Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze factors that influence the development of bank credit at commercial banks in Indonesia which consists of variables, Non-performing loans and the interest rate of Bank Indonesia Certificates. The model used in this study is the Error Correction Model by using secondary data of monthly time series data.These results indicate that there is a relationship between the dependent variable credit with two independent variables in both the short and long term, the relationship between independent variable NPL/Non Performing Loan and SBI/The Interest rate of Bank Indonesia Certificates are positively effected by dependent variable volumes of credit at commercial banks in Indonesia.Non Performing Loan variable has positive and significant impact at long-term positive related but not significant in the short-termwhile variable SBI/the interest rate of Bank Indonesia Certificateshas positive and significant impact on the volume of commercial bank credit in Indonesia.  Keywords: Total Loans, Non Performing Loans, The Interest rate of Bank Indonesia Certificates

Abstract

The purpose of this research were write a guidence or reference for trainers to catfish cultivation. The specific purpose were to be able to provide technical guidance, understand the definition of catfish cultivation process, raw material requirements, handling raw catfish, and conducting catfish. Abstract

This study aims to determine service quality at Admissions (Bagian Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru or PMB) of Informatics and Business Institute Darmajaya based on the analysis of five dimensions of service quality in the model SERVQUAL (service quality). Total population is the subject of this study is a new student academic year of 2014/2015 as many as 946 students. The sample consisted of 90 students were selected using sampling techniques such as probability and snow ball technique. Data were analyzed by using a questionnaire form SERVQUAL scale that describes the gaps of service quality expected and perseption of new students IIB Darmajaya then discovered level of satisfaction contained in attributes of servicesconsisting of five SERVQUAL dimensions, tangible, reliabitliy, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty. The results showed that service quality is not maximized because all the gaps satisfy student is minus or negative. Then analyzed using Cartesian diagram to identify the services based on the level of interest and customer satisfaction for the quality of service in Admissions (PMB). From the results of the integration of SERVQUAL and measurement methods Cartesian diagram, the dominant attributes are in quadrant D, which means that the performance of the organization at a high level but desires or expectations of consumers in the variable is low. Therefore IIB Darmajaya need to maintain the quality of service and strives to improve quality of service to be optimal and placing or moving the attributes that are in the other quadrants, mostly place in quadrant B. Keywords — SERVQUAL, Gap Analysis, Cartesian Diagram, Student Satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to discover how big the influence of training variable, placement, motivation, job condition and job competence neither in partial or simultaneous test based on job  performance of ticketing officer in PT Kereta Api Indonesia, then to discover which is the dominant factor determined to ticketing officer of PT Kereta Api Indonesia. This research used quantitative desscriptive method. Population in this research contains 31 ticketing officer of PT Kereta Api Indonesia. Samples of this research are 30 people besides the writer. The data analysis technique used double linear regression, partial test and simultaneous test. The result of this research indicate that the training variable, placement, motivation, job condition and job competence do not influence significantly towards job performance neither in partial nor simultaneous test. Based on the existing variable shows that only job condition variable is the most dominant variable reach 0,344 or 34,4%.Keywords: Training, placement, motivation, job condition, job competence, work performance

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the attitudes of consumers in the city of Bogor in choosing IM3 Ooredoo as a mobile operator services. The sampling method used is purposive sampling with judgmental sampling method. The number of samples used in this study was 170 respondents. Testing of this study using the model of Fishbein method of data analysis through factor analysis and ANOVA. The results of this study indicate that the dimension attributes of products considered by consumers in the city of Bogor in choosing IM3 Ooredoo as a mobile operator services can be grouped into three factors, namely product features, network quality factor, and the factor of price and service. Other findings from the study also showed that overall there was no difference in consumer attitudes based on the criteria of the demographic characteristics of respondents, where the value of significance (p value) greater than a = 0.05. This shows that in general consumers in the city of Bogor have the same attitude in choosing IM3 Ooredoo as a mobile operator services. Keywords: Consumer Attitudes, Fishbein Models, Factor Analysis, ANOVA

