Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan hasil evaluasi tingkat: (1) kepuasan; (2) pemahaman materi; (3) implementasi perilaku; dan (4) peningakatan kompetensi peserta pelatihan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluasi menggunakan model Empat Level Kirkpatrick. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) kepuasan peserta terhadap penyelenggaraan pelatihan menggunakan Penilaian ber-Acuan Patokan (PAP) dan Penilaian ber-Acuan Norma (PAN) masuk kategori “puas”. (2) pemahaman peserta pada materi standar isi pembelajaran paket C menggunakan PAP masuk kategori “tidak menguasai”, sedangkan menggunakan PAN masuk kategori “menguasai”; pemahaman peserta pada materi standar proses pembelajaran paket C menggunakan PAP dan PAN masuk kategori “menguasai”; pemahaman peserta pada materi standar penilaian pembelajaran paket C menggunakan PAP masuk kategori “tidak menguasai”, sedangkan menggunakan PAN masuk kategori “menguasai”. (3) implementasi perilaku peserta pascapelatihan terkait materi standar isi, proses, dan penilaian pembelajaran paket C berdasarkan persepsi tutor dan peserta didik menggunakan PAP dan PAN masuk kategori “mengimplementasikan”; (4) peningkatan kompetensi peserta disebabkan oleh pelatihan menggunakan PAP dan PAN masuk kategori “mengalami peningkatan”.Kata Kunci: evaluasi, pelatihan, in-house training, pembelajaran paket C In-house training program evaluation of packet C learning in sanggar kegiatan belajar of Central Java ProvinceAbstractThis study aimed to describe an evaluation results level of: (1) satisfaction; (2) material understanding; (3) behavior implementation; and (4) the improvement of participants’ competence. The type of this study was evaluation research using Four Levels of Kirkpatrick model. The result of this study indicates the following. (1) the participants’ satisfaction toward the implementation of training using Standard Referenced Assessment (PAP) and Normative Referenced Assessment (PAN) was included in the category of “satisfied”. 2) the participants’ understanding of content standard material learning using PAP was included in the category of “not mastering”, while using PAN was included in the category of “mastering”; the participants’ understanding of process standard material learning using PAP and PAN was included in the category of “mastering”; (3) the participants’ understanding of assessment standard material learning using PAP was included in the category of “not mastering”, while using PAN was included in the category of “mastering”. (3) the implementation of participants’ behavior after training of content, process, and assessment standard material based on tutor’s and student’s perception using PAP and PAN was included in the category of “implementing”. (4) participants’ competence improvement resulting from the training using PAP and PAN was included in the category of “improving”. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) perencanaan program (2) pelaksanaan program (3) hasil pelaksanaan program dan (4) dampak program Taman Bacaan Masyarakat pada TBM Mata Aksara, TBM Cakruk Pintar, TBM Luru Ilmu, dan TBM Rumah Asa dalam meningkatkan minat baca masyarakat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluasi dengan menggunakan model CIPPO, yang terdiri atas context, input, process, product, dan outcome. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan 4 temuan.  Pertama, Setiap TBM memiliki program kegiatan yang berbeda. Kedua, pelaksanaan kegiatan program pada masing-masing TBM telah berjalan dengan baik. Ketiga, hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan program berjalan baik dengan berbagai prestasi yang diraih oleh TBM. Keempat, dampak kegiatan program pada masing-masing TBM dapat dikatakan baik, karena memiliki manfaat positif terhadap masyarakat.Kata Kunci: evaluasi, taman bacaan masyarakat, keberhasilan The Success Evaluation of Community Library Program in Improving Community Reading Interest in YogyakartaAbstractThis study aimeds to know: (1) planning program, (2) implementation, (3) the results of the implementation, and (4) program impact of the TBM program Mata Aksara TBM, Cakruk Pintar TBM, Luru Ilmu TBM, and Rumah Asa TBM in improving reading interest of society. This type of research was the evaluation study using CIPPO model, which consisted of context, input, process, product, and outcome. The results show four findings. First, every TBM has different programs, so that each has its own type of activity. Second, the implementation of program activities at each TBM can be said to be good. Third, the results of the implementation of the program of activities can be said to be good with a variety of accomplishments achieved by the TBM. Fourth, the impact of the program on each TBM can are good, because it has positive benefits for the community.Keywords: evaluation, community library, success

