Abstract

Sekolah dengan segala dinamikanya, menuntut siswa mematuhi semua aturan dan kewajiban sekolah, salah satunya adalah belajar dan mengikuti kegiatan akademik dan kegiatan non akademik di sekolah. Selama menuntut ilmu di sekolah. Siswa harus mengerjakan dan menyelesaikan tugas yang telah diberikan oleh guru sesuai dengan format penugasan dan dalam durasi waktu yang telah ditentukan. Semua tugas yang telah diberikan guru  kepada siswa harus dikerjakan dan diselesaikan dengan tepat waktu. Jika siswa mengalami kesulitan untuk melakukan tugas yang telah diamanahkan sesuai batas waktu yang telah ditentukan, sering mengalami keterlambatan dalam mengumpulkan tugas, atau lambat dalam regulasi waktu  dalam membuat tugas maka dapat dikatakan sebagai siswa yang melakukan prokrastinasi akademik. Penelitian ini dilakukan  dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berdasarkan perspektif emik dengan rancangan studi kasus. Dari hasil penelitian perilaku prokrastinasi akademik di SMA IT Abu Bakar Yogyakarta, adapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut: ada empat perilaku prokrastinasi akademik siswa di SMA IT Abu Bakar Yogyakarta (1) menunggu hasil pekerjaan teman (menyontek), (2) keterlambatan dalam mengumpulkan tugas, (3) irrational believe merupakan keyakinan bisa mengerjakannya nanti atau lemah dalam regulasi waktu dan, (4) tidak cocok dengan guru mata pelajaran.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia is having a great challenging. It cannot be denied that nation moral degradation today is related to our education system and institution. Start from corruption happened in almost all government institution, nepotism in recrutment as well ass collution in every policy and development program arrangement has been unconsciously the root grown and developed forming nation character. In addition, within the global problems which have positive and negative impact toward Indonesian life. It needs intelectual ability and emotional maturity to maximize the positive impact from the globalization itself such as the opening of working opportunity based on society and nation needs. To minimize the negative impact such as the changing of norm and the value of life which oftenly be contradictive with the norm and the value of life in society, including indicator and nation character changing. The success of education with character is really defined by the institution with character. It should be reflected from the teacher/lecturer character, education leader and education institution environtment. The empowerment of education institution aparatus especially the education leader as well as teacher and lecturer by giving opprotunity to function and dinamize the implementation of nation philosophy into integrated and sustainable education institution. Revitalisation at this point related to the selection of education institution on teachers employement so that the quality standard used on this would not be low. Therefore, in the future could share the success to build education with character which is able to touch all way, level, and types of education in this nation.

Abstract

Sharia bank is identified with the term profit sharing bank, it is reflected from one type of financing in the form of profit sharing or mudharabah financing. However, the condition in the field that portion of mudharabah financing is still too small compared with other types of non-profit financing. Therefore, this study aims to explore the system of mudharabah financing in PT. BRISyariah Pekanbaru, identified the constraints faced and the efforts made in improving mudharabah financing as well as and analysis of that financing. This research is Field Research and is analytical descriptive that is describe and analyze findings that it can. Obtained from the finding that the operational Mudharabah Financing in BRI Syariah is 100% including Mudharabah Linkage category, while the obstacles faced include complex mudharabah agreement, insufficient Human Resources (SDI), Information Technology (IT) system that has not supported and customer responsibility. Mudharabah financing optimization efforts are done in the form of financing with Linkage Program model, financing to special customers, and improving SDI.

Abstract

Muhammad Rasyid bernama Muhammad Rasyid ibn Ali Ridha ibn Muhammad Syamsuddin al-Qalamuni. Dia seorang jurnalis, yang mana banyak tulisan maupun karya yang telah memberikan wawasan intelektual untuk dunia Islam. Yang cukup menarik dari sosok Rasyid Ridha, justru dalam pemikiran teologisnya. Sebab, satu sisi sebagai pengagum dan murid Abduh yang dalam bidang teologi terkenal sangat rasional, melebihi Mu’tazilah justru dalam aspek tertentu pemikirannya lebih condong ke pemikiran “Salaf” / Hanbali. Disisi lain, sebagai penganut faham Hanbali yang terkenal sangat gigih menyerang ulama kalam (teolog) justru Ridha bukan hanya interest terhadap teologi melainkan juga boleh dikata telah berhasil membangun teologi yang memiliki karakter tersendiri.

Abstract

Generasi milenial merupakan sebuah istilah yang akhir-akhir ini menjadi suatu hal yang fenomenal dan acap kali dibicarakan oleh banyak orang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat memberikan gambaran menyeluruh tentang fenomena penggunaan jejaring sosial Instagram untuk mengelola kesan oleh generasi milenial dalam pendekatan teori Dramaturgi yang dipopulerkan oleh Erving Goffman. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan paradigma interpretif. Informasi penelitian didapatkan terutama melalui sumber primer dengan observasi pada akun jejaring sosial Instagram dan observasi lapangan yang ditujukan kepada beberapa informan yang merupakan individu yang memang aktif dalam menggunakan Instagram selama kurun waktu 3 (tiga) tahun belakangan, aktif mengunggah foto dan video dan telah memiliki followers lebih dari 3000 orang.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam jejaring sosial Instagram, generasi milenial melakukan pengelolaan kesan dengan menampilkan panggung depan sedemikian rupa melalui penampilan (appereance) dan sikap (manner) yang mengarah kepada kepada hiperrealitas. Foto dan video yang diunggah menampilkan kesan bahwa mereka berkelas, mengikuti tren perkembangan teknologi dan sukses dalam profesi pekerjaan. Sementara di panggung belakang, generasi milenial lebih memiliki penampilan dan sikap yang apa adanya. Sangat bertolak belakang dari panggung depan, belum memiliki profesi pekerjaan yang jelas dan mempresentasikan diri lebih bebas tanpa harus mengelola kesan.

Crisis is a problem for every organizations. Crisis can suddenly occur without knowing the time and place, an appropriate planning is needed to facing the crisis. Facing the crisis is one of the roles of Public Relations, which is very important to pay attention to the right stages in handling it. Public Relations is a vital of the companies. The fate of companies is very dependent on how the Public Relations handling the crisis. The role of the PR is determinant of the success or failure of the companies to go throught a crisis while at the same time carrying out recovery steps.
