Abstract

Inulin is prebiotic polymers mainly comprising of fructose units in wich are bond by a β(2-1) glycosidic link and typically have a terminal glucose. Inulin can be extracted from natural source. At this research, inulin’s extraction from dahlia root produces yield of inulin 3.99% and onion (Allium cepa) with yield of inulin 0.2%. Extract of inulin from dahlia roots has 3.9% reduce sugar, 7.0% cold water solubility, 1:1.4 water binding capacity and result of TLC analysis shows retention time Rf 0.50. Extract of inulin from onion has 2.5% reduce sugar, 10.5% cold water solubility, 1:1.1 water binding capacity and result of TLC analysis shows Rf 0.49. Extract of inulin at concentration 437.8 ppm both inulin from dahlia root and onion are able to influent Lactobacillus casei strain Bio 251 there are 52.6% and 48.1%. Synbiotic that containing extract of inulin, both inulin from dahlia root and from onion with minimum concentration 434.8 ppm can be inhibited Salmonella thypi that is one of bacteria causes diarrhea which values 94.6% and 91.4%, respectively.

Abstract

Perkembangan game dari masa ke masa menjadi 9 generasi, dari console game hingga sampai saat ini merupakan generasi ke-9 yaitu era perkembangan game online dan game pada perangkat mobile yang menggunakan operating system Android. Seiring dengan berkembangnya game dan di dukung dengan perkembangan gadget yang kian pesat sesorang cenderung memilih untuk memanfaatkan perangkat mobile sebagai media untuk bermain game. Operating system pada smartphone, mobile phone berbasis android yang banyak digunakan terutama di Indonesia. Terdapat beberapa jenis permainan salah satunya permainan game puzzle-8 sebagai implementasi permainan logika. Terdapat beberapa metode yang digunakan dalam penyusunan game puzzle-8 yaitu metode steepest ascent hill climbing merupakan salah satu metode optimasi dengan menggunakan metode heuristic. Pada metode Steepest ascent hill climbing yang di implementasikan pada permainan puzzle proses pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan fungsi heuristic. Pembangkitan keadaan berikutnya sangat tergantung pada feedback dari prosedur pengujian. Dalam implementasi game ini dibangun menggunkan bahasa pemrograman java dan tools unity.

Abstract

The research on lexeme configurations of English compound in Indonesia has not touched the aspect of figurative language. Therefore, this research has done to fill the gap. Based on the research problem, this research is aimed to study and to describe the figurative language in the lexemes of compound word of English language on the view of: (1) the structure pattern of Adjective + Noun in compound Word (2) the structure pattern of Noun + Noun in compound word, (3) the structure pattern of Noun + Adjective in compound word, (4) the figurative language on modifier lexemes in compound word, (5) the figurative language on lexemes of the head unit in compound word, (6) the figurative language on lexemes both modifier and the head unit in compound word. The theories applied in this research is eclectic. Structural morphology theory used to study the form of structure in compound word. Cognitive semantic theory used to study the lexemes from the aspect of figurative language in modifier unit, in the head unit of compound word, or in both (modifier unit and the head unit of compound word) as the compound word which convey the idiomatic meaning. The research method used in this research is descriptive. The method of study applied is distribution method, substitution, extension and insertion as a base to differentiate between a compound word from noun phrase. The results of research show that compound word in English (1) have the structure pattern as Adjective + Noun, Noun + Noun and Noun + Adjective, (2) compound word in English with figurative language on lexeme of modifier have formula N2 = N1 or N2 is N1 metaphorically, (3) compound word in English with figurative language on lexeme of head unit have the formula as follow; N1 is ' navigation' lexeme that becomes a base of changing in a referent (literal meaning) in those compound words or N1 is a 'navigation' lexeme that becomes a base in creating the form of metaphor which is intended in N2 so that results in the figurative language, (4) compound word in English with lexeme of figurative language in modifier unit or in the head unit will results in the change of meaning, that is a transfer of meaning from literal meaning towards idiomatic meaning. The creation of idiomatic meaning stands from the root of metaphor which represented in each lexemes in the compound words as their constituent.

