Abstract

The improvement of the education quality is the most imporant thing to fulfil the idea of Indonesia.To get this condition ist is related to the role of the teachers for they are he keys to make the program successful of  every effort  to enccourage the quality concernd.It is, therefore, the professsionalism of the teachers concerned must be increased continuously adn one of them is the academic supervision.               A headmaster of a school has to be able to apply the exact nd right sup ervision techniques in realizing the education.  The tecniques of supervision cover the individual and academic ones.               In order to givion of ehe situat the  service and aids in developing the situation or nature of learning and teaching well the supervisors can, therefore, apply the right and it is illustration  of the behaviour pattern  practised   in the supervision approach.

Abstract

Objective Knowing the level of service and the level of customer interest PT.Telekomunikasi Tbk Branch Sangatta and knowing the dominant influence of factors of reliability, responsivenes, assurance, empathy, and tangible to customer satisfaction PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Sangatta branch.The results of the analysis proceed with the discussion that the average rate level of concordance between the service implementation PT. Telkom Tbk Branch Sengata with customer expectations of that X ̿ = 2.89 and Y = 3.83.Most attribute spread in Quadrant C are: provision of service time in accordance with the promise made, speed and accuracy in administrative services, keluangan time employees to respond to customers with precise, sense of security while dealing with staff / employees, employee patience, attention to the customer company, understanding of customer needs and the condition of the human resources company this suggests that some factor less importance for the Customer, its implementation by the management of PT. Telkom Tbk Branch Sengata just plain ordinary. Considered to be less important and less satisfying.PT. Telkom Tbk Branch Sengata have a commitment to excellence in running the service implementation conformance with the plan, the accuracy of the data, the ability of Human Resources, support the leadership of the company to task staff / employees, recency perlaatan and technologies, infrastructures and alignment conditions means the physical facilities with the type of services rendered ,PT. Telkom Tbk Branch Sengata have a weakness in terms of clarity of the submission of information and support services led the company to task staff / employee where the implementation is still not in accordance with customer expectations.

Abstract

The law inforcement of criminal law is one of the effort to get or create the regulation, security, and peaceful in society even it’s one of the way to prevent or criminal prosecution or the violation of law. From the formal juridical aspect a crime is forms of behavior that is contrary to human morals, detrimental to society, and in violation of the law. Criminal law as a public law so everey violation of state law through the State fittings such as police, prosecutors and judges take immediate legal action.Judiciary institution has a central position as an effort to enforce laws cored justice. The principle in the investigation of criminal cases at the trial court must assume that all persons suspected, arrested, detained, charged and appear before the court or shall be deemed not guilty before a court ruling that declared his mistakes and gain permanent legal force.

Abstract

The study was conducted at PT. Samarinda Sandalwood Cold Storage dan Industry in Anggana during the month of February-March 2014, the data obtained from this study that there has been a decay of black shrimp ranged 20-30kg produced. This decay occurs because the black shrimp raw material processing completed different times that the processing starts at 07.30 am and finishes approximately at 9:30 to 10:00 am. Analysis using the Hungarian method of calculation results show after organized labor assignments on the production of sub-section 5 in particular processing variations working group (Task: Cleaning, Proofreading, washing, weighing and preparation) obtained with the Hungarian method of processing completion time of 110 minutes more lower than the standard completion time of the company to task 5 variations of the working group that is equal to 150 minute.             Thus assignments to 5 working group of optimal variation can be achieved by the company as follows:1.      Cleaning job is assigned to the working group III obtained sebsar 45 minute turnaround time for the production activities. 2.      The work assigned to the correction of the working group II obtained completion time by 15 minutes for the production activities. 3.      Washing job is assigned to the working group IV obtained completion time is 30 minutes for the production activities. 4.      Weighing job assigned to working groups I obtained completion time is 30 minutes for the production activities. 5.      Job assigned to the working group drafting the V obtained completion time is 30 minutes for the production activities. Processing is done for 150 minutes (finished at 10:00) resulted in the decay of black shrimp occur as much as 30 kg mean damage costs of raw materials amounting to Rp. 4.35 million, - if the processing is done for 150 minutes (finished at 09.30) decay can be pressed into a 20 kg + constant, meaning the cost of raw material damage amounting to Rp. 2.900.000.- it can save the cost of raw material damage amounting to Rp. 1.450.000, -

