<![CDATA[This research aimed to examine the effect of acceptance of usability, acceptance ease of use and psychological influences to attitude in using information technology. Attitude will influence the behavior specifically in utilizing information technology concern shown by the behavior. Data was obtained through the questionnaire survey with a purposely sampling technique with the criteria,accountants who utilize tax website that www.pajak.go.idin performing their work. Accountants who are being sampled of this study is accountants in private companies. Analysis of the data in this research uses Structura lEquation Modeling (SEM) with an alternative method of PLS(Partial Least Square) which is assisted with the application program Smart PLS.Based on the results of the research be concluded that 1) there is no significant relationship between perceived usefulness and attitude variables in the utilization of tax website (www.pajak.go.id.); 2) there is a significant relationship between the variables of perceived ease of use and attitude in the use of website taxation (www.pajak.go.id); 3) there is no significant relationship between the variables of psychological attachment and attitude in the utilization of tax website (www.pajak.go.id); 4) there is a significant relationship between attitude and behavior variables intention to use the website taxation(www.pajak.go.id).]]>

<![CDATA[This aim of this research is to know the role of the regulation of the kids towards the unsuitable treatment.The location of the research is in Samarinda .The method of it is qualiative and library one .It takes three months by taking news from the local daily newspaper , KaltimPost.The results of the research are (1). The name of the child is Johan Rafli Sultansyah Yusuf (13 years old), (2). He is very naughty (3). He is a member of motorcycle gang which makes many trouble in West Balikpapan, (4). He is a trouble maker towards the female, (5). He is lazy to go o school (6). His mother is lost of control she is, therefore, kills his son, (6). The people there are not gving her to see the burrial of her son. The suggestions are (1). A child must be controlled by his or her parents, (2). The parents must be patients, (3). The parents must be full of love towards the chiildren, (4). The parents must care of their chidren’s friends. ]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the calculation ofincome tax PT. Kaltim Lestari Unggul before and after applicable tax planning to improve the efficiency of the paymentof tax burden. The analysis tools being used was Number of tax laws. 36 of 2008, Fiscal correction of the costs included in Law No. taxation. 36 of 2008, Calculating and tax planning on tax payer income tax in 2012, comparing taxable income before and after tax planning. Based on the results of a study of the income statement of PT. Kaltim Lestari Unggul, it had been found that payment ofincome tax expense using the right tax planning in accordance with the provisions of the tax laws No.36 of 2008 in PT. Kaltim Lestari Unggul in 2012 to minimize the burden of the tax to be paid.]]>

<![CDATA[ Last three years (2011-2013), macroeconomic conditions in East Kalimantan was encouraging, which is characterized by a relatively GDP that can contribute significantly to the national economy. However, macroeconomic conditions have not been too encouraging East Kalimantan, which is characterized by poverty and unemployment is still relatively large. Although quite high HDI East Kalimantan, but still had not moved from the top five nationally. Slowing economic growth impact on employment conditions, that although the numbers are increasing, but the rate of diminishing productivity. The level of labor productivity decreases make progress reducing poverty also declined. All of these conditions allegedly caused by the direction of development in East Kalimantan are still relying on the extractive sector, making it less able to strengthen the foundation of the economy as a whole. Productive economic sector in East Kalimantan has great potential, given the tendency of this sector has rapidly than other sectors. Thereby strengthening the productive sector of the economy is believed to strengthen the economic foundation of East Kalimantan after the stronger awareness that reliance on extractive sector will only weaken the economic foundations of East Kalimantan as a whole.]]>

<![CDATA[ABC ketchup is ketchup first time in Indonesia produced by ABC PT.Heinz Indonesia.Destination this study to determine the effect of advertising and brand awareness on product purchasing decisions on PT.Heinz ABC soy sauce in Samarinda Indonesia and to know between advertising and brand awareness, which is more variable influence on the purchasing decisions of soy sauce PT.Heinz ABC in Indonesia in Samarinda.A primary issue in the writing of this study is whether advertising and brand awareness significantly influence purchasing decisions on PT.Heinz ABC soy sauce in Indonesia samarinda.Basic theory used marketing management, advertising, brand awareness and decision purchase.Hypothesis: advertising and brand awareness significantly influence purchasing decisions on PT.Heinz ABC soy sauce in Indonesia and advertising samarinda dominant influence on purchasing decisions on PT.Heinz ABC soy sauce Indonesia in samarinda.The analytical tool used ismultiplelinearregression.These results gain coefficient of determination (R2) of the regression equation of 0.773 or 77.3% which shows that advertising and brand awareness simultaneously accounted for 77.3% of the purchase decision (Y) ABC soy sauce in the village river siring northern districts samarinda samarinda city.The simultaneous influence of proving that the influence of these two variables proved and of the two variables are the most influential advertising variable (X1). From the results of these studies should further improve Ketchup ABC advertising program with the program more attractive and more appropriate use of the media to increase brand awareness so that consumers' purchasing decisions Ketchup ABC increasing. In addition, Ketchup Company ABC should consider other means of promotion in addition to advertising in order of performance and corporate objectives can be achieved with more good. technique this study support the hypothesis.]]>

<![CDATA[ This research is held in East Kalimantan during the year of 2012 to 2014 .The method of the research is kualitatif one.The collection of the data is taken from the library ,and news paper.The theory of the dependent and independent variables taken from literature such as books in the library of the University of 17 Agustus 1945 Samarinda and others.The news was taken from newspapers Tribun Kaltim and Kaltimpost.The result of the research is that most of the DOB in East Kalimantan is succesful in managing the government.Especially for the South-East Kalimantan as the pormising DOB (new area autonomy) is still in the discusssion because there are many arguments whether people agreee or disagree .Some who agree they say that its better to make DOB (new area autonomy) South-East Kalimantan to encourage the area to develop.On the other hand who do not agree to have DOB South-East Kalimantan it is imposible to do because the resource of the area is very limited. ]]>

<![CDATA[The quality of education in schools still showed no improvement of symptoms significantly. Figures failure in national examinations continued in various regions. Schools may have been trying to improve the quality of education, however, probably because the strategies are less effective, then the result is not effective. The school has a lot of limitations to truly improve the quality of education, which include limited time, rigid curriculum, and teachers' limited capabilities. Therefore, it is necessary the effective solution to resolve the issue. Integrating non-formal and formal education in schools is an alternative that should be considered. Non-formal education system with the characteristics and flexible implementation can offer services to contribute to improving the quality of education in schools.
