Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study included in R&D (Research and Development). Development model using 4-D from Thiagarajan, Semmel, and Semmel, namely define, design, and develop. However, disseminate stage is not carried out. The goal of this development research is to produce products of teaching materials bank accounting and micro finance based on Contectual Teaching and Learning (CTL), and to analyze feasibility of teaching material products. To analyze the feasibility of teaching materials, researcher uses review and validation sheet as the instrument of review activity. The reviewers and validators of the material done by teachers of SMKN 10 Surabaya and lecturer of Accounting Education UNESA, linguistic by lecturer of language department UNESA, and graphics by lecturer of Educational Technology department of UNESA. The results of this study show that material eligibility and content presentation obtain 86% with very feasible criteria, language eligibility obtain 80% with feasible criteria, graphics eligibility obtain 98,9% with very feasible criteria and the average eligibility of teaching materials obtain 88,3% with very feasible criteria. Abstract

IMC merupakan bagian dari Marketing Departement yang secara umum bertugas untuk memasarkan produk, jasa dan fasilitas, memperoleh opini publik yang menguntungkan serta mempertahankan citra positif. Untuk mendukung berhasilnya tugas IMC dibutuhkan informasi dan komunikasi dua arah, serta hubungan baik dengan semua pihak, baik pihak internal maupun eksternal. Pengelolaan IMC yang baik, akan menghasilkan keuntungan bagi lembaga terutama dari sisi terjaganya citra baik performance. Oleh karena itulah dalam penelitian ini akan dianalisis Strategi Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) manakah yang paling efektif  dalam meningkatkan loyalitas anggota BMT Amanah 99 Bojonegoro.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan analisis kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data lebih banyak pada observasi terus terang atau tersamar, wawancara mendalam (in depth interview) dan dokumentasi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling digunakan untuk mencari data strategi pemasaran yang digunakan BMT, jadi yang paling mengerti tentang strategi pemasaran adalah pimpinan, manajer marketing dan anggota marketing.            Dari kelima elemen strategi IMC terdapat satu elemen yang paling efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan loyalitas nasabah yaitu strategi personal selling. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dapat diketahui bahwa personal selling menjadi sumber informasi yang paling banyak didapat oleh anggota BMT. Hal ini dibuktikan  dari sebesar 21 anggota atau 56,8 %. Sedangkan faktor lokasi menjadi sumber informasi yang paling sedikit yaitu dari 7 orang atau sebesar 18,9 %. Strategi personal selling dapat meningkatkan loyalitas anggota karena langsung berinteraksi dengan BMT. Marketing BMT langsung mendatangi anggota dengan memberikan pelayanan yang baik sehingga dapat menciptakan hubungan yang baik dengan anggota. Hal ini dapat menjadi hubungan yang  erat antara anggota dan BMT sehingga akan menciptakan loyalitas. Dengan demikian strategi personal selling paling efektif untuk meningkatkan loyalitas anggota BMT.Kata kunci: Integrated, Marketing, Communication.

