Abstract

In to day tight competitive market, marketer must able to delivery product to the customers speedily. Speed becomes a key success of the company. If a company fails to reach their customer at the fist,. their competitors will do. Turbo Marketing is a new trend in marketing that emphasizes speed in the process of delivering product to the customers. Turbo marketing is the spreading concept from responsiveness in the service delivery. Fact indicated that, when customers find the contact employee more responsive fir the experience, what is delivered is most important to evaluation of service quality, satisfaction, and behavioral intention. When company thought to be more responsive, how the service is delivered is essential to customer’s evaluations. 1Mzen responsiveness is perceived as speed delivery, turbo marketing plays a large role in influencing customer satisfaction whit the service experience. Abstract

Customer satisfaction constitutes the dominant factor in a business organimtion’s success. This research presents key factors affecting satisfaction and dissatisfaction and the strategy applied onto improving satisfaction in the X University. The data collected from 200 students selected by xddent sampling. The study reveal that students (customers) satisfied with facility to meet academic adviser, curriculum, course schedule, quality of course content, course material, administration seruices in the department, quality of laboratory equipment, and parking services. Students dissatisfied with surse inputting, library, academic access, administration service in the faculty and unroersity, classroom, teaching equipment, sanitation toilet room, responsiveness, and service simplicity. Abstract

The study intents to answer the financial performance in Indonesia and Malaysia country at oil and gas sector industry Samples were taken from companies listed in capital market in Indonesia and Malaysia. Pooled time series data consists of36 for Indonesia and 54 for Malaysia data included in the sampel for six year pen ads of 2002- 200 7. The parametric statictic methods ofpaired samples t-test with their standard were used to test the hypothesis. The results indicate that oil and gas sector industry in hdonesia has three weak financial performance (current ratio, solvensi, total profitability) and one that wealth for internal profitabily. Abstract

We use decision making theory to know hierarchy structure of consumer decision. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of non-performing loan and loan to deposit ratio through profitability on the value of general banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this study is a public banking company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the year 2013-2017. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Descriptive statistics, path analysis,and test of sobel used as data anlysis. The results showed non-performing loan (NPL) and loan to deposit ratio (LDR) had a significant effect on profitability. Non-performing loan (NPL), loan to deposit ratio (LDR) and profitability have a significant effect on the value of the company.The results of this test also shows the amount of indirect effect of non performing loan (NPL) through profitability to the value of the company is greater when compared with the amount of direct influence of non performing loan (NPL) to the value of the company. The results of this test also indicate the indirect effect of loan to deposit ratio (LDR) through profitability to the value of the company is greater when compared with the amount of direct influence of loan to deposit ratio (LDR) to the value of the company.Keyword: Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Profitability, Firm Value.

Abstract

       The objective of this research is to know the influence of the capital structure ( Debt to Equity Ratio /DER and the Debt to Asset Ratio/DAR) on Profitability (Return on Equity/ROE) and its impact on firm value (Price to Book Value/PBV). Sample used 21 banking whose listed at 2012-2016 on the Indonesian stock exchange. The research types was explanatory, where data obtained from official website of the Indonesian stock exchange. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Path analysis used for analyzed the influence between variables. T-test and sobel test used for test the hypothesis. Based on the result, there were no significantly influence of the capital structure (DER and DAR) on firm value (PBV), but the capital structure (DER) has significantly effect on the profitability (ROE). Furthermore, the profitability (ROE) has significantly effect on firm value (PBV) and also able to mediate the influence of the capital structure (DER) on firm value (PBV). The banking sector must maintain ROE levels because it has an significantly effect on PBV, and important for maintain firm value.  Keywords: capital structure, profitability, firm value.

Abstract

      The success of a destination is not determined by internal characteristics, but depends on the environment in which the destination operates like tourists. Literature about travel and perceived service quality, satisfaction and behavior intention, but the relationship between these variables has not been thoroughly investigated with the object of research in the tourist village. The purpose of this study is to determine and explain the effect directly between destination image, perceived value on satisfaction and behavioral intention. Data were collected through a questionnaire about the tourism village of Brayut tourism district of Sleman DIY. A total of 116 questionnaires were returned and data were analyzed using SEM AMOS. The results showed that there was a direct influence between destination image, perceived value on satisfaction and behavioral intention. Keywords : destination image, perceived quality, satisfaction, behavior intention.

Abstract

        Business strategy is an important element that must be owned by business companies so that companies have competitive advantages and can win the competition while maintaining the survival of the company. This is what underlies the researchers to formulate business strategies that can be used by UD. Boni Jaya. In conducting business strategy formulation, researchers used the General Electric (GE) Matrix model. The General Electric (GE) matrix is also commonly referred to as the McKinsey matrix. The General Electric (GE) matrix has two main variables, Industry Attractiveness and Competitive Strength. Both of these variables are based on several indicators. In the Industry Attractiveness variable there are 7 indicators. Then, for the variable Competitive Strength, there are 8 indicators. These indicators are declared valid and valid based on triangulation test through 3 sources, namely observation, interview (in- depth interview), and documentation. The results of the calculation of the General Electric (GE) Matrix, UD. Boni Jaya is in quadrant 2 position, which is "Grow and Build".This shows that UD. Boni Jaya is in a high priority position for investments based on that position UD. Boni Jaya has several alternative strategies, namely segment growth, investment and positioning. Keywords: strategic management, strategic formulation, general electric matrix
