Abstract

The increasing concern for human health and environmental sustainability, has made the companies to innovate their products into environmentally friendly products. Loyalty became the goal of marketing strategies that can be built with satisfaction, trust and price. This research aims to analyze The influence of Satisfaction, Trust and Price of Consumer Loyalty on Green Product (Case in Kandang Village Society of Bengkulu city, which have been using Energy Saving Lighting Products).The data used are primary data, sample collection method used purposive sampling with the number of respondents to 120 people, but only 102 that could be incorporated into the analysis due to lack of completeness of the respondents in its response. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression approach with the help of the program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 16.0. The results of this research found partially from the calculation of the coefficients obtained by the research for satisfaction variable t provide significant value of 0.240, the trust provide significant value for 0000, prices provide significant value for 0000. Because t count on the satisfaction variable value significantly greater than 0.05, which indicates partial satisfaction variables have no effect on consumer loyalty, while for trust and price variables as significant value 0.000 <0.05, which shows in partial trust and influence consumer loyalty energy savingt lighting products. From the calculation of the F test that examines the effect of simultaneously be known F calculated for the variables of satisfaction, trust, loyalty and the price is equal to 26,750 with a significant value of 0.000 ? 0.05 then this indicates that Satisfaction, Trust, and price simultaneously have a positive effect on consumer loyalty. The conclusion of this study are the variable of satisfaction has effect on loyalty consumers, but not significant, while trust and price, have an effect on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influences of human capital toward competitive advantage mediating by strategy. This research employs quantitative approach using survey method. Data collection was conducted at 42 minimarket managers located in Madiun City, East Java, Indonesia. The data were analyzed using measurement model of structural equation modeling supported by Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results of the research find out that human capital has significant and positive influences towards strategy and competitive advantage. In addition, strategy has significant and positive influences toward competitive advantage. Whereas, strategy has partially mediated the influence of human capital toward competitive advantage.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the influence of Work-Family Conflict and Family-Work Conflict on Employee Intention Turnover at CV. Tiga Mutiara in Kebumen City with Job Stress as Mediation Variable. Respondents in this research are employees of CV. Tiga MutiaraKebumen with 32 employees. The research method is quantitative analysis by using path analysis, the result of multiple regression analysis calculation is tested by t test and F test and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the variables Work-Family Conflict, Family-Work Conflict and Job Stress on turnover Intention have a positive effect on employees CV. Tiga Mutiara Kebumen. In this study it is known that Work-Family Conflict is the independent variable that has the greatest influence on Employee Turnover Intention compared to other independent variables.Keywords: Work-Family Conflict, Family-Work Conflict, Job Stress, Turnover Intention

Abstract

Nowadays smartphones have become a necessity, so policy makers need to understand usage, irreplaceable value, system quality, technological awareness and visual design of repurchase commitments and positive word of mouth with mediating brand loyalty. By knowing the impact, companies, especially those who are increasing growth slowdown can use it to acquire new consumers and also increase repurchases. The results showed that only 2 variables could be used to increase positive word of mouth and repurchase goals mediated by brand loyalty, namely system quality and technological awareness. This study also shows that the use and value that is irreplaceable is considered irrelevant in increasing brand loyalty considering that smartphones have become a widely used product every day with a variety of products that are marketed.Keyword: System Quality ; technology consciousness; brand loyalty ; repurchase intention ; positive WOM

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Ukuran perusahaan, Umur perusahaan, dan Rasio kas terhadap Profitabilitas (ROA) pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2012-2016. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria tertentu. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 39 perusahaan yang tergabung dalam indeks LQ45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2012-2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa alat uji yaitu: uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi (R2 ), dan uji t secara parsial. Tingkat signifikansi pada penelitian ini adalah 0,05. Data penelitian ini diolah menggunakan program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS 23.0). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif dan sangat signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA), sedangkan variabel umur perusahaan dan rasio kas berpengaruh positif dan sangat signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA).

