Jurnal Sosial Ekonomi dan Humaniora (JSEH) adalah jurnal akademik direview dengan sistem peer review yang terbit setiap enam bulan sekali, pertama kali terbit pada tahun 2015 di Lembaga Penelitian Universitas Mataram. Jurnal ini diterbitkan dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris serta memberikan ruang untuk presentasi, analisis dan kritik yang sesuai pada kondisi sosial, ekonomi dan humaniora Indonesia khususnya dan dunia pada umumnya. Setiap enam bulan sekali jurnal ini akan mengusulkan tema yang berbeda-beda untuk artikel yang diterbitkan. Penentuan tema tersebut berdasarkan kesepakatan dewan editor dan mengamati trend dan perkembangan di masyarakat sebagai bidang amatan ilmu-ilmu sosial, ekonomi dan humaniora. Editor dari JSEH menerima artikel dan penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan interdisiplin, tetapi sesuai dengan penelitian di bidang sosial ekonomi dan humaniora serta berlaku umum untuk di dunia akademik di bidang sosial, ekonomi dan humaniora Indonesia. Kontribusi dan Bidang yang dikaji dalam jurnal ini sangat luas termasuk di dalamnya bidang-bidang yang bersinggungan dengan bidang ekonomi, manajemen, akuntansi, hukum, bahasa dan sastra, budaya, sosiologi, antropologi, politik, dan bidang yang sangat makro seperti pariwisata, ilmu keguruan dan ilmu pendidikan sosial serta kewirausahaan. Dengan demikian jurnal ini di masa kini dan masa depan memiliki kontribusi yang menentukan di ketiga bidang utamanya yaitu sosial, ekonomi dan humaniora.

Abstract

The aims of study were to identity the characteristics of consumers, to identity the process of making  purchasing decision, and to analyze the factors that influence purchasing decision at Bakso Boedjangan  Restaurant Matraman, East Jakarta.  The method of study were survey. The method used were an an quota sampling of 100 respondents. The data were analyzed of using descriptive analysis and multiple linier regression analysis. The results showed that there are four variables that have significant effects, namely the price, the service, the varian product, and quality product. Meanwhile the location variable is a variable does not have significant influence.

Abstract

In providing services, banks certainly require all employees and personnel in it to provide the best service, especially customer service because customer service is a person who receives more complaints from customers. customer service must be able to provide the best service, so that customers feel satisfied with the services provided. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of customer service on customer loyalty in PD. BPR NTB Bima. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The study population is active PD customers. BPR NTB Bima. The sampling of this research was using accidental sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used are validity and reliability, simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination (R2) and t test. Data processing and analysis were performed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program version 21.0. The results of this study prove that there is an influence of customer service on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of IFRS implementation and audit quality which represented by client importance on timely loss recognition.This study uses profitability as control variable. This research was conducted in the manufacture companies except BUMN and financial companies which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. This research study used a quantitative research with secondary data. Population in this research are 151 companies, the sample withdrawal method using purposive sampling technique to obtain the number of samples, are 18 companies with 5 years of observation data as much as 90 data. Research data in the form of annual financial reports that published by BEI or Indonesian Stock. Exchange. The data analysis technique that used is multiple linear analysis with the help of SPSS program ver. 21. Based on the result of testing the hypothesis, showed that the implementation of IFRS have a significant impact on timely loss recognition, audit quality as a independent variableand profitability as a control variable doesn’t show any significant impact on timely loss recognition

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of human relations and working environment conditions partially and simultaneously on the work ethics of Woha's Procurement Service Unit employees. The research method used is associative with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling so that the entire population was used as a sample in this study as many as 53 respondents, the research instrument was a questionnaire or questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used are the validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of detemination, the t test and the F test. Based on the results of statistical tests conducted partially human relations have a positive and significant effect on the work ethic of Woha's Procurement Service Unit employees. Based on the results of statistical tests conducted partially human relations have a positive and significant effect on the work ethic of Woha's Procurement Service Unit employees. While the work environment conditions have a negative and not significant effect on the work ethics of Woha's Procurement Service Unit employees. Simultaneously, human relations variables and work environment conditions significantly influence the work ethics of Woha's Procurement Service Unit employees

