Abstract

Abstract: The research aims are to analyze influance of remuneration and employee engagement on employee’s performance in Lembaga Sandi Negara. Data was collected through questioner and it was implemented to Department of Public Functional in Lembaga Sandi Negara. This research sampling technique used quantitative approach and used validity test by product moment and alfa cronbach reliability test. Analysis result demonstrate that remuneration and employee engagement has positive significant toward to employee’s performance in Lembaga Sandi Negara.Keyword: Remuneration, Employee Engagement, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine the spillover effect of right offerings to the industry on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period 2009-2016. This study is designed using event study methodology. In total, there are 96 issuing companies (issuers) and 1205 non-issuing companies (non-issuers) used as the sample which was obtained using a purposive sampling technique. The test for information content on the right issues was conducted using standard t-test on the average cumulative abnormal return of issuers and non-issuers in the period t-10 to t+10 around the issuance. The research found positive abnormal returns for issuers in t0 to t+4 but did not confirm the spillover effect to non-issuers over the observed (window) periods. The average cumulative abnormal returns are randomly distributed during the window period. These results confirm the absence of intraindustry effect of right issues on the non-issuers’ performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT. This research examines the individual and combined effects of internalintegration (II) and external integration (IE) on product innovation (IP), which is basedon ambidexterity theory. This study demonstrated that the combined effect of II and IEare able to facilitate internal exploitation and external exploration to improve productinnovation. Originally, this study used two independent variables only – i.e. II and IE –and product innovation as the dependent variable. Then, two additional independentvariables are added by calculating the combination between II and IE. Using differentcalculation methods, the two variables results in two variables – ie. balanced II and IE(BI) and complementary II and IE (CI) which represents combined effects of II and IE.The object of this study is Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) situated inYogyakarata. The results showed that the individual effects of II and IE on IP are notpositively associated with product innovation. Similar with individual effects of II andIE, BI also has no positive impact on product innovation, but CI is able to provide asignificant positive effect on product innovation.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to research the influence of the marketorientation on the alternative strategic orientations and their impact on businessperformance on companies in the city of Tangerang and Jakarta, Indonesia. Alternativestrategic orientations in this study is innovation, learning, entrepreneurial and employeeorientations. This research is associative causal relationship to determine a causalrelationship between the independent variable, market orientation, intermediatevariables, innovation, learning, entrepreneurial and employee orientation, anddependent variable, business performance. This study using the Structural EquationModeling (SEM).The results of the SEM analysis shows effect of market orientation oninnovation, learning, entrepreneurship, employee orientation and direct impact onbusiness performance gives the figure a significant correlation. The effect of learningorientation on business performance gives the figures a moderate correlation. Effect ofemployee orientation on business performance gives the figure a low correlation .Innovation and entrepreneurial orientation influence on the business performance givesthe figure a negative correlation.The researcher recommends that the variables thathave significant correlations can be implemented while the variables that have amoderate, low and negative correlation are recommended for future research to improvethe questionnaire‟s statements and respondent terms of both quality and quantity.Key words: Market, Innovation, Learning, Entrepreneurial, Employee, BusinessPerformance.

Research aim to analyze influence of 1) Competencies on Organtizational Commitment. 2) Training on Organtizational Commitment. 3) Organization Culture on Organtizational Commitmen. 4) Competencies on Nurses’ Performance. 5) Training on Nurses’ Performance. 6) Organization Culture on Nurses’ Performance. 7) Organizational Commitment on Nurses’ Performance. 8) Role mediation of Organizational Commitmen within the influence of Competencies on Nurses’ Performance. 9) Role mediation of Organizational Commitmen within the influence of Training on Nurses’ Performance. 10) Role mediation of Organizational Commitmen within the influence of Organizational Culture on Nurses Performance. Sample has taken by survey methode by used saturated sampling which mean make all population member as a sample. Research sample were 143 nurses who work at Waluyo Jati Kraksaan Probolinggo Hospital with more than 1 year working time. The analyse tool is Partial Least Square (PLS). The research result competencies, training and organization culture influence organizational commitment directly but didnt have influence on nurses performance. Organizational commitmen have the role mediation fully (complete) by competencies, training with culture to nurses’performance in Waluyo Jati Kraksaan Hospital.

