Abstract

Puskesmas is one of the public sector services that prioritizes of quality health services. Good service is the hope of every visiting patient so that later the patient has and interest to make a return visit if you want to do the examination. Customer satisfaction or disappointment of service will affect his behavior after that. Objective: Knowledge the relationship between patient satisfaction with the interest to re-utilize healthservices at Pamekasan Pegantenan Puskesmas. The method of this research use Analytic, research with cross sectional approach. The, population of the study was 136 people using accidental sampling obtained by the number of samples 101 people. The results of this research is from 101 respondent as many as 57 respondent (56,4%) said they were satisfaied with Puskesmas service and 85 respondent (84,2%) were interested to take advantage of health services at Pukesmas. The result of lambda test, it is found that p=0.0031 and α=0,05. So p<α, it means there is relationship. The conclusion of this reasearch istThere is relationship between patient satisfaction and interest in reusing health services provided by Pegantenan Pamekasan health center in May 2018

Abstract

According to Ministry of Health in 2019infant deaths due to birth defects have increased by 1.4% in newborns with birth defects. Mothers who do not know from the beginning of birth defects experienced by the fetus in their womb can increase the occurrence of postpartum mental health disorders. This occurs because of the unpreparedness of the mother in accepting infants who experience congenital abnormalities.The study aims to review experience of pregnant and post partum’s mother who have babies with congenital abnormalities. The data were searched from Proquest and PubMed. Finally, the researcher found 11 documents that were in accordance with the study criteria. The results was foundthat early prevention of birth defects is needed such as consuming adequate micronutrients, such as folic acid and iodine obtained through additional products or vitamins before and during pregnancy. Early detection are possible to determine the abnormalities in the fetus. Supporting examinations that can be done by mothers such as blood tests, pregnancy ultrasound, and examination of amniotic fluid samples in pregnant women, because the review results state that the incidence of stress of pregnant women who know the diagnosis of birth defects after giving birth is higher than mothers who know the diagnosis during pregnancy.. Conclusion of the study experience of pregnant and post partum’s mother who have babies with congenital abnormalities included that screening and special psychological assistance is needed for pregnant and post partum women with congenital abnormalities’s baby.

Abstract

Posyandu provides convenience to the community in obtaining basic health services. The coverage of toddler weighing in Indonesia amounted to 71.4% in 2011 which means it has not met the target. The purpose of the research is to know the factors related to the visit of infants and toddlers to Posyandu in Wonorejo village, Wates subdistrict, Kediri regency. Design research uses correlational research design with a retrospective cohort approach. The research sample was infants and toddlers in January – October 2018 that meet the criteria of 120 people through proportional random sampling. Data collection using the data collector sheet on November 26-30, 2018. Data analysis with Chi-Square and Fisher Exact Test with a signification rate of α = 0.05. From the Chi-Square statistical test, there was a relationship between the mother's age (P = 0.043; POR = 2,911 95% CI: 1,126-7,527), mother's education (P = 0.020; POR = 0,281 95% CI: 0,102-0,774), child's age (P = 0.004; POR = 5,489 95% CI: 1,739-17,330) with infant and toddler visits to the Posyandu and from Fisher Exact test, there was a relationship between mother’s job (P = 0.029; POR = 0,290 95% CI: 0,103-0,819) with the visit of infants and toddlers to Posyandu. From the above results are known that the dominant variables associated with the visit of infants and toddlers to Posyandu is the age of the child indicating that the age of children < 24 months have a chance of 5.489 times more to the child's age ≥ 24 months.

