Uniformity Jalan Menuju Comparability : (Studi terhadap Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Indonesia) Rustam Hanafi

The accounting information will be more useful when high comparability level. While comparability depends on uniformity. This study investigates whether contents of standard was applied consistence with uniformity consept so that make good decision in accounting. My results indicate that 76,5 % contents of standard was applied consistence with the uniformity concept. The weakness of this study that contents of standard was observed and method was used less comprehensive, therefore this result can’t be generalized.Key words: Rigid, finite, flexibility, comparability and uniformity

The existence on street hawkers increase fastly in line with economic crisis and reformation. This situation need to be managed. The policy of street hawkers settlement in Semarang has been ruled in local or regional law. One of this policy implementation was Citarum street hawkers relocation from Citarum street to the Pasar Waru. This relocation has been done orderly, unlike another street hawkers relocation which oftentimes generate oposition between street hawkers and local government. The aim of this research was to get the whole description and chronology of Citarum street hawkers relocation case to the Pasar Waru; to analyze the relocation process and important lessons that can be taken from good or bad practices from street hawkers relocation case; and to make policy recomendation of street hawker settlement model. This was a descriptif-qualitatif research. Data and information was got from interview and mass-media information.Conclutions and recomendations of this research were: the relocation of street hawkers to the market (Pasar Waru) was good and visionary policy. But it should be continued with adequate facility from government to support the prospect of street hawkers in new location. Relocation process need a persuasive and dialogist methods which can develop mutually understanding between government, street hawkers, and society around, in order to improve settlement, orderlines, and prosperity. It’s also need a sistematic and consistent straighthening law in street hawker management system Keywords: Street hawker, relocation policy.

To be able to maintain the continuity of organizational life, needed by various important information is which is good for consideration in taking a decision. A lot of information, one of them is accounting information. The Relationship between accounting information with the performance managerial happened by decentralization, manager given the right to take the decision by supervisor and implementation, Based on background of above, hence this research take the problems that is how influence decentralize to information of system accounting management (broad scope, timeliness, aggregation, integration) with the performance managerial at manufacturing business in area of industry of port Semarang.Result of the research show that information which is consisted in characteristic of information system of accounting management and decentralization can be exploited by manager for the planning of, controlling, and making decision improved their ability comprehend the environmental situation in fact and identified relevant activities. There were authority delegation in decentralize system made manager needed information broad scope including (external and internal factors, non economic, non finance information, events in come period. The timeliness information made manager responded every problem and anticipated environmental uncertainty quickly so managerial performance can improved. Aggregation information made manager responded every problems in their responsibility unit. ANALISIS PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KINERJA KARYAWAN : (Studi Kasus Pada RS Roemani Semarang) Ratna Kusumawati

Medical services industry has become more competitive nowadays. This made hospitals need to improve their performance. Roemani Hospital in Semarang is not an exception. One effort that can be done is to improve the performance of the employees through employee’s Job satisfaction. This research evaluates the effect of Organizational Culture and Leadership Style on Employee’s Job Satisfaction that influence the Employee’s performance.To test the issue, data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 110 employees of Roemani Hospital in Semarang. The data acquired was analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). From the result of this analysis, the Structural Equation Model has fulfilled the Goodness of Fix Index criteria: chi square = 106.716, probability = 0.649, RMSEA = 0.000, GFI = 0.892, AGFI = 0.854, CFI = 1.000.The analysis result shows that Organizational Culture positively and significantly affect the Job Satisfaction that positively and significantly affect the performance, Organizational Culture positively, significantly and directly affect the Performance, The Leadership Style positively and significantly affect the performance both directly and indirectly through Job Satisfaction.Based on the results, managerial implication suggest that improvement of the job satisfaction and performance can be achieved by establishing and treasuring the involvement culture, and having a participative leadership style align with giving salaries that is considered satisfying .Key words : organizational culture, leadership style, job satisfaction, performance

Regional development in Semarang Regent as integral part of national development, was held for human development, which directed to regional economic development with priority and potency adjustment. In Semarang regent there was high discrepancy , near to 1 or average 0,66. In the autonomy and fiscal decentralization era, local governments is provided with authority to increase their income and to conduct allocative function in setting priority of local development. This research is intended to examine the influence of fiscal decentralization, on economic growth and inter-regional inequality, at regencies/municipalities level in Central Java Province.Research population consist of 29 regencies and 6 municipalities, employing secondary data from Central Bureau of Statistic of Central Java Province and regencies/municipalities level in Central Java Province within the period of 2001 up to 2005. Data analysis is conducted by using path analysis with SPSS program software. The results of this study indicate that, fisrt fiscal decentralization has a positive and significant effect on economic growth at regencies/municipalities level in Central Java Province. Second, fiscal decentralization has a negative and significant effect on inter-regional inequality at regencies/municipalities level in Central Java Province. Third, economic growth has a negative and significant effect on inter-regional inequality at regencies/municipalities level in Central Java ProvinceKeywords: fiscal decentralization, economic growth, inter-regional inequality

Web standards do not equal accessibility, but using web standards is an integral part of building an accessible website, and the validation results usually indicate if any effort at all has been spent on making a site accessible.