Abstract

This research aim to know the farmer base for in Pandan Wangi Paddy rice farming, farming acceptance and also its earnings. The analysis unit is rice field farmer Pandan Wangi Paddy at season plant 2012. Farmer of sample selected at random high rice modestly (Stratified Random Sampling) and size measure of sample farmer to eachevery strata used high rice random modestly with allocation of sample which is proportional (Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling). Matter which base on farmer in laboring paddy Screw pine Fragrant farming relate to situation of place and environment owning excellence, beside apropos of domicile economic aspect which concerning price, domiciling technical aspect which concerning domination of technique of Paddy farming Screw pine Fragrant and follow fomentation of PPL or government, and also pushed by farmer characteristic and family which concerning make-up of the quality of family life, availability of labor, and also follow will desire owner of farm. Evaluated from wide of the ownership of farm, of farmer of flake and also farmer of substratum, economic aspect represent dominant matter which base on farmer in laboring Paddy Screw pine Fragrant farming. Farmer of flake, situations of very compatible local nature represent the basis for strong also. however at farmer of substratum, domination of technique of farming represent the basis for strong also in laboring Paddy Screw pine fragrant farming. Acceptance of Paddy Screw pine fragrant concerning is ready of production facilities and basic facilities, production process, handling of result and also marketing. Availability of agriculture facilities and basic facilities obtained from capital alone and capital from outside. Input allocations in course of production have as according to fomentation, however in the case of manure and seed not yet as according to fomentation. Most farmers not yet used seed from result of purification and also usage of manure dose and type which not yet according to fomentation. Level of storey; level earnings of farmer of flake range from Rp 5.709.312 up to Rp 17.336.436. while farmer of substratum have earnings storey; level ranging from Rp 571.634 up to 6.771.342.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan, hasil penelitian menyimpulkan sebagai berikut : 1. Umur beranak pertama berpengaruh kecil terhadap produksi susu sapi perah FH yang dipelihara di PT. Fajar Taurus Dairy Farm 2. Koefisien korelasi umur beranak pertama dengan produksi susu rendah.

Abstract

Anthracnose is a major disease that causes low productivity of red pepper plant in Indonesia. Anthracnose from Colletotrichum genus as the main cause of damage to the red pepper. This study to determine the response of red pepper to the infection of Colletotrichum capsici and C. acutatum. The experiments are conducted using a randomized block design with two factors and two replications. The first factor is the two species of fungi that cause anthracnose disease of C. capsici and C. acutatum whereas the second factor is 18 of genotype number of red pepper. The results showed that the development of C. capsici on red pepper are seen from the average of diameter growth of lesions more rapidly than C acutatum. The red pepper with genotype number 10 is the most resistant and genotype number 12 is the most susceptible to C. capsici infection.. The red pepper with genotype number 16 is the most resistant and genotype number 7 is the most susceptible to C acutatum infection.

Abstract

Makalah ini menyajikan sebuah sistem 3-D autonomous baru dengan istilah empat kuadrat. Sistem dengan lima titik ekuilibrium memiliki perilaku dinamika chaos kompleks. Hal ini dapat menghasilkan banyak attractor chaos tunggal yang berbeda dan attractor chaos ganda dengan mengubah parameter kontrol pembangkit sinyal chaos. Perilaku dinamis yang kompleks dari sistem yang diteliti lebih lanjut dengan cara menganalsis diagram fase, spektrum Lyapunov eksponen, sistem dissipative, diagram bifurkasi dan peta Poincaré. Rangkaian fisik hasil pendekatan eksperimen menggunakan MultiSIM 10.0 dari attractor chaos menunjukkan hasil yang sama dengan simulasi numerik menggunakan MATLAB 2010. Yang lebih penting orbit chaos yang padat dihasilkan oleh sirkuit ini akan memberikan sebuah fitur lintasan robot patroli yang tidak terduga, yang dimanfaatkan dalam pengontrolan fasilitas militer. Hal ini mendorong bagi kami untuk mengembangkan sistem robot cerdas. Pada sistem mobile robot patrol ini, sinyal chaos digunakan untuk mengontrol pergerakan arah robot dan diaplikasikan untuk robot patroli dalam bidang militer. Kelebihan robot bernavigasi chaos ini adalah karena robot ini merupakan robot autonomous digital, sehingga sistem program yang dibuat menggunakan mikrokontroler sebagai kendali geraknya. Selain itu, kami telah mengembangkam model matematika dari kinematika robot dan pendekatan validasi menggunakan MATLAB 2010.

