Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is a descriiptive quantitative research thaat aims to know the perception of library user to the qualiity of circulation service in SMA N 1 Kuta Utara library. The indeependent variable in thirs research is perception of library useers and dependent variiable is the quality of serviace. The subject of thirs research is the user of SMA N 1 Kuta Utara library. The study was conducted in October 2017. The population in research were all users of SMA N 1 Kuta Utara library in October whiich amounted to 332 users while total of sample with error rate of 10% is 77 users. The techniques of collecting data with questionnair distribution, literature, and observation. The samprling techniques used is Simrple Random Samplling. The data that whrich have been processed presentd in table form. Mesurement of variable use is Likert scale. Interpretation of data is done based on the large perceentage of answers from resprondents. The resuults of this study indicarte that the perception of library users on the quality of circulration seravices in the library SMA N 1 North Kuta is good for hiigh school students N 1 Kuta Utara. It can be seen from the maajority of respondrents who started strongly agree and agree. The stateament thrat has the highest value of the entire statemeant in the questionnaire is "The existence of the library helpss users in doing schoolwork" While the statement thrat has the lowest value is "Officers are able to provide information about the locatiion and type of collectiions what is requested quickly" Keywords: Library user perceptions, Circulation Service, Service Quality

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze human resource management at the STIKI Indonesia Library by using SWOT Analysis. The object of this research is HR management at the STIKI Library. This research is desc.riptive with a qualitativapproch. The techniqu of datacollection is done by interview,observation, documentation,andliteraturestudies. The results conducted by the authors indicate that HR management at the STIKI Indonesia Library is still not optimally done. It can be seen from the application of management functions that in terms of planning the library is only made based on the needs of the library. In managing existing human resources, the library has not fully implemented management functions, namely in terms of planning. In addition, the management functions are not based on the theories of management science, but are based on the needs and experiences in the library. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this reseach is to know the the effect of user satisfaction with ALEKSA service. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. This research is located in the Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Yogyakarta. The population of this study was 426 respondents. Determination of the sample from this research is a probability sampling technique with the simple random sampling approach. This research is futher more using the data collection technique in the form of a questionnaire by using independent variables is user satisfaction and the dependent variable is ALEKSA service. The data analysis technique used in this research is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this research were tested by hypothesis testing with sig. t count <(? = 0.05), it can be concluded that user satisfaction has an effect on ALEKSA service in Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Yogyakarta. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research was to determine the implementation of K-ATM (Knowledge-Automatic Transfer Machine) services in Perpustakaan Universitas Indonesia. This research using descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. Sources of data in this study were came from textbooks, journals, research results, field observations and interviews. The informants in this research amounted 5 (five) informants, which are librarians and staff whose served in K-ATM services. Technique of data analysis used data Collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.The results of this research indicate that the existence of K-ATM services is very helpful librarians and library staff in the University of Indonesia Library to fulfill the user information needs in required e-book and journals quickly and precisely and functioning as store virtual reference collections. The K-ATM limitation were the relativity of low storage capacity which issues errors when it was overload. Keywords: K-ATM, References Services, Library Automation

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research influence of availability collections to user for visit Library of STMIK STIKOM Bali. The research was located in Library of STMIK STIKOM Bali. The total population of research is 468 people and the number of samples of 83 people calculated with the Slovin formula. The determination of samples from this research is using technique of Nonprobability Sampling with the purposive sampling approach. Analysis techniques is a simple linear regression analysis with the formula Y= a + bX. Seen from result of hypothesis test show that t count value less than alpha (?=0,5) become 0,00 < 0,05 can be concluded there is the influencing of availability collections to user for visit Library of STMIK STIKOM Bali. Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim ofthis study is to determine. the application of library automation systems in processing library materials in the public library of the Library and Archives Office at Jembrana Regency using descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. Sources.of data in this study are textbooks, journals, research.results, field observations.and interviews. Informants in this study are three informans, the head of the library, librarians and library users. The results of this.study indicated that the existence of a library automation system was very helpful for librarians in the public library of the Department of Library and Archives at Jembrana Regency in processing library materials and was also able to assist library users in information retrieval. In processing public library materials, the Department of Library and Archives Office of Jembrana Regency was quite optimal. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to apply the preservation of audiovisual collections at the ISI Denpasar Library. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used were observations to the library, conducting interviews, documentation, and literature. The informants from the research were the archival unit coordinator and archival unit officer in the audiovisual collection of the ISI Denpasar Library, which consisted of two people. This research was conducted during February-April 2019. The results showed the physical condition of the audiovisual collection in good condition, as seen from the results of observations made on audiovisual-recorded boxes or boxes that caused minor damage such as scratches. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to compare the subject index produced by using dalil zipf with the keyword contained in the the Jurnal Ilmiah D3 Perpustaaan Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Udayana tahun 2017-2018. This research is a study that uses quantitative methods. The unit of analysis in this study is all articles in the Jurnal Ilmiah D3 Perpustaaan Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Udayana tahun 2017-2018 totaling 26 articles, each journal consisting of 13 articles. Based on calculations using the zipf argument the data obtained is 7 relevant articles, 11 marginally relevant articles, and 8 irrelevant articles. Based on the results of recapitulation. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the extent of service quality of library users if measured by the ServQual method at the City Library and Archives Office in Denpasar. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. This research is located in the City Library and Archives Office of Denpasar. The population of this study was 12,263 people and the number of samples was 100 people, calculated using the Slovin formula. The results of this study were tested by hypothesis testing with sig. t count ? alpha (? = 0.05), can be known reliability (reliability) and empathy (emphaty) influence and significant effect on user satisfaction, while with sig. t arithmetic ? alpha (? = 0.05), can be known physical evidence or form (tangibles), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (assurance) there is no influence and not significant to user satisfaction in the Department of Library and Archives of Denpasar. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the availability of fiction book to library visit at Dinas Perpustakaan and Kearsipan kota Denpasar. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods. The variable of this research are the availability of a collection of fiction books and library visit. The population of this study was 565 people. The sample from this study was determined using the Slovin formula, obtained by 85 respondents. The results of the study show that the most frequently borrowed library collection is the collection of fiction with a score of 3.51 which is satisfactory. Respodent answered that the number of collections of fiction in the library was adequate with a score of 3.32 which was satisfactory. The comfort aspect of with a score of 3.42 which is satisfying.
