Abstract

The purpose of this study is to (1) produce personnel administration learning module Guided Inquiry-based for XI graders of Vocational School, particularly for office administration expertise program based on basic competence point 3.6 (proposing leave regulation) and 4.6 (reciting leave regulation), (2) validate the product through the validation test, (3) and find out the different learning outcome for those who used and did not used this product. there are different learning outcomes from those who belong to the control and experimental class namely 10,81 (control class average score= 82,58 and experimental class average score= 93,39).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of knowledge transfer on sustainability in the agricultural sector in Boyolali district and examine the effect of network strength as a moderating variable in the influence of knowledge transfer on economic sustainability. The data were conducted through a survey using a questionnaire with purposive sampling to 119 heads of farmer group cooperatives in Boyolali district, with a questionnaire level of 98 percent. This study applied a hierarchcal regression to test the research model used. The results show that knowledge transfer has significant influence on economic sustainability in the agricultural sector. Finding knowledge in the context of the agricultural sector in Boyolali district has a relationship that is not in line with economic sustainability. While knowledge sharing carried out positively affects on economic sustainability. The power of knowledge sharing in influencing sustainability is largely determined by the strength of the network they have.

Abstract

he goal of this research and development was to produce authentic assessment instrument based project to ease teachers conducting assessment authentically to the process and student learning outcome in making brochure towards business communication subject.This research was research development which used R &D model. Data collection instrument in this research conducted through questionnaire. Data type that obtained in this research was quantitative data and qualitative data by using data analysis technique of percentage calculation. The result of limited test showed that this authentic assessment instrument based project had percentage of 97% with “easy to use” criteria, while readability test to the work instruction sheets had the average of 95% with “feasible to be used” criteria.

Abstract

This article aims to discuss the importance of business ethics, business ethics learning challenges, local knowledge as a source of business ethics, and learning business ethics. Business people must commit to uphold ethics, because the business process is a process of value creation, the process of creating anything useful to humanity. Real value creation in business will only happen if it is done by means of an ethical or moral. Unscrupulous way only generate value destruction, does not deserve to be called participation in development, but withdrawals and destruction of society. Business education challenges are: globalization, technological development, competency-based business, the business as a systems perspective, the quality revolution, change. Local wisdom tribes of Indonesia in general contain religious values, humanity, solidarity, tolerance, mutual trust, solidarity and social awareness can build elements of social capital and business capital, antaralain such as confidence, trust, social networks. Strengthening social capital derived from the values of local wisdom ethnic Indonesia is very important that continued effort of preservation and inheritance from one generation to the next, especially when intensified struck individualism of modern life in this global era. So that local knowledge can be implemented and inherited, need to be found to the approach and strategy of a more contextual with the conditions of the development of Indonesian society. Pembelajajaran business ethics based on local wisdom through scientifik approach to cooperative learning, with a variety of models with a focus on the students, becoming an effective learning approach that is feasible is recommended to educators. Success and failure of business ethics education will greatly affect the public's role in the establishment and implementation of the rules and principles of life.Abstrak: Artikel ini bertujuan membahas pentingnya etika bisnis, tantangan pembelajaran etika bisnis, kearifan local sebagai sumber etika bisnis, dan pembelajaran etika bisnis. Pelaku bisnis harus berkomitmen menjunjung tinggi etika, karena proses bisnis merupakan proses penciptaan nilai, proses penciptaan apapun yang bermanfaat bagi kemanusiaan. Real value creation dalam bisnis hanya akan terjadi jika dilakukan dengan cara-cara  etis atau bermoral. Cara yang tidak bermoral hanya menghasilkan value destruction, tidak pantas disebut partisipasi dalam pembangunan, melainkan pemunduran dan perusakan masyarakat. Tantangan pendidikan bisnis diantaranya adalah: globalisasi, perkembangan teknologi, bisnis berbasis kompetensi, perspektif bisnis sebagai sistem, revolusi kualitas, perubahan. Kearifan lokal suku-suku bangsa Indonesia pada umumnya berisi nilai-nilai religious, kemanusiaan, kebersamaan, toleransi, saling percaya, solidaritas dan kepedulian social dapat membangun elemen-elemen  modal social dan modal bisnis, antaralain seperti kepercayaan, amanah, jejaring social. Penguatan modal social yang bersumber dari nilai-nilai kearifan local suku bangsa Indonesia tersebut sangat penting terus diupayakan pelestarian dan pewarisannya dari satu generasi ke generasi berikutnya, terutama disaat individualism semakin menguat melanda kehidupan modern di era global ini. Agar kearifan local dapat diimplementasikan dan diwariskan, perlu terus ditemukan pendekatan dan strategi yang lebih kontekstual dengan kondisi perkembangan masyarakat Indonesia. Pembelajajaran etika bisnis berbasis kearifan lokal melalui pendekatan scientifik dengan pembelajaran kooperatif, dengan berbagai model dengan berfokus pada siswa, menjadi pendekatan pembelajaran yang efektif yang layak direkomendasikan kepada para pendidik. Berhasil dan gagalnya pendidikan etika bisnis akan sangat berpengaruh terhadap peran masyarakat dalam pembentukan serta pelaksanaan peraturan dan prinsip-prinsip kehidupan.

