Abstract

The article investigates the impact of knowledge sharing on company performance with a competitive advantage as a mediating variable and entrepreneurial orientation as a moderating variable. This research uses an RBV theory to determine company performance. Knowledge sharing behavior and entrepreneurial organizations can increase competitive advantage and performance. PLS-SEM technique is employed to analyze the data from 126 Small and Medium Enterprises in the food and beverage entrepreneurs in East Java. This research indicates that knowledge sharing has a favorable and substantial influence on competitive advantage and firm performance. Knowledge sharing positively and significantly affects competitive advantage and performance directly and indirectly. Entrepreneurial orientation does not serve as a moderator.

Abstract

Based on an earlier study related to quality and Big Data Analytics, this research seeks to discover the ideas of Technology Utilization, Quality Information, and Talent Quality in affecting Company Performance. The purposive sample consisted of 150 customers from around Indonesia who fulfilled the criteria. SEM-PLS techniques are used to examine preliminary data. Results, the Quality of Information, and talent substantially impact company performance. However, Big Data Analytics does not affect Technology Utilization. These studies may help the company develop its Consumer Big Data analytical skills. Practically, the findings are anticipated to improve the company's performance to satisfy the demands and desires of customers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors affecting the enterprise performance of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) among generations Y (millennial) and Z (centennial) entrepreneurs during the Covid-19 pressure under the theory of Resource-Based View. Data were collected by online questionnaires to 227 generation Y and Z respondents and were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The data analysis findings indicate that risk-taking and networking positively affect micro and small enterprise performance positively and positively affect entrepreneurial competencies. Entrepreneurial competencies also significantly positively affect micro and small enterprise performance. While technology usage has no significant effect on micro and small enterprise performance, it substantially affects entrepreneurial competencies. Theoretical and practical contributions are provided.

Abstract

This study aims to review digital financial literacy based on the previously-published articles. A literature study based on the Scopus database from 1984 to 2022 is conducted by employing the VOSviewer tool to analyze the collected data for the bibliometric analysis. The findings point toward the people's behavior on investment decisions. The questionnaire is the most widely used data collection method, and the conversations are evenly shared in developing and developed countries. The key themes are still divided into financial inclusion and general digital finance issues. Discussion and future research are provided.

Abstract

This study generally describes the usefulness of digital platforms for small and medium-sized micro-enterprises in Makassar city. This research was carried out by the SMEs sector of Makassar City with Snowball Sampling techniques. Data collection methods are observation methods, in-depth interview methods, and documentation. This qualitative study uses a triangulation model that combines interview and observation methods for small and medium-sized micro-enterprises. The results prove that digital platforms make it easier for SME players to provide information and interact directly with consumers, expand market reach, and increase awareness and sales for SMEs.

Abstract

It is getting hard for digital brands to secure an edge over competitors; moreover, securing transaction deals. Amid E-Commerce offerings, brand awareness and image are strategically positioned in decision-making. Thus, this study explores this issue by analyzing the nomological validity of brand awareness and brand image on consumers’ trust and purchase intention. 165 response rates are secured and presented quantitatively by employing the variance-based PLS-SEM. The results support all hypotheses as well as the mediating effects. The brand image emerges as the most potential strategic position for managerial discretions upon building trust and purchasing decisions among e-commerce users.

Abstract

This study analyzes the determining factors for job satisfaction and performance among Civil Servants in Indonesia. The data were analyzed from 380 responses by using the AMOS-SEM. The results showed that organizational culture, work environment, and job satisfaction positively and significantly affect the apparatus's performance in all direct relationships. Indirect relationships are partially significant, illustrating that the better and superior construction of better state management requires specific approaches to increase the expected outcomes.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools not only produce Islamic students but also begin to promote entrepreneurship to live independently and creatively in the community. This study aimed to determine the influence of personality, environmental culture, and entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of Santripreneur through entrepreneurial motivation in the Jombang Islamic Boarding Schools. This research was quantitative by using random sampling—the primary data by distributing questionnaires. The samples were 152 Santripreneurs—the method using SEM. The results confirmed all proposed hypotheses as well as the mediating effects. The finding confirms the role of enhanced-organizational culture in the Islamic setting in driving the creative business orientation of Santri in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the factors that impede the application of Islamic law in the operation of Islamic banking in a non-Muslim region in Indonesia, i.e., Papua. The readiness of human resources in Islamic banking, both in quantity and quality, to support Islamic banking operations in this specific case is not well investigated. This study employs a descriptive-analytical normative legal study, with technical analysis of primary and secondary data qualitatively. The investigation indicates that the application of Islamic law to the operation of Islamic banking has not gone well, contrary to the goal of establishing Islamic banking with a profit-sharing system. The progress of Islamic banking falls short, despite the national growth target.

Abstract

This study investigates how the disclosure of Islamic values may contribute to third-party funds and financing in Islamic-compliant banks. This study employs a sample of 12 Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia with panel data from 2015 to 2020. Weights, based on expert assessments to determine the level of Islamic values, present as the academic contribution of this research. The finding reports that exposure to Islamic values negatively and significantly impacts financing. Third-party funds provide an indirect positive relationship between the disclosure of Islamic values and financing. These findings further consider the importance of implementing and disclosing Islamic values for investors.
