Abstract

In 2012/2013, Prodi PAI implement the Qur'an reading test for students PAI FITK IAIN Ar-Raniry to know the basic capabilities of students in the field of reading the Qur'an. This is done as an effort to anticipate the Ar-Raniry policies that negate the tests in the recruitment of student academic year 2012/2013. From the test results it is known that more than half (52.43%) students of 2012/2013 have not been able to read the Qur'an properly. As a follow up, implemented programs for students recite the workshop. Implementation Workshop Program assesses first batch had expired at the end of July 2013. In order to evaluate the success of this program required an in-depth research that can be developed on the forces in the next year. Based on the above problems, we propose a research question is how the implementation of the Koran workshop prongram PAI Prodi laboratory in improving literacy Qur'an study program students PAI force in 2012? How does an increase in the ability to read the Qur'an study program students PAI forces workshop program 2012/2013 through the Koran? and any constraints faced by instructors and students in the implementation of the workshop program Koran? This research is a field, and in the elaboration using qualitative descriptive analysis. The data and information obtained from the field described qualitatively. Data collection techniques using triangulation technique that combines the results of (1) an interview with the Chairman of PAI Prodi Laboratory, instructors and students of the Koran Workshop (2) the observation of the activity of the instructor in the learning process and (3) study the documentation. Sampling using purposive sampling technique, namely sampling aims. Qualitative data analysis using a model of Miles and Huberman. The results obtained, namely (1). Implemen-tation of the Koran in the Laboratory workshop program Prodi PAI has been going well, so as to improve the ability to read the Qur'an study program students PAI force 2012/2013. (2). Koran workshop program can improve the ability to read the Qur'an students Prodi PAI force 2012/2013. All workshop student progress / improvement in reading the Qur'an. The ability varies according to the state of basic capabilities and motivation of students in reading the Qur'an. (3). Implementation workshop program Koran does not escape from the constraints. Constraints faced by the instructor is in terms of time, student indiscipline, lack of motivation, and feelings of shame with friends because it is less able to read the Qur'an. As of the students, the obstacles encountered is the lack of basic reading Qur'an, reading frequency and the lack of support from parents or the surrounding environment. Pada tahun 2012/2013, Prodi PAI melaksanakan tes baca Al-Qur'an bagi mahasiswa PAI FITK IAIN Ar-Raniry untuk mengetahui kemampuan dasar mahasiswa dalam bidang baca Al-Qur'an. Hal ini dilakukan sebagai upaya antisipasi terhadap kebijakan stakeholder IAIN Ar-Raniry yang meniadakan tes dalam rekruitmen mahasiswa tahun akademik 2012/2013. Dari hasil tes diketahui bahwa lebih setengah (52.43%) mahasiswa angkatan 2012/2013 belum mampu membaca Al-Qur'an dengan baik dan benar. Sebagai tindak lanjut, dilaksanakan Program Bengkel Mengaji bagi mahasiswa tersebut. Pelaksanaan Program Bengkel Mengaji angkatan I telah berakhir pada akhir Juli 2013. Untuk mengevaluasi keberhasilan pelaksanaan program ini diperlukan suatu penelitian yang mendalam sehingga dapat dikembangkan pada angkatan-angkatan di tahun selanjutnya. Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas, peneliti merumuskan pertanyaan penelitian yaitu bagaimana pelaksanaan prongram bengkel mengaji laboratorium Prodi PAI dalam meningkatkan kemampuan baca Al-Qur’an mahasiswa prodi PAI angkatan 2012? Bagaimanakah peningkatan kemampuan baca Al-Qur’an mahasiswa prodi PAI angkatan 2012/2013 melalui program bengkel mengaji? dan kendala apa saja yang dihadapi instruktur dan mahasiswa dalam pelaksanaan program bengkel mengaji? Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan, dan dalam penjabarannya menggunakan Analisis Deskriptif Kualitatif. Data dan informasi yang diperoleh dari lapangan dideskripsikan secara kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi yaitu memadukan hasil (1) wawancara dengan Ketua Laboratorium Prodi PAI, instruktur dan mahasiswa Program Bengkel Mengaji (2) hasil observasi aktivitas instruktur dalam proses pembelajaran dan (3) studi dokumentasi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu pengambilan sampel bertujuan. Analisis data kualitatif menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu (1). Pelaksanaan program bengkel mengaji di Laboratorium Prodi PAI telah berjalan dengan baik, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kemampuan baca Al-Qur'an mahasiswa prodi PAI angkatan 2012/2013. (2). Program bengkel mengaji dapat meningkatkan kemampuan baca Al-Qur'an mahasiswa Prodi PAI angkatan 2012/2013. Semua mahasiswa bengkel mengalami kemajuan/ pe-ningkatan dalam membaca al-Qur'an. Kemampuan tersebut bervariasi sesuai dengan keadaan kemampuan dasar mahasiswa dan motivasinya dalam membaca al-Qur'an. (3). Pelaksanaan program bengkel mengaji tidak luput dari kendala-kendala. Kendala yang dihadapi instruktur adalah dari segi waktu, ketidakdisiplinan mahasiswa, motivasi yang kurang, serta perasaan malu dengan teman-teman karena kurang bisa membaca Al-Qur’an. Adapun dari sisi maha-siswa, kendala yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya dasar mem-baca Al-Qur'an, kurangnya frekuensi bacaan dan dukungan dari orang tua ataupun lingkungan sekitar. Abstract