Abstract

Students are the driving force of the financial industry in the capital market. Students are of special concern in the BEI capital market education program. IDX provides facilities by establishing investment galleries in several universities to support socialization and education programs. At present STKIP PGRI Tulungagung founded the Investment Gallery of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (GI BEI). Through the investment gallery, it is expected to be able to attract more new issuers and increase the number of investors in the capital market from among students and the campus environment. This study aims to analyze the effect of investment motivation on interest in investing in the capital market and the effect of investment knowledge on the interest in investing in the capital market in STKIP PGRI Tulungagung Economics Study Program students. This research uses Partial Least Square (PLS) Data Analysis Technique with three latent variables namely investment motivation, investment knowledge, and investment interest. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is an influence of investment motivation on investment interest. This means that the higher the investment motivation, the more likely it is to increase investment interest with a path coefficient of 0.462 with a T statistics value of 5.170. The test results show that the path coefficient is positive with a value of T statistics> T table (1.64), (2) There is an effect of investment knowledge on investment interest with a path coefficient of 0.456 with a value of T statistics of 4.717. The test results show that the path coefficient is positive with the value T statistics> T table (1.64). The results of the analysis inform the variables that have the greatest path coefficient on investment interest are investment motivation with a path coefficient of 0.462, meaning that investment motivation is the variable that gives the most dominant influence.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar belakang penelitian ini disebabkan kurang aktifnya kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas dan  guru tidak memfasilitasi peserta didik untuk melakukan eksplorasi, elaborasi dan konfirmasi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran berdampak pada hasil belajar yang rendah. Masalah tersebut dapat diatasi dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think-Pairs-Share dalam konsep, Perjuangan Bangsa Indonesia merebut Irian Barat. Melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think-Pairs-Share dapat mewujudkan perubahan dari pendekatan pembelajaran berorientasi pada guru (teacher centered approach) menuju pendekatan pembelajaran yang berorientasi kepada siswa (student centered approach).Model ini sebagai alternatif yang dapat memberi kesempatan pada siswa lebih banyak  waktu  untuk  berpikir,  merespon  dan  saling  membantu dengan siswa lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan penerapan tiga siklus yang dilaksanakan pada tahun pelajaran 2015-2016. Hasil Penelitian Tindakan Kelas bahwa terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa, perolehan nilai rata-rata siklus I sebesar 69,64. Setelah melakukan refleksi pada siklus II diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 75,00 terjadi peningkatan sebesar 5,36 begitu pula dari siklus II ke siklus III terjadi peningkatan sebesar 4,64. Begitu pula dengan aktivitas belajar siswa masuk dalam katagori baik dan selalu mengalami peningkatan pada setiap siklus. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas IX C SMP Negeri 3 Kota Cirebon melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think-Pairs-Share. Kata Kunci: Hasil belajar, Think-Pairs-Share

Abstract

Kemampuan bank dalam mencari sumber dana untuk membiayai kegiatannya digambarkan oleh rasio kecukupan modal atau capital adequacy ratio(CAR). Pada prinsipnya kebijakan Basel III memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan sektor perbankan untuk menyerap potensi risiko kerugian. Semakin besar nilai CAR maka menggambarkan kemampuan bank dalam menyerap risiko besar. Penerapan manajemen risiko diperlukan untuk dapat mengatasi atau mengelola risiko yang selalu ada dalam aktivitas perbankan termasuk pengawasan internal berbasis risiko dan pengawsan kredit secara memadai, sehingga bank dapat terhindar dari kerugian yang pada akhirnya akan menggerus modal bank. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh rasio likuiditas dan non-perfoming loan terhadap rasio kecukupan modal setelah implementasi basel III di Indonesia dengan periode penelitian selama tahun 2013-2017 pada objek penelitian yaitu bank umum konvensional. Dengan sampel sebanyak 1040 observasi yang dibagi menjadi 52 bank dalam 20 triwulan (5 tahun). Hasil penelitian ini adalah rasio likuiditas yang diproksikan dengan net stable funding ratio (NSFR) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap rasio kecukupan modal dan non-perfoming loan yang diproksikan dengan npl_gross memiliki pengaruh yang negative dan signfikan terhadap rasio kecukupan modal.

Abstract

ABSTRACTMarketing management is the art of selling a product or service and creating, offering and freely exchanging products and services of high value to customers and aims to take advantage of opportunities in the market. This study aims to determine, explain, and analyze the effect of store atmosphere and service quality on decisions to care for beauty at Farina Beauty Clinic Karawang. This type of research is qualitative with 100 respondents who are determined by descriptive and verification methods. Data collection techniques are questionnaires and surveys. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, data transformation, verification analysis, and path analysis. The results showed that the variable store atmosphere and service quality had a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on the decision to care for beauty at Farina Beauty Clinic. Based on the coefficient of determination, the decision to care for beauty gave a contribution of 0.479 or 47.9% to the variable store atmosphere and service quality. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested to Farina Beauty Clinic to expand the existing parking area and handle consumers swiftly again, so that consumers continue to make repeat purchases at Farina Beauty Clinic.Keywords: Store Atmosphere, Service Quality, Beauty Care Decisions.

