Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of facilitator and institutional facilitators on the level of financial performance with the supervision of local government as a mediating variable. This study is an expo facto research using the survey method. The population in this study was 64 respondents from Kelurahan Unit Management in Kendari City. The sample of this study is the entire study population which amounted to 64 financial management units.The results of the study show that the facilitator has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. The facilitator has a negative and insignificant effect on the supervision of the local government, the institution has a positive and not significant effect on financial performance, the institution has a positive and significant effect on the supervision of the local government and supervision of the regional government positive and significant effect on financial performance. Regional government oversight is not able to act as a mediating variable on the relationship of facilitating facilitators in improving financial performance and supervision of local government capable of acting as a mediating variable on the relationship of facilitating facilitators in improving financial performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the strategy for propertysales improvement at PT.  Amanah Sultra. Data used in this research is primary data collected from the employees of PT. Amanah Sultra. Amount of population in this research are 45 people and the sample research are 15 people of PT. Amanah Sultra employees. Data analysis applied is SWOT Analysis Method.Result of the research shows that there are four strategies that can be applied in improving the sales property profit at PT. Amanah Sultra. The four strategies are: a. SO Strategy: 1. Continuously innovating and improving the products quality in order to surpass competition with other same companies. 2. Improving and widening market networking in order to influence costumer in their decision making on choosing housing products. ST Strategy: 1. Continuously innovating and improving the products quality in order to surpass competition with other same companies. 2. Improving and widening market networking in order to influence costumer in their decision making on choosing housing products. C. WT Strategy: PT. Amanah Sultra conductsvission and mission generalization to the employees through training until the purpose of the company achieved in order to improve the customer trust towards the company. D. WT Strategy: PT. Amanah Sultra continuously improves the relationship quality of internal and external within the company in order to surpass competition with other same companies.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh investasi asing langsung, nilai tukar, dan ekspor terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di kawasan ASEAN. jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data sekunder yang diakses melalui website worldbankdata.com dalam bentuk data panel periode 2008 sampai 2019. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu Regresi data panel. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa (1) investasi asing langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di negara asean; (2) kurs berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi ASEAN; (3) ekspor berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi ASEAN. Kata Kunci: pertumbuhan ekonomi, investasi asing langsung, nilai tukar, ekspor

Abstract

This study aims (1) Knowing and analyzing the optimality of professional zakat management is examined from the aspect of potential muzakki, professionalism of institutions, commitment of employees of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) and aspects of distribution of zakat to mustahik; (2) Knowing and analyzing the factors that determine the level of optimization of management of professional zakat in the Amil Zakat Agency in Kendari City; (3) Knowing and analyzing the efforts made by BAZNAS to improve the optimization of management of professional zakat in the Amil Zakat Agency in Kendari City.  This type of research uses qualitative descriptive. Meanwhile the analytical method used is descriptive qualitative data processing technique 9words) which is done in order to describe the result of the study. Data and information through observation techniques, documentation studies and interviews with implementers, muzakki and mustahik. The results of the study are (1) optimization of zakat management in Kendari National Baznas, reviewed from the aspect of potential, professionalism of institutions, work commitment of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN), and aspects of distribution / distribution are still not optimal. (2) The factors that influence the optimization of zakat management in Kendari City are the awareness of muzakki to pay zakat, the performance of the National Amil Zakar Agency that is trustworthy, professional and transparent, which is targeted to mustahiq and effective socialization to the community. (3) Baznas' efforts in optimizing the management of professional zakat are involving all State Civil Apparatus (ASN) to pay professional zakat in each work unit.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of village apparatus competencies, commitment to tasks, and regulations on village financial management in Bombana . Respondents in this research were village financial managers based on Permendagri Number 113 of 2014 consisting of Village Heads as holders of village financial management power and technical implementers of village financial management (PTPKD) which consisting of Village Secretaries, Section Chief / Financial Chief and Treasurer. The total respondents were 139 people. The data analysis which were used in this resears is multiple linear regression analysis techniques.  The results of the research shows that (1) the competence of village officials has no significant effect on village financial management, (2) commitment to the task has a significant effect on village financial management, (3) regulation has a significant effect on village financial management.  Keywords :  Village Apparatus Competence, Commitment To Duties,  Regulations, Village Financial Manajemen