Abstract

On the XI grade students of APK2 at SMK Muh. 5Kepanjen , it is known that they have low achievement. The research finding showed that the Explicit Intruction learning model is able to make students to be active and creative as well as helping students to improve their learning activities and outcomes of make the Document/Stenography. This can be seen based on the value of learning activities that is observed by 3 observers. The average value of student activity before the given action was only lower 70with criterion C (enuogh). Furthermore, the average value of the class in the first cycle after the implementation of Explicit Intruction learning model increased to be above 70 with B (good) criterion. In the first cycle, the average value increased student learning activities for LKS to be 87,2 and 78 for LKR, the average value of formatif test is 86,5 and 77,6 for semester test with B (good) criterion. While students learning activities after the given action for 75% from 38 students  has been active in learning. The students also increased during the study.Abstrak: Siswa di kelas XI APK 2 SMK MUH  5 Kepanjen, diketahui bahwa nilai aktivitas belajar dan hasil belajar siswa rendah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Explicit Intruction mampu menjadikan siswa aktif dan kreatif serta membantu siswa untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar dan hasil pelajaran Membuat Dokumen/Stenografi. Hal tersebut terbukti pada nilai aktivitas belajar yang diamati oleh 3 orang pengamat. Nilai rata-rata aktivitas belajar siswa sebelum diberi tindakan di bawah 70 dengan kriteria C (cukup). Selanjutnya nilai rata-rata kelas pada  siklus I setelah adanya penerapan model pembelajaran  Explicit Intruction meningkat menjadi di atas 70 dengan kriteria B (baik). Pada siklus I nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa meningkat menjadi rata-rata untuk LKS 87,2 LKR 78 ,nilai rata-rata ulangan harian 86,5 dan rata-rata nilai ulangan semester 77,6 dengan kriteria B (baik).Sedangkan aktivitas belajar setelah tindakan 75% dari 38 siswa telah aktif dalam pembelajaran. siswa juga mengalami peningkatan selama penelitian.

Abstract

This research aims to develop instructional media which is tested its feasibility and piloted in learning activities. The instructional media is developed using online builder Appypie with DCE developed-model. The product assessment is conducted by material expert, media expert and testing in a small and big group.The instrument of collected data is conducted by interviewing, questionnaire and test. The results of this research are: The instructional media product, mobile learning based android, has been using online builde Appypie, instructional media is feasible to apply after obtaining assessment result from material and media expert and users, The  learning outcomes increases significantly between students with and without using instructional media. In summary, developed instructional media is feasible  to app;y in a learning activity.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the independence habituation for students with autism in learning management at SMK (vocational high school) Tunas Bangsa, Malang. It covers the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the independence habituation in the learning process for students with autism. Besides, it studies the problems and solutions made during the application of the learning program. It is qualitative research with autistic students of grade XII as the subject. The informants of this research involved the headmaster; normative, adaptive, and productive teachers; the advisor of exceptional teachers; parents; and psychologists. The data collection methods include observation, interview, and documentation. The results of the study cover the planning, outcome, and learning implementation through the independence habituation of students with autism at SMK Tunas Bangsa, Malang. The learning independence appears from the development of the students’ independence. The problems found during the independence habituation process on the learning process are solved through some solutions applied by all of the educational elements of the comprehensive learning management at SMK Tunas Bangsa, Malang.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to produce: 1) Computer-assisted learning model (Computer Assisted Instruction/CAI) using Microsoft Mathematics Application for task completion in the Economic Mathematic and Business course; 2) the development (production) interactive multimedia for learning in Economic Mathematic and Business course; 3) Dissemination of results model development and learning media CAI into learning of the Economic Mathematic and Business course in the department of management Economics Faculty UM. The research method that used in this study is qualitative method with Class Action Research (CAR). To collecting data observation that are; 1) observation; 2) questionnaire; 3) photo documentation; 4) application. Research subject was student Management S-1 of academic years 2011/2012 on the odd semester of 2011/2012 who are taking Economic Mathematic and Business courses that are 43 students. The result of development model activities and learning media of Economic Mathematic and Business shown that even though they are beginner using this software, however its ease to use and better outcome expectation with the appropriate learning model, it’s very helpful to achieve learning objective of Economic Mathematic and Business course. Important suggestion is the time in mid semester examination or final semester examination in task completion should be use conventional way, because mastery concept of mathematic which associated and economic phenomena and business not all them can be explained through application program.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan: 1) Model pembelajaran berbantuan komputer ( Computer Assisted Instruction / CAI ) dengan memanfaatkan Aplikasi Microsoft Mathematics untuk penyelesaian soal dalam mata kuliah Matematika Ekonomi dan Bisnis; 2) Pengembangan multimedia interaktif untuk pembelajaran mata kuliah Matematika Ekonomi dan Bisnis; 3) Diseminasi hasil pengembangan model dan media pembelajaran CAI ke dalam pembelajaran dalam mata kuliah Matematika Ekonomi dan Bisnis di jurusan Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi UM. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Data pengamatan dalam kegiatan ini dikumpulkan melalui : 1) pengamatan; 2) angket; 3) dokumentasi foto; 4) program aplikasi. Subyek penelitian adalah Mahasiswa Prodi S-1 Manajemen angkatan 2011/2012 yang pada semester gasal 2011 / 2012 sedang menempuh mata kuliah Matematika Ekonomi dan Bisnis yang berjumlah sebanyak 43 mahasiswa. Hasil kegiatan pengembangan model dan media pembelajaran Matematika Ekonomi dan Bisnis ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun mereka baru pertama kali mengoperasikan paket software ini, namun kemudahan penggunaan (ease to use) dan harapan akan hasil yang lebih baik (outcome expectation) serta model pembelajaran yang tepat, ternyata sangat membantu tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran mata kuliah Matematika Ekonomi dan Bisnis. Saran yang perlu disampaikan adalah bahwa pada saat ujian tengah semester maupun akhir semester penyelesaian soal Matematika Ekonomi dan Bisnis tetap harus menggunakan cara konvensional, karena penguasaan konsep matematika yang dikaitkan dan fenomena ekonomi dan bisnis tidak semuanya mampu dijelaskan dengan menggunakan program aplikasi.

