To overcome this  the schools involvement is needed since school as a source of information for parents. But schools are unable to carry out their function as a source of information about domestic violence on children. Therefore, schools need to have knowledge management capabilitiesPurpose : this study was to iniation of knowledge management by principlals to increase the kindergarten teachers knowledge about domestic violence on children Methods : by using pre-experimental design with one group pre test-post test. The number of kindergarten schools  being sampled were as many as seven schools with seven principals and 22 teachersResult : The results retrieved that principal value of knowledge about domestic violence on children was (p = 0.137) and knowledge management was (p 0.0005). While teachers knowledge about domestic violence on children before and after the process of knowledge management by the principal values obtained was (p = 0.000).Conclution : There was increased knowledge management of principals, but not necessarily an increase in abillity knowledge management. Abstract

Prostitution area is known to be one of many causes of the growing number of HIV/AIDS patients inSurabaya. Abdi Asih foundation has done several attempts to prevent this, but so far have not been able to successfully deliver the key idea to the intended audience. This calls for a more comprehensive and accurate method to the sex workers to improve their HIV/AIDS consciousness and knowledge level. The objective of this research is to improve the existing HIV/AIDS information poster media. The improvement process is implemented based on the steps suggested by the P-Process theory.         This is an observational research with cross-sectional design which uses both quantitative and qualitative methods. Quantitative approach was used to know the knowledge. Qualitative approach was applied by using FGD and in-depth interview with the commercial sex workers as the respondents. The result of this research shows that respondents’ knowledge about HIV/AIDS is considerably low. The Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test yields a probability score of 0.03 which indicates that this new poster media is indeed effective in improving the respondents’ knowledge and consciousness about HIV/AIDS issues.Based on the research result, it can be concluded that the poster media prototype has been found to be effective in improving respondents’ knowledge about the mentioned issues, due to the fact. Suggesting for future improvement, it is better to give substantial consideration in audience’s wishes and common characteristic in designing effective information poster media.

Abstract

About 500.000 cervical carcinoma new cases are found with more than 250.000 deathcases annually (Rasjidi, 2009). Cervical cancer is the highest prevalence of disease among women inIndonesia, it is equal to 0,80/00 (Kemenkes RI, 2015). Teenagers are susceptible to deviant sexual behavior  such as premarital sex behaviors. The number of teens who do  premarital sex tend toincrease every year. Premarital sex is at risk of causing unwanted pregnancy and transmission of sexually transmitted diseases. This research aims to understandrelated factors with the intention to prevent premarital sex among female high school students . This is a analytic study used cross sectional design. Sampling was done randomly with a total sample of 75 respondents. Results of this research were analyzed using Gamma correlation test with significance level (α= 0.05). The results of statistical tests indicate that there is a positive relationship between knowledge (p value = 0.007 < α = 0.05) with the intention of preventing premarital sex.  Other factors such as the knowledge factors, media usage, attitudes,  subjective norms, perceived control is not associated with the intention to prevent premarital sex. In Indonesia, large number of dengue fever was fluctuatited every year, including East Java. One of large number cases is the Kediri. The effort of dengue fever preventions should have been comprehensive, including behavio factorsr. The aim know the relationship between the trust factor through effort of dengue fever preventions in the working area of Community Health Center Sukorame, Mojoroto, Kediri. This research uses quantitative approach that shaped descriptive analytic by correlation study and cross sectional design. An instrument that is used was interview by the simple random sampling technique. The data conducted in research is respondents as many as 100 people in the workplace of Community Health Center Sukorame. The dengue fever preventions effort as variable dependent, and the trust of perceived susceptibility, severity, cues to action, benefits, and bariers as independent variables. The result show that relation between dengue fever prevention effort and perceived susceptibility rs= 0,292, saverity rs= 0,406, cues to actions rs= 0,432, benefits rs= 0,239, and barriers rs= -0,122. Beside that, among independent variable factors, perceived barriers is not significant by sign = 0,144. Conclusion of the research that there is relation between the trust factor on perceived severity, susceptibility, cues to action and benefits for dengue fever prevention in the working area of Community Health Center Sukorame, Mojoroto, Kediri, and perceived barriers which aren’t in related with dengue fever prevention in that areas.Keyword: belief factor, HBM, dengue fever prevention behavior

Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is caused by dengue virus carried by Aides Aigepty mosquitoes. Since 2015 there has been a typical DHF in Payaman Village as 3 people and one of them was died in 2016. One typical of DHF has been an Extraordinary Occurrence in the health sector. One that can trigger dengue disease is the low rate of larvae free. Eradication of DHF can be done with Mosquito Nest eradication activity. In this study aims to analyze the actions of villagers who can trigger dengue disease and actions that can prevent dengue disease. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. Data source used is primary data and secondary data. Primary data was collected by interviewing questionnaires in each house. To support the completeness of the data used qualitative methods by conducting in-depth interviews on various related sectors. Secondary data is taken from Payaman Village Dasawisma data and Village Profile data. The results of the study found that the villagers of Payaman, especially RT 15-22 have acts that can trigger dengue fever, such as the handling of late dengue cases, not drain the water reservoir, poor waste management of households, the management of used less precise and laying the animal cage inside the house. While the actions that can be used to prevent dengue fever is using mosquito nets when sleeping and keep fish in water reservoirs. It needs to be improved by changing actions that can trigger dengue disease into actions that can prevent dengue disease that drains the water reservoir, manages household waste well, manages the used goods in the right way and puts the animal cage outdoors. In addition, dengue fever can be prevented by eradicating mosquito breeding and preventing mosquito bites. Growing mosquito breeding and preventing mosquito bites can be done with 3M plus movement. Keywords: dengue fever, payaman village, citizen action, 3M plus
