Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that may affect repurchase intention for Go food product. Two variables suspected to affect the repurchase intention are product quality and information quality with trust as mediation. The design of this study is survery method with a population of go jek user in Solo, with sample size of 100 respondents, the sampling methods purposive sampling a questionnaire with 12 indicators questions. Test results validity, reliability and classic assumption test support for continuing research. Path analysis get the result that variable product quality not significantly affect trust and repurchase intention, but variable information quality can affect positively and significantly related to trust and the dependent variable repurchase intention. To examine variable trust can be mediator variable product quality  to repurchase intention, evidence by sobel test and get the result that variable trust significantly as mediator variable.

Abstract

The study on the effect of fuel subsidies toward oil import is a controversial topicdiscussions. This study will explore the effect of fuel subsidies on oil import by addingseveral independent variables, consist of; the number of vehichles, the exchange rateand inflation. Data use time series data from 1980-2013. The tool of analyze is OrdinaryLeast Squares Method (OLS).Based on the results show that the simultaneous testexplains that the fuel subsidies, the number of vehichles, the exchange rate, and inflationhave a significant effect on oil import. However partially, the variables of fuel subsidies,the number of vehichles, and the exchange rate have a positive and significant effecton oil import. Inflation does not affect on oil import. The coefficient of determinationuses Adjusted R-square test is about 98%. The implication of this study is governmentscan increase oil production Indonesia. The government should facilitate the licensing ofinvestment and rejuvenate the old oil wells. It aims to reduce Indonesia dependence onoil import so that it can save foreign exchange reserves.

Abstract

Sistem Du Pont  adalah analisis yang mencakup seluruh rasio aktifitas dan margin keuntungan atas penjualan untuk menunjukkan bagaimana rasio ini mempengaruhi profitabilitas, dan merupakan pengukuran kinerja keuangan secara integratif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan perusahaan telekomunikasi tahun 2014 – 2016 yang diukur dengan analisis Sistem Du Pont. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja Perusahaan Telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia baik karena nilai ROE dan ROI yang diatas rata-rata industri, kecuali PT. XL Axiata Tbk. PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia memiliki kinerja keuangan yang paling baik dari perusahaan telekomunikasi lainnya walaupun ROI tahun 2015 dibawah rata-rata industri, sedangkan kinerja keuangan PT. XL Axiata Tbk paling buruk dibandingkan dengan empat perusahaan lainnya

Abstract

This research is to analyzethe management of oil and gas old well in Wonocolo. Bojonegoro is really unique and interesting to be observed. The latest plan is that this area will be purposed into sustainable development to protect the environment in its surrounding, more over, this area is aimed to be a tourism object. The researchers hope that the result of this research gives significant contribution, especially in terms of good economic governance, for management of old oil and gas in Wonocolo if the minersswitched tothe tourism sector.The activity of traditional mining in this area cannot be strained from by year. The negative effects which appear are damaged environment, mining activity legality, unstrained pollution, insecurely working, and other social problems. Based on this thoughtfulness, the government of Bojonegoro endeavours the idea of enlightening the traditional miner, exploiting it to be educational system of oil and gas management (educational tourism). This activity needs to be socialized well, to change the habit of traditional miners to be tourism agent. The aim of this research is to give idea or contribution to rearrange the oil and gas old well that has been already exist, especially the object of this research is in Wonocolo, Bojonegoro. Oil and gas old well mining is not merely to process oil and gas mining, but more than that, the existence of it can support the economic condition of local citizens and also repair the infrastructure independently. Because of this, the local income and prosperity of local people will be increase, and the poverty will be decrease.Keywords: oil and gas tourism, local economy, traditional mining of oil and gas old well in Wonocolo, Bojonegoro.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi sebagai mediasi dalam hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap pengembangan karier PNS Pemerintah Kota Surakarta. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui metode kuesioner yang diisi oleh 142 responden dengan metode sensus. Analisis statistik dilakukan dengan statistik deskriptif, regresi linear berganda dan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi berhubungan secara signifikan dengan motivasi; (2) gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan, baik secara simultan maupun parsial, terhadap motivasi; (3) gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan motivasi berhubungan secara signifikan dengan pengembangan karier; (4) gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan, baik secara simultan maupun parsial, terhadap pengembangan karier; (5) motivasi tidak memediasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap pengembangan karier; (6) motivasi tidak memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap pengembangan karier.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze the factors - factors that can affect employeesatisfaction and working discipline in PT. PLN (Persero) AREA Surakarta. The researchmodel that will be used in this research is a model of a tiered structure. The results ofthis study indicate that the style of leadership is not a positive influence on the discipline of work, organizational commitment positively affects work discipline, organizational commitment has positive effect on job satisfaction. Variability construction work discipline can be explained by the variability of the construct of leadership styles, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. Model influence leadership style and organizational commitment to job satisfaction produce R-square values show moderate models, it means that the job satisfaction construct variability can be explained by the variability of the construct of leadership style and organizational commitment.