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the perception of the consumer of the motorcycle of Honda Trade Mark in Kutai Kartanegara.This research is held in 3 months in . Kutai Kartanegara.The data  collection by : Field Work Research by observing and giving questioners., Library Research).The analisis of the data is by   Arithmatic Mean; and  Chi Square Test.The results of the research are :The average rate of the consumers is that they like the ones which thin body, easily to ride, good striping, effiient and the high sale value.The Honda Beat is good enough. The value of the consumer perception is < than Chi value degrees table (10,597There is no difference betweeen man and womn towards Honda Beat.

Abstract

Since the birth of Law No. 2 of 2004 concerning about industrial disputes settlement, the parties to the dispute becomes easier and aided in order to settle a dispute between them. Instrument provided also become more diverse compared to the old rules. Like instrument of mediation, conciliation and arbitration. However, in the application stage, not many people understand the difference between the disputing mediation and conciliation which in terms of the origin and function of mediation from conciliation has a characteristic that varies as a mediator in the nature of a passive mediation while in conciliation konsiliatornya more active in resolving disputes. In the settlement of industrial disputes mediation is used as the main instrument for solving broader scope than conciliation. Mediation can handle disputes over rights, interests, employment termination (PHK) and disputes between unions in one company. Conciliation made limited progress on conflict of interest, termination of employment disputes and disputes between unions in one company. Although in reality most of the industrial dispute that involves a dispute over rights. The writing instrument of mediation and conciliation mengkomparasi comprehensively describe the advantages and disadvantages of each such instrument.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the calculation ofincome tax PT. Kaltim Lestari Unggul before and after applicable tax planning to improve the efficiency of the paymentof tax burden. The analysis tools being used was Number of tax laws. 36 of 2008, Fiscal correction of the costs included in Law No. taxation. 36 of 2008, Calculating and tax planning on tax payer income tax in 2012, comparing taxable income before and after tax planning. Based on the results of a study of the income statement of PT. Kaltim Lestari Unggul, it had been found that payment ofincome tax expense using the right tax planning in accordance with the provisions of the tax laws No.36 of 2008 in PT. Kaltim Lestari Unggul in 2012 to minimize the burden of the tax to be paid.

Abstract

The aim of this resarch is to know the development of the regional on tourism by Erau as a traditional event in Tenggarong, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan Province in the prespective of the economy. The method of  it is by library research which had been done from January to March 2015. The result of it that the tourism can encourage the economy of the region. The econmic point of view is that the tourism can open the labour opportunity for examples : transportation, accomodation and consumption. The transportation consists of local and regional and international. The accomudation can support the  business of hotel, cottage and villa. The consumption can share the profit for restaurant, coffee-house and the market.

Abstract

This research is very simple one because it is the experience of a man who is accustomed to fly .He is Mr.Zainal Mutaqin the high manager in Jawa Post group.The researcher will know the feeling during his travel by AirAsia aircraft where everybody feels afraid of after the flight accident in West Kalimantan on 28  ,December 2014.The method of the research is by library research and the main news is taken from The DailyNewspaper KaltimPost in Samarinda ,East Kalimantan .It takes 2 months research by reading and clipping the daily newspaper concerned.The result of the research is that firstly if someone has much experience in flying he or she does not feel  afraid of and groggy as well.For him or her there is no fear of flying.Secondly , he is a real officer . The suggestion is that hi experience must be socialize to the passengers in flight continually.