Abstract

Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in 2012 was 359 per 100,000 live births. In 2015, based on 2015 SUPAS data, both MMR and IMR showed a decrease (MMR 305 / 100,000 KH; IMR 22.23 / 1000 KH). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the implementation of cadre assistance on antenatal care (ANC) visits of high-risk pregnant women in Jelakombo Jombang.This type of research is correlational with the Cross Sectional approach. Population 63 high risk pregnant women, sample 54 high risk pregnant women. The study was conducted from 03 to 17 July 2019. The independent variable was the implementation of cadre mentoring and the dependent variable was the ANC visit. The side technique used is simple random sampling. Data obtained from ANC questionnaire and MCH Book Checklist. Data analysis using the Mann Whitney test.The results of the implementation of cadre mentoring were quite good as many as 32 respondents (59.3%). ANC visits were mostly active in visiting ANC, namely 40 respondents (74.1%). Implementation of pregnant women by good cadres 32 respondents, most respondents 32 high risk mothers (93.8%) actively visited ANC. Statistical test results using the Mann-Whitney U test obtained r = 0,000 (r<0.05) so that Ho was rejected means that it was concluded there was a correlation between the Implementation of Cadre Assistance with ANC Visit of Risti Pregnant Women at Jelakombo Health Center in Jombang Regency.

Abstract

Maternal labor will experience almost all body pain, such as painful ribs, stitches, abdominal pain due to uterine contractions, and discomfort in the back due to epidural needles, and this discomfort will last several days and can be overcome by prescription for painkillers. In this study aimed at carrying out non-famacological pain relief therapy, namely by using aromatherapy which is believed to reduce pain, this study tried to compare the effectiveness of lavender and neroli aromatherapy inhalation to decrease post-labor pain. The research method used quasi-experimental that is given aromatherapy lavender (Lavendula Augustfolia) and neroli (Citrus Aurantium) inhalation treatments. The number of respondents was 60 with 1-2 days of normal and postpartum criteria, each group consisted of 30 respondents. Group 1 was held at the Pearl Delta Clinic RB and group 2 in the Karunia RB Clinic. Data were analyzed by univariable by using mean and standard deviation, bivariable with statistical test independent sample T test. The results of this study showed a mean reduction in pain scores on lavender aromatherapy inhalation of 2.36 ± 0.15, whereas in the aromatherapy neroli inhalation group the mean reduction in pain score was 3.03 ± 0.067 with a P value <0.002 indicating a significant relationship. The conclusion of this study is the inhalation of lavender aromatherapy (LavendulaAugustfolia) and neroli (Citrus Aurantium) can reduce the intensity of postpartum pain, but in the aromatherapy neroli inhalation group has a greater pain reduction score than the lavender group.

Abstract

Hypertension is an increased incidence of blood pressure characterized by the increase of sistole and diastole. Hypertension if not properly administered, can cause a variety of complications such as stroke, heart failure, renal failure, encephalopathy, and others. Based on the statistical data of menopause women risk to experience hypertension of 41% compared with males. This research aims to analyze the risk factors that affect the incidence of hypertension in menopausal women in the village Kayen Kidul. The design of research in this study uses cross sectional, with the population is all menopause women who have hypertension in the village of South Kayen, using simple random samplling technique, obtained as many as 71 respondents . The variables in this study consist of a free variable that is age and a history of the use of KB and variables bound in the form of hypertension in menopausal women. The study was conducted on 16-21 September 2019, collecting data using interview and observation techniques using data collection sheets. Data analysts use linear regression, with calculations using SPSS. The results in this study were obtained from 71 respondents, 59.2% of the mother aged < 60 years, 69% had a history of hormonal contraceptives, 57.6% menopause had hypertension. The aged menopause ≥ 60 years and has a history of hormonal contraceptives have a greater risk of hypertensive incidence in menopause.