Advances in science and technology education foreshadowed today sejalandengan the development and progress of society. This is a challenge in improving the quality, relevance and effectiveness of education are significantly implicated in the school curriculum, not to mention the Islamic Religious Education Studies Program (PAI) in the Faculty of MT and Teaching LPTK Ar-Raniry UIN. One effort that can be done to meet these demands is to organize the curriculum reformulation planned, directed, and sustainable. Based on the researchers formulate research questions is how the match between the curriculum department of PAI with the competencies required by the user of graduates and the needs of the market? This research is a field, and in the elaboration using qualitative descriptive analysis. The data and information obtained from the field described qualitatively. Data collection techniques using triangulation technique that combines the results of (1) interviews with faculty experts in the field of curriculum PAI and stakeholders, (2) the results / response to a questionnaire given to users of alumni and alumni Prodi PAI and (3) study the documentation. Sampling using purposive sampling technique, namely sampling aims. Qualitative data analysis using a model of Miles and Huberman. The results obtained are: curriculum PAI comprehensive study program in accordance with the competence of graduates, ie core competencies is good only on competencies that support needs to be improved further; competence of graduates are in accordance with the needs of the market, but there is still a skill that needs to be improved as operate equipment technology, upgrading Arabic and English, deepening the practice of worship and entrepreneurship. Abstrak Kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi turut mewarnai dunia pendidikan dewasa ini sejalandengan perkembangan dan kemajuan masyarakat. Hal ini merupakan tantangan dalam peningkatan mutu, relevansi dan efektivitas pendidikan yang berimplikasi secara nyata pada kurikulum sekolah, tak terkecualiProgram Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) pada LPTK Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Ar-Raniry. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk memenuhi tuntutan tersebut adalah dengan mengadakan reformulasi kurikulum secara terencana, terarah, dan berkesinambungan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut peneliti merumuskan pertanyaan penelitian yaitu bagaimana kesesuaian antara kurikulum prodi PAI dengan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan oleh pengguna alumni dan kebutuhan pasar? Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan, dan dalam penjabarannya menggunakan Analisis Deskriptif Kualitatif. Data dan informasi yang diperoleh dari lapangan dideskripsikan secara kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi yaitu memadukan hasil (1) wawancara dengan dosen ahli di bidang kurikulum PAI dan Stakeholder, (2) hasil/respon angket yang diberikan kepada Pengguna alumni dan alumni Prodi PAI dan (3) studi dokumentasi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu pengambilan sampel bertujuan. Analisis data kualitatif meng-gunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu: kurikulum prodi PAI secara komprehensif sesuai dengan kompetensi lulusan, yaitu kompetensi utama sudah baik hanya pada kompetensi pendukung yang perlu ditingkatkan lagi; kompetensi lulusan sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar, namun masih ada keterampilan yang perlu ditingkatkan seperti mengoperasikan peralatan teknologi, peningkatan kemampuan Bahasa Arab dan Inggris, pendalaman praktek ibadah dan entrepreneurship. Abstract

