Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the calculation ofincome tax PT. Kaltim Lestari Unggul before and after applicable tax planning to improve the efficiency of the paymentof tax burden. The analysis tools being used was Number of tax laws. 36 of 2008, Fiscal correction of the costs included in Law No. taxation. 36 of 2008, Calculating and tax planning on tax payer income tax in 2012, comparing taxable income before and after tax planning. Based on the results of a study of the income statement of PT. Kaltim Lestari Unggul, it had been found that payment ofincome tax expense using the right tax planning in accordance with the provisions of the tax laws No.36 of 2008 in PT. Kaltim Lestari Unggul in 2012 to minimize the burden of the tax to be paid.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of work stress and work motivation onemployee performance. Specifically this study aims to find out how theinfluence of job stress on employee performance and know how well theinfluence of work motivation on employee performance, and to know theinfluence of work stress and work motivation on employee performance at PT.Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk Samarinda. In this study the main problem iswhether there is influence of work stress and work motivation on employeeperformance at PT. Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk Samarinda partially orsimultaneously.The method of analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis methodand quantitative analysis that is by multiple linear regression analysis. Thepopulation in this study is the number of permanent employees in theproduction of PT. Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk Samarinda in 2017 as manyas 792 population. The sample in this research using simple random samplingby using slovin formula technique, so sample taken as many as 266 samples ofemployees remain part production PT. Tirta Mahakam Resources TbkSamarinda.The results showed that the value of F arithmetic = 143,844, using thesignificance limit of 0.05, then obtained the significance value is smaller than0.05 is 0.000, it means that simultaneously the variable work stress and workmotivation significantly influence employee performance. The coefficient ofdetermination (R2) is 0,522 or 52,2%, hence coefficient simultaneously inexplaining variation or change of dependent variable (Y) found the influenceof free variable 52,2%, while the rest is 47,8%. The result of hypothesis testing(H1) through the calculation results obtained t count value of 15,444 with thesignificance level of 0.000 results is smaller than 0.05, which means that thehypothesis in this study Ho rejected and Ha accepted. This test statisticallyproves that work stress has positive and dominant effect to employeeperformance. The result of hypothesis testing (H2) through the calculationresults obtained t count value of 3.215 with the significance of the result of 0.001 is smaller than 0.05, which means that the hypothesis in this study Horejected and Ha accepted. This test statistically proves that the motivation hasa positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Tirta MahakamResources Tbk Samarinda.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much influence the local tax collectionsystem has on local revenue. The independent variable used in this study isthe regional tax collection system and the dependent variable is localrevenue. This research was conducted at the West Kutai District Governmentprecisely at the Office of the Regional Revenue Agency of West KutaiRegency , located in the city of Barong Tongkok . The method used isdescriptive qualitative method. The results of the study indicate that thesystem of collecting local taxes and levies by the Government of West KutaiRegencyhave not shown satisfactory results. Many taxpayers are difficult topay taxes. It can also be seen from the contribution of regional taxesindicating that the West Kutai District has not been able to carry outregional autonomy consequently because it still depends on other revenuesoutside of revenues from Regional Original Revenue. From the Tax RevenueSystem and regional levies to the West Kutai District Government, it uses awith holding system for each type of regional tax where using this systemmakes it easier for local governments to carry out local tax revenues . In thisstudy, the authors also suggest some things that may be input to theGovernment of the district of Kutai Barat in at enhancing the acceptance ofPAD in particular on post tax and levies area .

Abstract

Quality control of educators or teachers in the field of basic education is avery important field in developing education in a country. Developedcountries can be sure to have an excellent system and quality of education.This is because the education sector is very influential on the quality ofhuman resources.The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of educators in thefield of basic education at the Education Office in East Kutai District and todetermine the quality control of educators in the field of basic education atthe Education Office in East Kutai District.The research method used in this study is a descriptive research method witha qualitative approach. This type of research focuses on problems or actualphenomena at the time the research is conducted, then describes the factsabout the problem being investigated as they are accompanied by rationaland accurate interpretations.The quality of education cannot be separated from the procedure ofeducational evaluation. This means that in order to improve the quality ofeducation a better evaluation system must be created. The evaluation system(measurement, testing / evaluation, evaluation and evaluation), in addition tothe procedures that must be systematic, the implementation must also havehigh accountability, and the results are expected to get recognition fromeducation stakeholders.Management of educators and education staff is a process of managingpotential human resources and has a role in realizing national educationgoals. Management of educators and education staff is a managementmechanism that must be carried out thoroughly and continuously from theteaching staff and excellence through the process of human resource planning, recruitment, selection, placement, compensation, awards,coaching and training / development, and dismissal. All of that carried out toform and produce qualified educators and education staff in accordancewith their respective fields. An educational organization such as a schoolhas the right to choose and make a selection to receive teaching staff and itseducation. This is intended so that schools can be better quality so that thestudents can be of good quality as inputs.