Abstract

The influence of the attitude of accounting students and management students in processing the data on thesis or final project using statistical program that is SPSS has a significant influence. This is because the influence of the attitude of accounting students and management students have a big influence attitude on the use of statistical program SPSS. In this study there are more students accounting attitude using statistics program especially SPSS. This is because accounting students prefer statistics program because it is more accurate data processed and faster if the data with statistical program.Ini can be seen from the results of questionnaire.Keyword: Influence of the attitude, SPSS, Statistics Program

Abstract

The study aimed to determine the effect of the teachers performance towards students learning motivation, the effect of the school environment towards students learning motivation, and the effect of the teachers performance and the school environment towards students learning motivation in SDK Penabur Bandarlampung. The samples were students in SDK Penabur Bandarlampung of first until sixth grade. They were 76 students. The samples were taken by proportional random sampling technique using questionnaire. The results of the study explained that the study supported the hypothesis that the teachers performance partially affected significant towards students learning motivation, the school environment partially affected significant towards students learning motivation, and both the teachers performance and school environments significantly affected towards students learning motivation in SDK Penabur Bandar Lampung. The results were expected to give information and suggestion for teachers. Teachers should understand the teaching methods well or ways of teaching in accordance with students. In order to motivate the students, teachers should be more listening and responding to students suggestions and ideas.  Keywords:  the Teachers Performance, the School Environment, Students Learning Motivation

Abstract

SISKA System is an advanced technology found in the college in order to facilitate students during study. The problem in this research was there were still many complaints from users about SISKA at IIB Darmajaya. The objective of this study is to analyze SISKA user satisfaction at IIB Darmajaya. The population in this study was all students in IIB Darmajaya as 19,410 students. The Sampling technique used was purposive sampling with respondent criteria of SISKA users in 2012-2015 as 100 respondents. The analysis tool was Importance Perfomance analysis (IPA).The analysis results with Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) showed that the level of system conformity of SISKA System is between 88.94% - 96.61%, which means that the level of conformity that existed at SISKA system was ranged quite good till very good. Based on the results of the Cartesian diagram obtained the following results: there were 3 attributes in A Quadrant, 6 attributes in B Quadrant, 3 Attributes in C Quadrant and 3 attributes in D Quadrant. Therefore, it can be concluded that student of SISKA users at IIB Darmajaya feel satisfied with the service from SISKA.Keywords : Students Satisfaction, Service Quality

Abstract

Firm  Value  is  influenced  by  the  financial  performance  of  a  company.  Financial performance is reflected by stock prices and shown in a good performance as well as how the company uses its assets to get maximum profit. The purpose of this study wasto determine the impact of profitability, size, and debt policy to firm value on companies in business27 index at the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis of the data used in this research  was  multiple  linear  regression.  The  result  showed  that  the  profitability  had significant effect on value of firm. The size had significant effect on firm value. The debt policy had significant effect on firm value. The F test results showed that Profitability, Size and Debt Policy had significant effect on firm value at the companies in business27 index atthe Indonesia Stock Exchange. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze market reaction on cash dividends announcement at LQ45 Index company in the year of 2014. The sample in this research was 22 companies, taken by purposive sampling technique with event study method. The data analysis method for hypothesis test used paired sample t-test. The result of this research was ten days before and ten days after dividends announcement showed negative market reaction and wasn`t the differenced abnormal return significantly between the company which shares dividend up and the company which shares dividend down. Based on the paired sample t-test result was  (α = 0.05) as significant. It means that negative abnormal return showed that increased dividends shares didn`t have distinct meaning to the information which descreased dividends shares. It indeceted that market wasn`t the information of increasing dividends announcement as references to make investment decision. Key words: Abnormal Return, Market Adjust Model dan Event Study.