Qirâ`at al-Qur`an adalah suatu aliran yang dianut oleh salah satu imam mazhab dari beberapa imam mazhab tentang pengucapan lafazh al-Qur'an. Perbedaan antara satu qira`at dengan qira`at yang lain bisa saja terjadi pada perbedaan huruf, bentuk kata, susunan kalimat, i’rab, penambahan, dan pengurangan kata. Perbedaan qira`at al-Qur`an yang berkaitan dengan subtansi lafadh atau kalimat, adakalanya mempengaruhi makna dari lafadh tersebut dan adakalanya tidak. Perbedaan-perbedaan ini sedikit banyak-nya tentu membawa kepada perbedaan makna yang selanjutnya berpengaruh terhadap hukum yang diistimbathkan darinya. Abstract

Secularism is an understanding that only emphasizes the sheer material and separates the life of the world to the hereafter, even this ideology is always fighting for the right to be free from the various rules of religion, they believe that all activities and decisions are made by the whole man, not should be no role and interference of religion in it. Secularism is an ideology which was originally developed in the Western world and then continue to spread almost all over the world not to mention the world of Islam and Indonesia in particular. The main purpose of this is to separate the notion of human affairs with the affairs of God in all aspects of life, including in the context of education by taking three major components; ie assume no sacred nature, politics and dekonsekrasi desecration values. However, in this paper the authors study focused only on dekonsekrasi values are in it only covers about the origins of secularism, its flow characteristics and its influence in the world of education, which is currently recognized or not that understanding has come in and affect all aspects of the life of Muslims, especially in the aspects of education. Sekularisme merupakan sebuah paham yang hanya mengedepan-kan pada kebendaan semata dan memisahkan antara kehidupan dunia dengan akhirat, bahkan faham ini selalu memperjuangkan hak untuk bebas dari berbagai aturan-aturan dari ajaran agama, mereka berkeyakinan bahwa semua kegiatan keputusan yang keseluruhannya berada dan dibuat oleh manusia, tidak boleh ada peran dan campur tangan agama di dalamnya. Sekularisme merupakan sebuah ideology yang pada mulanya berkembang di dunia Barat dan kemudian terus menyebar hampir ke seluruh penjuru dunia tak terkecuali dunia Islam dan juga Indonesia pada khususnya. Tujuan utama dari paham ini adalah untuk memisahkan antara urusan manusia dengan urusan Tuhan dalam semua aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam konteks pendidikan dengan membawa tiga komponen utama; yaitu Penidak-keramatan alam, desakralisasi politik dan dekonsekrasi nilai-nilai. Namun dalam tulisan ini penulis hanya menfokuskan kajiannya pada dekonsekrasi nilai-nilai saja yang di dalamnya hanya mencakup seputar asal usul paham sekularisme, ciri-ciri alirannya dan pengaruhnya dalam dunia pendidikan, yang saat ini diakui atau tidak bahwa paham tersebut telah masuk dan mempengaruhi semua aspek kehidupan umat Islam, terutama dalam aspek pendidikan.

Abstract

Motivasi merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang mempengaruhi kinerja dosen. Keinginan yang timbul dalam diri dosen untuk selalu berprestasi disebut juga dengan motivasi berprestasi, yang akan mendorong dosen untuk selalu memberikan yang terbaik bagi peningkatan mutu Lembaga Perguruan Tinggi. Kinerja dosen merupakan penggerak utama (prime mover) bagi keberhasilan tujuan yang hendak dicapai oleh Lembaga Perguruan Tinggi. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut maka rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah Adakah pengaruh motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja dosen prodi PAI FTK UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh?. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja dosen prodi PAI FTK UIN Ar- Raniry Banda Aceh. Adapun hipotesisnya adalah Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi berprestasi dengan kinerja dosen prodi PAI FTK UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 16,untuk menentukan ada tidaknya pengaruh motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja dosen prodi PAI FTK UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh digunakan regresi linier dan rumus korelasi product moment. Sampel berjumlah 21 orang dengan menggunakan teknik purposive random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuestioner untuk mengukur motivasi berprestasi dan kinerja dosen. Hasil penelitian diperoleh ada pengaruh motivasi berprestasi sebesar 71,8 % terhadap kinerja dosen. Persamaan regresi linearnya adalah Y = 63,15 + 0,24 X . Tanda positif menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berprestasi menunjukkan arah searah, artinya jika motivasi berprestasi naik maka motivasi kinerja dosen juga naik.Dengan demikian hipotesis yang diajukan dapat diterima kebenarannya.