Abstract

Abstract.The purpose of carrying out this research is to analyze the stimulus andconsequence of Relationship commitment and Customer engagement. Moreover, integratedlybe able to analyze the effect of Trust, Relationship commitment, Customer engagementtowards Repurchase intention on 200 respondents of AKAP Bus user who uses the interprovincebus services minimum 2 in the past 6 months using Purposive Sampling technique,and analyzing method using Structural Equation Model technique. The result of the researchfinds:(1) Positive effect of Cognitive trust, Affective trust towards Relationship commitment,Customer engagement, Repurchase intention; (2) Positive effect of Relationshipcommitment, Customer engagement towards Repurchase intention; (3) Relationshipcommitment, Customer engagement is seen as the mediator in relationship among Cognitivetrust, Affective trust and Repurchase intention; (4) Affective trust is the biggest stimuluseffecting Relationship commitment, Customer engagement; and(5) Repurchase intention isthe consequence of Relationship commitment and Customer engagement, however, Customerengagement has bigger effect on Repurchase intention. Abstract

Abstract: Research on the branch of marketing strategy aims to obtain a picture of the perceptions of producers Bakery and Pastry in Jakarta and Bandung related efforts to increase their loyalty in rebuying raw materials due to the strengthening of Corporate Brand Equity, which influenced Product attributes and Service Quality. Population unit is the manufacturer Bakery and Pastry in Jakarta and Bandung, which has become a customer minimal 1 year, totaling 468 employers. Research is using SEM analysis tools, with 150 respondents drawn proportionally in the two study areas. Research results inform that: (1)Product attributes (ProdAt) does not directly influence the Corporate Brand Equity (CBE); (2) Service Quality (ServQ) directly influence the CBE; (3) CBE affect the Customers Loyalty (CustLoy); (4) ProdAt directly influence CustLoy; and (5) ServQ directly influence CustLoy. Recommended for: 1) Increase the required CustLoy CBE intervening variables. 2) Maintain and develop the dimensions of each variable, except the dimensions of the variable ServQ distribution services must be improved in order to simultaneously improveCustLoy through CBE.Keywords: Marketing Strategy, Customer Loyalty, Corporate Brand Equity, Product Attribute, Service Quality.

Abstract

The sustainability of industrial business depends on the ability of organizations to manage the needs and desires of consumers so that the products produced become part of consumer life. The radio broadcast industry in the era of digital technology is threatened no longer able to meet the needs of its listeners because social media has changed the behavior of audiences in consuming radio media. on that basis the radio broadcast industry must adapt to managing radio broadcasts by synergizing the behavior of the use of digital media with radio characters that are personal to the audience so that the radio broadcast industry continues to survive. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of social media and identify the added value it generates to maintain the business continuity of radio broadcast programs, especially Iradio 89.6 FM. The related concept is digital media management, product added value for business continuity. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach with the support of data triangulation so that the analysis can meet the validity aspects of the data. The results showed that the management was carried out with a strategy to build emotional bounding audiences through social media by synergizing digital technology with broadcast radio-based programming content. This helps the business continuity of IRadio 89.6 FM significantly. The existence of digital media for the radio industry is as a complement rather than as a competitor and digital media makes radio easier to access from various areas

Abstract. Nowadays competition has occured for different types of Industries, eithermanufacture or service Industries. Organization needs to have the right strategy to winthe the competition and sustain in the long run. Many people have increased theirawareness for health and at the same time the advance of technology was followed bythe high demand of society toward better health service, has became the foundation forthe management at the hospitals to make decision to improve their services. Thisreearch wanted to find out the effect of Service Standard Communication, ManagementCommitment towards Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction. The respondents arethose people who has had treatment at RSUD Dr. Soetomo. Data analysis wil be usingPartial Least Square (PLS). There was 100 respondents participating in this research.The result showed that Service Standard Communication, Management Commitmenthas effect on Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction. Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to determine the effect of price perception on purchase decisions and promotion of Mowilex paint,Exogenous variables were examined in this study is the perception of price and promotion variables. While purchasing decisions to be endogenous variables. Primary data were collected through questionnaires daan using purposive sampling with a total sample of 200 customers of PT Mowilex Indonesia in Jakarta. Aplying regression analysis,data are calculated processing to knowperceptual variables affect the price and promotion variables purchasing decisions. The conclusion of this study, all the independen or exogenous variabel influenced to purchasing decisions. So the result make recommendation for companies should focus on mainly on price perception dimension of cost perception and should focus on promotion, especially in the dimension of sales promotion.Keywords: perceptions of price, promotion and purchasing decisions.