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan kreativitas dan minat belajar anak usia 3-4 tahun melalui permainan konstruktif yakni bermain balok dan play dough di TK Izzul Islam Maraqitta’limat dalam memperbaiki proses pembelajaran dengan beberapa perlakuan dalam siklus. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan tahap perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 11 anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kreativitas anak pada siklus III yakni ada 7 anak pada kriteria BSB. Artinya tujuh anak tersebut mampu menyelesaikan tugasnya tepat waktu membuat bangunan dengan cukup rapi, menggunakan lebih dari 6 ragam bentuk dan ukuran balok, mengungkapkan ide sebelum bermain balok maupun play dough, menceritakan bangunannya secara detail, membuat bangunan dengan ide dan cara sendiri. Mampu membuat lebih dari 7 bentuk dari adonan tepung dengan ide dan cara sendiri, menggunakan 5-6 cetakan kue beragam, menghiasinya dengan hiasan kue dan menceritakan semua hasil karyanya. Sedangkan minat belajar anak ada 7 anak pada kriteria BSB. Artinya tujuh anak tersebut menyukai kegiatan bermain balok dan play dough, melakukannya dengan cukup senang, bersemangat dan aktif, memperhatikan penjelasan dan mendengar perintah, arahan dari guru, mencari tahu kegiatan belajar, dan masuk kelas atas keinginan sendiri dan mandiri serta mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran sampai selesai.Kata Kunci: kreativitas, minat belajar, usia 3-4 tahun, permainan konstrukif, bermain balok, play dough (bermain adonan). Developing 3-4 Year Old Children’s Creativity and Learning Interests Through Constructive Play AbstractThe purpose of this reasearch is to develop creativity and interest in learning of children aged 3-4 years through constructive play using blocks and dough in kindergarten Izzul Islam Maraqitta'limat Wanasaba. This was classroom action research with the planning, action, observation and reflection stages. This research was conducted to improve the learning process with multiple treatments in the cycle. The sources of data were 11 children. The results show that have is an increase in creativity a child in the third cycle there are seven children in BSB. It means seventh children are able to complete the task on time to make a pretty neat building with to using more than 6 shapes and sizes of blocks, expressing ideas that will be built before the play and telling the building blocks in detail and making the building with their own ideas and ways. They make more than 7 forms with their own ideas and ways, using a variety of cookie cutters 5-6, decorating it with ornaments shape cake. Children are able to tell all of their work and expressing ideas before playing dough activities. While the children’s interest in learning increases; there are seven children in BSB. It means the seven children love playing blocks and dough, playing happily, motivated and active, paying attention and want to hear the explanation of the command and direction from teacher, finding out learning activities by asking teachers and going to class on their own and independently as well as participating in learning activities.Keywords: creativity, learning interest, children aged 3-4 years, constructive play, block play, play dough

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: sikap guru terhadap program inklusif dan melihat hubungan aspek guru dan lingkungan yang diduga berkaitan dengan sikap guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif (mixed methods), yaitu dengan penyebaran kuesioner pada 3 SMPN di Jakarta dan wawancara terhadap responden guru. Secara kuantitatif, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masih ada golongan guru yang memiliki sikap negatif. Selain itu, ditemukan aspek yang memiliki korelasi positif, yaitu social political view, teacher’s belief, peran kepala sekolah dan orangtua, serta ketersediaan sumber daya. Data kualitatif juga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat keberagaman data dari guru terkait ketersediaan sumber daya yang tersedia, belief, serta harapan akan peran orangtua. Akan tetapi, pendapat dari guru terkait dengan social political view, peran kepala sekolah, dan harapan akan adanya pelatihan relatif memiliki jawaban kualitatif yang serupa.Kata Kunci: sikap guru, program inklusif, anak berkebutuhan khusus Teacher’s Attitude