Abstract

Dakwah dan teknologi adalah sesuatu yang tak dapat dipisahkan. Ini jika kita berpijak pada konsep dakwah kontemporer yang mudah diterima oleh kalangan masa kini. Teknologi bukanlah sesuatu yang dilarang, meskipun dimasa Rasulullah SAW belum ditemukan adanya teknologi seperti yang berkembang pesat sedewasa ini. Di satu sisi, MUI (Majelis Ulama Indonesia) berkewajiban menyampaikan syiar Islam kepada umat secara berkelanjutan dan dilakukan kapan saja, di sisi lain, ia juga harus melakukan pengelolaan organisasi dengan dukungan teknologi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian yang telah dilakukan merupakan penelitian rekayasa perangkat lunak yang bertujuan membangun aplikasi Portal MUI Online yang dapat membantu Syiar Islam dan optimalisasi pengelolaan organisasi MUI di Kecamatan Ujungberung. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan model inkremental untuk membagi tahapan secara modular. Alat bantu pemodelan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML), dan tolls pengembangan menggunakan PHP5 dan MySQL untuk manajemen database-nya. Hasil penelitian berupa prototipe sistem, yang sudah diuji secara blackbox dan whitebox, menunjukan keberjalanan sistem dengan baik.

Abstract

Corrosive water will affect the age of dam and hydroelectric equipment, hydropower. Analysis of water quality parameters of physical-chemistry at the surface and depth at the dam site and hydropower intake Cirata. Results of analysis using water corrosion index shows that the value of LSI 6.0 ie, 8.9 s / d 10.5 and LI> 0.2 0.63-0 , 97. Index value indicates the water in the water for hydropower generation Cirata (Dam site and Intake) has corrosive tendencies.

Abstract

Dalam analisis data seringkali peneliti ingin mengetahui karakteristik data penelitian seperti jenis distribusi, mean, median atau varians data. Kendala dalam menentukan karakteristik data biasanya ketika data yang tersedia di lapangan sedikit, sehingga tidak cukup untuk dilakukan analisis secara parametrik. Tulisan ini membahas estimasi confidence interval (CI) dengan menggunakan bootstrap untuk estimasi nilai parameter mean, median, dan varians data juga dalam menentukan kecocokan distribusi (goodness of fit) data. Tiga metoda CI bootstrap yaitu percentile CI, standard normal CI, dan bias-corrected percentile CI digunakan dan dibandingkan untuk mengetahui perbedaan nilai estimasi parameternya. Metoda bootstrap parametrik digunakan untuk menentukan estimasi parameter CI data berdistribusi Eksponensial, Gamma, Log-Normal, dan Weibull yang akan digunakan untuk mengetahui distribusi data yang cocok. Langkah-langkah estimasi CI dan kecocokan model distribusi dibuat, selanjutnya digunakan dalam menganalisis data waktu kerusakan mesin untuk sampel yang kecil. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa estimasi CI bootstrap dengan ketiga metoda memberikan nilai yang relatif sama, dilihat dari batas bawah dan batas atas yang dihasilkan, maupun selisih interval yang kurang dari 5%, selain itu dapat juga ditentukan pemilihan distribusi yang terbaik dengan melihat nilai MSE (mean square error) terkecil, sehingga dapat ditentukan estimasi CI parameter bootstrap untuk distribusi tersebut.