Abstract

Sexual intercourse will be better done in the third trimester because the physical and mental conditions of pregnant women support, of course with the right sexual position. This study aims to study the relationship of knowledge with sexual behavior of pregnant women in third trimester in the working area of ​​Puskesmas Basuki Rahmad Bengkulu City.This study uses a cross sectional design. The population in this study were all pregnant women in the third trimester in the working area of ​​the health center, basuki rahmad, bengkulu city. Sample appearance technique in this study uses purposive sampling. A sample of 35 third trimester pregnant women was obtained. data collection in this study uses a questionnaire.The results were obtained: 15 (42.9%) respondents had good knowledge, 24 (68.6%) respondents had sexual intercourse during the third trimester of pregnancy. There was a significant relationship between the knowledge of third trimester pregnant women with third trimester pregnant women sexual behavior. in the Puskesmas Basuki Rahmad Working Area, the City of Bengkulu with the category of moderate relations. To various parties, especially pregnant women in the third trimester to increase their knowledge about sexual relations during the third trimester of pregnancy and for health workers to improve the information provided to pregnant women both in terms of counseling and at the time of pregnancy examination.

Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding is one of the important strategies to reduce child mortality which has been recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO). Exclusive breastfeeding is defined as the provision of nutritional intake to infants from the first time of birth until at least 6 months can without additional food and drinks. In 2016 WHO showed that the average level of breastfeeding worldwide was only 38% which occurred in urban areas. In the city area it was found that many breastfeeding mothers worked and obstacles and support arose. Working mothers have low trust and intention so as to increase the frequency of failure to give exclusive breastfeeding. This study aims to review support for exclusive breastfeeding. The systematic literature review covers eight stages, namely: Identifying middle frequency problems, Determining priority problems and research questions, Inclusion and Exclusion Criteria, literature search, Selecting articles, data extraction, Critical Assessment, Data collection and Mapping. Data searched from Pubmed and Onesearch. The researchers, then, examined the feasibility of finding documents. Finally, researchers found 9 documents that research criteria. Information on exclusive breastfeeding support was found from 5 journals, namely internal factors (self, family), while external factors (health workers, work environment) were found from 5 journals from 9 journals. The highest influence of support was a work environment characterized by a lack of support from facilities, coworkers, workloads of institutions that influenced the mothers' own intentions. The mother's experience of getting support from exclusive breastfeeding includes internal (self, family) and external (health worker, work environment).

Abstract

Stunting is defined as a chronic condition that is a picture of stunted growth due to lack of nutrition in the long run and or due to other problems. Stunting, especially in infants, can slow down both physical and mental development of children, so special attention is needed. Many factors influence the incidence of stunting, including family characteristics such as family economic status, mother's education, parents 'height and parents' level of knowledge about toddler nutrition. The purpose of this study is to analyze the distribution and determinant of stunting based on family characteristics in toddlers aged 6-59 months. This type of research is quantitative with casecontrol design. The research sample was taken by consecutive sampling. The sample used in this study is the case and control group selected by case and control ratio of 1: 1. The case group consisted of mothers of toddlers aged 6 - 59 months who experienced stunting and the control group consisted of mothers of toddlers aged 6 - 59 months who did not experience stunting (normal). The results showed that maternal age affected stunting, mother's education did not affect stunting, mother's work did not affect stunting, mother's knowledge affected stunting, parental height affected stunting.

Abstract

Anemia is still a problem in developing countries. The World Health Organization states that there are still more than 50 percent of women in the world suffering from anemia. anemia can cause life-threatening bleeding, miscarriage, low birth weight and premature birth. WHO defines anemia as a condition where the hemoglobin level is less than 11 mg / dL in the first and last trimester or 10.5 mg / dL in the second trimester or the hematocrit level is less than 37 percent. The study aim to determine the effect of Fe tablets consumption on hemoglobin (Hb) level increase in pregnant women and to find out the factors related to the compliance of pregnant women taking Fe tablets. This Systematic Literature Publication and Science uses databases with the period 2008-2018. The selection of articles was based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The Appraisal study employed The Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal Tools. Taking Fe tablets is very influential in increasing levels of Hb in pregnant women who suffer from anemia. Effective iron supplements to reduce anemia in pregnancy. Support from family and closest people has an important role in increasing adherence to taking Fe tablets.
