Hal ini menandakan betapa pemikiran yang ada di Jurnal ini diharapkan mampu mewakili pemikiran-pemikiran kritis dan keilmuan yang berbobot dengan kajian yang ada di STAI Madiun sesuai dengan visi nya yaitu terwujudnya tenaga pendidik yang professional dengan wawasan ilmu pendidikan, sosial, budaya, Islam, dan berakhlaqul karimah sehingga mampu mencerdaskan akal, menambah keimanan dalam hati dan memperluas wawasan keilmuan para pembaca, khususnya mahasiswa STAI Madiun dan Umat manusia pada umumnya

Abstract

The use of fatwa to delegitimize the constitutional rights of citizens to compete in a healthy manner in filling in public positions as occurred in the 2017 DKI Jakarta Pilkada is a form of injustice and manipulation. The fatwa which is actually not binding is then forced through the discourse strategy until the emphasis and mass action. In this paper, the phenomenon is examined with a critical discourse analysis tool in order to analyze the practice of acting that reflects social problems, relativize the practice of ideological mystification in fatwas, ignite public awareness of injustice and marginalization in the use of fatwas, and finally find solutions to overcome them. This paper shows that there has been a politicization of religion in the use of fatwas in the 2017 DKI Jakarta Pilkada. The politicization of religion through fatwas is a political practice that must be avoided, various solutions to overcome it, as contained in this paper, need to be further elaborated and executed.

Abstract

For Muslims, the Qur'an and al-Hadith are the main references in Islam. However, in fact Islam appears with various faces. Understanding and expression of Islam becomes diverse, both ideological and political movements. Even not infrequent acts of violence and terrorism in the name of Islam. To bridge very sharp differences, and in order to present a peaceful face of Islam as the message and nature of God (theocentric) and uphold human values (anthropocentric) emerge the spirit of reiterating and making moderate Islam an icon in religion. Islamic moderateism is expected to be a solution to religious extremism which is dangerous for the benefit of the people. Islamic moderateism in the style of maqashid shari'ah reflects moderate Islam which functions revelation, Al-Qur'an and Hadith, reason or reason, as well as proportional social and environmental contexts. Proportionality here still positions revelation as the main source of Islam's existence by being equipped and supported by reason or reason, as well as social and environmental contexts that cannot be ruled out as the source of its teachings. Operationally, the sources of the tersubut teachings can be summarized into: text (al-nash), reality or context (al-waqi'), and subject (al-mukallaf). Nash or text, in the context of moderate Islam - maqasidiy is the source and basis of primary teaching, as a formal object. Whereas al-waqi ', reality or context, is a material-operational object, where the teachings contained in the text and its objectives will be attached to it. While al-mukallaf (subject of teaching) is a person who is intellectually, mentally, and physically ready to accept reality in line with the texts and their maqasid

Abstract

Conceptually human resource management in Indonesia is focused on understanding plan, implementing plan, and greater attention to managerial aspects and better utilization of people as organizational resources. In other words, human resource management is a reflection of the increasing significance regarding the management of people in the organization as well as a broader perspective on the assessment of this field. The urgency of human resource management, among others: First, human resource management is not only ordinary strategic activities, but also is something central in achieving organizational goals. Second, human resource managers hand over responsibility for human asset management to senior line management. Third, there is a shift from "industrial relations" to "employee relations". The fourth creation and management of organizational culture is as important as the work of the organization itself, where individuals are given the opportunity to realize their full potential. Human resource management with its concept and vision can be used as a supporting and balancing factor in the increasingly modern world of education that tends to be pursuing needs.

Abstract

To introduce new cultural elements resulting from acculturation of Islam to Javanese culture, the Wali Songo introduced new values in a persuasive manner. Associated with sensitive issues, such as the field of trust, the guardians allowed respect for their ancestors as commonly practiced by Javanese people. For this reason, the demand to bring back Islam that is peaceful, moderate, just, and tolerant is not because of the mere longing for Nusantara Islam which is cool and reconciling, but it is already a necessity, especially since our literary values have been eroded by disturbing new understandings society. This path of cultural devices must be developed in the process of Islamization today. As Muslim scholars have explained, Islam is increasingly expected to come up with productive, constructive, and able cultural offers to declare themselves to be the bearers of goodness for all people. One of the regional arts which is a cultural heritage, Reog Ponorogo.Reog Ponorogo is one of the traditional performing arts works that has become the center of attention of the community, both locally, nationally and internationally and is one of cultural arts that has the power to become a national cultural identity. The performance is very thick with mystical things. In the art of Ponorogo Reog, there are Islamic values that are not yet known by most people today. It also shows that Islam is able to merge into the culture of Indonesian society which is one of the local wisdom. This will review the values of Islam contained in the Reog Ponorogo Arts, including the Reog section itself and the musical instruments.