Abstract

Public needs about healthness rights has been usually ignored by the regulation that’s truly not being pro of people. Doubled rate increase of BPJS-Kesehatan is the one that properly will given a social effort for the people. According to the case, this study aims to know the tendention of rate increase of BPJS Kesehatan related to public needs. This article is a qualitative research with interpretive approach that try to study about problem or social issues with indepth-detail purpose. Literatur study have applied to collate the data and information. To keep the quality of data, source of data and theory of triangulation used in this study before make final results. The result show that rate increased of BPJS Kesehatan has been given a social effort like economic problem because the increase not following by income growth of peoples. In the other side, this regulary will broke the public rights if there is noy following by a prime service. Government have to make a good analysis with social accounting points as the relevance and reliable policys purpose.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the implementation of services, perceptions of religiosity of institutions and customer satisfaction, as well as the influence of service quality and religiosity perceptions in BMT Idrisiyyah to customer satisfaction BMT Idrisiyyah Tasikmalaya.The research method used in this research is the field research method (field reaserch), while the data collection techniques are done through the spread of questionnaires and interviews. The sampling technique using slovin formula with the number of respondents 100 customers and the analysis tools used are classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, t-test and F test.Based on the results of research and F-test results (simultaneous) showed that service and perceptions of religiosity together affect the customer satisfaction. The result of t-test (partial) which have positive effect significantly to customer satisfaction from service quality is variable of reliability, responsiveness variable, assurance variable and empathy while for physical proof (tangible) has no effect to customer satisfaction. For the perception variable religiosity also does not affect customer satisfaction. For the mutual influence of service quality and religiosity perception have an effect on customer satisfaction in BMT Idrsiyyah with significance value 0,000 and F value equal to 6,750.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial interest through motivation as an intervening variable. The population in this study were 186 students of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta both from Accounting and Management Study Programs. The sampling technique used in this study was snowball sampling while the data analysis used in this study was path analysis. The classical assumption test used in this research are normality test, multicollinerarity test and heteroscedasticity test. The results of this study prove that self-efficacy has a positive effect on motivation. The results of data processing shows that motivation has a positive effect on entrepreneurial interest while self-efficacy has no effect on entrepreneurial interest and self-efficacy has a positive effect on entrepreneurial interest through motivation as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the effect of perceived benefits and ease of use on the interest in using an OVO digital wallet. This type of research is associative research using survey sample data collection methods and nonprobability sampling techniques. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis and goodness of fit test (t test, f test and  ). The results showed the variable Perception of Benefits and Ease of Use had a positive and significant effect on Interest in Using OVO Digital Wallets. This is evidenced by the positive relationship between the variables of Perception of Benefits and Ease of Use which are factors driving interest. In addition to the benefits and ease of display on the features are also very influential because by beautifying or beautifying the appearance of features consumers will feel happy when making payment transactions using an OVO digital wallet. In addition to displaying the company's features, it must also be more aggressive in providing various kinds of promos, discounts and free vouchers that can attract consumers to use the OVO digital wallet application.

Abstract

This study aims to examine whether e-procurement, Whistleblowing System and internal control systems influence the prevention of fraudulent procurement of goods and services. This research method uses quantitative methods and primary data. The sample used in this study amounted to 63 respondents, namely employees of procurement of goods and services who have served at least 1 year in the environment of Yogyakarta City regional government agencies, the Procurement Services Unit and the Yogyakarta City Regional Work Unit. The sample method used was purposive sampling, while the data analysis technique used partial test. The results of research conducted indicate that the existence of e-procurement and internal control systems has a significant positive effect on fraud prevention of goods and services procurement

Abstract

The growth of minimarkets in Bandar Lampung increases by 20 (twenty) percent every year causing a concern that it will shut down traditional minimarket (warung). Minimarket establishment has been regulated in Mayor Regulation No. 11 Year 2012 concerning Minimarket Terms and Arrangement. However, this policy hasn’t been able to control the growing population of minimarket growths. The type of research was descriptive with a qualitative approach. This study used data collection techniques: interviews, observation and documentation.The results of this research is on technical feasibility aspects, they have achieved the initial purpose, but are too soft towards some violation of regulation which does not satisfy the target group. Furthermore, economic and financial aspects have been well implemented on the manufacturing side but are still weak in enforcement. In political viability aspect, this policy does not violate the previous regulations. However, this policy is not accepted by traditional minimarket (warung), because it pays little attention to the target group. Many minimarket owners do not implement this policy in accordance with what has been determined by government. Furthermore, administrative aspects of the government have implemented and monitored this policy in accordance with applicable regulations and cooperate with other agencies