Towards Inclusive Education Viewed from Teacher and Environmental Aspect AbstractThis study aimed: (1) description of teacher’s attitude towards inclusive education in their school and (2) the relation between teacher attitudes and teacher’s and environmental aspect. This study utilized quantitative and qualitative approach. The quantitative approach used a questionnaire to gain a descriptive and correlation data. The qualitative approach will provide a depth exploration of teacher’s and environmental aspect of teachers’ attitude with a semi-structured interview. This study revealed that there are teachers who still held a negative atittudes. This study also revealed a positive correlation between teacher’s attitude and several aspects, like social political view, teacher’s belief, the role of principal and parents, and resources. The qualitative data show that there are diverse opinion in resources, belief, and the role of parents. But there is relatively similar answer in social political view, principal role, and the urge to get a professional development or training. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan hasil program pelatihan wajib latih dan gladi lapang bagi masyarakat kawasan rawan bencana Merapi di desa Argomulyo Cangkringan Sleman. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan menggunakan model penelitian CIPP. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan perencanaan program pelatihan wajib dan gladi lapang merupakan hasil identifikasi BPBD Sleman dan kebutuhan masyarakat kawasan rawan bencana Merapi,  pelaksanaan program pelatihan wajib latih dan gladi lapang ini berjalan dengan baik dan melibatkan narasumber yang memiliki kompetensi di bidangnya serta motivasi dan antusias peserta yang cukup tinggi, dan hasil pelaksanaan program pelatihan wajib latih dan gladi lapang ditunjukkan dengan perubahan sikap peserta yang meliputi kemampuan konseptual, teknis, dan sosial. Dampak dari program ini menunjukkan dampak positif yaitu peserta dapat melakukan tindakan pengurangan risiko secara mandiri dan berkelompok, memanfaatkan pengetahuan yang dimiliki untuk menerapkan rencana kesiapsiagaan di lingkungan tempat tinggalnya.Kata kunci: evaluasi program pelatihan, wajib latih, masyarakat kawasan rawan bencana Merapi An Evaluation of the Obliged Training and Field Practice Program for the Community Around Disaster Prone Areas of MerapiAbstractThis study aims to investigate plan, implementation, and result of the obliged training and field practice program for the people in the village of Argomulyo Cangkringan Sleman. This was an evaluation study employing the CIPP. The data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. The results are as follows planning program obliged training and field practice program is the identification of BPBD Sleman and the needs of the community disaster prone area Merapi, the implementation of the programs obliged training and field practice program goes well involving the source of information that has competence as well as motivation and enthusiasm of the participants which is quite high, and the result of a training program obliged training and field practice program is indicated by a change in attitude of the participants that includes the conceptual, technical and and social ability. The training programs obliged training and field practice program have an impact that is positive participants can perform the act of risk reduction independently and in groups, utilizing the knowledge possessed to apply the plan of preparedness in the neighborhood of her residence.Keywords: evaluation of training program, obliged training, disaster prone areas of merapi volcano society

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh: (1) motivasi kerja pendidik terhadap pengelolaan kelas; (2) pengalaman mengajar pendidik terhadap pengelolaan kelas; (3) kepemimpinan pengelola terhadap pengelolaan kelas; (4) fasilitas kelas terhadap pengelolaan kelas; dan (5) pengaruh motivasi kerja pendidik, pengalaman mengajar pendidik, kepemimpinan pengelola, dan fasilitas kelas secara bersama-sama terhadap pengelolaan kelas kelompok bermain. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode ex post facto. