Sesuai dengan standard ISO 45001 bahwa karyawan harus berpartisipasi dalam melakukan pencegahan kecelakaan. Untuk itu perusahaan telah menetapkan Program Hazob (Hazard Observation) untuk mengidentifikasi bahaya dan melakukan tindakan koreksinya. Penerapan Program Hazob masih dengan metode konvensional, mengisi lembar form, sehingga tidak efektif, efisien dan tidak berintegrasi dengan sistem lain. Transformasi digitalisasi diperlukan dengan merubah bisnis proses pelaporan dari konvensional ke aplikasi website atau mobile Apps. Hasil dari penelitian ini terjadi peningkatan kinerja operasional keselamatan kerja dengan program Hazob (i) pengisian form secara manual bertransformasi ke system digitalisasi aplikasi website dan mobile Apps; (ii) leading indikator pelaporan hazob meningkat menjadi 1.364 dari seluruh lokasi. Ini bermakna, bahwa perusahaan telah mengidentifikasi bahaya sejumlah tersebut dalam kuran waktu 3 bulan, dan melakukan tindakan koreksi sebelum terjadi kecelakakan. Data persentasi kontribusi menunjukan bahwa semua pihak bagian di perusahaan berkontribusi untuk melakukan pelaporan hazob. Hal ini menunjukan komitmen semua tingkatan untuk melakukan pecegahan kecelakaan. Angka terbesar pada tingkatan karywan ( 63 %) berkontribusi ; (iii) dampak implementasi berupa tingkat penurunan angka kecelakaan dengan Lagging Indikator sebagai berikut : LTIR = 0 (Nol), TRIR, yang sebelumnya 0.87 di bulan juni, turun menjadi 0 (nol) dari bulan Juli sampai September 2020, dan IFT, turun terus setiap bulan dan di bulan September di angka 12.33.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of the internet has led to some shifts in daily activities. Some conventional activity is now slowly shifted to online, including playing online games. Online games have both impacts, positive and negative. The advantage of online games is to help people communicate with other parties anywhere and anytime in the world. On the other hand, the negative impact is an addiction which leads to losing track of time and neglecting their responsibilities. This study aims to analyse online game addiction using a mathematical model. The mathematical model used is the SEAR model with four compartments, susceptible, exposed, addiction and recovery. The population of this study is limited to cases of addiction to online games on gadgets and ignores the factor of having professional players (e-sports). We obtained the basic reproduction number is , which means that online game addiction does not occurs in the population. Sensitivity analysis showed that the rate of susceptible gamer to be exposed gamer and the rate of individuals who addicted to online game are the parameter which prone to change. The numerical simulation also shown that the change in α brings an impact to the overall dynamics.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain a forecasting model and compare PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk share price using the time series method, ARCH-GARCH model. The data used is historical data for the period December 2021 – December 2022. The initial steps are the stationarity test, identifying the ARIMA model, and checking the heteroscedasticity effect of the best ARIMA model. Then from this model, identify the ARCH-GARCH model. After the model has been formed, compare those models that have been assumed by using the smallest AIC and SBC values and checking the model's heteroscedasticity effect. The last step is forecasting for January 2023 using GARCH (1,0). The equation is .

Abstract

In this modern era, Muslimah fashion in Indonesia has become one of the fastest-growing sectors, making many consumers look for Muslimah fashion to follow this fashion trend. Muslim women in Indonesia have various tastes in wearing Muslim clothing. Muslim clothing known as the hijab now has many views with an interesting variety of creativity, so this has caused many Muslim women in various circles in Indonesia to wear the hijab for their daily clothes. This hijab business is a business that has a very small loss potential because the hijab is a product that is not easily damaged and does not spoil. Correct storage and skills in creating new variations and combining clothes and hijab with trendy styles will make the hijab sell well. The target market is not only adult women but various groups, ages, and social statuses because the modern hijab is now more flexible and can be combined with everyday clothes.

Abstract

In the increasingly complex world of work, as technology and information continue to evolve, there is a need for a medium that can leverage information to support business processes or activities in an organization, making them more effective and efficient. PT. Swadaya Engineering, a company operating in the electrical and telecommunications industry located in South Jakarta,  is facing a problem of frequent damage reports on rectifier charger panels that are difficult to convey manually through phone calls. This constraint is a hindrance to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the company, causing customer dissatisfaction due to a lack of information obtained. To address this issue, the author developed an expert system application for diagnosing rectifier charger panel damage based on a website using forward chaining as the application development method. The purpose of designing this application is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the company in delivering information on rectifier charger panel damage and increasing customer satisfaction in diagnosing such damage. It is expected that this expert system application will be an effective medium for the company to leverage information and support business processes or activities that are carried out.

