Abstract

Investors basically pay more attention to risks than returns (profit rates). For this purpose,investors form a portfolio. A trusted portfolio can reduce risk and increase return. In forming aportfolio to reduce risk, it is expected to diversify. Due to rational investors, investors try to getan optimal portfolio, namely a portfolio that will produce the most minimal risk. Whereas ininvesting in the capital market, investors will be faced with many shares. The LQ-45 index is anindex containing 45 stocks with high liquidity and large capitalization. In connection with thismatter, in this study a research is conducted on the formation of an optimal portfolio using LQ45sharesandusingtheSingle-IndexModelapproach.Theresultsofthisstudyindicatethatoutof40LQ-45stocksthatsuccessfullyenteredastheresearchobject,10stockcandidateshavethepotentialto form an optimal portfolio. However, after being tested against Zi, only one stockwas chosen to form the optimal portfolio, namely AKRA shares. Thus AKRA's hundred percentshare becomes the optimal portfolio that generates returns of 0.2531% with a risk of 0.51%. Keywords: LQ-45 Index, Single-Index Model, optimal portfoli

Abstract

Pembangunan di bidang pertahanan saat ini telah menunjukkan kemajuan yang signifikan dan diiringi dengan tantangan yang sangat dinamis sehingga organisasi dan personel TNI harus mampu menyesuaikan dengan kondisi tersebut. Hal ini menuntut individu pengawak KRI untuk memiliki disiplin serta motivasi yang baik. Untuk meningkatkan disiplin  serta motivasi personel dapat dilakukan dengan pemberian kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja yang memadai. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan dan menganalisis : (1) pengaruh pemberian kompensasi terhadap disiplin dan motivasi kerja; (2) pengaruh kondisi lingkungan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja; (3) pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap disiplin kerja. Sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan seluruh populasi (total sampling) yaitu sebanyak 100 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penyebaran kuesioner. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja sebagai variabel independen serta  motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja sebagai variabel dependen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan software  Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) variabel kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja; (2) variabel kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja; (3) variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja; (4) variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja; (5) variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja.Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja

Abstract

The aims of this study is to examine whether organizational culture influencesemployee performance, and examines work discipline moderates the influencebetween organizational culture on employee performance. The population in thisstudy were all employees of PT. Build Arta Hutama as many as 133 people. Basedon calculations with Slovin formula, the sample is taken as many as 100 samples.Analysis techniques use moderated regression analysis. Based on the results of thestudy it can be concluded that organizational culture influences the performanceof employees of PT. Build Arta Hutama. Work discipline moderates the influencebetween organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT. BuildArta Hutama with the form of "quasi moderator" means that work discipline has adirect influence on employee performance while moderating the influence oforganizational culture on employee performance.Keywords: organizational culture, work discipline, employee performance

Abstract

Livestock activity is one of the sub activities in agriculture, where with the increase ofthe welfare of the community, the activities in the field of livestock are also increasing as aconsequence of the increase of people's income. Meat as one source of protein is needed bythe community, while chicken meat is still a prima donna community in meeting the needsof meat because in addition to the relatively cheap price, good taste, also from the aspectof relative health does not contain lots of cholesterol, therefore Animal feed company, iscurrently racing to market its production. Marketing mix as attribute inherent to a product that is used as consumer appeal, sothat marketing mix must be communicated well to consumer through various media ofinformation to influence consumer. The impact for consumer marketing mix informationwill be a stimulus in making the decision to buy. From the results of the test of the model in this study, using random sampling,structural equation model (SEM) analysis, and software assistance Amos Version 22, in201 respondents, able to explain the relationship between marketing mix (product, price,promotion and distribution) Purchase of livestock feed, in the area of Jombang regency.In this study, obtained value of Coefficient of Determination (R2) of 0.816, this indicatesthat, by executing the marketing mix well, it will push upthe decision of livestock feedpurchase of 81.6%. Another thing to be gained from is: that the promotion factor of the marketing mixbecomes the most dominant factor influence on purchasing decisions, amounting to 44.8%.Keywords: marketing mix, purchase decision

Abstract

The research objective is to establish an optimal portfolio and know the difference between risk and return stock index portfolio candidates and non-candidates. Method used in the preparation of this research portfolio is the single index model, while the samples of this study are active world stock indices version of The Wall Street Journal during the period August 2012 - August 2016 and The Global Dow is used as the benchmark stock index. In establishing the optimal portfolio is used two perspectives: the Rupiah perspective and the U.S. Dollar perspective. The results showed there were three stock indices from the perspective of Rupiah and 8 share index menurutperspektif U.S. Dollar that make up the optimal portfolio, with the cut-of-pointsebesar 0,01393menurut Rupiah perspective and the perspective of 0.0078 US Dollars Based on the perspective of return expectations Rupiah obtained by 0.0258 with a risk of 0.06512. Berdarkan perspective of US Dollars, obtained return expectations at 0.0154 with a risk of 0.0292. From the test results showed that the hypothesis, the return on both perspectives there are significant differences between the index of the candidate, with a non-candidate. Then the risk of stock index, among the candidates, with a non-candidate, the Rupiah perspective there is no difference, but in the perspective of US Dollars, there are significant differences.Keywords: Single Index Model, candidate portfolio, optimal portfolio, expected return, excess return to beta, cut-off-point