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 93 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa (1) tidak ada pengaruh dari motivasi kerja pendidik terhadap pengelolaan kelas kelompok bermain (P(α)= 0,3750,05), (2) tidak ada pengaruh dari pengalaman mengajar pendidik terhadap pengelolaan kelas (P(α)= 0,3250,05), (3) tidak ada pengaruh dari kepemimpinan pengelola terhadap pengelolaan kelas (P(α)= 0,4740,05), (4) tidak ada pengaruh dari fasilitas kelas terhadap pengelolaan kelas (P(α)= 0,3030,05), dan (5) tidak ada pengaruh dari motivasi kerja pendidik, pengalaman mengajar pendidik, kepemimpinan pengelola, dan fasilitas kelas secara bersama-sama terhadap pengelolaan kelas kelompok bermain (Rxyganda = 0,086) (P(α)= 0,1650,05).Kata Kunci: pengelolaan kelas, motivasi mengajar pendidik, pengalaman mengajar pendidik, kepemimpinan pengelola, fasilitas kelas Factors Influencing the Effectiveness of Play Group Classroom Management in YogyakartaAbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of: (1) educators’ work motivation on classroom management; (2) educators’ teaching experience on classroom management; (3) principal’s leadership on classroom management; (4) classroom facilities on classroom management; and (5) educators’ work motivation, educators’ teaching experience, principal’s leadership, and classroom facilities on classroom management. This study uses a quantitative approach to the ex post facto method. The study sample size of 93 people. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The data were presented by using descriptive statistics and regression analysis. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui (1) pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter melalui dongeng, (2) nilai karakter yang dikembangkan, (3) faktor pendukung dan penghambat, dan (4) hasilnya pada TK Lazuardi Kamila. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan Penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian yaitu (1) Pelaksanaan dongeng dimulai dengan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. (2) Nilai karakter meliputi olah hati, olah pikir, olah raga, dan olah rasa. (3) Faktor pendukung lembaga adanya progam mendongeng, sentra Islamic character building, serta penyediaan fasilitas, dan dari pendidik adalah keteladanan. Dukungan orangtua berupa kemudahan komunikasi dengan pihak lembaga. Faktor penghambat lembaga yaitu karyawan belum bisa menjadi teladan, minimnya media dongeng, serta penilaian belum tersusun sistematis. Pendidik belum menyusun daftar dongeng, kesulitan mencari bahasa, dan penjelasan nilai karakter tidak utuh. Orangtua belum bisa menjadi teladan, dan rendahnya partisipasi dalam melanjutkan pendidikan karakter. (4) Hasilnya semua nilai karakter telah dilakukan, kecuali kepemimpinan dan cinta tanah airKata Kunci: dongeng, pendidikan karakter, taman kanak-kanak The Role of Tales in Character Education in Kamila Lazuardi Kindergarten in SurakartaAbstractThe aim of research to determine (1) the implementation of character education through tales, (2) the value of the characters are developed, (3) enabling and inhibiting factors, and (4) the results on TK Lazuardi Kamila. The qualitative research with case study method. Results of the study are (1) The tales begins with the planning, implementation and evaluation. (2) Value of characters includes careful though, if thought, sport, and if the flavor. (3) Factors supporting institutions for programs of storytelling, character building Islamic centers, and the provision of facilities, and from educators is exemplary. Parental support in the form of ease of communication with the institutions. Inhibiting factors, namely agency employees cannot serve as an example, the lack of media stories, as well as the assessment has not been systematically arranged. Educators have not compiled a list of fairy tales, having trouble finding the language, and explanation of the value of the character is not intact. Parents cannot be exemplary, and low participation in continuing education of character. (4) The results of all grades of character has been done, except leadership and patriotism.Keywords: tale, character education, kindergarten

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui: (1) tahapan, (2) bentuk, (3) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi, dan (4) strategi pengembangan partisipasi masyarakat dalam penyelenggaraan program-program PKBM Ngudi Kapinteran, Semanu, Gunungkidul. Penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian yaitu (1) Tahapan partisipasi masyarakat dimulai dari proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi serta pemanfaatan hasil. (2) Bentuk partisipasi masyarakat terbagi dalam dua bentuk meliputi; (a) fisik yaitu material dan tenaga, dan (b) non fisik yaitu ide. (3) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi partisipasi masyarakat yaitu faktor pendukung yang berupa budaya dan kebermanfaatan program sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah tingkat pendidikan dan jenis pekerjaan.