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: 1) to examine the effect of organizational culture on employee job satisfaction, 2) to examine the effect of leadership behavior on employee job satisfaction, 3) to examine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, 4) influence of leadership behavior on employee performance, 5) to assess influence satisfaction with employee performance.The object of this research is the Regional Secretariat of Kendari City. The population of this research is the employees of the Regional Secretariat of Kendari City, amounting to 66 people. The sampling technique uses a census / saturation technique, meaning that all populations are used as samples, thus the study sample is 66 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, scale of data measurement using a Likert scale. The research data is analyzed using path analysis with the help of smartPLS 2 software.The results of the study: 1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, 2) leadership behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, 3) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 4) leadership behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 5) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords : Organizational Culture, Leadership Behavior, Satisfaction And Employee  Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of accounting information systems, internal control systems, go od Goverment governance, organizational culture on the performance of PT PLN (Persero) Sub Rayon Wua-Wua and continents. Respondents in this study were all employees of PT PLN (Persero) Sub Rayon Wua-Wua and continents who had positions as Managers, Supervision, assistants, juniors, staff. The total respondents were 105 people. Analysis of the data used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis technique that is processed through SPSS version 23 software.The results of this study indicate that the t value of accounting information system (X1) is 7.729 with a significance of 0,000 (tsig = 0,000 more keci than the value of α = 0.05 thus, accounting information system variables have a significant effect on company performance. Internal Control System Variables (X2) of 2,244 with a significance level of 0,027 (tsig = 0,000) Smaller than the value of α = 0,05, the internal control system variable has a significant effect on company performance. Good Corporate Governance (X3) of 2,241 with significant 0,027 (tsig = 0,000 ) smaller than α = 0.05 05, the Good Governacne variable has a significant effect on company performance. Organizational Culture variable is 6.423 with a significance level of 0.000 (tsig = 0,000 smaller than the value of α = 0.05, the organizational culture variable has a significant effect on company performance.

Abstract

This Study Aims To Find Out And Analyze The Influence Of The Clarity Of The Budget Target, The Government's Internal Control System And Internal Communication On The Performance Of The Kolaka Regency Government. The Type Of Research Used In This Study Is Causality Research With A Quantitative Approach. The Samples In This Study Were Head Of Service, Head Of Sub-District, Head Of Planning Sub-Department, Head Of Subdivision Of Finance, And Head Of Subdivision Of Planning And Finance As Many As 102 Peoples. The Results Of This Study Indicate That Partially There Is The Influence Of The Clarity Of The Budget Target On The Performance Of The Kolaka Regency Government Agency With A Value Of Tcount (3,454)>Ttable (1,66) And Sig Value. (0,001) <Α (0.05), There Is No Influence Of The Government's Internal Control System On The Performance Of The Kolaka Regency Government Agency With A Value Of Tcount (0.498)<Ttable (1.66) And Sig Value. (0.620) >Α (0.05), And There Is An Influence Of Internal Communication On The Performance Of The Kolaka Regency Government Agency  With A Value Of Tcount (7.690)>Ttable (1.66) And Sig Value. (0.000) <Α (0.05). The Amount Of The Coefficient Of Determination Is 0.475. This Means That The Contribution Of Independent Variables (Clarity Of Budget Target, Budget Accuracy, The Government's Internal Control System, And Internal Communication) To The Performance Of Kolaka Regency Government Intention Is 0.764 Or 76.4%, While The Remaining 23.6% Is The Influence Of Other Variables Who Were Not Included In This Study.  Keywords: Budget Clarity, Budget Accuracy, The Government's Internal Control System, Internal Communication, Performance

Abstract

This studi aim This study aims: 1) to examine the influence of culture on job satisfaction of employees of the UHO headquarters, 2) to assess compensation for satisfaction with job satisfaction of employees of the UHO headquarters.The object of this research is the Halu Oleo University headquarters. The population of the study was invited civil servants at the Halu Oleo University headquarters consisting of the Civil Service and General Bureau, the Planning and Budgeting Bureau and the Academic and Student Affairs Bureau which was contacted by 137 people. The sample size uses the Slovin formula with 5% precision so the number of research samples won 102 people. Methods of collecting data using questionnaires. The data measurement model is structural thus the research data is analyzed using smartPLS 2.The results of testing the data show the value of R-Square of 0.642, and the results of the study are: 1) positive and significant organizational culture on job satisfaction of UHO rector's employees, 2) positive and significant compensation for job satisfaction of UHO rector's staff. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Compensation, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out why financial managers still want to be involved in the dark side that becomes the reality in their profession. The research method used in this study is Transsendental Phenomenology, this method is believed to be able to reveal the deepest side of the informant. The way to do this is to delay the justification (ephoce) of the outer consciousness, then the outermost consciousness is developed to get the deepest awareness.The results of this study found a dilemma felt by informants when dealing with the reality of the dark side, because the principle of life is contrary to the culture (dark side) of the organization. But the wave of pressure from the community and the responsibility of its role as head of the family demanded that the informants choose to remain in the reality of the dark side.