Abstract

Abstract : Industrial work practice is one of the vocational high school’s efforts to realize the purposes to produce the high quality of graduate students and readiness to work and also develop the professional attitude which appropriate with students’ major. The purpose of this research is to test: (1) The effect of students’ experience in productive competence test achievement towards students’ readiness to work, (2) The effect of productive competence test achievement towards students’ readiness to work, 3) The effect of students’ experience in industrial work practice and productive competence test achievement towards students’ readiness to work. The type of this research is correlation descriptive. With 108 students as the sample. Multiple regression is used to analyze the data. The result of this research shows that (1) There are positive and significant effects between practical experiences towards students’ readiness to work, (2) There are positive and significant effects between productive competence test achievement towards students’ readiness to work, (3) There are positive and significant effects between students’ experience in industrial work practice and productive competence test achievement towards students’ readiness to work.Abstrak: Praktik Kerja Industri merupakan salah satu upaya untuk merealisasikan tujuan SMK untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas dan siap untuk bekerja serta menggambangkan sikap profesional sesuai bidang keahlian masing-masing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji: (1) pengaruh pengalaman praktik kerja industri terhadap kesiapan memasuki dunia kerja, (2) pengaruh prestasi uji kompetensi produktif terhadap kesiapan memasuki dunia kerja, (3) pengaruh pengalaman praktik kerja industri dan prestasi uji kompetensi produktif terhadap kesiapan memasuki dunia kerja. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif korelasi. Dengan sampel 108 siswa kelas XII Program Studi Administrasi Perkantoran di SMKN 1 Malang. Analisis yang digunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan; (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan siginifikan antara pengalaman prakerin terhadap kesiapan memasuki dunia kerja; (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara prestasi uji kompetensi produktif terhadap kesiapan memasuki dunia kerja; (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan siginifikan anatara pengalaman praktik kerja industri dan prestasi uji kompetensi produktif terhadap kesiapan memasuki dunia kerja.

Abstract

the purpose of this study was to determine the suitability of students' productive learning competencies with the implementation of industrial work practices in SMK Muhammadiyah  5 Kepanjen,  Malang.. This research used  a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was obtained by conducting interview techniques, observation, and study documentation. The subjects of this study were the head of the industrial work practice program, the head of office management automation competency expertise,  students  of  XI  grade  at SMK Muhammadiyah 5 Kepanjen, and the DUDI. The results of this study  were  (1) the process of implementing industrial work practices began with planning by schools, testing the productive ability of students, debriefing, placement, checking, and pickup, (2) evaluation of industrial work practices in SMK Muhammadiyah 5 Kepanjen was done by asking the opinions of all those who participated in industrial work practices, but  it did not include DUDI in the valuation activities, (3) the competency of office automation and governance in SMK Muhammadiyah 5 Kepanjen was already relevant to DUDI demands but there were  several DUDI  still unable to provide relevant jobs with competencies held by students in office automation and governance.