Abstract

Indonesian National Army Hospitals (RS TNIs) is one of hospitals that servicing the Indonesian National Army (TNI) big family and public community. In the competitive and dinamics situation like today’s era, RS TNIs need to watch the change happened due to the policy change of health services in hospital. In 2014 there was happened the fundamental change of the health services in hospital related to the entry of National Health Insurance (JKN) into force that guarantes all Indonesian people. This change concerned to financial management, funding, membership, treatment procedures, types of services covered and not covered, referral system, pattern rates, claim, supervisory and evaluation. The number of regulatory changes in the new era of health care in Indonesia have trigered other changes, in particular hospital customer behavior. This case is interesting to study. Population in this research was the customers in 15 TNI’s hospitals in Indonesia, who have been treated twice or more in the TNI level two hospitals, at class 1, class 2 and class 3 treatment rooms. From the testing result on models in this research, by the Maximum Likelihood Estimates (ML), the analysis structural equation (SEM) model, the proportional random sampling method and the assistance of software Amos 22, on 200 respondents. The model testing (fit) of research data may viewed from GFI, AGFI, TLI, CFI, and RMSEA values, which respectively were 0.902, 0.904, 0.921, 0.952 and 0.0690. that all of those in the expected value range thus the model can be accepted. The research results indicated that: 1). Service quality is influential on customer satisfaction. 2). Service quality is influential on customer loyalty. 3). Customer relationship management is influential on customer satisfaction. 4). Customer relationship management is insignificantly influential on customer loyalty. 5). Customer satisfaction is influential on customer loyalty. Key words:      Service quality, CRM, Customer satisfaction, Customer loyalty.

Abstract: Indicator of the success of educational services, is when the ability and effectiveness of human resource services and the Department of Education as an agency officials education managers are already well underway, and the availability of sufficient reliable infrastructure and the allocation of funds in the business of giving satisfaction to the public through the provision of educational services, in accordance purpose of existence Government institutions as an public organizations.The research population was all state elementary school teacher Headmaster at Bangkalan Madura in East Java, as many as 666 people, with the criteria of the respondents are: 1). Headmaster of state elementary school teacher at Bangkalan Madura in East Java. 2). Headmaster of state elementary school teacher which already served 1 year minimum.From the test results of the models in this study, the Generalized Least Square Estimation (GLS), analysis of the Structural Equation Model (SEM), proportional random sampling method and software assistance Amos 20, on 247 respondents, able to explain the influence of organizational structure, leadership, and human resources for effective service in the Department of Basic Education at Bangkalan Madura in East Java.The results showed that: 1). Organizational structure can significantly affect the ability of human resource. 2). Organizational structure does not significantly affect the effectiveness of services. 3). Leadership significantly affect the ability of human resource. 4). Leadership significantly influences the effectiveness of the service. 5). Human resource capabilities can significantly affect the effectiveness of services. The results also show that the effectiveness of the service is not due to the direct influence of the organizational structure, but due to an indirect effect through the organizational structure of human resource capabilitiesKeywords: Organizational structure, Leadership, Human resource capabilities, Effectiveness of service

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the significant effect of leadership andcommunication styles on employee performance. The population in this study was 140people, and samples were taken using purposive sampling with the criteria of group Cemployees as many as 35 people. The analytical analysis used is multiple linear regression.The results of this study shown that the coefficient of determination (R2) are 0.915, this meanthat 91.5% of the performance variables will be influenced by leadership style andcommunication while the remaining 8.5% performance variables are influenced by othervariable. The results of the F test show that leadership and communication stylessimultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance because F-test has greaterthat F-table 172.631 and the value of significance is 0.00. While the results of the t-test forleadership style variables are obtained by t-test greater than t-table that is 6.803 > 2, thismeans that leadership styles have a significant effect on employee performance, and forcommunication variables has value of t-test greater than t-table are 5.159> 2.037 socommunication has as partially has significant effect on employee performanceKeywords: Leadership style, Communication and Performance

Abstract

Nurse performance define by nurse activity in implementation of authority, duty and its responsibility in order to fundamental duty target attainment of profession and existing of certifiable treatment upbringing. This research is to prove and analyse the leadership influence to work discipline, leadership to work motivation, work discipline to performance, work motivation to performance and leadership influence to performance of nurse who take care of patients at ward of the RSJ Menur Surabaya. This research is performed in ward of the RSJ Menur Surabaya with the responder of nurse as much 76 people. Research instrument by kuesioner and use the Likert scale to collect the data, while analysis constructively program the Smart PLS 2.0. Result of analysis find the existence of significancy relation between leadership and discipline (t statistic: 5,192), leadership and motivation (t statistic: 2,294), and between motivation and performance (t statistic: 4,251). While relation do not signifikan between discipline and performance (t statistic: 1,362) and between leadership and performance (t statistic: 0,209). This research founded that Leadership have influence which are positive and significan to work discipline, Leadership have influence which are positive and signifikan to work motivation, Work Discipline have influence which are positive but do not signifikan to performance, Work Motivation have influence which are positive and signifikan to performance and Leadership have influence which do not signifikan to performance of nurse who take care of patients at ward of the RSJ Menur Surabaya. Among work discipline variable, work motivation, leadership, and performance, founded that leadership have the biggest influence at work discipline, and performance very influenced by work motivation of nurse who take care of patients at ward of the RSJ Menur Surabaya.Key word: leadership, work discipline, work motivation, nurse performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of investment decision, financing decision, andmacro economy toward good financial governance and value of the firm with unsystematic risk andprofitability as intervening variable. This research is conducted at Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) to allmanufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2016. The sample used is 27manufacturing companies in Indonesia stock exchange in 2013-2016. The results showed that Based on theresults of data testing that has been carried out, a conclusion can be drawn on the results of hypothesistesting: Investment Decision has no significant effect on Unsystematic Risk and on Financing Decision buthas a significant effect on Profitability, on Good Financial Governance, Value of the Firm and on GoodFinancial Governance through Unsystematic Risk.
