Abstract

Pejaten region is famous as a producer of tile, where the people of this area most of the business is from the manufacture of tile, therefore this business should get attention because it is a very supportive business in the construction of houses and buildings, especially for property business. Although many people who own tile business, but there are still tile business in this area that is still minimal equipment and marketing methods, so it needs to be considered.Partners in this program is Tri Darma Putra's tile business owned by Mrs. Ni Made Sikiati. Partner issues are in production and management aspects covering 1) Dryer rack has been eaten by termites, 2) production process has not paid attention to health because workers do not use masks, 3) The rest of the defective or damaged production are left scattered, 4) not yet have bookkeeping and administration system inadequate, 5) marketing systems, and 6) have no nameplate and business cards. The outcomes that will be produced in this program include 1) Improving the dryer rack, 2) providing masks, 3) training and bookkeeping assistance, 4) online marketing assistance, and 5) nameplate and business cards for partners, and 6) procurement drums for defective or damaged production waste.

Abstract

Speaking is one of language skills that should be improved by students. In order to improve the skill, teacher should be carefull in choosing techniques and media used for teaching. The aim of this research was to find out whether or not the Speaking Skill of the 3rd grade students of Cipta Dharma Elementary School could be improved through Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) and Picture Series in Academic Year 2016/2017. This Research used a Classroom Action Research with the total 36 students taken as subject. The result was, in Pre Cycle52.78% (19 students); in Cycle 1 69.44% (25 students); and in Cycle 2 88.89% (32 students) reached the minimum completeness learning mastery. Based on the result, it could be concluded that the subject?s Speaking Skill could be improved the implementation of STAD and Picture Series.

Abstract

Chicken Chips is a traditional snack cultivated by people from various circles. It's tasty to make chicken chips can be enjoyed as a snack when casual or side dishes when eating. But along with the many parties who like, chicken chips can now be a business opportunity with a turnover of millions of dollars. This opportunity is utilized by Mrs. Putu Yuliana (43) by establishing a business of making chicken chips "Mesari". Chicken Chips excellence Mrs. Yuliana when compared to other similar products is more tasty taste of chicken chips taste. At first glance, the chicken chips creations of Mother Yuliana does look different when compared with chicken chips mostly with larger and larger shapes, larger packaging and thicker plastic so that makes the chicken chips look more neat than other chicken chips. This program is interesting to be implemented because the partners have the potential to grow but the business is still home industry that still use the machine and manual processing. Activities in this program involves two aspects, namely aspects of production and management aspects. The results that have been achieved in this program are: Aspects of production include 1). Supply of 1 grinding machine, 2). Procurement of 1 blender, 3). Procurement of 1 machine oil slicer (spinner), 4). Procurement of 2 packets of hand slippers. From the aspect of management is: 1). Counseling and guidance on simple bookkeeping, 2). Extension of new product innovation. In addition, the outcome of this program is 1). Draft scientific publications on journals, 2). Teaching materials, 3). Increase in quantity and quality of product with the addition of machine, 4). Improved understanding of simple bookkeeping, and 5). Increased revenue.

Abstract

Taman Sari is a seam effort done by the owner of this business. Tailor Taman Sari has obstacles in the process of finishing products in the form of T-shirts, that is not able to provide a pattern of stitching chain sticks on the neck of the T-shirt that is the product of this seam effort. In addition, this stitching business always hire printing services in designing text that must be printed on the product, and printing services are in Denpasar, thus making the cost, time and energy to be ineffective. To overcome this, the team of IbM Unmas Denpasar helped this effort by providing chain sticks and a set of computer graphics. The efficiency of chain sticks on the productivity of Taman Sari tailor business is measured by using an open questionnaire containing the production amount for 4 months. The result of descriptive analysis showed an increase of quantity of Taman Sari tailor's shirt production for 4 months, but the result of statistic analysis showed no significant difference (p <0,068 *), this was due to the limitations of the sample studied. From the research results can be concluded that with the existence of chain sticks machine, the effectiveness of the production of Tailor Taman Sari can be improved.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of ESCAPE learning model. The research conducted is Class Action Action Research (CAR) / Classroom Action Research (CAR). The data were collected using a writing test. Subjects in this study were high school students (SLUA) ??Saraswati 1 Denpasar academic year 2016/2017. In order to obtain the necessary results in data collection used valid instrument and reliable form of test. The data taken in this study were obtained from Pre-test and Post-test made by the researcher. The data obtained will be analyzed by comparing the level of percentage improvement of writing ability of English description essay starting from pre-test value until post-test. From the result of pre-test and post-test value that have been analyzed can be seen that skill of writing description essay at each meeting is increasing. It can be concluded that ESCAPE learning model is effective to improve students' writing skill especially description essay. This is because the ESCAPE learning model has several advantages that have a specific learning stages and is a student-centered learning.