Abstract

Abstract Students of economic education are expected to have expertise in the business world including running an entrepreneur. Authentic assessment such as performance appraisal and project is very good to be applied in entrepreneurship courses, and having a strong relevance with the demands of the 2013 Curriculum. The research method is divided into 2 stages namely preliminary studies and development studies. In the development study the RnD model from Borg and Gall Tang was modified. The preliminary stage includes literature study, preliminary observations, and preparation of authentic assessment instruments. The product result from this research is an authentic assessment instrument in entrepreneurship courses consisting of knowledge assessment, skills assessment, and attitude assessment. This authentic project-based assessment instruments aims to increase accountability in the assessment of entrepreneurship courses and for the subsequent evaluation of learning. Based on the results of the combined validity of the learning evaluation expert and the material expert obtained a percentage of 82.5% which means that the authentic assessment instruments in this entrepreneurship material were said to be feasible so that they could be tested on a limited and broader basis. The reliability test results of the authentic assessment instruments in the realm of attitude amounted to 0.74638429, the realm of knowledge amounted to 0.70102591, and the realm of skills amounted to 0.71549432 meaning the authentic assessment of each item could be said to be reliable. Keywords: Assessment Development,Aauthentic, Project Based

Abstract

Learning economies rated by students impressed many theories, so it is not easy to understand the material economy. This is caused by the way the students were impressed full text in the economy recorded material resulting in short term memory. Thus, the need for learning model learning Mind Map via audio-visual media that trigger the brain students to think more creatively organized by recording the audio-visual-aided learning media as a learning support so that the benefits can increase students' understanding of the concept and trigger long-term memory. Thus, the formulation of the problem is how the student response, a different perception of the concept of student learning experimental class and control class, and how much influence the learning model learning Mind Map via audio-visual media to the understanding of the concept of student learning?This study aims to determine the students' response to the economic learning by applying learning models Mind Map via instructional media audio-visual equipment, a different perception of the concept of student learning visits than - average value graders control and experiment and its influence applying the learning model Mind Map via instructional media audio-visual to the understanding of the concept of students of class XI IPS.The method used is a quasi-experimental method with a sample of class XI IPS 1 and XI IPS 4 SMAN 1 Anjatan Indramayu. Retrieving data using tests and questionnaires. Tests to measure students' understanding of the concept and a questionnaire to know the student's response. The results showed a good response to the economic learning by applying the learning model of learning Mind Map via audio-visual media of 85.83% and a significant effect on students' understanding of the concept on economic subjects regional international trade material by simple regression test with the results taccount > ttabel is 7314 > 1.701. Abstract

Classroom Action Research (CAR) was carried out on students in class III Pancoranmas 5 Elementary School Depok as many as 30 students consisting of 17 men and 13 women. This study aims to improve learning outcomes of the Social Sciences Subject using media-assisted contextual teaching and learning (CTL) learning models. Media Miniature Natural and Artificial Environment. In pre-cycle learning, the average grade 49 was obtained, which was completed by 8 people or 26.67%, observations of teachers who had the courage and were able to answer the teacher's questions for only 5 students or 16.67%. rose to 68, the complete number of students was 16 or 53.33%, the observations of teachers who were able to answer the teacher's questions correctly reached 16 or 53.33%. Activity Cycle 2, the average grade gain rose significantly to 94, which was completed as much as 28 or 93.34%. The observations of teachers who have the courage and are able to answer the teacher's questions correctly are 29 or 96.67%. The use of media-assisted Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) models The Natural and Artificial Environment Miniature provides a real experience, high-level thinking, learner-centered, critical and creative, meaningful knowledge in life, close to real life, changes in behavior and knowledge. In addition, student learning outcomes can increase.