Abstract

The investment decision of investor not only based on the financial information provided by the company but also from the individual factors. This statement is a fundamental reason for the scholar to develop a study which observed the individual factors that can affect risk perception and risk attitude on investment decision. This study aims to investigate the effect of individual factors like overconfidence, experience, emotion, and pride on risk perception and risk attitude. The Partial Lease Square (PLS) analysis was applied in this study to test the data and hypotheses. Based on a survey to 43 students from several universities in Samarinda, the results indicate that all of the individual factors in this study have an influence on risk perception and risk attitude in decision-making to involve in capital market trading.

Abstract

Abstract: The success of the business of entrepreneurs who are in the area behind Unib is very influenced by the factor of location or place of business. Place business which is getting closer to UNIB will be more and more consumers. A strategic place of business will have a profitable impact for businessmen, because the place of business is easily known and easily accessible by consumers, especially students. Research on the Selection of Business Locations and their Influence on Micro and Small Scale Business Success, aims to know the contribution in obtaining profit, and to analyze the influence of business environment factor and location cost on business success. The indicators used in the measurement of this study are competitor, consumer, rent, tax, profit rate and others. In this research use quantitative descriptive analysis method by using multiple regression statiistic tool. The result of the research shows that location selection based on business environment factor and location cost factor have influence to business success. The better the business environment conditions in that location will be easier to achieve success, and vice versa. The size of the costs incurred to obtain the business location, will determine the strategic place of business. A strategic place of business, will accelerate business success. This is supported by the perception of respondents that the success of the business is determined by: customer arrival rate / day, net profit growth, BEP time, rate of return, profit which all of the average value agree.Keyword: Business Environment, Location Cost, Business Success.

Abstract

The Issues raised in this research is: "How does the queuing system of administrative services outpatient hospital padmalalita Muntilan". The purpose of this study was to determine the queuing system administration services outpatients at the hospital padmalalita Muntilan. From the calculation of analytical performance Queue System with Single Change Single Phase (M / M / 1) arrival Patients most visible onvMonday, where the average patient comes highest in the hours 09:00 to 11:00, wherevthe average time patients spent waiting in patients with the necessary longest queue in the queue is 0.061 minutes and 0.009 minutes is the shortest time that happened in the hours 11:00 to 12:00. The longest time it takes the patient in the system is 1,111 minutes that occurred at 09:00 to 10:00 and 10:00 to 11:00 and shortest time is 0.059 minutes which occurred at 11:00 to 12:00.If the addition of the server into two servers, patient waiting time in the queue is reduced. The waiting time in the queue the longestvfor one server that is 0.061 minutes per patient, if using 2 servers waiting time was reduced to 0,004 minutes per patient.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of budget goal clarity and budget drafting participation on performance accountability of government institutions in Bengkulu city. This study is a descriptive research with purposive sampling technique. The subjects of this study were 136 officers of echelon III (Division Head/ Sub-division Head/ Secretary) and echelon IV (Chief Sub-division/ Chief Section) of civil servants in government institutions in Bengkulu city. Data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression test. The results of this study showed that: (1) Budget goal clarity influences positively and significantly on performance accountability of government institutions in Bengkulu city. (2) Budget drafting participation influences positively and significantly on performance accountability of government institutions in Bengkulu city. These results indicate that the higher budget targe t clarity and participation in budget drafting, the higher performance accountability will be. Abstract

Entrepreneurial success is determined by the competencies of an entrepreneur and will directly affect the success of business performance. This study aims to examine empirically the influence of entrepreneurial competencies on business performance. Entrepreneurship competency is measured by 15 indicators (Ability to control risk, autonomy, Search for and analyze information, Communication, Dynamic, Build social networks, Change management, Initiatives, Innovation, Integrity, Leadership, Results-oriented, Negotiation, Problem solving and Responsibility ) While Business Performance is measured by 5 indicators (profit growth, sales growth, capital growth, efficiency and customer growth). The sample in this study was MSMEs in the city of Tarakan using a sample probability area sample method based on the sub -district area. The data analysis technique uses the PLS-SEM method with the WarpPls 6.0 application. The results of the study show that entrepreneurial competence has a positive impact on business performance. This study supports the RBV theory which states that a company's competitive advantage is generated from its unique resources.