Abstract

Learning is a process of educational interaction in the classroom. Works well for learning needs to be supported by various elements, one of the most important element is the learning model used by the teacher will give support to the success. PAIKEMI a learning model that is oriented to chill centered. The Qur'an is a book that is very complete everything has been written in his. Water (ماء) based on the results of the study authors found these words in the Qur'an as much as 56 times. Water favors not only be used as the material necessities of life, but more than that, the water can be taken as a model of learning that is PAIKEMI. The following verses collected interpreted Maudhu'i (thematic) as well as by opening a variety of interpretations, opinions of experts and then analyzed. Based on the nature of the liquid, clear, flowing into the lower and soothing and provide benefits for living things, enrich the soil / revive a dead land and green plants. This illustrates the learning environment should be created as water that continuously provide benefits and favored by many people, as well as learning conditions must be created with pleasant conditions as well as Islamic and delivery of learners critical and creative.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the thought of how to develop an academic culture in the Islamic boarding school, because the Islamic boarding school is the first and oldest educational institutions for Muslims in Aceh. In the long history Dayah has tried to adapt so that it can exist up to now by maintaining traditional culture in accordance with the local culture, Islamic boarding school continues to grow and has produced many Islamic scholars and generations. But in this era of globalization existence dayah began to decrease, causing the decreasing interest of young people to study at Islamic boarding school, then one way to maintain it is to develop an academic culture in the Islamic boarding school that can still exist in education and teaching, and not eliminated with the development of globalization now, one way is to develop the academic culture., the academic culture that needs to be developed in the Islamic boarding school is like writing culture, culture of giving an opinion, developing a culture of scientific and cultural development of the organization so it can maintain its traditional dayah although in the era of globalization. The development of academic culture is an effort to build the values ​​and norms which featured academic atmosphere, the atmosphere appropriate values ​​and scientific principles in an effort to acquire and develop knowledge and seek the truth.

Abstract

The use of teaching methods at State Primary School 3 West Simeulue is not in accordance with the material being taught. As a result, the mastery of the subject matter so low that the learning objectives are not generated from the learning process. Teachers need to implement learning models that can enable students in learning, giving students the chance to cooperate with each other. One is a type of cooperative learning model of STAD (Student Teams-Achievement Division). The main objective of this teaching is the teacher presents the subject matter in accordance with the plan. Every early learning always begins with the presentation of a class that includes bookkeeping, development and guided practice of the whole lesson. Based on the actions of teachers, student activities, and learning outcomes can be evaluated that the measures implemented have been programmed can be achieved the expected goals in learning. Thus STAD cooperative learning shows that an increase in student learning outcomes in learning activities at elementary school students 3 Simeulue West.

Abstract

Every one must face up to the many problems in his life, this if is due to us to find the best solution to end these problems, so that they are able to solve it until they are to use the potencial within their self as good as possible and achieves it’s denefist and so that they may feed hous great mercies in their life. And like that in the world of education, guidance and counseling plays a crucial role in finding solution and solve the problem, cause are help the students to know them self and them present and possible future situation so that they can make use of characteristics and potentialiste is away that is both statisfying to them self and penaficial to society, and tuther can learn now to solve future problems and meet future needs.

Abstract

Teachers are required to have superior competence in their field, pedagogical competence of teachers is one of the competencies required of every teacher in any field of education and, not least teachers PAI. Increased PAI Teachers Pedagogic Competence in Learning to be more focused and a special concern for Islamic educational institutions in particular and government in general. Teachers who could humanize the character and noble, noble character, and personality superior and dignified exist on teacher PAI, when teachers PAI can not increase the competence of pedagogical, it will affect the students receive knowledge transformation in the learning process, so that learning is considered failed and education became a taboo and is not important in view of the public. Human resource development, especially for teachers of Islamic education is a right answer to straighten out problems in education that has been ensnared education, in order to be repaired morals and manners of generation of people in accordance with the teachings of Islam that is almost swallowed by the times.
