah budaya organisasi korelasi dengan kinerja; (2) ada motivasi berprestasi korelasi dengan kinerja; (3) ada sekolah budaya organisasi korelasi dan motivasi berprestasi dengan kinerja. Hasil penelitian yang tersirat bahwa di sekolah budaya organisasi, motivasi berprestasi, kualitas kinerja. Kata kunci: sekolah budaya organisasi, motivasi berprestasi, kinerja

Abstract

Abstract:  Research aims to know role playing's tech implement on social science learning. Method that is utilized in this research is observational action braze. Its data collecting tech is by use of activity observation sheet student and teacher and sheet essay. Base analisis observational already been done that tech implement plays performed role with every consideration. Activity learns on i. cycle is 81.8 % and on cycle II. by derived 90.9 % meanwhile on 100 performed III. cycle % of 22 aspect those are proposed.Keyword: Social science, learning outcome, role playing, independence proclamation

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose in this study is to learn the influence of learning method and critical thinking toward ability in writing argumentation. This study was conducted on 4th grade students of SDN Sukapura 3 Cirebon in 2015 by taking 32 samples. Data is acquired using two-way varian analysis test (ANAVA) utilizing treatment by level 2x2 design. The result study showed that: (1) the writing argumentation skill student’s problem based learning method is higher than that of using recitation method, (2) there is no interaction correlation between students’ learning methods and their critical thinking, proven by their writing argumentation skill, (3) the writing argumentation skill students with higher critical thinking using problem based learning method is higher than using recitation method, (4) the writing argumentation skill students with lower critical thinking using problem based learning is higher than using recitation method. The results of this study illustrates that using problem based learning method by considering the their critical thinking can increase toward ability in writing argumentation.Keyword: Learning method, think critical, ability writes argumentAbstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pembelajaran dan berpikir kritis terhadap kemampuan menulis argumentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Sukapura 3 Cirebon pada tahun 2015 dengan 32 sampel. Pengambilan data diperoleh melalui tes analisis Varian (ANAVA) dua jalur dengan desain treatmeant by level 2 x 2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Hasil menulis argumentasi siswa yang menggunakan metode problem based learning lebih baik dari pada siswa yang menggunakan metode resitasi. (2) Tidak terdapat pengaruh interaksi anatara metode pembelajaran dengan kemampuan berpikir kritis terhadap kemampuan menulis argumentasi. (3) Hasil menulis argumentasi siswa yang berpikir kritis tinggi dan belajar dengan metode problem based learning lebih baik dari pada metode resitasi, (4) Hasil menulis argumentasi siswa yang berpikir kritis rendah dan belajar dengan metode problem based learning lebih baik dari pada metode resitasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dengan menggunakan metode problem based learning dengan mempertimbangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis argumentasi.Kata kunci: Metode pembelajaran, berpikir kritis, kemampuan menulis argumentasi

Abstract

Abstract : The study aims to determine the impact of school leadership, personality, and motivation in the professionalism of teachers of State Primary School. Data analysis technique used is path analysis. Data population was selected by random sampling, from 10 groups selected one group, about 82 teachers. Data was obtained by questionnaire which has been tested. In conclusion, professionalism of teacher in state primary schools, has a variety of characteristics, professionalism of teachers influenced either by several variables, including the school leadership, personality, and motivation. The implication is that the professionalism of teachers will increase if there is, good school leadership, good personality of a teacher, and high teacher motivation.Keyword : school leadership, personality, motivasionAbstrak : Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh school leadershif, personality, dan motivasi terhadap profesionalisme guru Sekolah Dasar. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Populasi data dipilih secara Random Sampling, dari 10 gugus terpilih satu gugus, sebanyak 82 guru. Data diperoleh dengan angket yang telah diuji coba. Kesimpulannya, profesionalisme guru Sekolah Dasar, memiliki keragaman karakteristik, profesionalisme guru dipengaruhi oleh beberapa variabel, diantaranya, school leadership, kepribadian personality, dan motivasi. Implikasinya bahwa profesionalisme guru akan semakin meningkat apabila terdapat school leadership yang baik, personality guru yang baik, dan motivasi guru yang tinggi.Kata kunci : profesionalisme guru, school leadership, personality, motivasi

Abstract

Abstract : The aim of the research is to determine the relationship between self-regulated, interpersonal intelligence and Civic Education learning outcomes of Grade 4 students in the State Elementary School of West CakungArea II Cakung West, Jakarta, the amount of students are 64 students. The method used is a method of survey research the technique used to correlation. The research result showed that there was a positive correlation between (1) Self-Regulated and learning outcomes Civic Education (2) Interpersonal Intelligences and Civic Education learning outcomes (3) Self-Regulated, Interpersonal Intelligences and learning outcomes of Civic Education. It can be concluded there is relationship between self-regulated, interpersonal intelligences and Civic Education learning outcomes.Keyword : Self-Regulated, Interpersonal Intelligences, Civic Education Learning Outcomes.Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan regulasi diri dan kecerdasan interpersonal dengan hasil belajar Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan Siswa Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri Cakung Barat Wilayah Binaan II Cakung Barat, Jakarta Timur, dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 64 orang siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dan menggunakan teknik korelasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada korelasi positif antara (1) Regulasi Diri dengan hasil belajar Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (2) Kecerdasan Interpersonal dengan Hasil Belajar Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (3) Regulasi Diri dan Kecerdasan Interpersonal dengan hasil belajar Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan. Berarti hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara regulasi diri dan kecerdasan interpersonal dengan hasil belajar pendidikan kewarganegaraan.Kata Kunci : Regulasi Diri, Kecerdasan Interpersonal dan Hasil belajar Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of ability critical thinking and self-regulated learning with learning outcomes of Mathematic Student Class V State Elementary School Sirnagalih Cluster I District City of Bogor, the number of students as many as 153 students. The technique used to analyze the data is the statistical technique of regression and correlation.The research result showed that there was a positive correlation between (1) Critical thinking and Mathematics learning outcomes (2) Self-regulated learning Mathematics learning outcomes (3) Critical thinking, Self-regulated learning and Mathematics learning outcomes. It can be concluded there is relationship between critical thinking, self-regulated learning and Mathematics learning outcomes.Keyword: Critical Thinking, Self-regulated learning, Mathematics learning outcomes.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kemandirian belajar dengan hasil belajar matematika Siswa Kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kota Bogor, dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 153 orang siswa. Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to find out the effect of the application of Creative Problem Solving method and problem Posing method and the ability to critical thinking to the science literacy. The study was conducted at the elementary School in city of Bengkulu. Reaserch design using experiment method with treatment by level 2x2. Data analysisof variance of two lanes (ANOVA). Abstract