Abstract

Human resources must be well managed to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency. performance or perfomance is a description of the level of achievement of the implementation of an activity or policy program in realizing organizational goals, goals, vision and mission as outlined in strategic planning. Companies need to make employees work well and have a loyalty to the company and have a high work motivation. The purpose of this study is 1) to determine the effect of financial factors on employee performance 2) to determine the influence of social factors on employee performance 3) to determine the effect of psychological factors on employee performance. Data analysis techniques used in this study are multiple linear regression, determination, Test F and Test t. Interesting findings from the results of this study are financial factors that do not significantly affect employee performance. While the influence of social factors and psychological factors confirm the results of previous research that social factors and psychological factors have a significant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

A survey of financial management practices by Graham and Harvey (2001) found that financial flexibility is the most important determinant of capital structure, and asset maturity alignment is the most important factor in debt maturity decisions. Business risk is also a factor considered in funding either by the firm itself, creditor and investor. The purpose of this research is 1) to analyzethe effect of maturity of asset to capital structure 2) to analyzethe effect of business risk to capital structure 3) to analyzethe effect of maturity of asset to debt maturity4) to analyzethe influence of business to debt maturity. Data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The test results show the existence of significant asset maturity to the capital structure and the maturity of the debt, while the effect of risk is not significant either on the capital structure orthe debt maturity.

Abstract

CORRUPTION Is a very serious global issue and a priority to be immediately eliminated and belonging to extraordinary crime (Extra Ordinary Crime). Combating corruption, however, is not an end in itself, but corruption must be eradicated to achieve the broader goals of creating an effective, efficient and equitable government administration system while enhancing honesty and overall governance integrity. One important element in corruption in accordance with Law Number 31 Year 1999 is the element of loss of the State, which in practice is often a heated debate in the trial between the Legal Counsel and the Public Prosecutor, in particular regarding the certainty of the loss of the State and officials authorized to calculate loss of that State.

Abstract

The level of user satisfaction online attendance system is one of the parameters that are widely used to assess the successful implementation of an online attendance system in an organization. Given the important role of online attendance system application, both in the implementation of online attendance by the user is a lecturer STMIK STIKOM Bali which took place quickly and easily and in terms of output produced is to obtain accurate results, required a measurement of the level of user satisfaction application attendance system online as a form of evaluation of the successful implementation of online attendance system that has been implemented so far. This study aims to examine the factors that affect the level of user satisfaction online attendance system application in STMIK STIKOM Bali. From the above problems it is necessary analysis to measure the level of user satisfaction in this case is the lecturer as a system user who can assess the satisfaction of the system. Measurement of user satisfaction in this problem by spreading the questionnaires that will be filled by lecturers STMIK STIKOM Bali by using multiple linier regression analysis method. The independent variables in this research are application quality, information quality, human resources, management support and operator service and the dependent variable is user satisfaction level of online attendance system. The results of this study can be concluded that based on the F test, application quality, information quality, human resources, management support and service operators simultaneously have a significant influence on the level of user satisfaction online attendance system application. Based on partial test, application quality, quality of information, human resources, management support and service of operator have positive effect to user satisfaction level of online attendance system application but not significant.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of internal auditors in determining the influence of internal control of good university governance at the University of Mahasaraswati Denpasar. This research belongs to the type of causal research and is also categorized as quantitative research. Variables of this study include independent variables: internal control, mediation variables: internal auditor and dependent variable: good university governance. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to respondents who numbered 38 people from 14 courses in the environment Unmas Denpasar. The analysis tool used is SPSS V.23 path analysis. The test result showed that internal control had positive and significant effect on good university governance as shown by regression coefficient ? = 0,801 and sig. of 0.000 <0.05. Internal auditors have a positive and significant role in determining the influence of control on good university governance as shown by the coefficient of sobel's z = 3.141 and sig of 0.002 <0.05