Abstract

Judging from the root of the language, the word guardian comes from Arabic which means protector, guarantor (someone's life). While the word "guardianship" in Arabic is walayah (ولاية). Whereas the word walayah is the masdar form of the verb ولى يلى ولاية which means it is close to. Muhammad Abduh interpreted the verse that the man married himself and married the women who surrendered their affairs to other people (guardians). Because a woman cannot marry herself freely, but must be with a guardian. Because marriage is a renewal of relatives (family) and affection between families in association. It will not be perfect and the benefits will be achieved except with the help or intercession of the guardian as well as the existence of the woman's willingness and permission requirements frankly for the widow and in silence as a requirement for a girl who is still embarrassed. Islam is a general requirement of a guardian. Regarding the size of a religious guardian in Indonesia there are several opinions. First, besides being acknowledged by the person concerned, it was also recognized by the community, that he was indeed Islam. Second, whoever pronounces the two sentences of the creed and knows and believes in the truth - that is, there are no sayings and actions that are contrary to his confession. Fourth, looking at other than believes with the pillars of complete faith, they must also worship, especially praying and fasting

Abstract

To meet the era of changing world economic order, education must have global competence and accommodate local wisdom based on local culture that has productive economic potential. This article, in a qualitative research that aims to“Promote inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all based on glocalization”. Collected by observations, interviews and documentations, it is concluded that in the learning process integrates the values of GED (The Glocal Engagement Dimensions) to learning materials. The four dimensions of the GED are : 1) Intellectual knowledge education wisdom; 2) Emotion sensitivy intuition understanding compassion; 3)Action decisive, action driven resolution oriented; 4) Morality integrity virtue fairness. Each of the four dimensions has a significant role to relize equitable, inclusive, and diversityfocused in modern Cottage education framework.

Abstract

The yellow book is a valuable source of knowledge for mankind, since many Muslim figures have written their works in the form of yellow book, yellow book methodology as a vehicle for channeling and studying the works of the 'ulama' and Muslim scholars conducted by pesantren very both for the development of thought and morals of the successors of Islam in the future. Thus this effort can be concluded about the development of yellow book method of learning in printing Fiqh experts, where in the development of yellow book methodology in printing Fiqh experts include several things such as using varied methods and models by combining pesantren learning model with a college model.

Abstract

Moral is sensitivity in thoughts, feelings and actions that do not only include sensitivity to principles and rules. Moral includes the ability of a person to distinguish between right and wrong actions, morality becomes the basic basis in attitude. Moral cultivation for children and participants is a matter of positive moral development efforts because it will become the habit of students in conditions in accordance with good qualities in a family environment or wider community group, can be done by habituation, exemplary, and advice . Planting moral and religious values that must be instilled in children is the role of Dhuha prayer worship. In carrying out the Dhuha prayer activities, the family environment and environment can be used to enforce Dhuha prayer. Before the implementation of the Dhuha prayer the children did to take the air in an orderly manner, purify from the hadats, wear holy clothes, and teach discipline.

Abstract

Artikel ini mencoba menjelaskan tentang implementasi nilai-nilai pluralisme Abdurrahman Wahid atau Gus Dur untuk membangun kerukunan antar umat beragama. Mendiang Gus Dur sebagaimana diketahui merupakan salah satu tokoh pegiat pluralisme di Indonesia. Karena komitmen, kiprah, dan pemikirannya tentang pluralisme ia dijuluki sebagai Bapak pluralisme Indonesia. Bagi  Gus Dur, pluralisme adalah kunci utama untuk membangun masyarakat Indonesia yang plural. Pluralisme bukanlah upaya untuk menyamakan atau menyatukan agama-agama, tetapi mengakui kebenaran agama lain dengan diikuti peran aktif dalam mencapai tujuan bersama. Toleransi yang hanya  menekankan penerimaan atau pengakuan kebebasan aktifitas ibadah agama lain saja belum cukup kuat menjadi dasar membangun kerukunan. Toleransi masih cukup rawan dan riskan tersusupi provokasi dan propaganda yang memecah belah. Untuk membangun kerukunan, dibutuhkan niatan yang tulus untuk melakukan dialog dan komunikasi yang produktif lintas agama. Tidak cukup sampai di situ, dialog antaragama juga harus direalisasikan secara riil dalam bentuk kerjasama antar umat beragama untuk mencapai kerukunan yang kuat berbasis pluralitas.

Abstract

This paper presented about development of writing skill (maharotul kitabah) Through Analytic synthesis structure to Arabic studying in Islamic Boarding school of Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo. In Arabic studying, writing skill (maharoh kitabah) is one of skill which can’t be ignored because writing has corelation with the process of expression skill. To write is one of communication that is not limited by time and place. In speaking context, the audience can be limited by certain place and time, but in writing, it can reach many people in differrent time and place. This research used qualitative method the kinds of case study. The result of study shows that Analytic synthesis structure is very relevant to writing skill (maharotul kitabah) which is used in a group of case study in Islamic boarding school of Nurul Jadid. Based on the result of study, it can be concluded that synthesis analysis structure can be Improve writing skill (maharotul kitabah).