Abstrack:The aims of this research to determine the relationship of critical thinking ability and interest in reading with the ability to read critically on High Grade Elementary School in Bogor, with a total population of 431 students. The technique used to analyze the data is the correlation analysis using the formula r Product Moment. The results showed a positive correlation between: (1) Critical thinkingwith the ability to read critically; (2) Interest read with a critical reading skills; (3) critical thinking abillity and interest in reading with the ability to read critically. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between critical thinking and interest in reading with the ability to read critically.Keyword:Critical thinking ability, reading interest, critical reading competency, elementary school students.Abtrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan minat baca dengan kemampuan membaca kritis pada Siswa Kelas TinggiSD Negeri di Kabupaten Bogor, dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 431 siswa. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah analisis korelasi menggunakan rumus r Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya korelasi positif antara: (1) Kemampuan berpikir kritis dengan kemampuan membaca kritis; (2) Minat baca dengan kemampuan membaca kritis; (3) Kemampuan berpikir kritis dan minat baca dengan kemampuan membaca kritis. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kemampuan berpikir kritis dan minat bacadengan kemampuan membaca kritis.Kata Kunci: Kemampuan berpikir kritis, minat baca, kemampuan membaca kritis, siswa sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of achievement motivation and ability to think critically with ability to write narrative. This study is the correlation was conducted in the public elementary school district subdistrict Cibitung  Bekasi. Samples were obtained by simple random sampling technique. The sample size was 100 people with 25 people each at any public elementary school. This study used a survey method with a correlation technique (connectedness). The result show that there is a positive relationship between: (1) achievement motivation with ability to write narrative; (2) ability to think critically with ability to write narrative; (3) achievement motivation and ability to think critically with ability to write narrative. Based on the findings in this study, the authors suggest that educators approached by students using interesting and appropriate learning media so as to enhance the achievment motivation and ability to think critically of students and to facilitate studentsnin writing narrative process activities. Keywords: achievement motivation, ability to think critically, ability to write narrative

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the relationship between 1) the supervision of the work ethic, 2) communication with work productivity, and 3) monitoring and communication together with the work ethic. This research was conducted in BLKPI Pasar Rebo, conducted from April to May 2012. The methodology of this study using survey methodology. The study used samples of 92 employees BLKPI Pasar Rebo, and 20 employees on a trial were selected based on a random sample technique (random sampling) to the employee BLKPI Pasar Rebo Jakarta. Data collection techniques using the instrument in the form of a questionnaire. This instrument calibration by using the tool test the validity and reliability coefficients. Test test valliditas using Pearson Product Moment correlation, while the coefficient of reliability was calculated using Cronbach Alpha formula. Results of research in showing that: First, there is a positive relationship between the supervision of the work ethic; Secondly there is a positive relationship between communication with work ethic, and; Thirdly there is a positive relationship between surveillance and communication together with the work ethic. The implication of this study is an effort to improve employee work ethic can be done through monitoring and communication.Keyword: Supervision, Interpersonal Communication, Work ProductivityAbstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara 1) pengawasan dengan etos kerja, 2) komunikasi dengan produktivitas kerja, dan 3) pengawasan dan komunikasi secara bersama-sama dengan etos kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan di BLKPI Pasar Rebo, dilaksanakan dari bulan April sampai dengan Mei 2012. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan methodology survey. Penelitian ini memakai sampel 92 pegawai BLKPI Pasar Rebo, dan 20 pegawai sebagai uji coba yang dipilih berdasarkan tehnik sample acak (random sampling) terhadap pegawai BLKPI Pasar Rebo Jakarta. Tehnik pengumpulan  data dengan menggunakan instrument dalam bentuk kuesioner. Kalibrasi instrument ini dengan menggunakan alat test koefisien validitas dan reliabilitas. Uji test valliditas dengan menggunakan korelasi Pearson Product Moment, sementara untuk koefisien reliabilitasnya dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus Cronbach Alpha. Hasil penelitian in menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, terdapat hubungan yang positif antara pengawasan dengan etos kerja; Kedua terdapat hubungan yang positif antara komunikasi dengan etos kerja, dan; Ketiga terdapat hubungan yang positif antara pengawasan dan komunikasi secara bersama-sama dengan etos kerja. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah upaya untuk memperbaiki etos kerja pegawai dapat dilakukan melalui pengawasan dan komunikasi.Keyword: supervisi, komunikasi interpersonal, produktivitas kerja