Abstract

Rendahnya minat para pencari kerja untuk mengisi posisi pekerjaan di bidang sales didugakarena tingginya kriteria kompetensi yang ditetapkan perusahaan untuk lowongan kerjasales. Dengan adanya dugaan tersebut peneliti tertarik untuk menganalisis kompetensiyang dibutuhkan perusahaan untuk calon karyawan di bidang sales, yang dipublikasikanpada situs lowongan pekerjaan di media online. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkandapat memberikan manfaat bagi para pencari kerja dengan tujuan untuk mengeksplorasikompetensi-kompetensi yang dibutuhkan perusahaan pada bagian sales. Data yangdigunakan menggunakan data sekunder, dengan unit analisis dan pengamatan yangdiambil dari dua situs lowongan pekerjaan online yaitu jobstreet.co.id dan karir.compada tahun 2016. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik incidental samplingyang berjumlah 385 lowongan pekerjaan sales. Teknik analisis data menggunakancontent analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari lima dimensi kompetensiyang telah dijabarkan oleh Palan (2007) dengan beberapa indikator yang digunakanuntuk pengamatan kompetensi lowongan pekerjaan salesdidapatkan hasil bahwa semuaindikator tersebut diminta oleh perusahaan dan setelah mengumpulkan lebih banyakdata ternyata ada juga tambahan seperti alat penunjang pekerjaan, IPK, domisili dankesehatan fisik didalamnya.

Abstract

Every SME actor must strive to influence consumer decisions in choosing products and services to meet their needs and desires. This study aims to analyze the effect of prices on purchasing decisions, analyze the influence of product quality on purchasing decisions, analyze the influence of service quality on purchasing decisions, and analyzes the effect of word of mouth on purchasing decisions. The study was conducted in the Surakarta city of Galabo culinary tourism area. The population of this study is consumers who visit and enjoy culinary at Galabo. The research sample was 100 people, and the sampling used a purposive sampling method. The data used is primary data. Data collection used questionnaire and interview. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the price and Word of mouth had a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions on Galabo Surakarta City Culinary, while the quality of products and services had a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions on Galabo Surakarta City Culinary.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of leadership behavior on job satisfaction, organizational commitment analyze the effect on job satisfaction, analyzing organizational culture affects the relationship between leadership behavior and job satisfaction, analyzing organizational culture moderates the relationship of organizational commitment and job satisfaction. The populations in this study were all employees BBRSBD Prof. Soeharso Surakarta, and the population size is equal to 201 employees. In this study a sample of 134 respondents was taken. Sampling technique in this research is to use a proportional random sampling. The results showed there are significant effect of leadership behavior on job satisfaction. Moderate the influence of organizational culture on the leadership behavior and job satisfaction is positively significant. Moderate the influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment and job satisfaction are positively significant.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh: 1) kualitaspelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, 2) harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, 3) citra merek terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, 4) kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, 5) harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, 6) citra merek terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, dan 7) kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari jawaban 100 orang responden dengan metode accidental sampling. Alat analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil pengujian instrumen menyimpulkan bahwa semua variabel valid dan reliabel sebagai alat pengumpul data. Dari hasil analisis data didapatkan bahwa: 1) kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, 2) harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikanterhadap kepuasan pelanggan, 3) citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, 4) kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, 5) harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, 6) citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, 7) kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.