Abstract

This thesis aims to Analyze the Role of Savings and Loans Cooperatives in Efforts to Improve Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Case Studies on KSP. Credit Harapan Kita. This research used a qualitative descriptive method with direct interviews with leaders of KSP: Credit Union Harapan Kita, Field Observations and Documentation. The research results show that saving and loan cooperatives are essential in increasing (MSMEs). Saving and loan cooperatives can provide easy and affordable access to finance for (MSMEs. With that, savings and loan cooperatives can also guide their members in managing their businesses. However, there are several obstacles faced by savings and loan cooperatives in increasing MSMEs. Some of these obstacles include the lack of awareness and understanding of cooperative members in managing loans, limited capital owned by savings and loan cooperatives, and the lack of support from the government and the community in developing savings and loan cooperatives for the public, as well as providing government incentives and support to saving and loan cooperatives can play a more effective role in increasing MSMEs and encouraging economic growth in the Regions

Abstract

The unemployment rate in Indonesia is quite high, where the average value in Indonesia is 18%, the largest among Cambodia, Nigeria, and lower-middle-class countries, which show an average of 12%. The high unemployment rate is caused by the level of motivation of students to continue working, studying or participating in competency training with a lack of interest. To increase students' interest, it is necessary to have a large number of critical communications to arouse students' enthusiasm and motivation. The method used is qualitative and quantitative where to design the system design and system validation, the technique used is the System Development Life Cycle Waterfall. The results obtained by the Heuristic Evaluation stated that not many things needed to be improved for the system that was created and the SUS (System Usability Score) stated that it was good with a minimum score of 68 given by 5 experts. Abstract

Gas and steam power generation units often experience changes in load according to the requested electricity needs. Changes in generator workload will also affect the efficiency of the generator. The different efficiency in each workload will have an effect on the amount of heat rate production produced when compared. By calculating the efficiency at each load, it will be useful to find out the workload with the best performance. From the results of the enthalpy calculation process based on the temperature of each gas turbine process, in this study the gas turbine performance is calculated, and then it compares the turbine performance with variations in operating load. The turbine performance that will be calculated includes compressor power, turbine power, net power, thermal efficiency, compressor efficiency, combustion chamber efficiency, turbine efficiency, heat input, and heat rate. The results of the calculation of the highest average thermal efficiency at 27 MW load were 35.18%; the average compressor efficiency experienced the highest increase at 25 MW load of 83.24%, followed by an average increase in combustion chamber efficiency and an average decrease in turbine efficiency at each increase in load, as well as experiencing the lowest decrease in heat rate at 27 MW load conditions of 2,842 kJ/kWh

Abstract

Lathe machines are used to work on cylindrical objects. Tool wear is often a problem in the turning process and impacts the results of the machining process. The research aims to compare lathe insert tool wear levels TNMG160404-MA and TNMG160404-TF. The research used the experimental method directly using a lathe with variable machining on feeding (f) 0.04 mm/rev and 0.08 mm/rev, spindle (n) 540 rpm, and depth of cut (a) 4 mm. Tool wear was measured using an optical microscope by measuring the maximum edge wear on the tool (VBmax) and to determine the significance of tool wear using statistical analysis. The results showed wear level insert tool of TNMG160404-MA at a feeding of 0.04 mm/put an average of VBmax = 85.00(μm) and a feeding of 0.08 mm/put VBmax = 63.23(μm). TNMG160404-TF insert tool wear at 0.04 mm/put feed VBmax = 76.18(μm) and 0.08 mm/put feed VBmax = 58.43(μm). On a feeding, 0.08 mm/put motion, the standard deviation (s) of the TNMG160404-MA insert tool is 16.2, and the standard deviation (s) of the TNMG160404-TF insert tool is 17.8. On a feeding of 0.08 mm/rev, the results of t-count = 0.630 and t-table = 2.101, so t-count < t-table (0.630 < 2.101), the statistical analysis results using the t-test showed no significant difference in the level of wear of the two types insert tools.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what is achieved in this study is to determine and analyze the effect of packaging, price, and promotion strategy on purchasing decisions for Tempe Indo Jaya products in Sendang Mulyasari Village, the effect of plastic Packaging on purchasing decisions for Tempe Indo Jaya products, the effect of price on product purchasing decisions Tempe Indo Jaya and the influence of promotional strategies on purchasing decisions for Tempe Indo Jaya products. The method in this Research is a descriptive analysis performed to explain the effect of product attributes and product warranties on purchasing decisions. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to statistically test the effect of product attributes and warranties on purchasing decisions. Studies on Tempe Indo Jaya home industry. This analysis method is based on the results of a questionnaire on the variables of this study which have been converted by clarifying answers on a Likert scale. Data processing was carried out By using the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this study show that the Promotion Strategy has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in the Tempe Indo Jaya Industry, Sendang Mulyasari Village, Tonggauna District. The better the Promotion Strategy, the better the decision to purchase.

Abstract

This plan is used to create working design drawings for the construction of a reliable, durable, safe, and effective livestock dung smelter machine, as well as to get the performance test results and economic analysis of the dung smelter. There are three different ways to phrase the issue in relation to the three planning goals. The design of a livestock manure crusher machine is done in stages, including task planning and explanation, product idea planning, and design. Technical examination examines torque, power generated by the shaft, and frame design. Due to the design of a manure smelter with SOP sizes of P 107 cm, L 27 cm, and H 124 cm, an electric motor with a power capacity of 900 to 1300 watts is intended to be used for the propulsion of the animal dung crushing machine. The machine must be able to produce 300 kg per hour of driving source DC electric motor, which is equivalent to 1 horsepower. engines' power The transmission system, which uses a V-belt and a driving shaft with a diameter of 3 cm, is what powers the engine. The 2.0 mm thick plate used in the frame construction rotates at 1400 RPM and is formed of 6 mm canal iron and tubes
