Greater autonomy give a more responsibility for region to fulfill people’s needs. At consequences, productivity and performance of public employee become a main factor that must be solved. This study aimed to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, job satisfaction and organizational commitment to increase the degree of job performance from public service employees in Bengkulu City. Sample of research include 60 civil servants in the Local Government Unit (SKPD) Bengkulu from Regional Employment Agency (BKD), Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda), Narcotics Board (BNN Kota Bengkulu) and Kesbanglinmas using multiple regression analysis. Sample determined by convenience sampling method. This research concludes that transformational leadership, job satisfaction and organizational commitment have significant effect on employee performance in public sector of Bengkulu City . This research aim to examine four constructs that represent employee attitudes towards organizational change; readiness for change, commitment to change, openness to change and cynicism about organizational change. This research would help the public organization to overcome changes.. This research is a type of descriptive research that aims to describe the nature of something that is ongoing at the time the research is conducted and examine the cause of a particular symptom. The population in this study are employees of public sector organizations that are undergoing organizational changes in the Province of West Sumatra. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling where the sampling technique is based on a certain criterion. In this case the criteria for sampling are employees with organizations that are undergoing changes. The data collection technique used was a survey by distributing questionnaires to employees of public sector organizations in West Sumatra. The number of respondents in this study were 100 respondents. The result shows that openness to change have the highest mean, followed by readiness to change, commitment to change and cynicism about organizational change. It means that employees in public organization in West Sumatra are willing to accommodate and accept change. This study aims to analyze the effect of individual dimensions of financial literacy on financial inclusion. This research design is a survey with an online questionnaire. The object of this research is the people in rural Bengkulu. The respondent in this study was 503 respondents. This study used convenience sampling with screening. This study reveals that knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors influence financial inclusion in rural Bengkulu. While skills do not affect financial inclusion in rural Bengkulu. This research also found that attitude is the variable that has the greatest influence on financial inclusion.

This study aims to reexamine the scale of service quality measurement that refers to multi-dimensional concepts. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. This research is a quantitative research. Sampling in this study was carried out randomly by using probability sampling with a stratified random sampling technique in obtaining information from respondents. The number of samples used was 200 people in each department in the Economic and Business Faculty, University of Bengkulu. The results showed that service quality can be classified into 6 factors. These factors consist of Factor 1 which focuses on administrative services; Factor 2 which focuses on facilities and infrastructure; Factor 3 which focuses on the quality of teaching; Factor 4, which focuses on resource allocation; Factor 5, which focuses on the ease of borrowing space; and Factor 6 focuses on lecturer responsiveness to student complaints. The higher education institution and each unit under it are expected to pay attention to these factors in developing policies and programs. Nowadays smartphones have become a necessity, so policy makers need to understand usage, irreplaceable value, system quality, technological awareness and visual design of repurchase commitments and positive word of mouth with mediating brand loyalty. By knowing the impact, companies, especially those who are increasing growth slowdown can use it to acquire new consumers and also increase repurchases. The results showed that only 2 variables could be used to increase positive word of mouth and repurchase goals mediated by brand loyalty, namely system quality and technological awareness. This study also shows that the use and value that is irreplaceable is considered irrelevant in increasing brand loyalty considering that smartphones have become a widely used product every day with a variety of products that are marketed.Keyword: System Quality ; technology consciousness; brand loyalty ; repurchase intention ; positive WOM

The purpose of this study aims to analyze the effect of habit and perceived enjoyment, mediated by behavioural intention on adoption in students using BNI mobile banking at university of Bengkulu. This research is a casual quantitative study. The total sample of the study is 150 respondents, data were collected using snowball sampling and analyzed using SEM PLS (partial least square). Based on the results of the study explained that habits and perceived enjoyment mediated by behavioural intention support the use of mobile banking at Bengkulu University. This study has several limitations such as, uneven distribution of respondents, and the theoretical scope of research. Subsequent research can determine respondents more evenly, and can expand and modify the research framework to be able to measure or study more deeply about the related variables in this study.Keywords: Habit, Perceived Enjoyment, Behavioural Intention, Adoption.

The purpose of this study is to look at the effect of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions for KFC products in the city of Bengkulu. This research was conducted based on a quantitative approach. Data were collected using a questionnaire involving 100 respondents. Data analysis was used using multiple linear regression. The results of this study reveal that the influence of brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions on KFC products in Bengkulu City. The effect of product quality has a significant effect on decisions on KFC products in Bengkulu City.Keywords: product quality; Product Knowledge; and Purchase Decision.

Ecotourism offers a different form of travel than mass tourism. Today's coffee drinks are rife among young people. Competition between the beverage business shops is evident from the emergence of a variety of unique coffee shops. For this reason, the authors are interested in examining factors of current coffee beverage interest in young consumers' buying interest. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. With a purposive sampling technique, respondents are drawn from young people in Jakarta who like coffee drinks. Based on the results of interviews and observations obtained in the field found that there are several factors of interest so that there is an interest in buying among young people namely the factors of a comfortable place, friendly service, good taste factor where many variants, factors of restaurant names and unique menu names make there an interest to be interested in buying. In addition, the price factor is quite affordable, packaging with creative and attractive design. In addition, personal, social and psychological factors were found to be one of the factors of interest in buying contemporary coffee drinks among young people.Keyword: interest factors, buying interest, young consumer

The purpose of this study was to determine consumer satisfaction The Mang Engking Juanda Sidoarjo Gubug East Java based on the influence of experiential marketing and perceived service quality. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. The sample used was 126 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the experiential marketing variable has a positive and partially significant effect on customer satisfaction of 4.307> 1.979 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Variable perception of service quality has a positive and partially significant effect on customer satisfaction by 4.598> 1.979 significance value 0.000 <0.05. Experiential marketing variables and perceived service quality positive and significant simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction at the Mang Engking Juanda Sidoarjo Governor's Office at 119.102> 3.07 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.