Abstract

This research is based on community participation in participation indeveloping their village, both in mind participation, participation ofpersonnel, participation of expertise, participation of goods and moneyparticipation.The purpose of this study is to find out how the communityparticipation in the implementation of regional development in the village ofNorth Sangatta Kecamatan Sangatta North East Kutai Regency. Type ofresearch or explanation used is descriptive qualitative used to describeresearch variables. Types of data used, observation interviews, anddocumentation.With the implementation of research in North Sangatta village,Kecamatan Sangatta Utara, East Kutai Regency is expected to give an ideahow community participation in the implementation of regional developmentso that the concept of participatory development that has been applied can bemeasured and can be used as a reference in subsequent research related to thesubstance of the discussion.From the results of the research that has been carried out, it can beillustrated that the application of participatory development in the village ofNorth Sangatta if referring to the musrenbang results that have been recordedin BAPPEDA of East Kutai Regency, the result obtained is that although in theplanning phase the community still participates, but at the stage ofimplementation of community participation which is expected to exist, was notfound at all, because at the stage of project implementation carried out by thewinning contractor. However, if we refer to the development projectimplemented by the empowerment program running in the village of SangataUtara, mainly funded from the village allocation fund, the research found that the enthusiasm of the community to participate in every stage of developmentcarried out from the planning, implementation, until the project evaluationphase is very high. This can be concluded in the implementation stage thereare still many things that must be addressed

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the partial influence andthe simultaneous influence of Deposit from Third Parties, Capital AdequacyRatio and Non Performing Loans on Credit Distribution in PrivateCommercial Banks in Indonesia Registered the Indonesia Stock Exchange in2015 to 2017The basic theory used in this study is financial management,especially regarding Third Party Funds, Capital Adequacy Ratio, and Non-Performing Loans. The analysis technique used in this study is multiplelinear regression. The use of multiple linear regression requires the testingof classic assumptions and linearity.The results showed that simultaneously Third Party Funds, CapitalAdequacy Ratio, and Non-Performing Loans had a significant effect onlending to private commercial banks in Indonesia which were listed on theIndonesia Stock Exchange. Partially, Third Party Funds have a significantpositive effect on lending, Capital Adequacy Ratio has a significant negativeeffect on lending, and Non-Performing Loans have a non-significant positiveeffect on lending

Abstract

This research was conducted with the consideration that it is necessary todetect the occurrence of damaged products in Roti Gembung Happy inSamarinda. Is the defective product standard (4%) set by Roti GembongHappy Samarinda management smaller than the defect product standardbased on the Statistical Processing Control (SPC) method in the UpperControl Limit (UCL) and Lower Control Limit (LCL) control limits?The results of quality control can help management to maintainquality that is already well categorized, improve product quality in the eventof quality degradation. Likewise, quality control needs to be done to reducethe number of damaged goods, so that the efficiency of time, cost and energythat actually boosts revenue increases.The analytical tool used in this study is the Statistical ProcessingControl (SPC) upper control limit and lower control limit, as well as controltools such as check sheets, histograms, control maps, pareto diagrams, anddiagrams cause and effect.The results showed that the bread damage tolerance limit of 4%determined by Roti Gembung Happy Manager is smaller than the upper limitof quality control (Uper Control Limit) and the lower limit of quality control(Lower Control Limit) according to the calculation of the StatisticalProcessing Control method which indicates the need to do quality control atthe input, process and output stages.

Abstract

The use of appropriate time management, practical, fast and safe isvery helpful in completing work on a construction project. So that every setplan can be achieved. Own time management is the process of planning,compiling and controlling the schedule of project activities. . Factors neededin construction projects are man (man), building material (material),equipment (machine), implementation method (method), money (money),information (information) and time (time).In the construction project of the Training Hall Dormitory Building inSamarinda City, East Borneo which consists of 4 parts of the building, but inthe process of monitoring work refers to the 2016 S and Ms Curve asmaterial for monitoring development work evaluations, the conclusion is thatthe monitoring results using ms project are necessary planning time for theimplementation in the field later so that at the time of development there areno delays and timely development, quality, and quality.

Abstract

The aforementioned communication mechanism is in addition to all relatedelements, planning, fostering and controlling the implementation of generaladministrative and financial operations, conducting and fostering thecooperation of the elements and making reports on the results of theimplementation of activities.While the type of research used is descriptive, that is research that isexploratory, systematically describing or describing the mechanisms oforganizational communication that actually occur from research objects inthe field. For data collection techniques used by interview. from the datacollected, the authors analyze it by means of analysis and qualitativetechniques.In connection with the description above, this research was carried out withthe aim to find out how the coordination service as a manifestation of theimplementation of organizational communication mechanisms.In the implementation of communication there are factors that influence thesuccess of communication that will be carried out, namely human resourcesthat drive, direct and do communication; plans that will facilitate theimplementation of communication mechanisms; as well as procedures whichare a series of work procedures to guarantee cooperation between unitswithin related organizations and agencies.
